I'd give the atmosphere 4 stars because it's usually quite quiet here. It's rarely really crowded, so there's no real sense of activity or hustle and bustle. I'd also give the service 4 stars. Even when there are only a few customers, you sometimes have to wait a bit longer for your order. I'd also rate the food 4 stars. It's not good enough for me to give it a higher rating – fast food is fast food, after all. Still, if I had to choose between the place next door and Burger King, I'd go with Burger King.

The food is often cold, and when ordering takeaway, something is very often missing from the order or the wrong products are packed. It's a shame... Otherwise, when you get the right thing and it's still warm, it tastes great.

A very bad experience at Burger King Donauwörth! The self-service kiosk wasn't working, so I had to order at the counter. The employee was unfriendly and forgot my drink. Later, she said she didn't know. Then I saw that she had thrown the coupon in the trash – the drink was listed on it! At home, I found a sticker in my burger. That's disgusting and completely unacceptable. Please be more careful!

I was at Burger King in Donauwörth on November 1st, 2025. It was relatively busy because the McDonald's across the street was closed. I dined in and ordered takeout. But that's no excuse for almost 50% of my order being missing: - Double Whopper - 20-piece Nuggets - Chicken Tortilla - Long Chicken --> ALL OF THAT WAS MISSING!!! An absolute outrage! Luckily, I checked the order again in the car in the parking lot. That's a lot of money being ripped off. At home, we then noticed that both Double Whoppers only had one patty. This place is insane!!

I've always been satisfied with Burger King Donauwörth. They also always have the chocolate milkshake.

I ordered a small box of churros with caramel sauce and waited about 20 minutes for my order.

Update 09/20/2025 Nothing's improving, just the unmotivated employees, as always. New offers aren't available... some of the food is old... my... can it be that difficult? One star is actually too many. It is and remains simply the worst Burger King I know... always problems. Something is off... something is missing, or the food is sometimes cold. I'm really fed up with having to say something all the time... so I'm going to avoid this branch for good... There are reasons why the McDonald's across the street is ALWAYS full, and there are noticeably fewer customers at Burger King... It's a shame, you'd think Burger King would have learned from its countless mistakes at some point... UNFORTUNATELY NOT.

The food, service, and cleanliness of the restaurant are all fine. However, there hasn't been any soap in the men's restroom for over a week. It also leaves a rather dirty impression overall. Something urgently needs to be done about this.

My son accidentally spilled his drink and dirty the entire table and chair. The staff was incredibly friendly and cleaned everything up immediately—and even offered us a free drink. Truly very warm and accommodating. Many thanks to the great team!

I got something for dinner at Bürger King last night using the cell phone app: 1x 2 fries for the price of one (50%) Chicken nuggets with salsa dip but got BBQ Chicken nugget citizens. 1. My first problem was that when I completed my order on the computer using the app and went to the waiting area, the saleswomen kept looking at me and then went around the corner and laughed and this could not be ignored. 2. When I got my order after about 10-15 minutes (I noticed that there was another guest sitting in the Bürger King besides me) and I took my order and drove home, I unfortunately realized that the fries were in the small one Bags that are normally filled in a restaurant were completely scattered in the packaging bag and the small bags were empty. They were just on top of all the food. I have never met such a citizen King before. I'd rather go to the neighbor next door to McDonald's.

Next attempt, regretted again.. 4 bites of the Whopper had to be broken straight away. According to the lady at the counter, the fries were fresh, you know what's going on... Petty was a fat sponge that was inedible. I can really only advise against eating here. Was the last time...

Unfortunately, fries were far too salty (and I usually like it salty), special requests were not taken into account and many of the promotional products that Burger King advertised were not available here.

There were 3 small orders in front of me. I had a kids menu and a king menu small, waiting time 18 minutes!!! Behind the counter there was complete overwhelm, no one knew what anyone else was doing. Toilets are dirty, employees speak very bad German, ordering takes forever even though there is little going on, wrong selection, totally disinterested staff, cold food, the list could go on. And: Been there several times, never soft ice cream. Conclusion: I wouldn't go there again, even for free.

Ordered at the drive-thru. Everything went smoothly. Then after about 15 km stopped to eat. Dr Schlag almost hit us. The burgers looked like they had been eaten before. Fries not edible. The cola... I don't know what kind of inedible broth it was. But it wasn't Cola. If I had seen what I was getting for food on site, I would have thrown the Fraas at the staff. Burger King...... Never again 🤮🤮🤮🤮

Run of the mill and staff who didn't speak German. So... they advertise the Emmental burger everywhere and then it's sold out...! Then I went over to the Mac.

The food itself was good, some of it was a bit cold, but unfortunately the half was missing from an order worth €40. Forgot 9 nuggets and instead of 2 cheeseburgers there was only one. Very unfortunate.

Everything was clean including the toilets. Nicely illuminated place with great panoramic windows. Workers were nice and some spoke English, which sometimes is useful. I would suggest to turn down the music volume, it's sometimes a bit loud.

How to know Burger King. Good for us because we are vegetarians but sometimes you get with onions even though you ordered without and we also had meat patties and chicken nuggets even though we ordered vegetarian.

Very nice restaurant that isn't too busy even at lunchtime. So there is always enough space for eating. The food is okay and with the app the prices are also very good. The waiting time is sometimes a little too long when there is a bit going on. So it's difficult to finish here in a half-hour lunch break, for example. That just depends on the size of the order.

Sehr unorganisiert. Habe wirklich über 30 Minuten im Drive-In gestanden und auf meine Bestellung gewartet obwohl keiner vor mir war. Pommes kalt, schmeckten wie doppelt frittiert und alt. Burger sahen unter aller Kanone aus. Schlechtester Burger King den ich je erlebt habe

Wer Christkindlmarkttemperaturen mag ohne das entsprechende Ambiente ist dort genau richtig. Essen ohne Winterjacke fast unmöglich. Burger sind in Sauce getränkt. Muss man mögen. Ich nicht.

Raumtemperetaur 16 Grad am 26. November 2023. Ohne Winterjacke sehr unangenehm. Essen ok/gut, solange man nichts Neues ausprobiert, wie die KingSelection oder gar die ChickenNuggets.

Ich besuche den Burger King in Donauwörth regelmäßig und bin meistens sehr zufrieden. Das Ambiente ist sauber und ruhig, was einen angenehmen Aufenthalt garantiert. Besonders praktisch finde ich die Bestell-Displays, mit denen man einfach und unkompliziert seine Auswahl treffen kann. Wie in jedem Burger King ist auch hier die vegetarische Auswahl gut. Ein besonderes Lob verdient das Personal, welches stets freundlich und zuvorkommend ist. Ein kleiner Nachteil: Die Zubereitung der Speisen dauert manchmal etwas länger als erwartet. Trotzdem komme ich gerne wieder und vergebe solide 4 Sterne.

Ich schreibe echt ungern Rezensionen, jedoch muss ich jetzt handeln: Ich habe letztens Vorort gegessen, es dauerte relativ lang und dann fehlten die Pommes zum Menü dazu. Ein paar Tage darauf war ich im Drive in und hatte mühselig 5 min die Bestellung aufnehmen müssen, da es Sprachbarrieren sowie anscheinend neue Kräfte arbeiteten. Daraufhin kontrollierte ich die Tüte, und stellte fest, das wieder etwas fehlte (ein Burger). Außerdem wurde auch was anderes bestellt (aber da Drück ich nen Auge zu, wenn man 1 und 2 vertauscht/vertippt). Das Problem ist, und das geht an den Filialleiter hier Vorort, dass Sie nur "Ausländer" ohne entsprechenden Deutschkenntnisse einstellen und keiner (so macht es mir den anschein) da ist, der den Laden "Rockt" wenns mal brennt! Daher werde ich nicht mehr kommen, denn das lass ich mir nicht gefallen, als langjähriger Kunde... Ich habe schon viel dort erlebt, was eher negativ in Erinnerung und Erscheinung mir kommt, jedoch jetzt ist das Fass übergelaufen, mit diesem Service und Mitarbeitern.

Heute, bei Abholung, wieder das falsche Essen in der Tüte. Bereits zum dritten Mal. Sehr ärgerlich und das, obwohl noch nicht mal viel im Drive-in-Bereich los war.

Unterirdisch gut. 2 Menüs bestellt. Nach 20 Minuten waren die endlich fertig und dann gab es beim Double Chili chese Bürger nur ein Hackfleisch drauf. Einmal und nie wieder.

Außerordentlich gepflegte Filiale. Die Burger und Pommes werden erst auf Bestellung zubereitet. Alles wird noch heiss serviert. Sogar der Salat auf den Burgern ist frisch und nicht zusammengefallen. Wirklich selten so gut in einem Fast Food Restaurant gegessen

Das Essen war sogar heiß..echt prima. Was gar nicht geht, ist dass das Servicepersonal kaum Deutsch spricht - und auch nicht versteht. Weiterer Minuspunkt: alle Tische mit einem Lappen abwischen ohne den Lappen auch nur einmal auszuwaschen - das geht gar nicht.

Absolut unorganisiert und trotz wenig Kundschaft 20 Minuten Wartezeit. Ich empfehle jedem MC Donalds gegenüber

Vergessen bei jeder Bestellung die Hälfte des Essens. Sind zu unfähig, bei einem Menü Pommes oder den Burger mitzugeben. Kontrolliert lieber eure Tüten bevor ihr nach Hause geht. Diese Erfahrungen habe ich sehr oft beim Essen zum Mitnehmen machen müssen. Auch heute fehlen alle Pommes. Aber dieses Mal hab ich draus gelernt und kontrolliere selbst nach bevor ich gehe.

Naja was soll man zu BK schon schreiben. Die waren auf jeden Fall Mal besser. In Qualität, Service besteht meiner Meinung nach an diesem Standort Verbesserungsbedarf. Jedesmal wenn ich da vorbeifahre und mir was bestelle( immer das gleiche) habe ich immer unterschiedliche Temperaturen, Geschmack und Konsistenz. Es ist schade das BK sein Versprechen nicht einhalten kann. Ich werde mir dann wohl einen anderen FF Tempel suchen müssen. Oder auf Döner umsteigen. Hier werde ich mir nix mehr kaufen. Dafür ist mir das Geld zu schade. Die Angebote sollte BK auf jeden Fall anpassen (öfters Mal ändern,nicht immer das gleiche).

Waren im Drive in, war nur ein Auto vor uns, ging alles schnell von Bestellung und Abholung und Bezahlung. Tipp: nur Burger bestellen, Rest ist eher Lotterie ob gut und warm ist. Würde auch keinem empfehlen reinzugehen, man wartet echt lange und das obwohl wenig los ist, wobei sich die Frage stellt warum dann eigentlich?? häää ??? Das Verständigungsproblem von anderen Kollegen hier kenne ich auch, ist halt im Kundenkontakt schon essentiell das man den Kunden versteht was er bestellen will und umgekehrt und da hapert es leider doch ziemlich. Denke die finden einfach kein qualifiziertes Personal, bei den Arbeitsbedingungen, wie Fettgeruch, schlechte Bezahlung und miese Arbeitszeiten. Das positivste ist Parkplätze vor Lokal, Toilette akzeptabel und die Burger bestellen, die finde ich sind das Beste, aber leider auch nicht ganz billig.

Also diesmal muss ich echt sagen hat sich das Essen um 100% verbessert, kein verbrannte Hamburger mehr die paddies sind super saftig, außer die Bedienung ok die war nicht sooo Nett aber da schau ich drüber finde ich sollte man jetzt nicht bei jedem so pampig sein aber wie gesagt es gibt solche und solche Tage, bei jedem, auf jedenfall müsst ihr da rein, ein muss Für jeden der Cheeseburger Hamburger und echt mega leckere Pommes macht, weiter so liebes Burger King Team, wenn ichs Geld hätte würde ich öfters die 45km zu euch fahren und bei euch was hollen. 😉👍

Geschmack der Burger war heute okay. Leider kein Käse auf dem Cheeseburger... Für die Nachfrage bei der Pfandrückgabe (5min) ob alles gepasst hat war keine Zeit. Für meinen Hinweis dass auf dem Cheeseburger kein Käse war einen komischen Blick beim um die Ecke verschwinden. Sehr Schade.

Habe gestern in Restaurant 20 Minuten auf 3 Burger gewartet. Bis auf einen waren diese bereits kalt, da sie den gesamten Zeitraum über in der Auslage lagen. Im Drive In stand über die gesamte Zeit ein Fahrzeug und musste auch warten. Scheinbar ist in diesem Restaurant ist das Personal maximal überfordert. Übrigens ist es in Anbetracht der jüngsten Skandale um Burger King nicht förderlich, nach dem Kassieren von Bargeld Pommes usw ohne Hände zu desinfizieren zuzubereiten.
