I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and waited 9 minutes and 17 seconds for all the customers who came after me to be served! Burgers were cold & dry! I threw it in the trash!!! I could have just eaten the burgers, the rest of them were rubbish!!! And it’s free!

No matter when I pick something up, something is always missing. Recently, I even lost five items, without apology or compensation.

I was annoyed because the wing was missing from half the chicken...other than that it was fine...

Best KFC from all over Germany I am fascinated by how good it is I was surprised the staff were very nice and very tasty food Top recommendation!!! RECOMMENDED!!!

The food was lukewarm when it arrived, but since we were in a hurry, I didn't complain. We'll go back and see if it's better.

Constantly incorrect orders that are packed together, employees can't even count to 20 and waiting times like at the doctor's. Got very bad since deliveries and counters were introduced. Everyone!!! You should check your order again before you leave the restaurant. Sometimes burgers and chicken mac nuggets are simply thrown into the bags or forgotten. I will never order here again.

Actually, the location is perfect for my cappuccino to take away, but if I order a cappuccino WITH sugar every time and 9 out of 10 orders have NO sugar in it, I definitely won't go there anymore!

SO WHAT'S THE POINT? I ALWAYS GET SOMETHING LESS. WHAT I GET IS ALWAYS MISSING. I GET 9 NUGGETS BUT ONLY 8. OUTRAGEOUS

The food and the waiting time are OK. The burgers and fries are known to be warm to the touch. It is also clean. It's a fast food restaurant.

It's so dirty there. All the windows are smeared, splashed, and really disgusting. If there have to be so many windows, they should be cleaned from time to time!! The restrooms need a renovation, and the walls, corners, and doors can all be cleaned too! Blind to the business??? So today, two months after my last review, I have to admit that it's getting worse and worse. At least the employee now knows that he's not allowed to give me a rag, but that it's his job to wipe the tables. I find the cobwebs on the lamps above the tables and the really sooooo dirty glass fronts so disgusting. Even what has been cleaned is just smeared.
