Much better than the UK! Lovely clean restaurant and fast table service. The coffee was lovely. The toilets were clean and tidy too.

MC Donalds like many. We got here just in time for the crowds. If you enter your number when ordering, it will be brought to your table. Service. Great food if you want to stop along the way. Daughter very happy with the schleig smurf from the happy meal. Toilet was not really clean when we were there. Coffee bar took a long time and many staff were busy with 1 customer.

We don't go here anymore because we always get the wrong food. The last time we finally insisted on a refund and returned all the food (chicken nuggets were packed instead of plant based nuggets.)

A very clean branch with very cheerful and motivated staff of Croatian origin. Everyone was very friendly and we got a delicious cappuccino with oat milk. Nice and hot! The toilets were also very clean. Especially when you consider how many people were there at lunchtime.

There were a few problems with our order, but in the end it worked out.

One star is still too many. 8am in the morning and the toilets are dirty, empty of soap and towel paper. You order with the service at the table, then half is still missing and instead of an apology you are sent to two other colleagues until you finally get the rest of the order.

You shouldn't expect much from a fast food restaurant, but it's McDonalds, and it's a global name that should fit the global service, but the queues are long, the toilet is dirty and Fanta faucet and pipe have been cleaned not added. The children's playground on the street influenced the overall impression at least a little.

The food was relatively freshly prepared, the service was quite overwhelming and the ambience was typical McDonald's style. The ordering screens were besieged with crowds of people in queues, waiting time about 10 minutes. There is potential for improvement here.

Fries were freshly made at 2am and were delicious. Picking up was uncomplicated

IT WAS SO BAD I HATED THIS RESTAURANT! I will never go back to this restaurant because my whole family got the wrong orders and they took my fries when i asked them to give me the right order. I have never experienced this bad service

They gave us all the wrong specifications/modifications on 3 out of 4 burgers, and when fixing one of them they took the fries from the container, which we never got back.

Extremely full, check-in, food is simply put on the counter because the display doesn't show that many entries. No towels, no toilet paper. But ultimately the employees can't do anything about it. It's just way too crowded.

Looks promising, employees very cheeky. Tables are not cleaned, full of soap. Toilets are out of paper, disinfection is empty. Tablet disposal overfilled. I would have preferred to continue driving.

Despite what felt like 1000 guests, our menu was ready quickly, freshly made and still hot, and the service was totally on the ball. Can only be recommended.

First we said we were missing 1 strawberry milkshake. After some discussion we got a milkshake, turned out to be chocolate. Flabby and icy. I asked for more straws as we had 5 drinks, but no you got 3. Then I didn't get my bacon burger but some disgusting Big Mac with lots of pickles so the burger tasted disgusting

I got sick and this is the second time something like this has happened. It definitely depends on the ingredients the staff uses. I ordered two happy meals for my children on the McDrive track, one with nuggets and the other with cheeseburgers. The cheeseburger was full of pepper or chili, an adult couldn't eat it, say a child. I also ordered a mcwrap and a burger. The mayo was no longer whole, you could see small oil stains Also full of pepper or God knows what hot ingredient I used A vinegary smell came out of the burger when I unpacked it I don't recommend it for driving or ordering anything.

It's just an MC. Unfortunately it was very busy that day and we had to wait longer. This shouldn't be a criticism of the staff... they were very hardworking. The MC was clean and had enough space.

Every time you order from MC Drive, the order doesn't match what you receive. Either the wrong, incomplete. Mayo etc is often forgotten... after a number of orders you have to tell them. McDonald's doesn't care. In no other restaurant is this as extreme as it is here...

Food was halfway OK e.g. Cheeseburger with too much ketchup. In the rain the suns/umbrellas are simply turned around even though you are sitting under them and when you ask why the employees hardly speak German or English and can't give you an answer so personally I think other branches are better.

It was very busy (end of holiday), but ordering via the app with delivery service to the table worked very quickly. A very friendly employee brought the food to the table and a careful employee constantly cleaned the table. Great staff, modern atmosphere and fast food.

The employees can't count to 6. Instead of 6 chicken nuggets there were only 4 in the package, even though the number was correct on the package and on the bill. Unfortunately we only noticed this on the highway. The remaining burgers were counted correctly. However, you only had to count to 3.

The best McDonald's in the area. It's relatively quick and the food is always good. If you take something to go and even if you drive through the drive-thru, you will always get what you ordered. It has never ordered anything either. This is often not the case at other locations.

One of the poorly organized McDonald's branches. Employees speak little to no German (I'm a foreigner myself). What bothers me most is the view into the kitchen when I see that the employees aren't wearing gloves. They even pick up the cucumbers with their bare hands, I think they have tongs lying around. That's why it's getting more and more disgusting. I'm just coming for coffee.

Wow, what a great McDonald's. I have never seen such a beautiful, manageable and light-flooded restaurant before. Ordered like any other mcces, the service came to the table absolutely quickly with our order. Parking situation for anything larger than a car is a disaster! Right on the highway but motorhomes etc. are not thought of! There is a company opposite, lots of space... But the signs there threaten to tow away! Excellent!

From 1:00 a.m. onwards there is no more table service even though we ordered. I can't understand.

Unfortunately, the man at the ordering microphone was very difficult to understand because he mumbled broken German.

MC Donald's made a good general impression. The food was appetizing and freshly served. Everything around was clean. All employees are courteous and friendly to their guests.

Where can you find something like this: you pay for your goods and get nothing in return! It's unbelievable that you can only get something like this at McDonald's!! And without a receipt too!!!!! And at Mc Flurry we said chocolate and got another one too! This is pure nonsense!

Food was good. I found it annoying that the lady immediately typed the order as ready for pickup (I'm guessing time statistics). After I told her (the order was ready 4 minutes after it was ready for pickup), she turned around without saying a word and ran to her colleagues. I didn't want anything for it, but a sorry or something similar would have been appropriate. Note: I ordered fries once and netted potatoes once. They were both fries but I didn't feel like running back. :-)

Our “regular Mägges”: Overall, fast, tidy, complete and friendly. There are always exceptions. But here we are almost always satisfied. Compared to all other McDonalds, this one is actually a lot better! Absolute bonus: The friendliest McDonalds employee we have ever encountered works here. Super friendly and extremely professional, a huge compliment to the middle-aged man, German, ultra-friendly and an absolute “service person” (when you experience him you know who he means).

Easter Monday, the highway is packed and everyone passes the promising sign, the golden "M". It was correspondingly full, but the service was obviously used to this and was able to handle the rush very professionally. The food was very good until the end.

While I was filling up, our son (12) stood at the coffee counter for 10 minutes and was ignored by the employee. When I came back and asked why she didn't serve him or ignored him, I got no answer. “Please go to another checkout,” was the only response I got. Luckily another employee stepped in and served us... Without a doubt the best McDonald's in the area, it is always full but they have a great team that always gives the best to customers, even when they make a mistake they apologize and try to rectify it with a very good attitude, I wish other restaurants were like this, a real example for the Spanish McDonalds👌💚

Despite repeated explanations, the order was misunderstood and then delivered differently. The muffins were lousy even by McDonald's standards.

It is not right to have a childeren playground outside where ppl can smoke next to it. I would expect better from mc as they try to be politically correct this is very wrong.

The worst Megges in the area and thanks to the extremely stupid employees there. Got 3 of the last 5 orders wrong. Is it that hard to distinguish 2 portions of fries from 2 Royal T's and an apple turnover?? Heard that they make around 40k in one day. Why doesn't Megges use the money to pay for a German course so that all the Romanian employees can learn to speak German a little better? Maybe then they won't mix up orders anymore

I'm rarely there, but the ice cream machine always works! PLUS POINT!!!! I FIND IT GOOD! McFlurry is always full too. ANOTHER PLUS POINT!!! The huge fries on the roof were cool, so one more star! I also think it's good that with the Big Mac there's always a little more salad in the pack, for when you're hungry later. Burgers look a little more like they do in advertising. Better than other branches!! PLUS POINT NO. 3!!!! I always counted the fries and every time I was there there was one more frieze. Overall, a highly recommended Megges! The food was LOTS tasty!! Would also give it 6 stars!

Ice cream and cheesecake both with extremely little chocolate sauce...the cheese on the burger is usually carelessly half melted onto the packaging...unfortunately we don't eat it as usual...
