Conclusion: the friendliest DriveIn employee (on the microphone) ever! Experiences: made a short pit stop because the kids were hungry. The employee at counter 1 was super, super friendly. Unfortunately, the employee at counter 2 was very incompetent. We had to complain about our order twice because something was missing. Sad with exactly five articles.

If there were zero stars it would be appropriate. Order didn't come to the table. After the staff was spoken to. We were indirectly accused of fraud. You first have to check the video surveillance images to make sure we don't ask for the order twice. The table stand stood on our table throughout. When the food came it was cold! And the order was delivered incorrectly. All in all, a long delay, disappointing service and the quality leaves a lot to be desired, even by McDonald's standards. Never again! Ps. I am usually very happy with this McDonald's and regularly get my morning coffee here. But this morning at 6:40 a.m. the service was simply abysmal. An employee who didn't want to give me her name simply closed the window in my face, didn't accept my code and didn't give me any sugar, even though I asked for it several times. I even had to open the window at the gate myself to even be served. When I asked the branch manager to clarify the problem, I was brushed off - he said the lady hadn't done any of that. I'm absolutely not used to such bad service here. No idea what was going on this morning, but it definitely wasn't the usual quality!

We were in McDrive and waited 10-15 minutes for fries, lattice potatoes and nuggets. I haven't killed it yet either.

When we arrived at the restaurant, the employee at the drive-thru was extremely annoyed when my voucher for a milkshake didn't work straight away, even though it was valid. After a short discussion, my voucher was accepted, but they intentionally only filled my cup minimally (well under half), which I only noticed disappointingly when I left the drive-in.

Loud, full and completely carelessly done. At Burger King you can at least order most burgers veggie. Apparently McDonalds doesn't need this. After a strenuous day of skiing yesterday, we stopped in at night for a little refreshment and were given a warm welcome. Breakfast cold. Men's toilet not a sheet of toilet paper in both toilets. Coffee almost cold. Pancakes hard as a bone. But there is a games table with air hockey and it's really cool.

Had coffee at this location along the way. Black for me because as a vegan I don't drink cow's milk. Turns out McDonalds just has oat milk! Afterwards, the super friendly manager gave me a cup of oat milk for my coffee.

The restaurant was overcrowded and the staff was completely overwhelmed. I waited a total of 30 minutes until I had my order together. My hot chocolate was watery and already half cold. When asked, milk was simply poured into my (already used) cup. They took my cup behind the counter, which is technically not allowed in terms of hygiene.

Actually, there's always something when you get something here. Either something is missing from the burgers, the wrong burgers are packed or one is simply missing. Unfortunately, control is mandatory here. On four out of five visits this year there was always at least one of the points described. Will go to Memmingen again in the future, even if it's a few kilometers more.

Come here often. Eating the way you know it. Unfortunately, almost all of the employees have a face that makes you think they are being forced to work. Sure it's not a restaurant but a little smile at the checkout isn't too much to ask.

The lady at the counter had great difficulty understanding me, which made the ordering process much more difficult and the line of cars stretched almost all the way to the gas station. Lately, sauces, ketchup and even entire menus have been missing more often. This probably also explains the long line of cars, as every customer has to make sure that everything is in their bag. In addition, the burgers sometimes look as if they were thrown all over the kitchen and accidentally ended up in the right packaging. Then I'd rather drive 8 km further and order from the branch in Vöhringen.

We wanted to get a milkshake for in between meals and ordered one accordingly. It was prepared shortly afterwards and presented when it was handed over. Sometimes I'm not sure whether people understand my language, in 9/10 cases something is missing, the often overwhelmed employees seem bored and annoyed with the job, you wait a long time and are glued to almost every table you choose. One of the managers is often more concerned with flirting or visiting than with leading his team. Of all the branches that belong to the Schmid Group, this is one of the newest, but also the worst. Anyone who wants to break the habit goes there to eat the carelessly slapped together junk or old fries. In fact, I only go there for my kids if there is no other way to combine it... Apart from more rubbish, unfortunately not much added value for Illertissen! The only bright spot in the place is an older, slim guy who is always friendly, he sometimes freaks out because of the stress and the employees, but he is always extremely polite to customers, top employees, I'm sorry he ended up in the shed

Nice place. The stuff was friendly, and it looked clean. The parking space is too narrow and small, in my opinion. The same goes for the drive-through. Depending on the arrival times, it could be very much crowded.

A nice branch in itself, but unfortunately very neglected. Some of the tables were not cleared, which was probably because the clearing station was full. Almost all the empty tables were dirty. When two employees were made aware of this, they simply replied: “Colleague does that”. The staff prefers to stand around and chat instead of keeping things tidy. We only drank coffee, so 3 stars for the food. Otherwise, unfortunately we cannot recommend this branch!

Only been there for a coffee - Mc Cafe concept failed. Coffee came from the other machine and not the nice portafilter, without a coffee spoon and with wooden sticks - ice cream was also out/not available. Too bad!!

The visit showed again that this is the worst McDonald's in the region. As almost always, fries are not salted, no napkins in the bag and the burger somehow tastes empty with no taste. Other branches in the region or Austria, which are far better, show that things can be done differently.

Drinks ok. Burgers ok. Fries taste good, but there are normal-length fries, but also mini-fries pieces, which are sorted out by a good manufacturer. The staff is polite and correct. The frequent loud beeping from devices is very annoying.

Initially there was a problem when redeeming a coupon, which suddenly cost €13.33 instead of €9.99 at the checkout. However, after a short discussion, this was adjusted appropriately and I was satisfied for the time being. However, when the burger came without cheese, this illusion quickly collapsed and I realized: this McDonald's branch is about as questionable as many others.

A very clean branch with very cheerful and motivated staff of Croatian origin. Everyone was very friendly and we got a delicious cappuccino with oat milk. Nice and hot! The toilets were also very clean. Especially when you consider how many people were there at lunchtime.

You shouldn't expect much from a fast food restaurant, but it's McDonalds, and it's a global name that should fit the global service, but the queues are long, the toilet is dirty and Fanta faucet and pipe have been cleaned not added. The children's playground on the street influenced the overall impression at least a little.

The food was relatively freshly prepared, the service was quite overwhelming and the ambience was typical McDonald's style. The ordering screens were besieged with crowds of people in queues, waiting time about 10 minutes. There is potential for improvement here.

They gave us all the wrong specifications/modifications on 3 out of 4 burgers, and when fixing one of them they took the fries from the container, which we never got back.
