Speedy Pizza in Illertissen

Sorry, that's just not right, it's like a frozen pizza.

The pizza only arrived after I called again, about 2.5 hours later. Consequently, it was cold. Not recommended!

Cold pizza. Wrong pizza. Wrong price. All in all, not recommended.

Don't order pizza from here!! Our pizza took over 2.5 hours to arrive due to incompetent staff on the phone. The pizza was already cold, and when we called again, the person on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. We didn't even receive the right pizza, AND we were overcharged. Don't order pizza from here!!

We ordered a pizza, as usual. We were told it would be delivered in 30-40 minutes. After more than an hour, we called and were assured it had already been shipped. Another hour later, it finally arrived. Presumably, it was initially forgotten and only made after we called. It arrived lukewarm. The delivery driver advised us to call them, as we were entitled to a refund. So we called again. We were rudely told that it wasn't their fault and that we could get another one, but that would take even longer, and we should then send our half-cold pizza back. I can't recommend them!

So we have nothing to complain about, we all enjoyed our meal tonight.....

Unfortunately, it's getting worse each time. We used to love ordering from them, but lately nothing is up to par. One time the pasta was unbearably spicy, the next time it was completely tasteless. Plus, there was corn in the salad even though it wasn't listed.

If I want pizza, Speedy's is the only place in Illertissen. Nothing else will do. Everything's great.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service. Delivery took significantly longer than promised. The pizza wasn't properly heated, and the arugula was extremely mushy. Half of the toppings were stuck to the lid of the packaging. Furthermore, our order was delivered incorrectly.

I ordered for the first and last time today. I ordered a pizza margarita and a cucumber salad shortly after 12:00 PM. After an hour and a half, no one answered the phone. The food finally arrived at 2:20 PM. The pizza was almost cold and the cucumber salad tasted of nothing. Not recommended.

I can only give it a 5/5. Really amazing food, what they conjure up in the kitchen. And we don't even need to mention the friendliness of the staff. I'm more than satisfied. Best regards, your neighbor from Monte☝️😇

A dish was missing from the order. The delivery was delayed and the wrong item was delivered, and no compensation was received for the order, despite a large order of over €160 and a tip. Never again. Everyone had finished their food. The driver said it would take 8 minutes, but it took much longer.

We order pizza regularly and are really satisfied. It always tastes fresh and delicious :) Delivery has always been quick (although we usually order right away at 5 p.m.). Once, the wrong pizza was delivered, but we received the correct one very quickly. It can happen, and since we received the correct one so quickly, we thought the service was great.

Unfortunately, it couldn't get any worse! I'm so ANGRY! Yesterday I ordered a pizza online. Up until now, I've always been happy with the quality. Until yesterday!!!! Ordered a pizza online at 7:45 p.m. and paid via PayPal. Called at 9:15 p.m. to ask when it would be delivered. 10 p.m., still no pizza, and unfortunately, no one in the store either. So I called the next day and asked what was going on. According to the man on the phone, he was the boss (even worse). He attacked me, saying his driver had delivered the pizza and that I had a problem with his origins!!!!!!! Hello ????? I wanted either a new pizza today or my money back!!!! I WILL NEVER SHOP AT SPEEDY AGAIN!!!! Thanks for nothing!

I really enjoy ordering from Speedy. The food quality is consistently good. We always have it delivered, and the stated delivery times are met 90% of the time. The drivers are always very friendly. Ordering online with a customer account is super easy and fast, and paying via PayPal is also possible. Speedy is our absolute favorite. I've never been inside the store, so I can't comment on the atmosphere.

Ordered today - stated delivery time 45 minutes. Food arrived in just 30 minutes. Lactose-free was considered. Mushroom-free was considered. Driver very nice. Food was delicious.

We order from here often and have never had reason to complain. The pizzas are always fresh, we personally enjoy them, and the pasta dishes are also very good. It does take a little longer when you order for delivery, but what isn't that the case when something is freshly prepared?!

We ordered online and called the store shortly after receiving the order confirmation email to have the order delivered (we had accidentally selected pickup online). Our contact details were noted over the phone and delivery was promised in about an hour. After more than an hour and a half, we received an email stating that our order had been picked up (by whom?), but almost half an hour later, nothing was delivered. Then another employee called to ask when we would pick up our pizza. After a rude conversation and a cancellation on our part due to the massive delay in the food, we were rudely informed that the delivery time "today is generally at least two hours" and not just one hour as we had been told. Then the phone hung up! We have ordered frequently and happily for years, but that will not happen again from now on! Very disappointing.

We used the delivery service. I skipped the artichokes on my pizza and instead had onions, and I paid a surcharge. I find it outrageous. That's never happened to me before.

Absolute impudence We waited 2 hours for our food. The cheese on the pizza was so dry that the pizza had been sitting somewhere for a long time before it was delivered. The egg is barely recognizable. A pizza was missing. One was wrong. You couldn't see any meat in the schnitzel, it was thin like newspaper and completely burnt or frozen for far too long. The tortellini are liquid like water. If there was a complaint, we would do it again but wait another 2 hours. Great with lots of hungry children after a children's birthday party. But at least we got the money back and the goods were picked up Never again!!!! We have been regular customers for years. It's been getting worse for months, but today it was an absolute disgrace to even offer something like that to anyone.

The food is wonderful, I can never complain. Service is great; if they say they'll deliver within an hour, they'll deliver. The delivery people are always very friendly. The ambiance: the small but fine pizzeria is beautifully decorated; I especially like the wine room. I give it 5 out of 5 stars. Best regards

Doesn't take orders and doesn't taste good

We often order our dinner here online. Today we had red pizza bread and a mixed salad as well as a turkey schnitzel with fries and salad. Fries were crispy, the salad was nice and crunchy and fresh. The schnitzel was also good. They really made improvements there. Otherwise, we had nothing to complain about with anything we ordered. Food always arrives at the specified time.

Burnt pizza, ingredients placed under mozzarella (disgusting). Dough extremely too high and hard. If they don't care about making a good pizza, then the hygiene is definitely very bad. I will never order from you again. The best pizzerias in Illertissen are Da Peppe, Piero Gallone and California Express.
