Very friendly and personable staff, burgers very tasty, meat quality top and the selection and coordination of the ingredients such as sauce and cheese were very well chosen. Definitely happy to come back. 😊

Unfortunately, always closed. Would love to try it. But there seems to be a not very capable PR team behind the restaurant. Nobody knows about it.🥲

The bad burger king in all of Berlin! It starts with the employees and ends with the food! Staff very unfriendly and the food is cold! The waiting time is sometimes around 30 minutes Wouldn't recommend anyone to go!

It's the first time I've seen that the entrance door to the men's toilet was missing, I don't know how long it's been that way but it should be fixed. The food was fine as you would expect from McDonalds. However, the fries were cold but that's almost to be expected since very few McDonald's restaurants manage to serve them warm.

Super great service, drinks are used first so they don't get cold. Everything was great. I would like to come back there again.

After a long time I treated myself to a plant based Whopper. Unfortunately this time it was absolutely tasteless. I couldn't even taste the typical grilled taste. Should this be the new fluffy recipe??? I was super disappointed. Also that although there was a lot of staff there on Saturday, none of them had to wear gloves. Not even the kitchen staff. I felt different then, but well... Maybe I'm not used to fast food anymore🤷Unfortunately, the glass walls between the benches were also covered in prints. Luckily the food was ready quickly. It's just a shame that I didn't taste any of it😭The chilli cheese burger, on the other hand, was good as always. Where can I get a plant-based burger with flavor soon? 🤔🍔It's a shame about the money

Mega burgers. Was exactly as expected and desired.

Neat and modern McDonalds, which is rather small. There is an indoor playground. We stopped here because it was close to the motorway on the way to Basel. As always, very good offers with coupons, especially the spicy nuggets with sweet chili sauce is a highlight, but various other offers with points are also perfectly fine. We also got a good cup of coffee from the Mc Cafe, absolutely solid. As is now usual, table service. The only thing that is a bit unfortunate is the route to the McDonald's at the back via Lidl.

I ordered food via Lieferando on November 17th, 2024, the food wasn't as tasty as I expected but no matter, the worst was the Lieferando! He was so rude and unfriendly. I've never experienced anything like that before. That doesn't work at all!!!

Staff very friendly. Children's area INSIDE: careless, very dirty (sandy in the corners, leftover food...), the floor greasy, sticky)... Children's area: unfortunately it was closed (repair). Otherwise it would be quite good. The area for sitting outside is also completely sufficient and OK.

Unsere Bestellung wurde vergessen, auf Nachfrage nach 20 Minuten hat es noch 10 Minuten gedauert bis die Bestellung fertig war. Keine Entschuldigung des Personals, die Pommes nicht knusprig und sehr fettig. Lange und künstliche Fingernägel in der Gastronomie ein absolutes no go, sehr unhygienisch.
