Very friendly and personable staff, burgers very tasty, meat quality top and the selection and coordination of the ingredients such as sauce and cheese were very well chosen. Definitely happy to come back. 😊

Unfortunately, always closed. Would love to try it. But there seems to be a not very capable PR team behind the restaurant. Nobody knows about it.🥲

It's a shame. It's a shame that a branch like this damages the reputation of an entire chain. I'm used to better food from another branch. There, the food arrives warm and looks just like the pictures. Not here. The wait was actually 21 minutes. During that time, one of the burgers was completely cold and was replaced with a grumpy face from the staff. The cheesy onion fries were unfortunately chili cheese and were also a complaint. They said they didn't have any cheese sauce. After arguing that we did have cheese sauce on the burgers, they remade the fries. This delivery did have the correct sauce, but the fries were ice-cold. We didn't complain again, but that was our last visit.

The restaurant doesn't even have a toilet for customers. The staff is extremely unfriendly.

If you google incompetence, the Burger King in Schwerin comes up! I was the only customer at the time of my order and ordered a large chicken burger WITHOUT onions. 4 (!) employees started loudly discussing the nature of the burger. The team leader kept saying “WITHOUT ONIONS!” called in. This went on for a while, then I got my takeaway order. At home I noticed that the burger had onions. Even lots of them. Thanks for nothing. I would fire everyone if I could. It's time for Wallraff to send in his investigative team again... Better go to McDonalds or cook something delicious yourself.

The food is never really hot, but what I find worst is that there is neither a toilet suitable for disabled people nor a suitable parking space 😒, when I asked about this they only said that there wasn't enough money for it, the stupidest answer of all time 🙄, they probably haven't arrived in this day and age yet!

Waiting 17 minutes for an order is not fast food. Especially when almost the main reason was to go to this store. When asked about getting my money back, only excuses are made. I'm healed.

This is terrible. Every time I order something, disasters happen. They constantly forget to add sauce or potatoes to the order, or they bring melted ice cream. And today, they took the order at 6:47 PM, and I received it at 7:31 PM. I asked twice where my order was, but no one paid attention.
