Difficulty with electronic ordering

We were passing through and stopped here. The small dog park is a great feature for dog owners. We were there on a Sunday evening, and the wait for food was quite long for a fast-food restaurant.

It's McDonalds and there's a playground.

15 minutes for 5 cheeseburgers, absolutely filthy shop

I can only recommend Mc Kaffee, it always tastes very good whether you eat there or to go, the rest is as everyone knows.

Fast table delivery, very friendly staff and hot food 👍🏼

There's always something missing from the drive-thru orders, burgers are cold or poorly prepared. Sauces are often missing, too. It's somehow very difficult to hear anything over the loudspeaker at the drive-thru.

I ordered fanta without ice but they gave me ice and i ordered normaln nuggets and they gave me these tasteless mud like mcplant nuggets, very bad very bad

Right next door is a large Ionity charging station with 12 charging stations. The coffee and barista were great! The restrooms were very clean.

It's just a McDonald's... We happened to visit it twice within three weeks. The first time, it was quite busy and the restrooms were a bit lacking in cleanliness. The second time, it was less busy and everything was as usual.

In the evening, there was a long queue to place an order. Otherwise, everything was as usual.

Everything was great, especially the fenced-in dog park with a table and benches. We were able to eat in peace, the dogs ran around, and everything was clean. We'll be back here on our way back from Denmark. There was also water in the bowls.

Friday night, June 23rd/24th.....return trip.... A fatal mistake to stop here.... Food was 'okay'...staff friendly (except for a minor argument between colleagues). Restrooms, both men's and women's, were very dirty and smelly... Tables dirty, a young man was pointlessly sweeping the floor but left the trash on the tables..... Tray containers overflowing, with one employee struggling to carry away trays one by one.... By the way, there were enough staff present, who were standing around because food was ordered digitally! All in all, not recommended...UNFORTUNATELY!!! We will never stop there again!

Generally a good McDonald's, the food is prepared quickly and is quite fresh. Unfortunately, the restrooms are very dirty, hence one star less.

The “restaurant” was closed at 1:30 AM, when they were supposed to close at 3:00 AM and reopen at 7:00 AM. So one star is probably too much 😵‍💫

Very friendly and actually just a regular McDonald's. However, it is relatively dirty.

It's basically a standard McDonald's (location near the highway, friendly staff, etc.), but the dog play area stood out. I haven't seen anything like it at any other McDonald's, and it's great for travelers with dogs. It gives your dog a different way to let off steam than just walking up and down the rest area twice on a leash. The eight charging stations for electric cars are also above average.

We had a good lunch and it was averagely busy. It was easy to find a spot, but it was very crowded. Note that parking is limited to 1.5 hours.

Long, long, waiting time. Full trash cans in the parking lot. Toilets that need several visits a day and are not very clean.

Almost all the tables were dirty! The restroom 🤮🤢 was covered in pee, dirty, and there was no paper left. I've rarely experienced something so shabby and disgusting. The service staff was very nice and at least cleaned the table, albeit with a lot of enthusiasm! Burgers—let's just say it's warm—are something else entirely.

Toilets unfortunately at 10 in the morning are absolutely disgusting

Pretty much the filthy MCD I've ever been to. Customers who throw rubbish on the floor are left lying there by the staff. The three of them stood at the counter like idiots for half an hour. Tables weren't cleared; they only saw a wet cloth at Christmas. The toilets were full of shit, and the door was hanging open. When I asked if there was anyone who cleaned the place, I got no answer; they looked at me strangely. We then left... Absolutely terrible service.

Bad experience, came to a locked door half an hour before they closed. Three men were inside the store but didn't bother to open it.

I don't understand the bad reviews. We've always had friendly staff and fast service. The restrooms are okay—you just have to be a little lucky. There's also a dog run. The signs in the parking lot are very prominent and impossible to miss. If you don't see them, maybe you shouldn't drive at all... 😅

A standard McDonald's with great access to the highway and infrastructure for charging electric vehicles. The highlight is the green, fenced-in dog park. Very pet-friendly. Hence, 5 stars for ambiance.

My husband and I were very satisfied with the nice conditions, and not just one, but all of those who were there. The toilets were clean and lockable. We'd love to come back ❤️thank you

Unfortunately, I don't understand all the comments about the parking situation. There are at least six clearly visible signs in the parking lot that clearly indicate the use of parking discs. There are two hotels right next door; I wonder what would happen if there were no time limit?! The staff was very friendly and accommodating when I wanted to exchange the toy from my Happy Meal. Thanks to the friendly employee who rushed to the storage area especially for us. The table service was also quick and friendly. When it comes to food, you simply can't expect more than typical McDonald's food; you get that here as usual. The cleanliness was okay, but with the amount of people coming and going, it probably takes a while to keep up with everything.

Beware of parking rip-offs. They issue parking tickets without authorization, even if you're sitting in your car.

Open until 2:00 a.m., from 1:00 a.m. it was no longer possible to order, while they were cleaning up, you didn't feel welcome

A typical McDonald's with a new concept and ordering kiosks. Friendly service. Ordering was quick. Food was good. Tables and restrooms were clean. Ample parking was also available.

Four of us went to McDonald's in Quickborn for the first time in a while. Ordering was quick via screen. The food, as usual, was okay, which was what we wanted. But the cleanliness, both inside and outside, was appalling. The tables were dirty, some still had food residue, and the floor was sticky. We took a table outside, but we cleaned it first. So, in conclusion: We won't be back!

This McDonald's is a good stopover for us. The staff is good, and they prove it time and again: Fast, but extra ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Unfortunately, there are always customers who simply leave their leftovers or trash lying around and leave the tables unfortunately dirty!!!🥺 What's so hard about disposing of leftovers?? If they do it that way at home.................... Oh my God!!! 🙏 Please put away your leftovers or the tray when you're done; the carts are ready to take them. The staff aren't there to put away leftovers or trays. We all want to be served quickly and then sit down at clean tables!!!

I was very disappointed with my visit to McDonald's. The manager there was extremely rude and unprofessional. A simple question was answered with a rude and condescending manner – that's not how you should treat customers. Friendliness and respect are a minimum standard in customer service. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. I will avoid this location in the future.

This McDonald's is basically what you'd expect – the quality of the food and the selection are up to standard. Unfortunately, you can currently expect significantly longer wait times than usual at the drive-thru. It seems as if, as in many other areas, staffing shortages are noticeable here, which understandably affects the speed. So, if you have a little more time, you'll get what you're used to. Visitors in a hurry should perhaps avoid peak times or be patient.

McDonald's with charging stations and plenty of parking. Everything is clean and tidy.

🍔 The McDonald's in Quickborn delivers what you'd expect—nothing special, but nothing catastrophic either. Perfectly fine for a quick snack. A quick tip: It's best to check your order right away, as sometimes something is missing. The standard taste is okay, but there are no surprises. 🍟📦👌

ATTENTION: Parking tickets!!! 1.5 hours of parking with a parking meter. Guy walks around the parking lot and immediately issues parking tickets.

Cleanliness: The tables are very dirty. The same goes for the floor and, unfortunately, the restrooms.

I like the restaurant, but the parking is unbelievable. Even with a receipt from McDonald's, they won't waive the parking fine. A visit to McDonald's is twice as expensive. I won't be going back anytime soon. Huge customer frustration. What a bummer! 😕

I've never used a McDonald's parking lot where you have to specify parking time! You miss the signs after a long traffic jam when you just want to go to the toilet quickly and take something to eat with you! After 10 minutes the €25 fine was there! There are a lot of people who don't see this and fall for it! Fries are disgustingly wobbly and cold! Toilets can no longer be locked and are super dirty!

Der Besuch bei McDonald’s in Quickborn war sehr unerfreulich. Die Damentoiletten konnte man nicht benutzen, da sämtliche Schlösser defekt oder Spender zerstört war. Des Weiteren konnte ich mein Eis nur noch flüssig genießen, als ich es endlich abholen durfte und im Restaurant roch es nach WC.

The fact that 90% of the time something is missing or something isn't right when you pick it up...you almost plan for it...and you know that you always have to check...unfortunately you don't always have the time for that...unfortunately not this time either...and it was almost admirable how you can manage to pack more wrong and missing things in a bag than the right ones...this time I even wanted to call to complain...unfortunately no one answers the phone.

Rarely have I seen such a poorly organized Macäs. Staff running around without a plan, customers asking about missing orders and an employee answering: nothing is lost, we're just slow. It would almost be worth popcorn

Extremely unfriendly employees. Especially at the drive through, the employees not only don't know their own menu, but are also impatient and snotty. You have to check your order every time because something is always missing. We were also given water instead of Sprite. Eating in the store isn't really any better because it's often overcrowded and dirty. And considering that McDonald's is a fast food restaurant, things move at a snail's pace in this branch. There are many good McDonald's locations, but this is not one of them.

We only used the MCDrive and ordered it via the app beforehand... Everything went smoothly and without any complications.

MC as usual BUT: We didn't see the customer parking sign while parking in the dark. After the meal we had a ticket for €25!! When spoken to in the store they said: the parking lot doesn't belong to us. There would be nothing that could be done. We ate for €100: I think that's a disgrace!! Toilets are dirty, you're used to that.

The store is unfriendly and not recommended. You arrive at 12:25 a.m. and find yourself in front of locked doors even though the closing time is 1:00 a.m. And then you are told to go on the MC drive. Now, seriously, things are going wrong for them.

Very good, the food was fresh, warm and still very quick, even if the order was a bit large. Service was friendly and quick. The ambience is a McDonald's and not a 5 star luxury thing but still neat and clean. Apart from the toilets, the employees probably can't do much about that

We came across this McDonald's restaurant by chance yesterday and were very happy about the fenced-in dog area! This is simply great for the dog and his owner after a long car journey. It's also great that dogs are allowed into the restaurant and we were very pleased. The parking situation was also completely relaxed despite the many guests; we could basically park right in front of the door. Several signs also indicate that you should definitely remember to have a parking disc. I also found the restaurant to be clean, the service was really good and quick even though it was extremely busy. All the order terminals worked and we had our food in just a few minutes. The food is as you would expect from McDonalds and is therefore suitable for a quick stop. We will now always go here when we are passing through. Thank you, McDonald's!

This McDonald's branch has not disappointed me yet and I was able to place orders and enjoy my food there without any complaints. Meets all standards that a McDonald's location should meet.

I can't say much about the restaurant itself. I drove away again because the parking mafia is actually out and about here. There are boards everywhere with information about the punishments. Sorry, I was no longer hungry.

I have rarely seen a cleaner McDonald's. The toilets were clean, there were even enough paper towels, the restaurant overall was tidy and clean, tables were wiped down (with cleaner!). The staff was very attentive and took the tray from customers and put it back. The burgers were all obviously freshly prepared and had enough sauces. It also went very quickly from ordering at the terminal to delivery at the table in just a few minutes. There were also at least 4 e-fast charging stations directly in the parking lot and another 10 ionity charging stations 50m away. The perfect charging stop on the way north (or south)

The food (wrap, burger) was cold, the wrap was falling apart, poorly prepared. French fries mixed in with other food where they didn't belong. The tables are dirty, they don't clean them.

Quality very variable. Cleanliness too. As soon as there is something more going on, this branch becomes unclean. But even when there's nothing going on, the wait times at the Drive Inn are abysmal. I have never experienced anything like that in Quickborn in any MCD. The other day after 20 minutes (even though there were only 3 vehicles in front of me) the employee said over the loudspeaker: “Wait”. Me: “That’s what I’m used to here.” You: “If you don’t like it, go somewhere else.” I then did that without ordering. I will not visit this store again.

The McDonalds was recommended to us because it has a fenced-in dog park, so we took a little detour on the way to the North Sea to get something to eat and to give the dogs some free time. The first time (03/30/24) everything was okay, the food and cleanliness in the restaurant were fine and the dog park was well maintained. The second and last time for us (10/13/24) the restaurant was unclean and the dog park was dirty and full of huge holes. We will save ourselves the detour in the future.

The prices are too expensive and way too dry.

It's the first time I've seen that the entrance door to the men's toilet was missing, I don't know how long it's been that way but it should be fixed. The food was fine as you would expect from McDonalds. However, the fries were cold but that's almost to be expected since very few McDonald's restaurants manage to serve them warm.
