McDonald's in Quickborn

Landed on the plane in the evening and went home, quickly picked up 2x Mac Ribs in the MC Drive, which were super hot, which is unfortunately not always the case with other MC Donalds. This has become a ritual for us, always on the way home after the holiday Home and always in the evening...

It's the first time I've seen that the entrance door to the men's toilet was missing, I don't know how long it's been that way but it should be fixed. The food was fine as you would expect from McDonalds. However, the fries were cold but that's almost to be expected since very few McDonald's restaurants manage to serve them warm.

Food was brought to the table very quickly. Tables were regularly wiped by staff. Toilets were fine. Staff was very friendly and smiling.

Pissed all over, no toilet paper, no lock, no soap, no towels. With a toilet like that I don't want to know what it looks like in the kitchen (Boaks!))

Very nice and fast staff in the drive in with a guide, I've never experienced anything like that before, very very strong. Food arrived very quickly and was even warm, a very good shop and the drive in is highly recommended.

My review of my visit to McDonald’s couldn’t be better. I was recently in a branch when I was served by a young, good-looking Croatian who immediately created a pleasant atmosphere with his warm and positive charisma. His smile and friendly greeting made the difference and made the visit special. The service was excellent: he was attentive, took the time to answer any questions, and worked safely and quickly. I felt welcome as a guest and you could tell he really cared about service - something you don't often see at a fast food chain. The food was fresh and tasty, as you would expect from McDonald’s. But the above-average service made the visit particularly pleasant and simply fun. Next time I'm in the area I'll definitely stop by again and hope he serves me again.

It's not the first time something was missing from our order. We wanted to give this Macd another chance. But that was it then. At home we noticed that we were missing chicken nuggets again. Last time it was a burger. You don't go out again, especially when you're on the road. A hotline or telephone number is of no use because no one answers the phone and the complaints website is of no use either, so that after you've answered all your questions you get a coupon for a Coke. Normally, if you use coupons with the app, you would have to credit back the things you were missing or something else if you can't go there again and reach someone on the phone. Instead they say that you should come back...

Visited this restaurant while passing through. Very neat and clean despite being so close to the highway.👌 Amazing! Food was as usual. Gladly again 🤟

Tonight is the 2nd time in a row that you order online via the app and only go there to pick it up and once again an entire menu is missing. How you can completely forget 1 of 2 menus is inexplicable to me and even now for the 2nd time in a row. Then you want to call and the number in Google isn't correct. Nicely paid for nothing, thank you very much for the competent team being able to pack an order. You can't just get a replacement that's a complete nonsense.

We thought it would be a good decision to grab something to eat at McDonald's after a long day. Hygiene is really not a priority here! There was paper and cardboard everywhere, as well as chips and other leftover food on the floor. We ordered a Mc Crispy, which arrived very poorly. The cheese was lying next to the burger and the meat was broken (you can say it looked like someone had tried to take a bite of this burger)... After commenting on this burger, I had to wait a long time again and got the wrong one Burger, but I ate it anyway. The cheese wasn't nearly melted, the tomatoes weren't ripe, and the burger was cold. There are books at the HappyMeal at the moment, both we and my little cousin received the wrong book three times and the staff started to get really annoyed. When one of us wanted to go to the toilet, we were again very disappointed. The door handles and handles were all very sticky and super dirty, some toilets, both in the men's toilet and in the women's toilet, had no toilet seats, no soap, and no towels. When we thought the cookie at the end would be the best part of the meal, we were also wrong, the cookie was rock hard and therefore wasn't eaten. I am very disappointed and for this money it is really a rip off! A test customer would have been really scared.

Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired! Not a table was wiped down and the restaurant was almost empty. It was very cold in the restaurant. When I asked, I was told that they didn't even know whether there was heating. Even though we were there, I got my coffee in a paper cup and not a cup. The answer here is that it would be quicker that way. We won't be coming back any time soon.

Typical McDonalds with a new concept with ordering kiosks. Service nice. Quick order. Food was good. Tables and toilets were clean. There was also enough parking space.

Coffee latte is not tasty, the milk is not foamed, the cheesecake is frozen, it is impossible to eat, the tables are dirty, there are no towels in the toilet, the doors are dirty.

10:30 in the morning. It was not yet busy and yet the service in the coffee corner was very slow and the toilets were particularly dirty. Out of toilet paper, broken toilet roll holder, trash can too tired and dirty to even look at.

Inside, only two of four order terminals were functional, meaning longer queues there and at the counter. We then ordered food for the drive-thru using the app and had to wait ages for food even though there were only two cars in front of us. The staff was nice, but the store is very poorly organized and we won't come here again.

Absolutely the last store. The employees are so slow and especially in McDrive. Because we prefer to be asked to continue at the distribution point so that the head office doesn't notice how slowly work is going on here. 1steen is at least 2 too many for this location.

The food didn't taste very good.. the burgers were slapped together in anger, the fries hard and not hot. In addition, it was very dirty! Food was good. But, seats and tables were dirty. Nobody to at least wipe the tables. No toilet paper in any of the three women's toilets. And no towels in the dispenser either. But unfortunately, as is so often the case, it's like this in almost all fast food restaurants.

Went there to charge my car and wanted a cup a coffee at 01.30. I was met with a locked door, and people cleaning even though it said open until 03.00 (on google and on the door) Around 5 other families were met with same disappointment.

The food and service was of the usual standard. However, the toilets were very poorly cleaned. The paper towels were missing from the men's toilet, which were then handed out at the food counter with the comment: "Do you need some?" It was not observed in a timely manner that these were filled up. The trash cans in the women's restroom were overflowing, the toilets weren't cleaned, it was (quote) "a mess"! The toilets at McDonalds used to be an insider tip! Probably not anymore!

If you come here on Sundays, the store is packed and the cleanliness is subpar. When it comes to sales, you can probably have the tables wiped. And if you forget your parking disc, you'll get a parking ticket. Great when you can't get your throat full anymore.

Price/performance no longer justified. The citizens taste like they always do, even if they were warm. Received cold burgers twice in a row. Employees too incompetent to bring the order properly. The employee poured the whole milkshake over me and didn't clean the floor later so we had to move to another table.

Find something good to snack on

I ordered a Big Tasty Bacon on two different days and both times the meatballs and bacon were over-fried and completely tough. Other burgers have always been okay.

A normal order placed over the restaurant counter must take a maximum of 90 seconds, an order from McDrive 120 seconds. And the staff kept me waiting for 15 minutes. Feel free to look at the bill and follow it with the camera. I got my money back but I won't order from here again. A complaint is already out for this restaurant.

I wanted to order a standard McMenu at this location, but luckily I wanted to wash my hands first. The sanitary facilities are a disaster! Not only are the urinals far too deep, the general cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired. This works better somewhere else. I preferred not to order a menu if it failed in this area :-( especially on a busy motorway you would expect it to be different!

One of the best McDonald's I've been to in a long time. Perfect fries, short waiting time, super nice team, and the McCafé tastes as good as in a good café And there is even an outdoor dog area outside

When we come back from vacation we often drive by there. However, the last two visits were, as already described, underground. Almost no clean table, the floor was also very dirty: chips, paper, etc. I also told the staff that. From the look of it, there were enough people there who weren't stressed. My daughter knocked over a cup of Coca-Cola 0.4. When we asked the staff about cleaning, we were given a few people (the table and floor were floating) to clean ourselves.

Not the best branch I've visited so far, but definitely okay. The star rating is based on my personal experiences there.

Underground visit... -Not a single clean table, floors also catastrophic -One drink was completely missing -Another drink was wrong -Sauces were missing -Served items were missing -Salad cutlery was also missing -A wrong gift in the Happy Meal -Little understanding from employees Mistakes happen, no problem. BUT: With such a small order for three children and one adult, it's almost an art to make so many mistakes. Actually you just have to read the order receipt. And there wasn't a huge rush... at least the food was warm and complete.

The whole place was pretty dingy. Fries, ketchup and paper on the floor, tables very dirty... Not to mention the women's toilets. With so many employees, most of whom were just standing around, this could have been taken care of.

Essen war okay aber weder richtig warm noch ansatzweise eine ähnlichkeit mit den Bildern. Terminals funktionierten nicht alle. Mitarbeiter waren leider nicht in der Lage einen zu verstehen oder Auskunft zu geben. Habe <aber 20 Minuten auf meine burger gewartet Fastfood ist das dann auch nicht mehr vor allem wenn sie dann nicht mal heiß sind.

En af de bedre McD jeg har været på i Tyskland. Hurtig service, fint legeland, og rene toiletter.

Dauert ewig etwas zu essen zu bekommen. Lag vielleicht an der Tageszeit.. Es wird sich am Kopf gekratzt und an der Nase gewischt und dann in die Tüte gegriffen für Pommes oder Nuggets um die zu öffnen..

Ich habe noch nie eine so sauberen Filiale gesehen , wie diese in Quickborn. ( wir waren gegen 18 Uhr da) Die Toiletten waren so sauber, ein ganz großes Lob dafür!!!!! Die Bedienung war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Diese Filiale kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

Hab curly fries bestellt und auch sour cream souce bekommen aber normale labbrige (alte) Pommes. Wollte einen kleinen Erdbeer Milchshake und mein Freund einen kleinen Vanille Shake und wir haben beide Vanille bekommen die nur bis zur Hälfte gefüllt waren ….. UND WIR HABEN IN ALLER RUHE BESTELLT !! Top ausgebildet 😂🙌🏻

Soooo viel besser als Langenhorn

Der Service war gut und sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war wie üblich nur etwas trocken. Für mich war das Restaurant etwas schmutzig. Es machte den Eindruck als wenn nur in der Mitte geputzt würde und nicht am Rand. Besonders ekelig waren die Toiletten. Stinkend und vollgepinkelt.

Довольно хороший Макдональдс. Бигмак приготовлен правильно, соответствуют размеры булочки и ингредиентов внутри: не больше или не меньше. Правда, ждали долговато заказ, но это не принципиально. Заказывали через терминал самообслуживания. Не чего не висло и это хорошо. Главное туалет чистый, что не всегда встречается в Макдональдсах Германии.

Leider eine Unglaublich Inkonstante Filliale, Manchmal schmeckt dass essen Super, Oft ist leider der fall dass es für McDonalds Verhältnisse nicht gut ist, Oft hat man Trockene Brötchen oder Kaltes Fleisch. Das Personal wirkt manchmal auch Überfordert auch wenn nicht viel Los ist.

Ich hasse die neuen Bestellautuomaten.
