We bought pizza from Dounia today and didn't even try it because there were hairs on several slices of the pizza! Not one, not two, but three hairs! It couldn't be more disgusting. How can you work with food and not wear "hair protection"? Absolutely terrible.

I have to say one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. This is how people must have felt in Naples in 1889 where pizza was invented by Pizzaiolo Raffaele Esposito in the Pizzeria Brandi on June 11th :) very friendly and super nice. Only recommended!!!
