An Italian restaurant with a home-like feel. Our regular haunt. We love coming here.

Very good and highly recommended food. The service was also very attentive and friendly, and the seating inside is nice.

We spontaneously stopped here for lunch. Despite the usual lunchtime bustle, the staff did a fantastic job and served truly delicious food.

Maybe not the best traditionnal italian pasta I've eaten in my life, but it was still good and the staff was so nice, they desserve those 5 stars!

The author Max Czollek called for public defamation on X / Twitter based on hearsay and without providing any evidence and tricked users into “rating” this restaurant, which is why there are so many negative reviews at the moment. In principle, every negative reviewer violates the terms and conditions of Google Maps, which is why deleting the comments should be successful. I hope that the operators of the restaurant use my screenshot to be able to sue the author for damages if necessary. Personally, I can't say anything negative about the restaurant and I have very doubts about the allegations, which also remind the Twitter community very much (even if only in a small way) of the "artist" Gil Ofarim's attempt to defame a well-known hotel in Leipzig.

Unfortunately, I have to report an alarming incident at this restaurant. Someone whose only “offense” was apparently his appearance was not served here. He was denied access to a basic service with the words “We have nothing for you.” This behavior is not only rude and disrespectful, but also a frightening sign of the increasing discrimination and anti-migrant sentiment that is spreading in Germany. It is particularly sad that such an approach is taking place in the state capital, a place that should stand for diversity and cosmopolitanism. A restaurant is a place that should represent hospitality and culinary enjoyment, regardless of the origin, appearance or background of its guests. Here, however, a clear limit was crossed. It's not just a question of poor service, but a question of humanity and respect, which was completely missing in this case. I cannot recommend this restaurant and hope that the operators speak up about this incident and take action to ensure that something like this never happens again. No one should be treated like this in a public space.

Guests are not served for racist reasons. For me a nogo. Quote : A friend and author was not served in a restaurant in Munich because of his appearance and was told: We don't have anything for you. Not a good sign for the state capital. & evidence of what is triggering the increasingly anti-migrant sentiment in this country.

My new absolute favorite Italian!!! Classic cuisine. Very good!! No frills. Great pizzas but also pasta. Nice family business for 24 years. I would love to come to Franco 😊

The food is really, really good. You sit directly on Dachauer Str., when the weather is nice, otherwise in a cozy restaurant. The place is well located, near the main station and Stiglmaier or Königsplatz. There is a deduction of 1 point in the service due to the lack of card payment options.

GOOD FOOD WITH A SERIOUS SIDE OF ATTITUDE, NO EXTRA CHARGE.... 2pm lunch. More empty tables than occupied. The waiter (owner?) was not happy when two of us ordered one salad, one pizza and two drinks. Unfortunately, he quickly turned rude, scoffing at us. He tried to take one of the two tableware sets from the table. When he delivered the drinks he confirmed our order of one salad, and one pizza. He proceeded to snatch the one plate from the table and walked away muttering. I considered walking away. Food was very good. Salad was properly dressed and the pizza had an excellent crust.

Small but very cozy Italian trattoria in the corner area of ​​Karlstr. / Augustenstr. The relatively familiar atmosphere with only 5 table groups is underlined by the friendly and polite staff! When we entered the well-filled restaurant, two nice waiters assigned us a table that was still available and brought us the menu. After just a short time, the order for 0.2l "Pinot Grigio" white wine was 6.20 euros, 1 pizza 4 formaggi (4 cheeses) was only 11.00 euros + extra garlic was 1.00 euros, and tiramisu was only 5 .50 euros and served quickly despite the restaurant being full. Both the pizza with a subtle garlic flavor, as well as the wine and the tiramisu tasted excellent!!! In between we even asked if everything was okay! The total price charged at the end of just 23.70 euros for everything together was also below average! In keeping with the overall impression, both waiters also waved goodbye in a friendly manner. Overall a 1++ recommendation!!

Excellent Italian restaurant, VERY authentic, a pasta, a pizza, tomato soup, everything very good, we went twice, once for lunch and once for dinner, which was very full and we were very well attended to. The only thing is that they don't accept cards, only cash, but there is an ATM very close to the restaurant and this doesn't affect the experience, I highly recommend it.

Stopped in past here on a whim and were really glad we did. Good, quick service and delicious, fresh pizzas. The entire meal cost about €27 for 2 pizzas, 2 beers and a coffee. Really good value.

Passable Pizza, aber nichts besonderes.

Einer meiner absoluten Lieblingsitaliener in München. Absolut authentisch. Toni, Stefano, Franco und Alessandro sind absolute Spitze. Geniale Pizzen, geniale Fischgerichte und das beste Saltimbocca in München. Einfach nur grandios.

I love to eat here. It feels like the entire family is working in the restaurant. Very friendly staff and super yummy food!

Kleiner, uriger Italiener um die Ecke - sehr leckere Pizza, solide Preise (Pizzen kosten circa zw. 8€ und 10,50€), kleiner Außenbereich, nichts (ab)gehobenes. Sehr nette Besitzer, Junior wie Senior. Im Sommer ein paar Tische im Außenbereich.

Wir können das kleine,gemütliche Restaurant nur weiterempfehlen. So muss eine Pizza schmecken und dann zu diesen Preisen, in der guten Lage! Top-Immer wieder gern. Ich möchte nur anmerken: Da das Restaurant eher klein ist,sollte man einen Tisch reservieren,damit man dort auch tatsächlich in den Genuss kommen kann.

Kleines Restaurant. Leckere Pizzen und Nudelgerichte. Preis/Leistung ist top. Kommen gerne wieder. Wenig Sitzplätze, man sollte wenn möglich vorher reservieren.

Cach only, kein Geldautomat in der nähe. Pizza ist dementsprechend leider kalt geworden.

Wir waren mit dem Service und den Pizzen sehr zufrieden und konnten einen warmen Herbsttag vor dem Restaurant genießen.

Freundlich, schnell, gut. Draussen sitzen ist Geschmackssache, aber das Essen war wirklich gut. 2 Pizzen, beide sehr gut, warm, gut belegt; so wie es sein soll. Ich / wir kommen wieder.

The service was great even with a small language barrier (the waiter knows Italian and German). But the food left us speechless as it is 😊 The Salmon was great with a perfect sauce, the pizza was a true Italian pizza and the tomato soap was to die for. You truly feel the food was made with love.

Mega Pizza und lecker Pasta!! Was nervt, zum abholen erreicht man ab 21 Uhr regelmäßig niemanden mehr, da geht man nichtmal mehr ans Telefon. Eine festes Zeitfenster für Abholer wäre super, dann muss man es nicht immer auf gut Glück versuchen.

Super italienisches Essen (und nicht nur Pizza und Pasta) zu angenehmen Preisen. Sehr freundlicher Wirt. Update 07-2022: weiterhin hervorragend!
