We had a nice time sitting and eating. Quiet place.

Truly disappointed with the pizza that probably could improve in every aspect, dough, sauce and ingredients. We ordered three pizze and i can't call them Italian pizza. The price is 12 to 15 for each one that is not that high for the area but the quality in my experience was not the expected for an Italian restaurant.

Classic pizzas, which are overpriced considering the size and average taste. In addition, it is not possible to pay by card. In my opinion an exclusion criterion!

The fact that a restaurant places a woman in front of the toilet and gives guests the unpleasant feeling of having to pay every time is simply absurd. I can understand that you need this lady and also that she is paid accordingly, but that should probably be taken over by the restaurant and not passed on to the guests. The food was good, but the service could be better and, above all, friendlier. Because when we wanted to pay, the bill wasn't correct at all, and it wasn't possible to divide the bill by 3 if we paid by card; that would only be possible if we paid in cash. Calling this food Italian is an insult to every single Italian! The pizza tastes worse than a ready-made pizza, the dough is soggy, the ingredients are the cheapest you can find in the metro. There was exactly 1 (in words: a) fingernail-sized piece of artichoke on the Capricciosa pizza. Then instead of €14 for the pizza you take €20 but at least it tastes great!! The taste of the pasta was very similar to still tap water (the bottle for €7 came to the table open and was a bit too similar to unfiltered Munich tap water). The slow service completed the experience! Thank you and NEVER AGAIN

italians stay away from this restaurant. pizza is awful, they just remove it from the refrigerator and put in the oven. it could be okay, but not paying 11€ per pizza. if it was be possible to put zero stars i would have done it.

Thin edge, soft bottom. The pizza is ok, but nothing more. Proud price for the size but that is certainly also due to the location. It's nice to sit in a lively area and the service is nice.

Lousy tourist trap! Worst pizza in my life, straight from the freezer, salami from the food technician. Waiter absolutely inattentive. I felt ripped off the whole time! To round things off: “Cash only, the WiFi is so weak today…” PS: of course the card reader worked perfectly! Never again!

Very nice restaurant and staff. During the Gärtner Platz Open Air I was employed as security guards on this street. The gentleman from the restaurant took care of me all the time, brought me drinks, brought me food, even my own employer didn't care that much about me. A real person with a heart. Authentic & Delicious! The perfect place to eat Italian food or recharge your energy reserves with an espresso on the sidewalk terrace. If you're lucky, you'll even be served by the boss himself. The service is outstanding! I can recommend the pasta. A clear recommendation and definitely worth a second visit.

Very friendly staff. They were also very considerate with our 3 year old twin boys. The food and drinks were brought fast to our table. And they even made sure to bring the pizza for the kids extra fast.

We have been regular guests for years and are always satisfied. Service, quality, prices: everything is fine. The wines are good and - rare in Munich - reasonably priced.

The first impression is the one that counts. “No card payments on the terrace”. What do you mean? Are there two shops? The waiter even tried to find an excuse but that is no longer acceptable. It's faster, easier and more hygienic to pay by card. And the food? Quite normal.

Food was OK at best. Pizza tasted more like frozen pizza than something you would expect in a restaurant. Service was very bad. Unfriendly and chaotic (especially the quite senior gentleman). They didn't want to allow card payments. But after asking and insisting 10 times, it does. Of course, split invoices are definitely not possible. The location is very good. But if you're not starving, 95% of the other options are better.

The service was nice. Unfortunately, the food was a bit disappointing. Pasta had little taste and was too salty.

On Saturday evenings the restaurant is very full and the boss is solely responsible for serving the outside area, but he has it completely under control! He is also very friendly and humorous. The pizza is good, the terrace is very nice! In terms of price, it's just like it is in Munich. There were two schnapps on the house for that.

I ordered a 4-formaggi pizza and received a small pizza, not even a hint of 4-cheese. The small pizza was tasteless and served on a cold chipped plate. This little Margherita pizza, let's call it that, cost me a whopping 14 euros. The waiter is friendly but only wants to be paid in cash without even providing a receipt.

Nice pasta and pizza restaurant. Pleasant decor and fast, helpful staff. The dishes are delicious and some of them especially. The prices are higher than you expect, although generally the prices are not low in this city.

The food and selection are okay and solid, but unfortunately there are significant reductions in friendliness and service - especially when it comes to the boss.

Food was delicious, unfortunately the 2 servers were a bit overwhelmed. Had the Monaco antipasto, 2 glasses Primitivo, tiramisu, and a decent grappa. The food arrived in a timely manner, but other things (such as replacing the olive oil missing from my table) took awhile. Also, there were a bunch of boxes in the dining area, which took up valuable space. Would visit again to give them another try.

Very nice team, the menu is a good mix of popular classics and less prominent but no less tasty alternatives. Tip: The changing daily menu always offers interesting options beyond the generic standards of many Italian restaurants 👍🏻

The first and last time... The owner is very friendly.. but his wife is terribly unfriendly! I've never experienced anything like this before... You order Malfy Gin Tonic Grapefruit and then receive a dubious drink with grapefruit juice...?! Never experienced it before... when you ask why you don't get the malfy gin of which there are 10 bottles in the display, you are literally pestered by the completely unfriendly wife of the owner... such owners should think about whether they are in the right place in the restaurant... had me on one I was looking forward to a lovely evening but then I left the group because that ruined everything…! ABSOLUTELY NO GO THE WAY YOU TREAT GUESTS!!!!!!!

Unfortunately the order was very disappointing. The pizzas were basically without tomato sauce and some of the dough wasn't fully baked.

Please, do not go to that place, invest a bit more of time trying to find another pizzeria. I am pretty sure the pizza we had was from the supermarket and the pasta with frying oil instead of olive oil, this place is an offense to the Italian food.

Hello everyone, in my opinion, the food here is a lot, quite delicious with a very reasonable price (10-13€/dish, 30cm pizza as big as your face). But the service is only 4 stars, -1 star because we call ourselves Chinese :) The food is good, but not all Asian is Chinese.

Warum nur zwei Sterne? Der Hauptgrund: von den drei Bedienungen hat nur eine während der zweieinhalb Stunden Besuchszeit gelächelt, die anderen beiden haben beim Servieren des Essens nicht mal in meine Richtung geschaut. Zudem: Die Vorspeisenplatte war okay, ich hatte für den Preis mehr erwartet, insbes. mehr als ein kleines Stück Brot. Die Hauptspeise waren hausgemachte Kürbisravioli. 5 Ravioli für grob 16€, geschmacklich und optisch gleich denen, die ich aus dem Restaurantgroßhandel kenne. Auch wenn sie hausgemacht gewesen waren, der Unterschied war nicht zu schmecken und die Portion sehr klein.

Pizza salami - yum Limoncello spritz is very good For dessert, tiramisu was out of this world 😍 Service is very nice. I liked the music and the atmosphere a lot. 5/5, would recommend

Unsere Bestellung wurde vergessen. Das kann mal passieren, allerdings war der Umgang damit schlecht. Erst wird man gefragt was man bestellt hatte. Dann wird einem unkommentiert ein Salat vorgelegt. Auf Rückfrage « bekommt man nicht immer das was man bestellt ». Zum Abschluss dann versalzene Gnocchi mit zähem Fleisch. Wenigstens mussten wir die nicht zahlen. Wir werden nie wieder kommen.

War zum Mittagessen da. Pasta perfekt al dente und die soße schön würzig. Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Preise für die Lage und die Qualität der Gerichte perfekt. Hab einige Gerichte auf der Karte entdeckt die mich auf jeden fall dahin zurück bringen :)

Wie gehabt schon seit Jahren verkehren wir,meine Damen und Herren und ich zum Umtrunk oder Familienfest bei unseren italienischen Gastwirt.9

Wir waren nur für paar drinks da. Wollten unbedingt draußen sitzen, hat super gepasst und wir waren sehr gut bedient. Essen sah sehr lecker aus und hat sehr gut gerochen. Preise für Pizza - Pasta starten ab ca. 11 Euro. Also ich kann diesen Laden nur weiterempfehlen. Es ist tatsächlich so, daß man sich willkommen fühlt Danke!

Leckere Pizza! Für den kurzen Mittagssnack perfekt. Haben die Pizza Regina probiert, diese war frisch und sehr lecker! Espresso kommt mit Absacker auch super. Authentischer Italiener! Super Preisleistung.

Wohlfühl-Italiener zwischen Viktualienmarkt und Gärtnerplatz mit sehr herzlichem padrone. Knappe Karte mit Pasta, Pizza und einigen Tagesgerichten, die keine besonderen kulinarischen Überraschungen bietet. Aber die Qualität der Pizzen (Wir hatten Capricciosa und Melanzane.) stimmt allemal und die Preise sind für das Viertel durchaus angemessen. Und als kleines "Bonbon" kann der Gast an warmen Sommertagen einen Corso interessanter Typen durch die Reichenbachstraße beobachten.

Authentic Italian restaurant in the heart of Munich. Had a great time.

Wurden zwar freundlich empfangen, dann kamen 3 verschiedene Servicekräfte jeweils 2x um Bestellung aufzunehmen, was grundsätzlich ok ist, jedoch eben schon zeigt, dass die Organisation etwas zu wünschen übrig lässt. Haben 2 Pizzen und 2x Spaghetti aglio olio bestellt. Pizzen kamen, die Pasta jedoch nicht. Erst nachdem die beiden Pizzen verspeist wurden, konnten wir die Pastagerichte in Empfang nehmen. Gemeinsames Essen nicht möglich, obwohl andere Gäste, die später kamen, ihre Pasta bereits erhalten haben. Hinzu kommt, dass der Knoblauch merklich verbrannt gerochen und geschmeckt hat. In der Gastro dürfte das bekannt sein, dass Knoblauch schnell drüber ist. Als "Entschädigung" wurden uns ungefragt 4 Ouzo auf den Tisch gestellt, obwohl keiner von uns Alkohol trinkt. Als weiterer Versuch wurde uns wieder ungefragt ein Stück Tiramisu gebracht, was jedoch wieder nur 1 Person von uns aus diversen Gründen essen konnte. Uns wäre mit einer freundlichen Entschuldigung bzw einer kurzen Rückfrage, ob uns etwas gebracht werden darf, mehr geholfen gewesen. Pizzen waren gut.

Die bestellte Pizza nicht echt heißt. Trotz wenig Leute müßte ich länger auf die Bedienung warten.

Hoge prijs-kwaliteit-verhouding. Zaak zat helemaal vol, personeel is zeer vriendelijk en rustig. Eten en drinken stond in een zucht op tafel. Erg leuke plek!

Tolle Pizza, nein.... super tolle Pizza, nein...fantastische Pizza. Zwar normale Größe, aber ansonsten großartig. Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne. Wir hatten 2 x Pizza, 2 x Cocktail, 2 x Bier 2 x Ramazzotti und Wasser...für 60 Euro. Da kann man nichts dagegen sagen.

Essen war gut. Innen schönes Ambiente. Draußen leider nicht so toll. Ist aber auch den engen Platzverhältnissen geschuldet. Limoncello war lecker.

Employees are alright but really annoying that they make you walk all the way to the other street to get cash, presumably to avoid taxes. Nice digestiv at the end though
