A truly wonderful evening! We went to L'Osteria in Pasing today and were absolutely delighted. The atmosphere is as cozy as ever, but what made today's visit truly special was the fantastic food and top-notch service. The Pizza Capricciosa: Huge (as you'd expect from L'Osteria!), with a crispy crust and high-quality ingredients. Simply delicious! The dessert: The panna cotta was the perfect ending – wonderful consistency and just the right amount of sweetness. A very special thank you goes to Akin! He took excellent care of us throughout the evening: attentive, super friendly, and incredibly fast. This is how dining out should be.

The pizza was delicious. However, the service was completely uninterested after taking our order. We weren't offered any more drinks, even though three out of four glasses were empty, nor were we offered dessert. We were also never informed when the kitchen closed, so it was too late by the time we finally managed to flag down the waiter. The restaurant is supposedly open until 11 pm, but unfortunately, you can't expect any service after 9:30 pm. Perhaps it would be a good idea to adjust the opening hours.

We often order from L'Osteria, today we dined there in person again. The atmosphere is very cozy and the service was very pleasant. Akim was attentive to our needs, immediately available, and you can have a lot of fun with him!

Yesterday we went to L'Osteria for my mother's birthday dinner and we're still raving about the unexpectedly wonderful evening! Lisa gave us such a warm welcome with service that's so rare these days. We were served fresh bread and treated to a little demonstration by her with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt. She gave us fantastic advice and perfectly matched all our tastes. The Lillet Fragola was delicious, the pizzas were huge and tasty, and to top it all off, she sang for my mom! We'll definitely be back more often!

Food okay, service - catastrophic! The first thing we noticed upon entering was the extremely loud music... Okay in a disco, but not good for a restaurant. We got our table on the first floor, and after 10-15 minutes, no one had asked about drinks... I then called the waiter over. I then ordered a bottle of wine, water, and the appetizer. The second appetizer plate I ordered never arrived... We then ate pizza, which was okay in itself, but half of it was undercooked, and even the meager amount of cheese wasn't properly melted. I told the waiter, and instead of an apology, I just got an "okay." After sitting with empty glasses, we weren't asked once in over half an hour if we wanted more drinks or coffee/dessert... The waiter was obviously more concerned with cleaning than with the guests, two hours before closing time. Almost every table on our floor had run out of drinks. When we didn't tip for the abysmal, non-existent service, the waiter who was paying the bill complained to his colleague. This disastrous service doesn't deserve a single cent in tips, it damages the business, and they're hurting themselves financially as well. The price-performance ratio is definitely unacceptable! The only positive points: the extra glass of white wine we ordered was very generously filled, and the pizza was very large and authentically Italian.

First, the positives: The food was very good, the restaurant itself was lovely, and we would definitely return based solely on the food. Unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. Even during our initial phone call before our visit, one of the staff members seemed extremely unenthusiastic and unfriendly, which, to be honest, almost deterred us from coming at all. This impression was sadly confirmed when we arrived. We were served by a waiter with a full beard who seemed very rushed, annoyed, and not at all friendly. He constantly rushed to our table, barely allowed time for questions, and generally gave the impression that we were more of a nuisance than anything else. The situation regarding the tip was particularly unpleasant: it was clear that more was expected, and the thank-you came only very belatedly and reluctantly. This is especially disappointing because the food and ambiance were truly excellent. However, friendliness and a pleasant atmosphere are just as important to us for a successful restaurant experience. Friendliness and a pleasant tone are just as essential to a successful restaurant visit for us. ... We hope that this feedback will be taken seriously internally, because otherwise the service will spoil what is otherwise a very good overall impression.

The vegetable pizza was topped with rosemary 🤮, the eggplant was cut into thick cubes, and in some places the pizza tasted sour (like vinegar). The crust tasted like a biscuit. The service was very friendly and attentive, and the drinks were nicely chilled. At times, the music was turned up so loud that I couldn't hear the person across from me properly. We were sitting right under the speaker, though. The pizza definitely leaves a lot to be desired—unfortunately.

The negative reviews were absolutely right! I've never had such a bad experience at any other L'Osteria. We had a reservation and were shown to our table immediately, but it wasn't until 15 minutes later that we were asked about drinks, so we ordered food at the same time. There were only five other guests in the restaurant, so it shouldn't have been a challenge for the staff. While we were waiting for our pizzas, the cook walked over to the bar and stuffed himself with a slice! About 35 minutes after ordering, our pizzas were finally placed on the counter, but no one bothered to serve them. Instead, the staff stood together behind the bar, clearly enjoying themselves, their phones glued to their hands. Another 10 minutes later, they finally brought us those same pizzas, cold and unappetizing. We had already finished our drinks, but asking if we wanted another one was apparently too much to ask. What abysmal service! The manager of the Pasing branch should be replaced! The staff is rude and taciturn; they can easily be replaced! PS: The worst half-and-half pizza I've ever had at L'Osteria... Sucuk has no place on an Italian pizza!

That was the most disgusting carbonara I've ever eaten – full of slimy bits of egg white and yolk. After seeing that, I sent the entire plate back and didn't want to eat anything else. Of course, the carbonara wasn't removed from the bill. I paid for it normally in the end, and then, with the sheer rudeness of it, I was told that I hadn't asked the waitress to remove it. Absolutely outrageous and disrespectful. I hope the health department pays you a visit very soon.
