We were quite impressed by the Losteria in Pasing. Akin provided us with such professional service. His friendly and attentive manner made us feel very comfortable, and we would definitely recommend him! We'll be back, Akin.

Thiago greeted us charmingly and let us choose our table. He helped us order quickly, but without being intrusive, and he humorously bridged any delays caused by technical issues.

The staff, in our case Thiago, is very charming, the pizza is delicious and there is a nice ambience in the middle of Pasing ☺️

We had reserved a table for four for 7:30 p.m. for my father-in-law's birthday. Upon arrival, we were assigned two tables pushed together – both wobbly. Upon our request, the young waitress with long black hair kindly offered a change of seats, which we gladly accepted. The restaurant was lightly populated, but the service quality left much to be desired. At our new table, we were served by a different waiter, who was very friendly. Our order – three pizzas, three drinks, and two small salads – was taken promptly. The drinks and pizzas arrived quickly, but the salads only arrived upon request, after we were already halfway through our meal. After the main course, there was no service on the first floor for about 20 minutes. We were unable to order any more drinks or desserts. Only after we requested them were we given three pizza boxes for the leftovers – without being asked if we wanted anything else. When I politely asked about possible parking discounts in the attached underground garage, the answer was simply, "We have nothing to do with parking," even though the L'Osteria logo is everywhere in the garage. We ended up paying via QR code because no one came. No goodbye, no thank you—no reason to return. We won't be visiting this branch again and will report our experience to headquarters.

There was a piece of glass in my marinara, the on-site staff is overworked, the delivery service is a disaster, but other than that, the food is pretty good.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this pizzeria. I ordered a takeaway pizza that, according to the description, was not spicy. When I opened the pizza, I was shocked – it was unbearably spicy! It was barely edible, and I had to throw half of it away. This is absolutely unacceptable, as I didn't order spicy food and didn't expect it to be spicy. The service at this pizzeria has deteriorated significantly recently. Everyone used to be much friendlier and more reliable, but now the quality and service leave a lot to be desired.

Boy, how long do you have to wait for food at 9:30 p.m. I've been waiting for 40 minutes and there's hardly anything going on.

I would like to briefly describe my visit to Losteria today. I was only asked what I wanted to order after 15 minutes. I ordered spaghetti and a Coke. The drink came quickly, but the food took over half an hour. The waiter put it on the table and left immediately. Unfortunately, I didn't get any cutlery or napkin. So I made my presence known four times. Unfortunately, it didn't achieve anything. So I got my cutlery myself. The staff were preoccupied with themselves and chatted behind the bar instead of looking at the customers to see if anyone had anything else they wanted. I just don't think that's right, especially when the place is almost empty and lots of tables are unoccupied. And finally, one more thing: a large Spezi really does cost €5.25.

We love coming here for the pizza! It's very thin, large, and truly delicious! Yes, you sometimes have to wait for service, but it's worth it.

We've ordered from here a few times. At first, everything was always perfect, but now the orders are no longer correct. Either something is missing completely, or the package contains something different than what was ordered. It's a shame. This will be the last time.

Ordered food. Half was missing. The other half was damaged in transit. The owner doesn't care because Lieferrando is at fault. The rest won't be delivered because they don't have a service for it. Rude on the phone.

Gigantic pizza, good taste and a nice children's menu. Unfortunately we had to wait a long time before we were assigned a table (probably because it was Friday night, without reservation). Nice modern atmosphere but poor acoustics: a lot of noise pollution and high volume of the speakers. Nevertheless, I can recommend this restaurant

We had a really amazing Pizza, Bruschetta and Housemade Drink ( Hausgemacht Maracuja und Erdbeer Getänke) at this place. The Staff is very friendly. Ambience is absolutely wonderful. Mr.Dachel is very professional and very nice to us and all the food arrived perfectly on time. Everything arrived just perfect wrt taste. Would definitely recommend this place for perfect Pizza. Losteria have become our all time go to place.

We travel a lot, and L'Osteria is always our go-to place when we get hungry. We discovered L'Osteria in Pasing by chance today and hadn't even heard of this charming little place. We're currently sitting at l'Osteria Pasing with our two children (2 and 8 years old) and had a wonderfully relaxed, wonderful lunch. Akin welcomed us very warmly and, without being asked, brought the children a high chair, art supplies, and children's cutlery! The two pizzas we ordered were delivered directly on four plates in no time! Very attentive and incredibly child-friendly! Both the children and we felt very comfortable and will definitely be back!! Thank you so much!!

Unique the portions are huge and not as expensive as it looks

Food was delicious but hospitality is unknown to the workers. Quick processing, disrespect and making the customer feel stupid seems to be normal here 1st and last time here.

The food itself is quite good, but very, very expensive and the knives were blunt. Unfortunately there is also a massive wasp problem, which means you can't enjoy the food. Investing in wasp traps or bait etc would definitely be recommended and a sign of good service. At least proper beer mats would have been nice, not just a piece of paper that doesn't fit on the glass and keeps flying away.

It has to be said, the food is always good in all L'Osteria! BUT I WILL NEVER GO TO LOSTERIA PASING AGAIN! For the third time in a row, the service staff was just annoying… -Stood at the entrance for 10 minutes without anyone noticing you. We then simply walked into the room and announced that we had a reservation and where the table was -The waiter didn't know either and was overwhelmed and just sat us down at a table that was there. He didn't care what name the reservation was in. -The employees are more concerned with entertaining their colleagues during their shift than with the guests. -The bar didn't know how to pour a wheat beer, so they stirred the glass furiously with a spoon to get more foam in the glass so that the guest had a head of foam in the glass (?!) -after the meal, the waiter preferred to fill the empty tables with salt and pepper and wander around the restaurant without any plan at all, rather than clearing away the empty plates for us (we had finished eating for 20 minutes!!!) -When we ordered the bill, the card machine was simply placed on the table without comment, without even saying how much it cost etc. You always hear that the service at L'Osteria PASING is worse than at other locations, but today was definitely the last time for me and my family. Uncoordinated, without a plan, no motivation and guests don't really matter here. Too bad.

Was in the Losteria in Pasing today and I am satisfied. The staff was nice, the food was good and the atmosphere was pleasant. What I particularly liked was that the music wasn't too loud - there are sometimes restaurants where it's so loud inside that you almost can't hear your own voice. So, bottom line, I can recommend Losteria Pasing.

Losteria as we know it - loud and full of life. If you want to eat in peace this is definitely the wrong place for you, but for everyone else it's great. Service from Diana was great.

The pizzas at L’Osteria are really amazing – huge, crispy-thin and topped with a lot of love. Particularly practical: You can order them with two different toppings - perfect for sharing. The atmosphere in the Künstlerhaus is charming and lively, and the service is always friendly and attentive. A culinary highlight for all pizza lovers!

Our lunch at L’Osteria was delicious! Antipasti and carpaccio as starters were plentiful. The chili oil, pepper mill and salt were brought to the table without being asked by the nice waiter named “Dacher”. The pizza was crispy and huge. Conclusion: Service perfect, food delicious.
