We were at L’Osteria today and were served superbly by Tiago. The food was great as always, we’ll be back again :)

So I'm very happy to come, but unfortunately I have to say that today I was a bit disappointed with the waiter who welcomed us upstairs on the first floor for our table, didn't say hello, but directly asked how long we were staying there because of reservations but I had also made a reservation. I found it very rude but the waitress who served us was a 10/10, always smiling and very attentive and everything went quickly. The stars are actually only for the waitress

I would like to share my experience at Lostaria. Unfortunately I was disappointed with my last visit. I politely asked when my pizza would arrive and the shift manager was disrespectful and rude. It is a pity that the customer service in this case did not meet expectations. I hope that situations like this can be avoided in the future because I would have liked more friendliness and professionalism.

My first impression was very good 👍, I was just irritated because the entrance to the hotel + L'Osteria is the same and says "cucina" in the ground floor room. I then spontaneously took the hotel elevator up to the 1st floor and found my people straight away. I think the possibility of ordering the pizza 🍕 ½+½ is great👍👍

I had the pleasure of visiting L'Osteria in Pasing and it was a fantastic experience in every way! The pizzas are the absolute highlight – huge, thin, crispy and topped with fresh ingredients. The selection ranges from classic variants to creative combinations that really suit every taste. The service was perfect – attentive, warm and very professional. Despite the high number of people, we were served quickly and the team did everything they could to make us feel completely at home. I'll definitely be back and can definitely recommend this restaurant! Grazie mille!

We ordered two pizzas via UberEats. Unfortunately the pizzas arrived totally damaged (by the driver). After a very nice phone call with Losteria Pasing, two new pizzas were made for us. Top service and communication, thank you very much and a happy new year 2025.

40 minutes wait for an ice cream and a drink

I wanted to order a pizza to take away. There are three waitresses standing around in the restaurant and no one opens their mouths. After waiting for 10 minutes next to the bar, basically in the middle of the restaurant, I left again because apparently no one understood what the actual job was. No greeting, no order, no pizza. Unbelievable what just happened. Embarrassing and never again.

We went today and it was by far my worst restaurant experience in Munich. The food was totally undercooked, tasteless. I ordered the pizza Gamberetti, which is a pizza bianca, and they put mayonnaise on the dough. The pizza Cesar-Pollo was another disaster, it was just full of liquid. None of the pizzas we ordered, not even the Hawaiian, were tasty. They were all undercooked, bland. We also ordered bruschetta as a starter, which was served with the pizzas without proper bruschetta bread. The oil they give you to put on it is not a real olive oil as the colour is just transparent and tasteless.

If you honestly order a vegetarian pizza with grilled vegetables and you only get a few slices of grilled vegetables on the pizza, that's still correct. When on the whole pizza only. 10 small cubes of vegetables are fine, I'm really asocial and the man pays for the pizza

Delivery was spontaneously canceled after waiting for over an hour.... Never again!!!!

I found it very impersonal, you come in and wait for someone to come. Plus, no one pays any attention at the bar right next to the entrance. Then they just said, up to the first floor, nothing more You come up and are ignored again because there was a "Reserved" sign on all the tables, so you didn't know where to go. We then went to a waiter and finally knew where to go. Unfortunately, everyone who came after us got their turn first, which wasn't nice, as there were 2 waiters there and you could see who came first

We liked it and the pizzas were delicious as always! The service was also very friendly. Only the beer had a strange aftertaste and smelled strange - slightly moldy. We didn't drink it, we were served a new one, but it was similar. We didn't have to pay for it, which we actually thought was great. This is a very respectable gesture. You don't find it often anymore, so a big thank you from us!

We were in the Losteria in Pasing for the first time on December 18th, 2024. The waitress Akin was super accommodating and friendly. Food was great and arrived quickly. We'll be back ☺️

You really have the impression of being in Italy. Ambience timelessly classic, background music coordinated, service courteous and very friendly. Food fresh and very good! The possibility of ordering a pizza (attention 45 cm diameter! I've never seen pizzas that big!) with two different toppings is perfect (in the photo 1/2 BBQ chicken and 1/2 tuna without onion)! Gladly again at any time!

We (two friends) were first greeted by the male waiter with: “Hello Chicas”. I would actually have preferred to go back straight away. But then he probably sensed that we found it impossible and served us respectfully the rest of the time (he even sat us down). You pizzas are ok.

Tjago served us again, like the last few times, very pleasantly, friendly and quickly. The food (pizza and pasta) was also good. It's just a shame that there is no bitburger 0% anymore. The Italian alternative is just ok.

One of my worst restaurant visits. In total we spent 2 1/2 hours here. Not because it was so beautiful... but because everything took forever. The big thing was ordering dessert. After 40 minutes we were informed that dessert would no longer be available. They then wanted to bring us coffee on the house as compensation. It was a nice gesture, but I wanted to make it home the same day and not spend the night in the restaurant. After begging for another 30 minutes to pay, we went to EDEKA and got dessert.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting L'Osteria and all I can say is that it was a thoroughly enjoyable evening. I was particularly impressed by the Maccheroncini Gorgonzola dish. The pasta was perfectly al dente and the gorgonzola sauce had just the right balance between creamy and spicy - just a treat for the taste buds. The flavor was rich but not too heavy, and the combination with the fresh pasta was just ideal. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very inviting, the staff friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The atmosphere was also relaxed and cozy, which made the visit even more pleasant. I can definitely recommend L'Osteria, especially if you're looking for an authentic Italian meal in a pleasant setting. I will definitely come back!

Tip: share a pizza or order half a pizza - that's possible. The ambience itself is very nice, but since everything is open, it's a bit noisy.

Outrageous and disrespectful behavior – never again! Today we were at L’Osteria in Pasing with five people and had one of the worst experiences we have ever had in a restaurant. Even though we ordered several drinks, appetizers, and desserts and were weekly regulars, we were treated in an incredibly disrespectful manner by the waiter who served the downstairs area of ​​the restaurant. After paying, the waiter complained loudly that the tip wasn't enough and threw some of the money back to us across the table. He became loudly upset and made fun of us, which was not only disrespectful but also incredibly humiliating. This behavior was not only unprofessional, but simply shocking. The worst thing is: This outrageous behavior is not an isolated incident. Unfortunately, we have already experienced the same behavior in the Ottobrunn branch. Apparently this disrespectful treatment of guests is now the order of the day at L’Osteria. One thing is certain for us: we will no longer set foot in any of the branches. Something like that simply shouldn't happen in the catering industry.

Of all the branches in Munich, this is my favorite. The staff is mostly professional, except for one or two young ladies who think she's on a catwalk and should be asked what she wants to drink. But Tiago and the rest of his team are great, warm and, as I said, PROFESSIONAL. Food, drinks…without any complaints, quite the opposite
