The three of us would have liked to have lunch today on September 4th, 2024. After the employees were very unfriendly, we left the restaurant without further ado. Gladly not again!

The food is always very good here. The pizzas are huge, but you can share one between two people with different toppings. Very good value for money, large selection of drinks and we sat outside very comfortably today. The young waitress was really very nice and attentive.

Hello people, Theo and Lena (we) ended our one-year anniversary at L'Osteria today and didn't regret it one bit! The food was amazing and we were more (!) than full. We wish we lived here and could treat ourselves to such culinary delights every evening. GaLiGrü Thena 😚🤘🏼

We were inside when it was raining, so no problem with wasps :-). The restaurant is architecturally stunning - on two floors - and so is the food, if you choose something more unusual, for example pizza with chicken BBQ (the salad was also great), and dirt cheap if you eat a huge pizza with different toppings for two ordered (is possible!). We'll be back, even when the weather is nice in the quiet courtyard.

The food is always delicious and the service is good even when it's busy. The ambience is a bit louder, but ideal with children ;-)

I have to honestly say today we were served better than ever before and the food came extremely quickly and tasted extremely good. A few weeks ago things looked different here. Great improvement!!!

We only made a quick stop for a drink. But it was very nice and comfortable on the beach chairs :)

l'osteria is generally one of my favorite restaurants. The location in Pasing is also great :) had pasta with vegetables, which were very tasty and the portion was also a good size

The food was very tasty but the waiter with black hair was very unfriendly, I've never seen anything like that before, really rude, I'll never come here again

The food itself is fine and good. But the service here leaves a lot to be desired. The staff is sometimes inattentive and gives you the feeling of being a nuisance. Waiting times are extremely long, you are not asked for drinks and if you pay attention you only get annoyed looks from the staff. I would take action here urgently - something should be done here just in the store's own interest, because you will lose a lot of sales if tables cannot be filled or nothing else is sold. We were there last time.

Prices have risen sharply, pizza €17.90, service is subpar, staff would rather make phone calls than take care of the guests!

Everything fits, but what I find annoying is that it doesn't always have what is given on the card. It has already happened 3 times that there was no vegan cheese even though it was on the menu.

The food itself is quite good, but very, very expensive and the knives were blunt. Unfortunately there is also a massive wasp problem, which means you can't enjoy the food. Investing in wasp traps or bait etc would definitely be recommended and a sign of good service. At least proper beer mats would have been nice, not just a piece of paper that doesn't fit on the glass and keeps flying away.

The pizzas are very large and taste incredibly delicious. The restaurant is spread over two floors, it's nicer to sit upstairs, but it's usually only open in the evening.

Mishaps happen. When a Rosato Spritz is served and the glass collapses, the cool, sticky liquid soaks the trouser leg and the evening becomes chilly, a first visit couldn't be more unpleasant. The bill, which only included the drinks, was all the more pleasantly surprising. The food was on the house. Thanks for the attention. The end result shows who deals with accidents professionally - TOP. Oh yes, the food was great, the service was attentive, quick and friendly. Continued success. We'll be back. 👍 —————————— Update in July 2024 Unfortunately that was it for me. It's true that the food is very good, but the way you deal with customers who want to sit on the terrace shortly after 9 p.m. is subpar. And yes, even if you have to vacate completely at 10 p.m., the sound makes the music - and you could point that out in a friendly way. Very unfortunate.

Great Pizza with lovely ambience

Nice establishment - service can sometimes take some time and random orders, such as individual drinks, occasionally get lost along the way. Food is consistent and quite quick, perfect for if you are having an evening meal with children and can’t wait too long.

Super delicious vegan pizza cheese and great vegan selection! Unfortunately it took forever until we could pay, there was very little space at the table, otherwise the service was top. Maybe there is a lack of staff?

The waiter charged us more than was stated on the bill. After I asked for an invoice, he quickly added it as miscellaneous cuisine and then somehow talked his way out of it. 8€ too much!

If it were possible not to give a star I would do so. The whole shop and the food have nothing to do with real Italian food. Here you only pick out the typical dishes that are familiar to Germans and put them on the menu. The staff is from the Middle East and has no idea about the Italian language and Italian cuisine. The waiters always “decorate” the pizza quickly with unwashed hands when you come out of the kitchen. (BASIL, ARUCOLA, SHARED PARMESAN...) Now it's clear to me why Italian guests can't be found there. This has nothing to do with Italian dishes. Even if you “do” it in Italian.

We ordered a table in the garden over the phone, the lady on the phone said just come over, there are always 2 seats for you. When we arrived after about 30 minutes, we as guests were personally insulted by the manager, something like that... you can't make a reservation after 30 minutes. I showed him that I called, but he didn't care...!! When a guest even offered that we could sit at his table because he wanted to pay now and then leave, the hospitable manager said no... We then left the restaurant. This is hostile to the guests...!!! Thank you very much, but we will never go there again, neither will our friends and acquaintances.

We wanted to sit outside on the terrace. Unfortunately there was no service on the terrace today. The interior is too loud. Kitchen noises, loud music and guests who then talk even louder... The food was mediocre. Ordered pizza BBQ chicken. The pizza is too big. It doesn't fit on the plate at all. You can't cut them. There are over 10 cm all around the outside of the plate... You have to take the rest home.

We came here with a small child, a baby in a stroller, while the place was completely empty. At first we sat on the side that faces the playground. There were no menus or a reservation sign on the table. We were told we had to go to the other side where all the tables had a reservation sign. We did that. We then waited for 15 minutes (maybe more) but no one came to take our order. We went. A pity.

Really a fantastic restaurant. The service is very good and courteous. The ambience of the restaurant is really nice. The food is a new pleasure every time. I've been coming here to eat regularly since it opened. Can recommend it to everyone. The waiter Thiago was very friendly and was able to fulfill all requests to our complete satisfaction.

Top! Our waiter was called Akin and was very sweet and quick. Food came quickly and tasted very good. Always my pleasure.

We were served by Thiago this evening and were very satisfied. He tried very hard to offer me (9 months pregnant) and my husband a quiet and relaxing place. The food was also served quickly and the remaining pizza was packed up. Thanks for that!

The atmosphere at L’Ostaria Pasing is really great, and the food is also comparatively better than in other restaurants in the chain. Our stay was crowned by our waiter Akin: friendly and quick

After repeated requests, the first dish (a pizza) arrived after 60 minutes, the second dish was a lasagne and arrived 5 minutes later in a frozen state. Very unfortunate.

For these prices I really wished for better food: the pasta dish was simply bland, the pizza was okay... but the plate was far too small, unfortunately not a recommendation

I've been a guest at l'Osteria for years but today there was a hair in the pizza, the boss was called and said he would deduct it from the bill. Since I shared the pizza and my mother wanted to eat the other half, she also lost her appetite and we both only tried a little of the pizza because we hadn't seen the hair yet. Nevertheless, only half of the pizza was deducted from the bill with the explanation that there was nothing on my mother's plate. It's not about the money, it's about the unfriendly manner and paying for a service that doesn't correspond to what was promised. It's simply unhygienic and unfortunately it can happen sometimes, but you honestly don't have to understand why people are so unfriendly. Last time I was there

I had an amazing experience here! The pizza was huge, perfect for sharing, and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend it! The waiter Thiago was kind and did a great job.

Even without a reservation, we got a table straight away and Tiago served us very friendly and competently. As always, pizzas are huge and delicious and taking the leftovers with you is no problem.

I think the food there is really delicious, we always order a pizza and spaghetti arugula & pomodoro and an espresso to finish! Everything tastes like in Italy! The dessert is great too! The service can sometimes be a little faster, but otherwise we are very satisfied. 😁

Akin was very nice. We were very hungry and ordered straight away. He brought us a pizza and a pasta straight away and very quickly. Both super delicious as always! Even when my friend ordered a lasagne, it was delivered quickly. Therefore the deserved 5* in every category. But I would give it a 6 if I could.

Ich habe vor kurzem das L'Osteria Restaurant in Pasing besucht und möchte meine positiven Erfahrungen teilen. Das Restaurant ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, mit einer einladenden Atmosphäre und einem modernen, dennoch gemütlichen Design. Die Beleuchtung ist perfekt – nicht zu hell und nicht zu dunkel – und die Sitzgelegenheiten sind bequem. Der Service war ausgezeichnet. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, aufmerksam und schnell. Wir wurden sofort begrüßt und zu unserem Tisch geführt. Die Kellner waren stets verfügbar, ohne aufdringlich zu sein, und beantworteten alle unsere Fragen zu den Gerichten mit einem Lächeln. Das Highlight des Abends war definitiv das Essen. Die Pizzen sind riesig und sehr lecker, mit einem knusprigen, dünnen Boden und frischen Zutaten. Besonders empfehlenswert ist die Pizza "Prosciutto e Funghi". Auch die Pasta-Gerichte sind hervorragend. Meine Tagliatelle mit Trüffelsauce waren ein absoluter Genuss – reichhaltig und aromatisch. Die Portionen sind großzügig und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Die Weinkarte ist gut sortiert, mit einer Auswahl an italienischen Weinen, die das Essen perfekt ergänzen. Insgesamt war mein Besuch im L'Osteria Pasing

Ich ging eines Nachmittags mit meiner Familie essen und kann Ihnen nur sagen, dass die Kellnerin mit den blonden Haaren uns sehr schlecht behandelt hat, sie war überhaupt nicht freundlich und wollte auf keinen Fall arbeiten. Sie hat immer schlecht über sie gesprochen Kunden laut, ich hoffe nur, dass ein Restaurantmanager das, was ich geschrieben habe, sehen kann, die Pizza war wirklich erbärmlich, der Mozzarella war überhaupt nicht sichtbar, man sieht, dass sie beim Mozzarella sparen und die Preise sind sehr hoch

The Gnocchi Prosciutto e Panna Bambini contains exactly 11 gnocchi... for 5.95 euros it's not exactly cheap. The service guy was nice.

Unfortunately I have to significantly lower my rating. The service was inattentive and forgetful. We were asked to cut the pizza and bring three plates with it. We only got the three plates after annoying questions. No pizza was or was cut... even though the service offered this when ordering... The pizza itself was very large and had good toppings, but the base was far too light, not crispy and almost raw. The chilli oil wasn't chilli oil, just a reddish, weak oil sauce... not at all spicy... During the meal we would have liked to have ordered a second drink or dessert later. The service never came to ask or showed up. All in all, the price-performance ratio is not right here. We didn't feel comfortable as guests and will go somewhere else in the future... ... the whole thing is even worse because the restaurant was only half full... what will it be like when the place is full...

Hello everyone, I have to be honest. My food was okay. But my wife's food had so much oil in it that she couldn't eat it anymore. We like to eat at L’Osteria. I hope next time. We are asked whether we want oil on it or nothing... I recommend a little more cheese and no oil at all😋 and especially the waiter was very nice. Best regards
