Overall everything was great, the food tasted good and arrived relatively quickly, but it took a while afterwards to order more drinks, although the place was quite busy that evening.

Our waiter, Thiago, was incredibly friendly and attentive – I immediately felt welcome. 🍕 The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and everything was freshly prepared. The quick and attentive service was also a real plus – the whole team was super friendly and in good spirits. 😊 I'll definitely be back – highly recommended! 👏

He was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always had a smile on his face without ever being intrusive. His recommendations were excellent – ​​he showed great taste in both the food and drinks. The food was, as always, fresh, delicious, and the typical L’Osteria portions were generous. The atmosphere was lively yet pleasant. A big compliment to Tiago – you can tell he's passionate about his job and makes sure the guests feel completely at ease. Thank you for the great service – we will definitely be back!

Akin is the best – excellent service! Whether for business or personal use.

This place is simply fantastic! I'm in love with it for the first time – the atmosphere, the food, and the drinks are just amazing. But the waiter was too! Thierno, the waiter, served me, and I was simply blown away by how helpful he was.

The pizzas 🍕 are very large, about 45 cm – that's the concept. They're a bit awkward to cut because the plate is much smaller, and the pizza is cold by the time you've eaten half of it (the plate isn't preheated). Unfortunately, there's no Italian flair, at least not in Pasing. We sat upstairs; it was very loud (a conversation between two people was difficult), and it was so dark that we had to use our phone flashlights to read the menu. Our clothes smelled of food afterward, which was annoying compared to other restaurants (not even Burger King).

The food was absolutely fantastic, very delicious, and the pizzas were huge. Unfortunately, the staff wasn't very attentive, it was chilly outside, but they didn't have any tea, even though every other person asked for it, and the whole place was quite cold, so you had to wear a jacket. It's a real shame, as this makes the place rather uncomfortable in winter, even though the food is highly recommended.

This place is simply awesome, I'll definitely be back for the food. Today I was served by a young waiter named Thierno and he really surprised me – so friendly and positive, not something you see often these days, simply fantastic.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the food and delivery. I think the packaging size should be adjusted to the portion size; in my opinion, half the packaging or even less would be sufficient if the container is only filled to a maximum of 1/3 capacity.

A very nice pizzeria. It's beautiful and elegant, and you can tell it's brand new because all the furniture is still in pristine condition. The service is friendly, and the pizza is huge, much better than the one at Stachus. You can even order two flavors on one pizza, a great option. I recommend this restaurant, but it's best to make a reservation during peak hours or on weekends.

Simply fantastic! We were at L'Osteria in Pasing and were lucky enough to be served by Sedra – and what can I say: it couldn't be better! From the very beginning, she was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. She has just the right mix of professionalism and genuine warmth – you immediately feel welcome and in good hands. Our special requests were met with a smile, her recommendations were spot-on, and even in stressful moments, Sedra never lost her composure or her smile. The food was, as always, delicious (the legendary large pizzas and fresh pasta are a must), but Sedra's service made the evening special. If there were a way to give more than 5 stars, Sedra would absolutely deserve it! We'll definitely be back – and hope to be served by her again. 🙌🍕🍝

Be careful with home deliveries. Last weekend, I received the completely wrong delivery. I had to get it replaced and drive there myself! Yesterday, I gave them another chance. Bruschetta for almost €9.00, but they only delivered arugula and tomatoes, no bread in a box... It's a shame. I won't be ordering from there again.

L'Osteria is known for its excellent pizzas – even at this location! The value for money is really good. Akin's service is outstanding: friendly, professional, and very courteous. In Pasing, it's a bit louder and more Italian-style, while upstairs is a bit quieter. Downstairs has more of a bistro atmosphere, upstairs is more stylish. Top-notch; I'd be happy to come back.

The pizzas are very large and taste incredibly delicious. The restaurant is spread over two floors; the top floor is nicer to sit on, but it's usually only open in the evening.

The service was terrible; you were sometimes ignored because you were standing there in your work clothes. You didn't get much of a taste of the food because you were ignored. After a 10-minute wait, the waiter came up to us and said he could let us sit at the bar, which was full of drinks! In conclusion, a nice atmosphere doesn't make you feel good! Never again.

We are loyal fans of the L'Osteria chain and regularly visit their branches in Munich and even in other countries like Prague – mainly with family, but also for business meetings. We appreciate the fresh ingredients, generous portions, and authentic Italian atmosphere, but the Pasing branch is unfortunately the absolute lowest! The quality here is repeatedly the worst we've ever experienced (see photo of an arugula pizza, theoretically with Parmigiano Reggiano). The pizzas always come with the bare minimum of toppings: barely any cheese, tomatoes, or other ingredients, as if they were trying to cut costs until there's nothing left. It feels like a cheap version you could buy in a supermarket, not like the premium pizza you'd expect from L'Osteria. In contrast, at other branches like Perlach or, even better, Schwanthalerhöhe, it's the exact opposite: plenty of toppings, fresh ingredients, and a completely different taste. Why is Pasing such a disappointment? The staff seems disinterested, the service is slow, and the prices are the same as everywhere else—except you don't get any value for your money here. We advise everyone not to go here; go to another L'Osteria instead, where they still know what good quality means. Never again Pasing!
