Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Restaurant. Guter Service. Salat super angerichtet, etwas trocken, weil wenig Dressing. Stark von Familien frequentiert. Servicemitarbeiter war super.

Die Gerichte waren nicht professionell zubereitet. Die Pizza hat mir nicht geschmeckt, und auch das Fleischgericht, das mein Mann gegessen hat, war überhaupt nicht gut. Die Kellnerin wirkte sehr überheblich.

Hübsches Lokal aber die Carbonara würde ich nicht empfehlen

Das Restaurant bietet italienische Küche in ruhiger Lage abseits der touristischen Hauptwege Lübecks. Das Ambiente ist gemütlich und gepflegt, untergebracht in einem ansprechenden Eckhaus mit angenehmer Atmosphäre. Der Service überzeugt durchweg durch Höflichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und Professionalität. Die Speisekarte ist vielseitig und umfasst Pasta‑, Pizza‑, Auflauf‑ sowie Fleisch- und Fischgerichte. Über mehrere Besuche hinweg zeigte sich die Qualität der Speisen konstant auf hohem Niveau: geschmacklich ausgewogen und ansprechend präsentiert. Das Preis‑Leistungs‑Verhältnis ist sehr stimmig. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes italienisches Restaurant, das für gleichbleibende Qualität und einen angenehmen Aufenthalt steht.

Leider kann ich nicht deuten was das mit italienischer Küche zu tun haben soll , ist irgendwie was anderes.Küche sehr einfallslos vielleicht bei italienischer Küche einen italienischen Koch bestellen.

Ich war früher oft und gern in der Trattoria Lara in Lübeck. Leider hat sich mein Eindruck bei meinem letzten Besuch stark verändert. Die Bedienung war sehr unfreundlich und wenig serviceorientiert, was den Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt hat. Das hat leider nicht zu der Erfahrung gepasst, die ich dort früher gemacht habe. Nach dem Betreten und nachdem wir bereits Platz genommen hatten, wurden plötzlich alle Tische als reserviert markiert. Meiner Meinung nach sollte so etwas im Vorfeld geklärt werden und nicht erst, wenn Gäste bereits sitzen. Das hat bei uns leider einen sehr unorganisierten und unangenehmen Eindruck hinterlassen. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns schließlich nur ein Tisch zugewiesen, den wir lediglich für etwa eine Stunde nutzen durften. Das wirkte auf uns sehr unflexibel und wenig kundenfreundlich. In dieser Form ist das für einen Restaurantbesuch nicht akzeptabel und hinterlässt einen deutlich negativen Eindruck.

Guter Italiener. Leckere, preiswerte Pizza. Freundliche Bedienung.

Essen alles sehr sehr lecker und gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, bei warmen Temperaturen Sitzplätze draußen. Sehr nette und aufmerksame Bedienung. Reservierung empfehlenswert, da immer gut besucht.

Wirklich nettes Restaurant, gut besucht, Service recht schnell und freundlich und natürlich hat das Essen auch gut geschmeckt. Portionen für Normalesser völlig ausreichend.

I've visited several times and highly recommend it. The food has never disappointed. The service is always friendly and attentive. Reservations are recommended, as it's usually quite busy.

We were very happy with the table, the ambiance, and the service. We had a table by the window, and the noise level from the restaurant was perfectly acceptable. You should definitely reserve a table, as the restaurant is often quite full. If you arrive after 6 p.m., you can park for free on Kanalstraße and then walk across the pedestrian bridge to the restaurant. There are also often free parking spaces along Falkenstraße after the shops close. The food was delicious and beautifully presented; we will gladly return.

Reserving a table is recommended; the welcome was friendly, the service quick and polite, the food and wine were of very good quality, and the service was exemplary. The bill for the meal was more than reasonable. We felt very comfortable and would gladly return.

Super delicious food, service very attentive

We had a very delicious meal yesterday: tagliatelle with salmon and tomato sauce, and a pizza tonno. For dessert, we had tiramisu and tartufo. The portions were generous and the value for money was fair. The service was prompt and very friendly. We enjoyed it very much and will definitely be back. As with all similarly built restaurants, the noise level is a bit loud, but that doesn't detract from our experience. We wish the entire team continued success!

We didn't get anything We had reserved a table for two in the garden about 3.5 weeks ago. Initially, we were left standing at the entrance for 5 minutes. When we asked, we were told the table still needed to be paid and we should wait. We sat down to wait another 5 minutes. Nothing happened. While we were waiting, a guest told us he had also had to wait a very long time; it was about paying. Another guest complained because he had been given the wrong amount. We left. The restaurant at the competitor, Seaside, was very tasty.

The food was tasty, the staff friendly, but stressed. The interior ambiance still has a lot of room for improvement!

I had the pork fillet. I had to wait over 45 minutes for it. It was very mushy – it must have come from the microwave: what a pity!

Not everything is super delicious, but at least a lot of it is – and at reasonable prices. Highly recommended: Maccheroni al forno, Tagliatelle porcini, all salads, pizzas, and scampi. Oh yes, definitely try the bruschetta – the best ever! Make a reservation, the restaurant is very popular. No wonder, given the great service. Mariola and Saba do everything to make their guests feel completely at home. Thank you, dear friends! ♥️

I highly recommend Trattoria Lara. We regularly go to our favorite Italian restaurant around the corner. Whether as a couple or with the kids. Our favorite pizza in Lübeck, although you should also try the pasta dishes. We haven't had any bad experiences there yet. Special requests (e.g., the pizza without a certain ingredient or the Gorgonzola sauce not as strong) are always accommodated. We really like the service. Everyone is always very friendly and attentive. When the weather is nice, you can linger on the terrace in front of the restaurant.

We were very satisfied. We sat outside in the garden. The food was delicious; the drinks could have been colder today. We would love to come back.

The interior ambiance could be improved. It's very noisy when full, due to the high ceilings. There's no music playing, and no candles. The food was okay, but nothing special. Prices were average. Service was slow, and the bartender, who also waited tables, simply cleared away a half-full Sprite and two out of my children's three glasses?! Card payment wasn't possible during our visit 😮‍💨.

Hair in food – absolutely unhygienic and unappetizing! We received tiramisu as an apology - but we were still allowed to pay the full price for the meal. That's not how you treat guests. Unfortunately, a restaurant that does not take hygiene and customer satisfaction seriously cannot be recommended.

I can't rate the ambience because I always only order for pickup and don't eat on site; But I can only say positive things about the taste and how long/short I have to wait. Everything (that I've eaten so far) tastes great, when ordering you could always ask "When can I pick up?" and when I arrived at exactly that time, I had to wait a maximum of two minutes. Everything great. The staff is friendly, I can't say much more, great and a round of applause to the chefs too!

Taste OK, but no more. Service needs improvement. Had to wait quite a long time for the first call. But we were able to order drinks together with the main course. Prices are reasonable. Tables are too close to each other, so you can hear every conversation from the neighboring table despite the high background noise.

For us, Trattoria Lara is the best Italian in town! Great food and extremely nice staff. The ambience is always cozy and invites you to stay.

We had a very nice evening there as a family. There was a good baby chair and a large play area, which was very relaxing. The food was very good, fresh salad, baked macaroni and child-sized pizza were convincing. Regional beer was offered.

In my opinion, this restaurant is not an Italian restaurant and certainly not a fine dining restaurant. I don't expect an Italian restaurant to be run by an Italian. However, you should have given a little more thought to the preparation and serving. The taste of the food was between ok and well. Buffalo mozzarella or vegan dishes seemed to be unknown foreign words. Broccoli in the pasta was completely overcooked... The facility is outdated and some of it isn't really clean. When you looked out the window you were greeted by overfilled garbage containers. The service seemed attentive and friendly. The sanitary rooms are underground and whet your appetite. There is still a lot of room for improvement here for more upscale gastronomy.

We were there today and wanted to pre-order food for a celebration at the weekend. The waitress at the counter was very nice, we asked her about the ingredients of some dishes. Due to existing intolerances on our site. She then called the boss. He was very abrupt and very unfriendly. I asked if the pasta was made from durum wheat or if it contained eggs. It just came back... “Noodles and eggs” He went into the kitchen and when he returned he said rudely “the same ones from Lidl” - !!! Is that supposed to be an Italian? Don't even know what their noodles are like? Buy spaghetti from Lidl? Thank you very much too and goodbye. Unfriendly, stroppy and not even Italian pasta. Oh yeah, he throws out vegans straight away. Then I'd rather leave my money with Lidl in person! No thanks, never there again.

Nice staff and good service. Lots of choice on the memory card. It was very busy when we visited, so we had to wait longer for drinks and food. But that's ok. The pasta was a bit too oily, so one star was deducted.

We celebrated my mother's birthday there yesterday. The starters were specially ordered in advance so that it wouldn't take so long with the group. It was very full and the staff seemed to be short staffed. The first thing we noticed negatively was the dirty tablecloth. It took 30 minutes for our drinks to be taken. After that it took another 15 minutes until our pre-ordered starters finally arrived. Unfortunately, garlic bread was served, even though the bread with herb butter was specially ordered. We didn't say anything because we had to wait so long and were hungry. We then had to wait another 20 minutes for the main course. The food was very tasty, but unfortunately we didn't like the service at all and we didn't know that. We also missed the schnapps that was usually available. Especially since it was a birthday party. Too bad. We were a little disappointed.

We always enjoy going to this restaurant when we are in Lübeck. The food is delicious and the prices have remained stable. We were very happy about that.

The ambience is still the best. Pizza was undercooked and sparingly topped, and pasta was served without sauce. The table top was not screwed down and the tablecloth was dirty. After the announcement that we could change tables, nothing followed. Pizza was complained about and baked again. Comment from the service: "If you like it that way..." Prices very cheap, but unfortunately not worth more...

Atmosphere: When the weather is good you can sit outside. It's on a busy road, but I don't think you'll notice it through the hedges etc. I find it cozy inside and the background noise is okay. Eat: I had a broccoli casserole with cheese. This was tasty, but could have contained a little more spices or other vegetables. Unfortunately the tiramisu wasn't my thing. Tartufo, on the other hand, tasted good, I tried it once from my friend. Price: Perfectly fine and appropriate! Staff: Very friendly, bright, accommodating. Location: Easy to reach. Parking options are rather limited. Unless you park across the river, then you just have to walk over the glittering bridge. Miscellaneous: Not handicapped accessible I wouldn't come here with children.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed on our second visit. In the pasta bake with broccoli, the broccoli was mushy. In addition, there was no noticeable taste of the Gorgonzola. The pizza had nothing of an Italian pizza about it and gave the impression that it was manufactured industrially and only had extra toppings. A very disappointing restaurant visit.

Very good food and extremely friendly service. The store is located in an old city villa and therefore has beautiful architecture, including a high cathedral ceiling. My wife and I discovered the restaurant by chance and have returned several times since then. Really only recommended.

Der Preis hat uns echt überrascht (wirklich nicht teuer, haben woanders schon viel mehr bezahlt). Wir können das Restaurant gerne weiter empfehlen.

Wir waren mit 4 Personen hier essen und es hat uns allen sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Vorspeise war sehr schön angerichtet und der Hauptgang auch. Wir fanden das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis sehr gut und wenn wir in Lübeck wieder sind, werden wir hier bestimmt wieder einkehren 😉 Der Service war sehr freundlich und sehr aufmerksam und wir haben uns wirklich hier wohlgefühlt 👍

Das Essen war unheimlich gut. Richtig lecker und die Portionen wirklich ordentlich. 👌🏻 Im Außenbereich bei diesem herrlichen Wetter eine absolute Empfehlung.

Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Essen war sehr gut. Ein Top Rumsteak👍. Kleine Spieleecke für Kinder kam super bei meinem Enkel an. Ich komme wieder.

Pizza war in Ordnung aber nicht der Knaller. In Lübeck habe ich schon deutlich besseres italienisches essen bekommen! Es war sehr kalt in den Räumlichkeiten. Die Fischsuppe war allerdings spitze! Daher trotzdem noch 3 Sterne...

Bruschetta war lecker, der Rest so lala! Wenn auf dem Fischteller der Brokkoli der eigentliche Star war, läuft da was falsch. Der gesamte Fisch ist zum zweiten Mal gestorben, komplett trocken und nichts glasig oder saftig. Gewürzt war das ganze dafür lecker. Beim Thunfisch Steak dachte ich zu erst, dass ich ein Rindersteak bekommen habe - viel zu lange gebraten. Als wir bestellt haben, war das Restaurant gerade mal zum Drittel gefüllt. Dennoch mussten wir gute 45 Minuten auf unser Essen warten. Kunden die nach uns gekommen sind, haben ihr Essen vor uns bekommen. Das geht definitiv nicht. Sehr schade, aufgrund der Bewertungen, hatten wir gehofft, positiv überrascht zu werden. Essen gehen ist mittlerweile ein Luxus, da muss schon genau hingeschaut werden, bei wem man sein Geld investiert...
