Super cozy and delicious! The Big Tasty Burgers here are my absolute favorite! The fries are always perfectly seasoned. Great for a quick snack and I love the atmosphere. The store is well organized and never chaotic.

Happy New Year 25th We spent New Year's Eve here yesterday, the staff gave us a very friendly welcome, the service was very good and the food tasted excellent, we are already planning our next visit.

Extremely unfriendly staff. The food came after 70 minutes, when you wanted to hear an explanation, you were fobbed off on the phone with stupid excuses like "There's a traffic jam or something, I'm not the driver" I would consider whether the young woman is really suitable for the job and just hanging up like that would be a shame anyway. An apology would be completely sufficient.

Normally the Spaccafornos are one of my favorite restaurants in Hamburg, because the pizza is particularly tasty and the ambience and service have always been convincing. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my visit to the "new" or expanded restaurant in Winterhude. Immediately upon placement, despite having a reservation, you will be informed that you only have 1.5 hours and will soon be asked to pay. In addition, the tables are so close together that you are essentially sitting at the same table with your neighbor. Unfortunately, the staff was also stressed and not very friendly. But now to the most important thing, the pizzas...unfortunately not convincing this time either, very different sizes, baked to different degrees and only ok in taste. It's a shame, I'll refrain from visiting for now and hope to notice an improvement next time.

Good morning. Last weekend I thought I would order a pizza from the store and go shopping. I look at the flyers laid out and then order my pizza. They tell you I can only order online. I mean, what's this nonsense??? I go to the store to order a pizza and then I'm told it's only online??? Why does the store exist??? What are there flyers for??? Since Joey's was taken over by Dominos it's been nothing but shit. And also always new recipes for the pizzas. What's wrong with the old recipes? Why is new always better? My tip: go to other pizza bakeries. You still get something for your money.

The location in the middle of the city center and the elegant ambience make every visit something special. ✨ However, the sighting of the mouse was a moment that stopped me in my tracks. 😯 I understand that such things can happen in an old building and in a busy location, but of course it influenced my impression. However, what I would like to highlight positively is the professionalism of the staff. 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳 They responded to the situation quickly and discreetly, which made me feel like the issue was being taken seriously. ✅ Despite this small inconvenience, I will remain loyal to the Alsterhaus Restaurant. 💕 It's just too good to avoid because of a one-time incident. However, I hope that such encounters become less frequent in the future, because a restaurant like this has the potential to be truly perfect. 🌟 Conclusion: The cuisine and atmosphere make the Alsterhaus Restaurant a special place, even if I hope that the mouse problem will be completely solved soon. 🐭🚫 Until then, I will continue to enjoy coming here – the enjoyment outweighs the stress. 🍷😊

Ordered there while on vacation, delivery was relatively quick. We both had pasta. My husband wanted gratinated ones but he didn't get them because mine were gratinated. My husband is now lying flat with food poisoning.

We ordered something to eat. After the driver couldn't find the address, I went down to the door. Where he then stood in front of the door. He didn't have enough change with him and said it was customary to give tips. When I said no, he immediately became passive aggressive and said he had to get the money out of the car. I received 13.40 in coins only. When I said that we would no longer order there, he reacted aggressively and said that we were no longer allowed to order there either. We or our neighbors (who noticed) will NEVER order there again.

Unfortunately it has worn off very much. Lots of sushi with sauce and cheap surimi instead of fish. Unfortunately today my avocado was still hard and unripe. I'm very sorry but that's probably it for now. Prices were also raised. Oh yes and in the so-called salmon box not all parts contain salmon

Food arrived ice cold after 1 1/2 hours. Not the first time that we had to wait far too long and had cold food for a lot of money. When I asked in the store where the food was, I was told to contact me again if the driver didn't show up in the next few minutes. He then came, but unfortunately he didn't speak German. When I called again they responded with the answer "sorry, I can't give you a credit." The least would have been new hot food. You can keep the credit, we will no longer order from you in the future.

I have never had such a disastrous experience at KFC! Visiting Hamburg Central Station was the biggest mistake of all. The chicken wings I ordered were not only disgusting but also full of HARES! Yes, you read that right – hair! There were several and they looked like they came straight from the kitchen. It was just disgusting and unacceptable. The entire meal was a disaster: greasy, cold and completely tasteless. I wonder how something like this can happen in a fast food restaurant that actually expects a certain standard. The service was just as bad - no accommodation, no apology, nothing. As if all that wasn't enough, the store itself was dirty and untidy. I will never enter this KFC again. Anyone who eats here is playing with their health – and with their stomach. What a disgrace!
