The employee was hectic, served us as he wanted without asking, when we complained he behaved unfriendly the whole time and then the old man came (from inside) and insulted me. Never there again!!!

The absolute worst workers here apparently, can't solve you a problem, they are disrespectful, mean and worst thing is, that person is the manager. The person that was supposed to solved my problem, hear my inquiry, hang up on me 5 times. I even felt the need to do a recording because I was in disbelief of the treatment. I lost so much time calling 6 times to speak to a rude manager. After they took 1 hour to deliver something that's 15 min away walking, they couldn't read the instruction in the receipt with the name in the doorbell, and make a mistake with the telephone number, AND despite I called 3 times because they took so long, the delivery guy was still "lost" but at the 3rd time I call, he wasn't lost anymore and learn how to read??.
But even though my order was wrong, the Manager is 100% the worst human being I have encountered in something like customer service. Such an awful personality, that didn't want to hear me , and didn't give me a properly compensation.
I placed an order for this business via Uber Eats and was supposed to get two burgers for the price of one. Only one burger arrived. The business referred me to Uber Eats and left the impression that they couldn't find a solution. I have tried several times to explain that it is misleading if the offer is not correct. I was given a hotline number where I couldn't reach anyone. On top of that, the fries were cold and the lettuce from the burger had a black edge. Simply inedible and cheeky. If minus points could have been awarded, in this case I would definitely have given it, especially due to the disinterest of the person in charge at Burger Me. Very bad service, never again, thanks for nothing
Absolutely terrible vegan kebab. The vegan kebab was inedible, as if I were eating cardboard. Cardboard would probably have been more nutritious.
The salad was noticeably not fresh, and the sauces were watered down. The bread was also a disgrace. On top of that, the staff was unfriendly.
The beer expired over two months ago.
Absolutely no-go and never again.
Why don't you deliver more? Your site says it's currently not possible? We've always ordered via Lieferando because it tastes too good for you, but the other delivery services can't keep up with you
The employees at this McDonald's are very unfriendly and don't speak any real German. If you work at the cash register, you should at least have basic knowledge of German and not eat something on the side. In addition, the hamburgers were cold.
The food was very terrible, the noodles tasted like they had been warmed up in the microwave. The duck that came with it was anything but crispy and also tasted very strange. The soup had the consistency of motor oil and an indefinable smell. The bottom line for me was that I would never order there again because I had to throw away the food and then order something new
I picked up vegetables with tofu and rice there today (Monday afternoon) and I think it tastes very good.
Visually it looked like you would expect from other Asian snack bars. Also tastes as usual.
Service was completely normal. I said what I wanted, waited a moment, and got my takeaway food.

We ordered crispy duck with peanut sauce from Asia Express Food yesterday for Christmas and what can I say, it didn't taste good at all! The duck was super fatty and didn't have a nice taste.
After the extremely overwhelmed waiter inside ignored us for about 30 minutes and the dishes from those who had previously dined here were still there, we decided to order something outside at the counter due to our acute hunger.
There were 5 gossipers standing in the kitchen and it felt like none of them had anything to do except gossip. We were then reluctantly “served”. An extremely grumpy employee first took my friend's order, prepared it and asked her if she didn't want "curry cream" on her country potatoes. After asking three times and receiving even more obnoxious answers, I realized that the employee in question might mean "sour cream". Afterwards she wanted to collect and I then said that I would like a currywurst. After a long sigh, she reluctantly prepared them and collected them.
Conclusion: if there is another option, don't go to this restaurant, absolutely unfriendly, overwhelmed, poorly selected staff!
