BoBo Asia Fusion in Hamburg

Ich habe Asia Nudeln mit gebratenem Hähnchen bestellt und war leider sehr enttäuscht. Vom Hähnchen war kaum etwas zu sehen – stattdessen bestand es größtenteils aus dicker, fettiger Panade bzw. Teig. Innen wirkte es eher matschig und überhaupt nicht wie richtiges Hähnchenfleisch. Für den Preis hätte ich deutlich mehr Qualität und vor allem mehr Fleisch erwartet. Geschmacklich auch nichts Besonderes.

Richtig schlechtes ekliges essen unfreundlich Personal

Ich habe noch nie ein derart unhöfliches und aggressives Verhalten von einem Mitarbeiter erlebt. Ich habe mein Essen bestellt, das geschmacklich zunächst in Ordnung war. Allerdings befand sich in meinen Nudeln ein schwarzes, kurzes Haar, das auf keinen Fall von mir stammen kann, da meine Haare nicht dunkel sind. Ich habe den Mitarbeiter ruhig und freundlich darauf angesprochen und ihm das Haar auch gezeigt. Statt professionell zu reagieren, unterstellte er mir sofort, es sei mein eigenes Haar. Anschließend wurde er sehr laut, schrie mich an und begann aggressiv an seinen eigenen Haaren zu ziehen. Sein Verhalten war äußerst respektlos und einschüchternd. Auf mich wirkte es so, als sei eine solche Situation für ihn nichts Ungewöhnliches, da er keinerlei Einsicht zeigte. Insgesamt hatte ich den Eindruck, dass grundlegende hygienische Maßnahmen nicht ernst genommen oder nicht konsequent umgesetzt werden, um solche Vorfälle zu vermeiden. Durch sein lautes und aggressives Auftreten habe ich mich in diesem Moment stark bedroht gefühlt. Ein solches Verhalten gegenüber Kunden ist absolut inakzeptabel. Aus diesem Grund wurden rechtliche Schritte eingeleitet. Ich kann nur dringend davon abraten, dort essen zu gehen‼️‼️‼️

Das beste Bubble Tea überhaupt! Man konnte auch einen ganzen Becher Boba-Kugeln kaufen, der hat mich 5 € gekostet! Wahnsinn!

Mit Abstand das unfreundlichste Personal was mir je unter den Augen gekommen ist. Das Essen schrecklich wie das Personal der Zwerg an der Kasse mit seine Gehilfin, Nudel Box mit gebackenen Hähnchen bestellt mit Sauce, als ich den Zwerg daraufhin gewiesen hatte das die Zwergin keine Sauce rein gemacht hat (…) wurde dieser unfreundlich & aggressiv. Der kann froh sein das ich ruhig blieb normalerweise hätte ich dem sein Essen dort stehen gelassen. Hier würden wir definitiv nicht noch mal essen 1 Stern ist zu viel

Die chinesische Inhaberin hat zwei junge Mädchen, die im Außenbereich der Passage saßen, sehr schroff angeschrien (mit Alo– Alo‘ und Handbewegungen), vermutlich weil sie keine Kundinnen waren, und sie aufgefordert zu gehen. Ich habe hier früher in meiner Mittagspause gegessen, aber wegen dieses unhöflichen Verhaltens werde ich nicht mehr wiederkommen. So sieht guter Geschäftssinn nicht aus – als Geschäftsmensch sollte man Toleranz zeigen.

Unfortunately, the vegetarian noodles I ate here were of very disappointing quality—definitely the worst I've ever tasted. When I politely expressed my feedback, I received an unprofessional and unfriendly response from the staff. Due to this negative experience with both the food and the service, I unfortunately cannot recommend this restaurant. Alternative, slightly more constructive version: Unfortunately, the vegetarian noodles did not meet my expectations at all and were very poor in quality. However, the staff's unprofessional response to my polite feedback was particularly disappointing. Treating guests with respect should be a given. I hope the restaurant takes criticism more constructively in the future and works on improving the quality of its dishes.

Best crispy chicken we've ever had at an Asian takeaway. Number 6: Best ever!!!! The service isn't typically Asian, and the staff doesn't seem very motivated to work, but it's not a big deal.

The noodle box is okay, but not a standout, but relatively inexpensive. It fills you up, but it doesn't really make you happy.

Super bad food! I'll never eat there again. There was a hair in my food and then they didn't even want to give me a new one 🤢 Very unfriendly people there… unbelievably, I've never experienced anything like that. 🤮

Yelling at us to just park the stroller (WITH an 8 month old baby) outside unattended. Although there were still seats available 🫣 the food wasn't that good, there was little sauce and it was pretty tasteless. Very dirty tables & the glass wall sometimes needs a cleaning hand 👌🏽

Bad service, I said I wanted to eat on site, I still received the food in a box and didn't get a plate when I asked. The food wasn't really good either.

Worst noodle tofu box I've ever had. Peanut sauce tasteless, tofu very greasy. Noodles strange aftertaste. Service ok.

Unfriendly service and unfortunately really bad food. We had the noodle box with chicken and it was really disgusting. The fried noodles were nothing like what you would expect from Asian restaurants. They were soggy and tasteless. I didn't taste any of the sweet and sour sauce at all. The chicken was fried and somewhat okay, but we were only able to eat a small portion of the meal. We've been feeling sick for several hours now. In addition, the staff was very unfriendly and impolite. A total failure. We will never eat there again.

Unfortunately bad in every way. The rice noodles we ordered were okay, but the tofu was incredibly dry, the mini spring rolls were rock hard, the salad came out of the bag and the dressing was bland. In addition, there is an absolutely uncomfortable, slightly dingy atmosphere that doesn't invite you to linger for any length of time. It wasn't my first visit, but definitely my last. It's a shame, because the Vietnamese self-service restaurant that was previously in the same location had friendly service and really good, fresh food. Over.

No. 102 was quite tasteless, the tofu looked like it was older and had just been warmed up and the “homemade dressing” was just fish sauce. No recommendation.. Hygiene is not very important either after the money was accepted, the salad was put on the plate with your hands, everything without gloves or washing your hands.

Very nice and clean snack bar with a great selection. Not just standard Asian dishes, but also authentic Vietnamese cuisine! The staff were friendly and accommodating, the food was prepared quickly, everything was fresh and very tasty. Great recommendation!

The food was ok, but nothing special. Even though there was nothing going on, there was dirt on the tables and floor. Not so inviting.

Hello, this lunchtime I picked up a noodle dish with tofu and chicken in the box with my work colleague. The food was an absolute failure - not possible at all. The noodles were limp, the spicy sauce was tasteless, and the tofu was hard. Everything is loveless and greasy. We won't be ordering anything there again in the future.

The seller was friendly, hence 2 stars, but unfortunately the food or the noodles (box of vegetables & box of spring rolls) don't taste good at all. Additionally, the peanut sauce smells funny.

Gibt den Laden noch nicht allzu lange, aber sind seit der Eröffnung regelmäßig da und wurden bislang noch nie enttäuscht. Freundliches Personal, modernes Ambiente und gediegene Speisen. Klare Empfehlung!

Neue Laden im Fölsch-Block. Haben uns das Saté-Tofu und Nudeln mit Ente bestellt. Super lecker und nettes Personal. Konnten auch schön gemütlich sitzen. Gerne wieder!
