Asia Express Food in Hamburg

Yesterday, for Christmas, we ordered crispy duck with peanut sauce from Asia Express Food, and what can I say? It tasted absolutely terrible! The duck was extremely fatty and had no great flavor.

We ordered something to eat. After the driver couldn't find the address, I went down to the door. Where he then stood in front of the door. He didn't have enough change with him and said it was customary to give tips. When I said no, he immediately became passive aggressive and said he had to get the money out of the car. I received 13.40 in coins only. When I said that we would no longer order there, he reacted aggressively and said that we were no longer allowed to order there either. We or our neighbors (who noticed) will NEVER order there again.

A real rip off: €11 (delivery) for pasta with vegetables (where 70% onion) and just pasta without sauce. You really have to be ashamed of yourself. This is stealing money.

We ordered 4 meals today, including 2 crispy ducks, the ducks were so bad and mushy, a lady even wrote to my colleague on the phone and then she claimed that we had eaten the food, which of course we didn't and gave everything back. I will never order food again!!!!

If only I had checked reviews earlier. Absolute rookie mistake. To make it short: Food is fried and placed on the display and then put in the microwave. Tastes accordingly. Unfortunately I had no other choice on a Sunday afternoon. The shop is welcome to leave again.

Food was really good, we were really glad we hadn't read the reviews here beforehand, otherwise we certainly wouldn't have ordered there. Fresh vegetables, fresh peaches in the sweet and sour sauce. Food arrived warm and was there earlier than expected (20 minutes, Saturday afternoon). Let's see what it's like when we try Asia Express again...

The sweet and sour sauce tasted like lemon toilet cleaner with apple and onion floating in it. Luckily the spring rolls didn't taste like anything. (So ​​they didn't immediately prepare us for the bullshit that followed) The only good service was provided by the delivery person, who independently pointed out the tip before even handing over the food. Sauladen ..just ordered beat rice with chicken. Curry not declared! I'm allergic to curry, it was my first time ordering there and we say we've been making them for 20 years. Hello! Lieferzeit über 1 Stunde (Samstag Nachmittag d.h. keine Dilivery Rush Hour) zugesagt waren 40 Minuten plus der Lieferando Fahrer erwartete echt 2 Euro Trinkgeld, denn mit dem Spruch das er den 1 Euro aus dem Auto holen müsste war das ziemlich eindeutig erkennbar. Die Portionsgröße ist eher etwas für Kinder, entspricht ca. 60 Prozent der Menge die andere Lieferservice im Mittagstisch für das gleiche Essen mit 7,50 berechnen (Stand Oktober 2022) 1 Stern gibt es noch da der wenige Fisch lecker war und die Soße auch ok

Top Produkte, freundliches Personal. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Ich freue mich auf die nächste Lieferung.

Würden mehr Sterne geben. Essen sehr gut, aber leider nicht alles geliefert. Eine Vorspeise, 3,50 Euro, fehlte. Wir hatten noch 3 Hauptspeisen genommen, davon 2 statt mit Reis mit Nudeln. Aufpreis war nicht vermerkt, erst bei der Lieferung musste der Aufpreis gezahlt werden. Schade, sollte bei Internetbestellung darauf hingewiesen werden.
