Ordered food via Ubereats. Unfortunately the food was of really poor quality. Tossed it in the trash. You're afraid of getting sick. Ordering nothing there is a waste of money. NEVER AGAIN. Close the shop.

Never again. The food smelled. Unfortunately we had to throw away the food. I called the restaurant and explained everything but it didn't matter to the owner. He said you ordered from Uber Eats. I can't do that. hands off

I ordered two packs of spring rolls, baked chicken with peanut sauce and red Thai curry. I stated in my order that I didn't want any eggplant with the Thai curry. I also wanted baked chicken. The food arrived after over 1.5 hours. Accordingly the food was cold. But that wasn't the worst. The spring rolls were so greasy and wobbly, you just had to crush them on the roof of your mouth. Of course, my wishes mentioned above were not taken into account (see pictures). The watery “curry” consisted mainly of eggplant and bamboo. The meat was as dry and tough as the sole of a shoe. The meal with the peanut sauce was also a disaster. The baked chicken was also rock hard. The rice provided was a small lump. As dirty as the food arrived, I don't want to know what it looks like in the kitchen. Save your money!!!!

Can I also give out minus stars? - Driver rude -Rice pack was only 3/4 full and a lump of slush (disgusting) -Peanut sauce was at least 3 days old and tasted like an old sock. I played tennis with the baked chicken, it was so tough and hard -Spring rolls were dripping with fat and had a rubbery consistency -Keyword curry dish: The chef never learned how to cook curry... Water was simply mixed with curry powder And finally the bottomless thing: THE FOOD WAS COLD

I used to love Mok Kitchen. There are now no Asians in the kitchen anymore, dishes are over- or under-seasoned, delivery times vary greatly and suppliers are on their cell phones until you come down or come to meet you. Yesterday my collar burst - lentil dal? This is simply a mushy pulp into which half an unwashed lemon has been placed for 50 minutes. It tasted terrible and didn't even match the dish. Rice is also no longer cooked through and is partly soft and partly uncooked. This was the last order for me. Really a shame...

The wrong food was delivered after an hour around 10 p.m. and then I finished work at 10:30 p.m. The driver promised me that the right food would come. Guys, just close the shop permanently, I've never experienced anything like that.

The food tasted great and was very tasty, the sauce was just a bit runny. Delivery was also quick.

We ordered Thai Curry and Spring Rolls and please believe me BURNING your money is better than ordering food from them cause it will give you same feeling of disappointment but atleast it will be faster than their delivery time of more than one hour. They give you no compensation and the staff doesn’t care about the reviews which shows how invested they are in their quality and customer satisfaction. PLEASE DONT EVER ORDER FROM HERE!!! DONATE TO SOMEONE YOUR MONEY INSTEAD

Over 90 minutes of waiting time on Monday evening for a small food order, even though it was stated to be a maximum of 45 minutes and only a few km away. No apology, the only answer from the supplier was "I'm just the driver", the enclosed rice had already fallen halfway out of the packaging. Hardly any vegetables in the Thai coconut curry, baked duck as tough as an old pair of shoes, never again!

If you're looking for the nastiest sashimi in town, you can't go wrong here!

The food is terrible, but take a look at the photos for yourself. Onion rings totally burnt. The Chicken Thai Curry is totally watery - has nothing to do with curry. Don't be tempted by the "cheap" prices. I threw away the food and preferred a sandwich instead.

I've never experienced such a long delivery time. When I asked, I was brushed off and told the driver was on the way, but almost an hour later no one was there. Food was okay but the service would have been given zero stars.

I ordered a soup with noodles but only got a soup without noodles which tasted like water. I also ordered some noodles with tofu and vegetables and the quality was terrible.

The delivery took about half an hour longer, which is still acceptable. The food was still warm, but the quality wasn't that good. The spring rolls are all stuck together and are wobbly. The chicken soup didn't taste like anything and was only edible after half a bottle of Maggi. The sweet and sour chicken was okay. Hence 2 stars.

It's such an audacity to give this place a 1 star rating because you had to wait longer for your food. I can't put it any other way, I've lived here for a while and MOK Kitchen is by far the best corner shop. In terms of taste, portion size and price, it's simply a 10/10. Little tip: If you order directly via the website you get a discount of 5% I'm not being paid to do this, but I'm sitting here eating my chicken rice and was shocked to see that this restaurant only has a 2.7 rating. (Oh and I also forgot to rate the restaurant myself, so if you've read this far, leave a review for your loved ones too ;))

Food so bad that needed comment. 2* for fried banana and prawn chips big portion. Main dish-veggie stew with tofu and coconut milk stinks. Reminds of frozen vegetable mix for soup. Even sauce is almost tasteless. Rice sad and overcoocked. Donut not fresh-old and dry Avoid!

I haven't seen their restaurant so I can't comment on the atmosphere. The food I ordered was bad, cold, undercooked and mostly frozen, even the sweet and sour chicken is a frozen product. The soup vegetables were not fully cooked, I assume they were simply added to a ready-made broth. I threw the fried rice in the trash, I could add pictures but my review would be deleted. Sorry guys, but this was a terrible experience. And you shouldn't sell people food, you obviously don't do it well (read your own reviews)

Never again! Our order took over 2 hours to deliver instead of 30 minutes, and unfortunately not enough spring rolls were delivered. Unfortunately, these were completely soggy and not exactly tasty. After several phone calls to the staff, they were kept stalled and not open to solutions. Thanks no 👎🏻

Delivery time as stated and OK. Food disaster, the spring rolls tasted musty and old. The rice for the main courses was hard, dry and also old. We couldn't eat any of it, it was completely inedible. Absolutely not recommended

Very bad curry. The Thai Curry has nothing to do with Thai dishes. The curry was basically kokoswater with old rice. Level up Mok Kitchen, you can do better :)

Wouldn't order again. The red Thai curry was just a coconut milk soup, with no flavor and the vegetables were poor. Rice with coconut milk.

The best tasting Ghost Curry I've ever had, but I absolutely must recommend you never eat at this restaurant. We ordered our food in advance, but still it was delivered late. Worse yet, as 4 people we ordered 4 entrees, but only 3 were delivered. The driver called his boss and talked to him, after which he told us the missing item would be delivered in 20-30 minutes. We never got that item. Reached out for an update for the missing item twice more over the evening but never got a response. Such conduct is unacceptable of a restaurant and completely destroys any trust and credibility they could have. I'd give them zero stars if I could for that experience.

The delivery person was very nice, but we had to wait 1.5 hours for a delivery, plus bland food (duck in curry, which mainly consisted of onions), practically no sushi in the “sushi” and everything that was supposed to be crispy was more like chewed chewing gum, That's what I call expandable.😔 Today we wouldn't have eaten anything at the price of 60 (which was the case in the end). We've always had good experiences and hope it was just bad luck today

The food is equivalent to bodily harm, we waited 2 hours to be served cold garbage, especially since the wrong products were delivered and the request to call instead of ringing was ignored. Even a blind chef with two amputated hands could have done a better job.

Unfortunately we waited in vain for our order. It was supposed to be delivered at 8:30 p.m., after a call they said the driver would be there shortly, that was another half hour ago. We waited a total of two hours and no one came. Thank you for nothing.

We always enjoyed ordering here. It was always good too. Price performance was right. So overall very satisfactory. Unfortunately we had to wait over 2 hours for our food yesterday. We ordered at 9:16 p.m. and the delivery time window was 40 minutes, i.e. 9:56 p.m. At 10:15 p.m. we called to ask and were told food was on the way. We live about 8 minutes away by bike and 9 minutes away by bike. At 11 p.m. the food still wasn't there. The store had already closed at 10:30 p.m. and we couldn't reach anyone. We then went to bed. At 11:15 p.m. the bell rang and we told the delivery person that we didn't want the food anymore because it was way late and if the food had been on the way for an hour it was probably cold, etc. It's a real shame, but we don't order here anymore .! We paid by immediate bank transfer. The callback via restablo was very, very positive and was very quick, but 5***** stars!

I give four stars just for the food. Tasted good. The location itself is totally uncomfortable. But it's not a restaurant and it probably shouldn't be. It has more of the ambience of a standing beer hall.

Gives completely incorrect estimated delivery times. If you ask, you will be held back and fooled again. There is simply no reparation or apology. Prices for the food are OK. There are plenty of other delivery services.

Delivery was really quick...but you also noticed that when you were eating. Quickly made noodles, unfortunately you had to look for the beef. Vegetables also counted.

Wir hatten knusprige Ente mit Erdnusssoße. Es war super lecker und total viel. Wir sind zu zweit von einer Portion satt geworden.

Essen online richtig bestellt und selbst abgeholt. Zu Hause gemerkt, dass ein falsches Gericht eingepackt wurde. Das Gericht zurückbringen war mir nicht möglich, essen leider auch nicht. Es landete direkt im Müll. Eine Kontaktaufnahme würde nicht beantwortet. Dies ist nicht der erste Vorfall. Ich kann nur raten wenn man dir bestellt alles genau überprüfen

Wir haben fast zwei Stunden auf unser Essen gewartet. Nie wieder und ich kann es niemandem empfehlen dort zu bestellen!!!

Habe gebratene Nudeln mit teriyaki Hähnchen bestellt. Hähnchen waren ca. 6 kleine Stücke, hat nicht nach teriyaki geschmeckt und das beschriebene „Saison Gemüse“ bestand zum größtenteils aus ziemlich großen Zwiebel Stücken und KARTOFFEL SCHEIBEN und davon nicht gerade wenig. Hatte also quasi. Bratnudeln mir Bratkartoffeln. Wurde zur Mittags Pause 13 Uhr bestellt und kam 12:56. wegen Pünktlichkeit 2 Sterne.

Solides Asiafood, telefonisch bestellt, nach zehn Minuten abgeholt. Essen entsprach der Bestellung und der Erwartung. Der Preis zur Leistung geht für mich in Ordnung. Der Kollege im Laden war freundlich und auf Zack. In Summe alles okay, freue mich aufs nächste Mal.

Das Essen ist lecker, aber nichts Besonderes. Preislich in Ordnung. Leider wird alles doppelt und dreifach in Plastik verpackt. Ich habe dort bestellt und habe 1 Stunde und 40 Minuten auf mein Essen gewartet, das finde ich viel zu lang. In meiner Bestellung stand "Lieferung in 40 Minuten". Als ich dort anrief, sagte man mir, der Fahrer sei schon unterwegs, aber es hat dann noch über eine halbe Stunde gedauert, obwohl der Weg wirklich kurz ist. Darüber habe ich mich sehr geärgert.

Nettes Personal, kleiner Imbiss eher zum Mietnehmen.

My wife and I just finished a meal there and it was really excellent. Best asian food ive had in Hamburg for a long time. Quality of the meat was good and cooked perfectly.

Hatten für zwei Leute Ente bestellt mit Vorspeise und Nachtisch. Essen war leider ne Stunde verspätet also insgesamte Wartezeit 2 Stunden. Leider wurde die Vorspeise vergessen. Der freundliche Lieferant ist aber noch mal losgefahren und kam 40 min mit dieser zurück. Das Essen war inordnung Ente war nen bisschen trocken, haut auf der Ente nicht sonderlich kross. Die Nudeln waren relativ geschmacksneutral. Im Großen und Ganzen war alles Okey aber halt auch nur Okey, würden nächstes mal woanders bestellen.

Schmeckt gut und gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Heute das erste mal da gewesen und ich muss sagen, dass ich wirklich sehr begeistert war. Gleich vorweg: die Wartezeiten waren etwas länger aber wenn man bedenkt, dass wirklich alles frisch zubereitet wird (damit möglichst wenig verschwendet wird im Vergleich zum vorproduzieren) fand ich es absolut nicht schlimm und völlig in Ordnung. Qualität war wirklich hervorragend und einfach super lecker! Menge der Portion war absolut fair und für den Preis auch wirklich angebracht. Vor allem weil es halt einfach wirklich frisch für einen zubereitet wird. Fazit von mir: Absolut lecker, super nettes Personal in einer modernen Location. Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis absolut top! Wir kommen definitiv wieder :)

Wenn man mehr Sterne vergeben könnte, würde ich es definitiv machen! Da lohnt sich auch eine Fahrt von 30 Minuten, nur um dort das Essen abzuholen. Einfach super lecker! 🤤

Essen lecker ,Bestellung heute von 16.45 Uhr ,Lieferung auch schnell ,aber unsere bestellte und bezahlte Spezi 1.0 Liter war nicht dabei :(

Verstehe die teils sehr negativen Bewertungen überhaupt nicht! Ich habe schon oft bestellt und das Essen wurde stets in kürzester Zeit geliefert, war noch heiß und schmeckt immer gut.

Sehr leckeres Essen, vorallem da alles frisch zubereitet ist! Weiter so 👍🏻😋

Wir haben heute viel bestellt, kam wie immer pünktlich zur gewünschten Uhrzeit.wir sind sehr zufrieden es schmeckt wirklich jedesmal. Also wer Lust auf asiatisch hat ist hier genau richtig.

Soi Sam Erdnuss (Veggie) schmeckt immer super und ist eine große Portion Selbst abholen geht viel schneller als liefern lassen....

Momentan kommen wir seltener dazu, uns etwas bei mok zu bestellen. Falls doch, wurden wir aber nie enttäuscht... Es gab ein/zwei Aussetzer, aber ein schlechter Tag kommt auch mal vor. Mit mehreren Bestellungen im Monat haben wir schon fast unsere zweite Stammkarte voll. Trotz Preiserhöhung (wahrscheinlich renovierungsbedingt) ist die Qualität aber gleich gut geblieben. Zutaten sind stets frisch und die Saucen sind sehr lecker. Das Gemüse immer knackig. Da wir unser Essen meistens selbst abholen, können wir leider nichts zum Lieferando-Service sagen. Empfehlung: Klassisch gebackene Ente mit Erdnusssauce und frischem Wokgemüse / Panang Curry mit Huhn
