The meal was once again not complete. After another hour of waiting, the chicken arrived and was not crispy but soft and bland. I have ordered there several times and have been disappointed every time. Never again.

That was the last time we ordered from you. 3 attempts, 3x 1.5 hour delivery time. This time I cancel the order after 1.5 hour waiting time. The food is average and not worth the wait. Should you change something about it! And you don't have to handle such a large delivery volume. In any case, you have lost customers

Actually 0 stars. I ordered there and the tuna was rotten. Eating this would have been life-threatening. Just do yourself a favor and don't order there

Ballindamm 40I have visited this restaurant twice. The staff is friendly and dishes are prepared in around 15-20 minutes. Since I really like different bowls, I tried the BOK Bowl with rice and beef in teriyaki sauce. It was tasty the first time, but I liked it less the second time. The rice and beef were good, but the vegetables disappointed me on the last visit - some pieces seemed underripe and had little flavor. As for the atmosphere, it is not particularly cozy as a huge number of people are concentrated in a small space both in this restaurant and in the neighboring establishments. The tables are accessible to all catering establishments, which means they are often dirty and you have to wait a long time to find a seat - especially difficult if you come with a group.

Jungfernstieg 16 - 20Today we went to the Alsterhaus for the first time in a long time. We decided to have a coffee in the restaurant, as it's a lovely place to sit and look out over the Alster. Then we saw three mice (!) running around. When we explained this to the cashier, they told us they were aware of it and wanted to change it. Now I'm reading that it's apparently been known for a long time, and I find that quite cheeky and strange. What a shame!

Heegbarg 31Not recommended for individual guests. The waitress ignored me, guests who came after me were spoken to directly and asked what they wanted. Saturday afternoon - there were maybe 4 tables occupied - I was the only one there alone at the time. There was no opportunity to make eye contact because (as I saw it) both service staff deliberately didn't look in my direction - even when they were very close at the table. I then left, was looked at questioningly and when I was informed that they had ignored me, I was dismissed with a casual apology. Unfortunately, this is the second negative experience with this chain; things didn't go well at another location either.
