Asia Wok - Gastronomie und Lieferservice e. K. in Hamburg

Today we went to the Alsterhaus for the first time in a long time. We decided to have a coffee in the restaurant, as it's a lovely place to sit and look out over the Alster. Then we saw three mice (!) running around. When we explained this to the cashier, they told us they were aware of it and wanted to change it. Now I'm reading that it's apparently been known for a long time, and I find that quite cheeky and strange. What a shame!

If you've ever wanted to know what Asian food shouldn't taste like, this is the place for you. The "fried noodles" turned out to be sad tagliatelle, probably straight from the supermarket shelf. The peanut sauce? A flavor phantom; you know it's supposed to be there, but you can't taste it. And the "Box 4" at least had three generous pieces of chicken, if you can call that a meat side dish. If you're happy to spend a lot of money on little flavor and at best average ingredients, you'll be happy here. Everyone else should move on.

Not recommended for individual guests. The waitress ignored me, guests who came after me were spoken to directly and asked what they wanted. Saturday afternoon - there were maybe 4 tables occupied - I was the only one there alone at the time. There was no opportunity to make eye contact because (as I saw it) both service staff deliberately didn't look in my direction - even when they were very close at the table. I then left, was looked at questioningly and when I was informed that they had ignored me, I was dismissed with a casual apology. Unfortunately, this is the second negative experience with this chain; things didn't go well at another location either.

Unfortunately, I didn't read the reviews beforehand, but if you want to treat yourself to a snack here at 10:00 a.m., you have to expect that you'll get meat from the day before! The chicken was so crispy that you couldn't taste the meat anymore, it was probably reheated several times until cooked to death. No friendliness at all, you feel like you're in a prison canteen. I'm used to something different from Asian hung shops. What a shame about the 10€

Ordered at 7:28 PM ---> supposedly a maximum wait time of 50 minutes > Called at 8:40 PM ---> Driver was supposedly on the way and would be there shortly > Called again at 8:55 PM ---> Driver had an accident and another driver was coming immediately ---> The call was simply ended without me being able to finish. > Last call at 9:15 PM to cancel the order ---> Was answered indifferently without a word of apology and was simply hung up again. Money refunded via PayPal. > 9:30 PM ---> Driver did arrive to deliver the food ---> Refused to accept Conclusion: This isn't going to keep my customers. We won't order from there again!
