Once again, the meal wasn't complete. After another hour of waiting, the chicken arrived and wasn't crispy either, but rather soft and bland. I've ordered there several times and have been disappointed every time. Never again.

That was the last time we ordered from you. 3 attempts, 3x 1.5 hour delivery time. This time I cancel the order after 1.5 hour waiting time. The food is average and not worth the wait. Should you change something about it! And you don't have to handle such a large delivery volume. In any case, you have lost customers

The food arrived after over an hour and a half and was only lukewarm. It really wasn't prepared deliciously, and the value for money was not right at all! I strongly advise against ordering. It's not worth it; it's just annoying.

Jungfernstieg 16 - 20Today we went to the Alsterhaus for the first time in a long time. We decided to have a coffee in the restaurant, as it's a lovely place to sit and look out over the Alster. Then we saw three mice (!) running around. When we explained this to the cashier, they told us they were aware of it and wanted to change it. Now I'm reading that it's apparently been known for a long time, and I find that quite cheeky and strange. What a shame!
