Once again, the meal wasn't complete. After another hour of waiting, the chicken arrived and wasn't crispy either, but rather soft and bland. I've ordered there several times and have been disappointed every time. Never again.

That was the last time we ordered from you. Three attempts, three 1.5-hour delivery times... This time I'm canceling the order after another 1.5-hour wait. The food is average and not worth the wait. You really need to change something! And you don't need to handle such a high delivery volume... In any case, you've lost customers.

Unbelievable! This is the second time we've waited over two hours, only this time the food never arrived, and of course, you can't reach anyone. It's outrageous to treat customers like this. I even threw up after eating the curry rice with fish, so something's clearly wrong with the food and the staff. Ideally, I'd give it zero stars, but unfortunately, that's not an option. I will never order from there again, let alone recommend it to anyone.

Osterstraße 75The food arrived after more than an hour and a half and was only lukewarm. It was really poorly prepared, and the price-performance ratio is completely off! I strongly advise against ordering from them. It's not worth it, just frustrating.

Jungfernstieg 16 - 20Today we went to the Alsterhaus for the first time in a long time. We decided to have a coffee in the restaurant, as it's a lovely place to sit and look out over the Alster. Then we saw three mice (!) running around. When we explained this to the cashier, they told us they were aware of it and wanted to change it. Now I'm reading that it's apparently been known for a long time, and I find that quite cheeky and strange. What a shame!

Heinrich-Osterath-Straße 127, Hamburg, Germany Always worth a visit at the Hamburg Dom. Fast, friendly service. Plenty of good food. It's just not a Michelin-starred restaurant.
