Bauernkate in Hamburg

Very unfriendly service at the hamburger, supposedly no card payment possible, but this was easily possible at the table next door. Waiter very unfriendly. Food, well, usual snack food at the fair.

The store is great! We had a really sweet waitress named Danait who was very responsive to our requests. If she didn't understand us because of the noisy environment, she asked again nicely and patiently. We received our order exactly as we ordered it. The food was also great. We had a turkey leg with fries and a Krakauer. The leg was so tender and juicy that we licked our fingers after it. The fries were also very seasoned. We sat there a little longer and our fries got cold but that wasn't a bad thing at all because they were still salty and firm/crunchy and still great. I can only recommend this shop, especially if you want to sit longer with friends or company, it's perfect. Thanks for the great experience 😄

The staff is an absolute impudence. Certainly not all of them, but the person who “tried to serve us” certainly did. We wanted to order three things - 3. Actually simple. Small beer, large Alster a currywurst. Two Alsters arrived. When we tried to complain about the Alster, they didn't even try to offer the right drink - instead they said that they only understood Alster and that we would now save 50 cents. Next came the sausage, a little late - not currywurst. Simply dry without sauce without curry spice. After we politely asked again for sauce, it came 10 minutes later. The sausage was now only lukewarm He then wanted another 50 cents more for that. That was enough for us. We explained the situation once and of course the level of self-reflection = 0! He didn't do anything wrong and you have to pay the 50 cents now. We dropped everything after asking several times for the supervisor (first we were lied to, he wasn't going to get the person, then we were told he wasn't there) and left. There was no money back either.

We went there to eat with our children. Unfortunately, these are not welcomed at all. Very unfriendly and impatient. We weren't served either, despite the signs indicating that we would be served at the tables by the waiters. After waiting for several minutes, we went and ordered ourselves. They didn't find that funny at all. So absolutely not recommended!!

Very bad food was even given to the boss and he didn't care

Queuing for ages. The ladies were absolutely overwhelmed. Sprite without bubbles. Wait in line for another 15 minutes just to hand over the deposit. So underground for 2 years in a row - the other guests were also just annoyed.

We've been regulars for decades. Today the food was subpar. The fries tasted like old fat and like modeling clay and the currywurst had probably been on the grill for a few hours. We definitely won't be coming back.
