ciao bella in Hamburg

Today I repeatedly received a broccoli cream sauce without broccoli. Unfortunately, a complaint was not possible because I took the food home with me. It's a real shame because it was definitely better until recently.

Unfortunately, this restaurant disappointed us. Many of the positive reviews seem inauthentic and possibly fake. The extreme ratings - either one or five stars - raise doubts. I would have preferred not to give a star, but unfortunately you have to give at least one. The woman at the counter was impatient and rude; she seemed to either not understand or not want to understand simple sentences in German, which was frustrating from the start. The pizza was poorly made, the pasta was tasteless, and after eating I had health complaints that may indicate hygiene issues. Overall, the food was neither satisfactory nor worth the price. It's a shame, but I can't recommend this restaurant.

2+1 piece of pizza to take away cost €9.40. I gave someone a €10 note and a 50ct piece and all I got back in change were 10ct and 20ct pieces. When I ask why so much change, I get the answer that she doesn't have any more money. That's a lie because she had at least the 50ct piece from me. Such unfriendly behavior is off-putting.

We are regulars at Cio Bella. The food is super delicious. My children love the pizzas and won't leave AEZ without them. The employees are very fond of children and we feel very comfortable there.

The employees are very friendly and accommodating. I shared a very tasty pizza with a friend. Wasn't a problem at all. The pizza was shared and served on two plates. We ordered two Alster waters to drink. We were told that it might take a while because the beer keg had to be fetched from below first. We were treated to water while we waited (where else can you get that). The next time we go shopping, we'll of course go to Ciao Bella again.

We thought we had found a good restaurant with delicious food, but unfortunately it no longer has the quality it used to. The pasta was cold and completely tasteless, the chicken was burnt on one side and still raw on the other. I wouldn't even try it again for free. It's a real shame for the time and money invested, and sad that such an experience is offered in this way.

I had lunch here yesterday with my son and was amazed at how hospitable the service was. The food was a 9/10 it was very tasty and I felt very comfortable eating it. They also have children's dishes, which my son was very happy about. I will definitely come by again.

The woman at the ordering counter was not friendly. The pasta was completely tasteless. The food, drinks and salad are overpriced. A group at a nearby table left almost all of their orders uneaten. Most of their guests are probably just first-time visitors and people are most likely only eating here because all the other restaurants are full. So really not recommended. NEVER AGAIN!

The “Ciao Bella” in Hamburg AEZ offers a cozy atmosphere with excellent service. The traditional Italian cuisine impressed us with delicious dishes such as the antipasti platter, spaghetti gamberoni and a perfect Margherita pizza which we enjoyed. The tiramisu rounded off the experience. The restaurant is highly recommended for lovers of Italian cuisine.

Bestellt habe ich zum mitnehmen eine Pizza mit Schinken, Champignons und mit extra Mozzarella überbacken. So habe ich sie auch bezahlt. Erhalten habe ich eine Pizza mit Schinken und einem leichten Hauch von Champignons, es fehlte der Mozzarella. Schade dass ich nur auf die Richtigkeit vertraut habe und nicht direkt die Pizza kontrolliert. Geschmacklich ging die Pizza gerade so. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis passte definitiv nicht.

I've been eating to go here for 1 1/2 years now when I'm in the AEZ and the old waitress was very nice and friendly and always made the noodles perfectly, there was never anything wrong with that. Now she has probably given notice and now you order from an unfriendly woman who doesn't say hello or goodbye, noodles that are not cooked through with either way too much sauce or none at all, this is the third time like this.

I ordered a pizza with ham, mushrooms and extra mozzarella gratin to take away. That's how I paid them too. I received a pizza with ham and a slight hint of mushrooms, the mozzarella was missing. It's a shame that I only trusted the accuracy and didn't check the pizza directly. The pizza tasted just fine. The price/performance ratio was definitely not right.

Not only did we wait far too long for a starter (bruschetta), the pieces were also far too small. You could have just used half of a piece of toast. Then the wrong pizza was brought to us, so we had to wait even longer... other guests were being served during that time. The starter was brought with the main course, and right at the beginning it was said: please have the starter first and then the pizza (main course). The pizza wasn't as tasty as in other restaurants and the starter was really way too expensive for what was on the plate.

Ich bin Zufrieden und Satt nach Hause gegangen. Wer etwas mehr Schärfe haben möchte, braucht nur nach scharfem Öl zu fragen.

Essen war super, besonders der Service. Der Jugenman ist freundlich, Nett und korrekt.

Ob klassisch Margherita oder kreativ belegte Pizzas, hier ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Die Vielfalt der Gerichte geht jedoch über Pizzas hinaus. Eine breite Auswahl an köstlichen Pasta-Gerichten, Salaten und Vorspeisen vervollständigt das Angebot. Alle Speisen werden mit Liebe und Sorgfalt zubereitet, was man in jedem Bissen schmeckt. Wir waren zum Mittag da und haben vor Ort gegessen. Der Service war freundlich und in Anbetracht wie voll der Laden war angemessen schnell. Der Burger war großartig, der Pizzateig hat nicht 100% meinen persönlichen Geschmack getroffen, aber trotzdem empfehlenswert für jeden der den extra dünnen Teig mag.

Bugün AEZ Ciao Bella'da yemek yedik. Yemek çok lezzetli ve personel çok ilgiliydi.Ilk defa buraya geldik, çok memnun kaldık. Temiz,sakin bir ortamda yemek isteyenlere tavsiye ederim.

Die Pasta To Go war reichlich und schmeckte gut. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ok.

Aufgrund der Nähe meines Arbeitsplatzes zum AEZ gehe ich 1-2x wöchentlich zu Ciao Bella um mir dort mein Mittagessen zu holen. Die Pasta ist immer aldente und immer sehr lecker, der Parmesan frisch geraspelt und die Portionen mehr als ausreichend um satt zu werden.

Qualität der Gerichte ist manchmal super und manchmal absolut Katastrophe. Ich empfehle nimmt euch die Zeit und setzt euch da hin damit ihr frisch zubereitetes Essen bekommt denn das zum mitnehmen ist nicht sehr zufrieden stellend. Da ist der in der Innenstadt deutlich besser.

Wir essen hier regelmäßig wenn Wir zum Shoppen sind. Ausreichende Portionsgrößen und sehr sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Wir empfehlen es definitiv weiter...

Unter neuer Leitung jetzt ein tolles Familienunternehmen. Der Service ist schnell und aufmerksam, die Pizza sehr lecker. Die früheren Bewertungen, die z. T. sehr schlecht waren, bezogen sich auf den alten Betreiber.

Sehr herzliches Personal und Service. Die Pizzen sind dort sehr lecker. Sehr empfehlenswert nach dem shoppen im AEZ dort essen zu gehen.

Nachtrag: Wir waren erneut dort und die Portion war deutlich größer als vorher, geschmacklich TOP und Knoblauchdip gab es auch wieder. __________________ Zuerst das Positive: Mein Mann und ich sind Stammgäste und sehr gerne dort. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das stets freundliche Personal und das Preis - Leistungs - Verhältnis VOR der Neueröffnung. Nun zu meiner Kritik: Nach der Neueröffnung wurden die Preise angezogen, was ich nachvollziehen kann, denn Personal (was jetzt in deutlicher Menge vorhanden ist) will bezahlt werden und im allgemeinen ist alles teurer geworden, ABER die Preise anzuheben und Portionen zu verkleinern empfinde ich als frech. Ich hatte eine Portion Spaghetti Gamberoni für 14€, die deutlich kleiner war als ich es gewohnt bin. Dabei geht es um die Menge der Sättigungsbeilage und nicht um die Garnelen. Letztere waren genügend auf dem Teller. Vorweg gibt es jetzt Brot mit Öl und Balsamico. Das sieht sehr schön aus aber sowohl ich als auch mein Mann wünschen uns die guten Pizzabrötchen mit Knoblauchdip zurück!!
