had two pretzels and a baguette. the service is awesome (not...). Don't talk, our "could you..." was interrupted with a no and the change was placed on the counter without comment, even though we were the only customers 🤨 never experienced such unsympathetic and listless service Food is of course incredibly expensive, but still relatively humane for airport prices

Unfortunately, I cannot put starts with minus… it’s absolutely disgusting. They are super unpolite also. I don’t recommend nothing.

Worst pizza of my life! Dough like rubber, dull cutlery to cut the pizza with, no tomato sauce, totally bland, no spices, hardly any toppings, 3cm edge, all in all bad! And then 13€ for a margarita pizza, I'd rather go to Burger King

It took some time because I couldn't read my boarding pass or card properly, but the staff was very friendly and made me feel at ease. I've used it several times and the staff are always nice. I've never tried pizza, but I quite like pasta and salad. (It can't be helped that it's an airport price)

I'm very sorry, but this is the worst pizza I've ever eaten. It was supposed to be a margherita with shrimp. It tasted like absolutely nothing. Tomato slices instead of sauce, and the tomatoes completely tasteless. Never again. Service very nice and committed. But unfortunately that doesn't help with the quality of the food

Terrible service: a waitress was attending me after a long wait. Her boss came to tell her off on another thing in front of me, never even acknowledging I was there. She walked off and listened to him giving her ”a talk”. After a while another waitress attended me. She didn’t find the price of the drink I was ordering. Mr Boss came back and wanted to make me pay for a dish I hadn’t ordered. She called his attention to the mistake. In the end, sighing, he fixed it. No apologies, of course. Never once looked at the customer. Great example of a boss!

Very tasty at the airport. The wine is good and affordable, especially if you buy bottles. The salmon pizza was really great. You have a nice view of the runway. Gladly again when I fly from HAM.

Well located and with original views of the terminal and the runway. The portions are well sized and well prepared. The pizza is freshly made and the salads freshly assembled. Dessert offer and variety of drinks. Very expensive prices, as in all airport catering, hence the 3 stars. It's a bit hidden, so it's easy to sit down even during busy times. I recommend it to eat quietly and sit in an armchair and a low table.

The food is perfect and delicious. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

I went to Cindy's because it looked inviting. Unfortunately, that was it. I ordered a burger. A simple cheese burger. For 8.90€ you actually expect a good burger. Well.. it was more than disappointing. The bun was to small, the Pattie was to salty and the entire burger was not very warm. I did ask for extra bacon tho, which cost another 1.80€. and that was absurd because it was literally a precooked piece (1piece) and came fresh out of the fridge. No reheating or anything. All in all I had a couple of bites but then I couldn't anymore. It was not an experience I enjoyed.

Ordered Pizza Margherita, very floury pizza without tomato sauce, only got tomatoes instead. There is only cheese in the middle and the edge is therefore incredibly wide.

Sorry but who makes pizza withouth tomato sauce? And a whole lotta oregano.. never ever gonna eat at this place again.. rude stuff and after the reclamation they even were ruder than before... thanks for nothing

The lady at the checkout was so nice that I gave a big tip. If I had known that all pizzas don't have tomato sauce but real tomatoes on them, I would never have ordered! If you ask why there is no tomato sauce on the pizza, you act as if it is completely normal. It should be communicated that this is not about pizza.

yoo for an airport quicklylll Restaurant SPITZE 🤩 The food was served to me wonderfully quickly 😀😀😀hot and at absolutely top speed and great ❤️❤️❤️... you can't give a chef or in this case a cook a better compliment than a clean plate!!! Very nicely sold, absolutely lovely staff, good wine recommended, all in all 😍Top! Oh well, you can leave the salt and pepper where you got it. Everything tastes wonderful! I ordered the American burger meal, the chips where fine but salty for my taste but the real issue was the burger.. I’ve never had a burger like this, unfortunately as I was hungry I took a couple of bites and then realised the meat was falling out way too easy. I lifted to nap and honestly, it looked like lasagne.. I brought it up and the kind and helpful staff member gave me a new one but when I got home I was sick.. I assume it was the burger..

I was skeptical at first, but I have to say the Serrano pizza was very tasty. Instead of tomato sauce there were fresh tomatoes which was a new experience for me and the ladies were all very friendly.

You can simply taste that the dough is homemade and the staff is really friendly and helpful!

Echt schade wenn das Personal keine Lust hat. Das Auge ist mit! Dieser Hamburger lag wahrscheinlich schon etwas länger in die warmhalte Vitrine. Er war lauwarm, und ziemlich matschig. Ich habe fast Mitleid bekommen mit diesen „Original“ Hamburger. 4,50€ hat er gekostet, wäre er vielleicht wert gewesen wenn! er frisch gewesen wäre.

I ordered a vegetarian burger and asked if it could be made vegan instead. The cashier reassured me that it was already vegan and I got the burger. It looked like real meat and real cheese, and so I went back to double check. The cashier told me it was "100 percent vegan, 1 billion percent vegan, soya and coconut milk". Already dejected from some issues at the airport, I was hungry and took a bite. Guaranteed, 100%, 1 billion percent flesh. I threw up and felt too uncomfortable to talk to the cashier just to get gaslighted again.

Hamburg airport offers a small selection for eateries once you are through glacial paced security lines however this place really hit the spot as it was just what was needed and served quickly and efficiently certainly will fill your hunger and quality was really surprising, delivered by a small but enthusiastic team if you enjoy Burgers then this is a must for you....

Leider das einzige große Restaurant was derzeit im Sicherheitsbereich am Flughafen geöffnet hat. Dass die Preise angehoben sind sollte klar sein, aber dem Kunden eine Pasta mit völlig durchkochten Nudeln und eine verkohlte Pizza zu übergeben eine andere. Schade, geschmacklich und konzeptionell eigentlich gut, aber schlampig ausgeführt. Die Bedienung war allerdings freundlich, dafür gibt es noch einen Punkt dazu.

Perhaps I am giving this 4 stars because I had really low expectations since this place has an average of 2.3. But it was far better than I expected. If you read the reviews, you won't be shocked that there is no tomato sauce. Also, tomato sauce is not mentioned on the menu description. So just read closely 😊 I personally enjoy tomato sauce-less pizza. I was happy with my Serrano, arugala, tomato, parmesan pizza (#5 pizza) Although the tomato had no flavor. But if you put on the chili sauce that is next to where you pick up your pizza, it will be better. It wasn't very spicy, but it tasted of chili and ginger!? Both of us were happy with our pizza, and people shouldn't be afraid of trying it.

„San Pino“ ist eine Art offenes Restaurant im oberen Stockwerk des Hamburger Flughafens. Die Preise sind - flughafenüblich - etwas höher als normal. Die Pizza sieht außergewöhnlich gut aus und ist unerwartet lecker, jedoch auch nicht so gut, dass man das Ganze zum „schick Essen Gehen“ empfehlen könnte. Das wäre aber auch unsinnig, weil man dafür erst durch Sicherheitskontrolle muss.

Gute Nudeln, gute Pizza. Alles in Ordnung und sehr nett bedient worden.

Really expensive given the poor quality food. Pasta barely had any toppings / flavour all. Given this is one of the only options for a hot meal in the airport, it’s really bad.

As the title said this is the most horrific burger I think I have ever tasted. From the moment you order you know your in for a disappointing experience. The lack of customer service, smile, acknowledgement you may as well have self serving kiosks. As all the reviews below have said (wish I read them before I visited) the meat in these burgers is vile. How this place passes health and safety I do not know. These burgers need to be tested. The meat was worse than a cheap microwave lasagna. Who is the manager of this place, they clearly do not take any pride in checking in on how things are run. Disgusting...

Pity. Still not good food and expensive. I would say that despite previous comments there has not been any improvement. Poor quality but above all... it seems that this is standard and hence the ☆☆ from all customers. Pity that management don't care I ordered some pasta but did not eat it cause it did not taste good. Quality did not reflect the price not even for airport restaurant. I did not ask for money back as this could be a personal preference (I read other comments after). The ordered a pizza. Was overbaked... more than well done. Dark brown almost black. Yoi can see photos in other comments from other customers. I was not in the mood to ask again for.money back or another pizza. I paid 28 euros for all this!!!!

Preise nicht günstig und Portionen nicht besonders groß, geschmacklich aber in Ordnung und insgesamt ein durchaus passables Restaurant von Marché Mövenpick im Sicherheitsbereich des Hamburger Flughafens.
