Domino's Pizza Hamburg Rahlstedt in Hamburg

We ordered a pizza at 9 p.m. Which hadn't arrived at 10 p.m. However, the Lieferando app said that it had already been delivered. So we called and asked, whereupon we were told that it would still take about 20 minutes and that they had about 20 orders and were busy. 40 minutes later we called again several times and no one answered. The delivery person came at 10:55 p.m. after 2 hours! And brought us the wrong pizza, which we noticed straight away and so they were able to give it back. We called Dominos directly because the opening times are only until 11 p.m. and the driver said we should let us know and we were told that there was nothing going on now and the right pizza would be delivered very quickly. It's now 12:10 a.m. and nothing has arrived. It's really impossible that we've never had such a bad experience.

You only have a place here if you are an animal because you will be treated as such. This business is an absolute disaster. Official complaint goes out

Pizza arrived cold after 1 hour. There was no goodwill shown and I was left sitting on my cold pizza. What did I pay €0.99 delivery costs for?

I ordered today via Lieferando. The pizza rolls were not rolls like you would find in other fast food shops, they were simply mini and tasted like nothing despite the supposed chicken filling with onions. No spices, no taste of anything. Onion rings flaky. And the “churros” are anything but churros. Just disappointed that I threw money out the window.

Incredibly unfriendly after waiting 1.5 hours for pizza rolls that you bought in the 2 for 1 offer, only one pack is delivered upon request. If you could still get what you ordered, you only get an unfriendly answer that these dominos There is no 2 for 1 offer even though it is advertised as such. We probably didn't think it was necessary to give the information before ordering and we then had the pizza rolls After 1.5 hours we received them and they were still cold and not really filled (actually just bread). It's a real shame... you don't get mad when something is forgotten, but convincing the customer that you didn't have such an offer in the first place and not at all Reacting cooperatively but simply unfriendly drives customers away

Yesterday I was more than disappointed and really annoyed. Pizza didn't even look nearly baked, the toppings were careless and it wasn't really warm. The dessert that came with it had expired (use by date) for 2 days!

It took 2.5 hours for three pizzas, the shake was missing and I have to understand, ordered at 8:49 p.m., delivered at 11:15 p.m. and the shake was missing. ... sorry 25% of 100% was missing, after almost 2.5 hours.

We were lured with a discount to become regular customers again! Waiting time over 90 minutes!!!! I would have preferred to cancel my order, unfortunately I paid by direct bank transfer and had no motivation to deal with the store further about the credit.

Pizza works like this, was delivered cold, delivery time about 1.5 hours! Only one pizza was delivered instead of the offer 2:1 = it was supposed to be 2 pizzas. Offer was not executed. That was my last order here!!!!

Several pizzas were ordered...delivery took much longer than stated and then we were disappointed. Instead of tomato sauce there was hollandaise sauce and on top there were three pats of tomato paste... (Dutchman, should have tomato sauce on the bottom and topping of hollandaise sauce on top). The other pizzas were similar... carelessly slapped on, a lot on one side, nothing at all on the other... the shakes, which we found to be relatively expensive, only had a tiny dollop of cream on them and it was already pretty melted... . Nobody answered the phone and we are still waiting for a reply to our email

Ordered food via Lieferando, waited 1 1/2 hours and nothing. When I called, it said there was a power outage. Meal already paid for with Paypal. I asked to cancel the order. Hope the money comes back. The order hadn't even been processed yet. This is not a service

These reviews only refer to the branch. You either like Domino’s or you don’t. At this branch I once received a pizza that was much too small (measured), then complained about it when evaluating the order, but got the answer. I always order with steak pepper. Once the pizza was extremely salty. When I called, they told me they didn't use any salt and that it was the steak pepper, but it was always the same, which of course was nonsense because I always ordered steak pepper. Service and quality leaves a lot to be desired.

Ordered at 7 p.m. for 8:30 p.m. Pizza didn't arrive until 9:25 p.m. Pizza and pizza rolls very bad. The edge of the pizza was hard as a rock and the pizza rolls were very stingy with toppings. Correct minus load

That's probably not possible. I called and ordered. They said it would be in 3 quarters of an hour because the food didn't come for 1 hour and 30 minutes later. I called again and then the store was really very disrespectful. I won't be there anymore order you and I hope you don't either

02/02/21 approx. 5:10 p.m. Basically, Dominos Rahlstedt was already mentally on my hit list when it came to not ordering anything there anymore because I was annoyed with you months ago, but as naive and gullible as I am, I assume that the criticism is yours take hearts. I get it for about 26.50 euros. 1-star deduction: Lackluster order acceptance, i.e. employees. 1-star deduction: Two almost cold pizzas, you haven't yet learned the trick with the warming plates from Smileys. 1-star deduction: My taste buds tell me, once again, that you use the cheapest meat that has a nasty aftertaste. In this case the chicken. In addition, the pizza rolls are a joke, there used to be 5 juicy large ones and now there are 8 small, dry, tough, sticky insolences that are like the KnachundBack dough, only much worse and stick to the bottom of the cardboard box. Oh yes, a dip with it is a pipe dream, so choke it down dry. 1-star deduction: The old song, tried and tested again and again, problems when processing payments with EC cards. He said something about being logged in on one device, then neither worked on the next one, which he can't do anything about. I can't figure it out, maybe the tour has already ended and I've signed off, no plan. So, in such a case, you pay cash without a tip, of course. I don't understand some of the reviews here... The food was great, and when we asked for an extra request over the phone, the staff responded immediately and in a friendly manner! The only drawback was the delivery time Ordered at 7:27 p.m. and the food didn't arrive until 8:40 p.m Gladly again

Pizza arrived after two hours, hard as a board and half burnt from keeping warm or reheating. Dominos elsewhere is okay, but better avoid this branch at peak times.

We truly had the worst delivery service experience today since the invention of Meals on Wheels. After the live tracker said "order ready for pickup" for 45 minutes, but nothing happened and the order was already 1 hour 20 minutes ago, I called the branch in Rahlstedt and then my wife twice to find out what was happening with our order . Only two pizzas were ordered. Since it was Friday evening, we showed patience and waited for well over an hour without complaining. When we called and asked questions, we were told that the pizzas were in “quality control” and would now be delivered straight out of the oven. Then we were told to wait for the next driver and that the pizza would arrive shortly. On the third call, another ten minutes later, the driver was standing in front of the door at the same time and apologized several times, handed me a cookie with an expired use-by date and left Dannen. Then another nasty surprise, pizzas lukewarm, dry, rock hard, poorly topped. I regularly order from Dominos in Altona when I'm at work. There are not just worlds but universes between my experiences there and the food delivered today. Our further complaint, which was made directly over the phone, was handled in a very incompetent manner. They agreed on another free delivery the next day, as most of our pizza from today disappeared in the trash. It's a shame about time, money, food and nerves. We are curious to see whether the promised new delivery and the announced call will take place tomorrow. Both the experience and a few bites of the disgusting pizza weigh heavily on our stomachs. Actually zero points in all respects.

I placed an order yesterday at 10:37 p.m. The pizzas were absolutely bad, toppings just slapped on top, watery caprese, margarita cheese only in the middle and the rest just tomato sauce, dough still raw, pizza rolls not separated, no toppings in the pizza rolls. I complained to the store and they say that I only ordered at 11:37 p.m., even though I can see when I ordered and that was at 10:37 p.m. I want my money back, I've never experienced anything like this at Dominos!

You order, wait for half an eternity, then the stuff arrives, ice cold and inedible. Thank you, never again.

I had ordered food for a birthday, but it never arrived and no notice was given that the pizza was no longer coming. The children had to wait more than an hour to find out that nothing was coming. Compensation? No, money back and done. REALLY BITTER!!

Extremely unfriendly employees on the phone. When we complained that delivery was taking too long and we wanted to cancel the pizzas, we were insulted on the phone and also told that we were blocked here and would never be able to order here again and had the phone hung up on our faces. Wow, absolutely not recommended.

It took almost 2 hours for a pizza and a cookie 🍪 and highlight the order didn't even arrive completely. When you called the store you were treated rudely. Zero service-oriented, zero criticism. Why I give one star because the driver was nice. I will never order there again!! And I can't recommend it!!

Leider weiß ich nicht, von wo die ganzen schlechten Bewertungen kommen?! Gibt es einen neuen Besitzer und neue Mitarbeiter ? Wir bestellen regelmäßig mindestens einmal die Woche und bei uns kam die Pizza immer innerhalb von 30min maximal 40 Minuten warm und lecker an. Bei Dominos können wir uns immer darauf verlassen. Schade um den Ruf des ladens…

Hatten eine Vorbestellung gemacht, diese kam knapp 20 Minuten zu spät und die Pizzen waren nur noch lauwarm, daher war der Geschmack sehr bescheiden und die Pizzen sehr trocken. Freundlicher Fahrer, das ist aber auch das einzig Positive an dieser Bestellung. Hatten ein ähnliches Erlebnis leider schon vor einiger Zeit gehabt, es ändert sich leider nichts, sonst würden ja auch nicht die vielen negativen Bewertungen dazu kommen. Ich werde hier nicht mehr bestellen, da der Geschmack auch nicht so toll war, lohnt es sich auch nicht die Pizzen abzuholen.

Essen zur Lieferung bestellt. Lieferung erfolgte nach 1ner Stunde. Hähnchen Stripes kaum fritiert noch komplett weiß. Pizza okay

Wir haben Heute zum letztem mal da bestellt. Die haben bei einer Pizza die Tomatensauce vergessen. Auf telefonische Nachfrage hat man uns unterstellt das wir die so wollten. Als dann klar das es nicht so war wollten sie uns eine Gutschriften über 2 Euro dafür geben was schon eine Frechheit ist bei einer großen pizza mit Extras. Aber die Krönung war einfach die Unfreundlichkeit von dem Menschen am Telefon. Wobei der Mann der die Pizza brachte sehr nett war. Ich finde der Laden hat so nachgelassen an Qualität und auch die Auswahl an Pizzen ist in der Kette echt schlechter geworden.

Leider hat die Qualität der Pizza Gourmet ordentlich nachgelassen. Sehr trockener Teig, manchmal sogar trockene Rinderstreifen. Und doch bestellen wir immer wieder dort, weil es einfach keine Alternative gibt.

Ich hab sowohl abends als auch vormittags bestellt. Jedesmal ging die Bestellung komischerweise "verloren". Teilweiße kommt die Pizza halbgar bzw die chickenbox. Und ankommen tut die auch nur, weil ich jedesmal telefonisch nach fragen muss. Komischer Weise fühlt sich auch keiner verantwortlich. Nicht Mal eine kleine Entschädigung gab es für die Wartezeit bzw das nicht all zu gutes essen ....

Ich habe schon öfter zum Abholen bestellt und die Pizza war immer zügig fertig. Das Personal ist meistens sehr freundlich, manchmal etwas gestresst. Mit Aktionen (zweite Pizza für 2€, usw.) ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in Ordnung, reguläre Preise sind vllt etwas happig. Großen Lob für die veganen Optionen!

Lieferung erfolgte relativ schnell. Leider fehlte ein Dip und einige Zutaten auf der einen Pizza. Auf die andere Pizza sollte extra Sesam und Pfeffer rauf. Diese extra Zutaten wurden einfach auf ein einziges Stück geklatscht. Sehr schade. Der Rand war zudem richtig trocken und hart. Habe bei anderen Dominos bessere Erfahrungen gemacht

Hab mein Gutschein über Lieferando nicht einlösen können, 1 Anruf hat gereicht & habe den Gutschein von einem Freundlichen Mitarbeiter einlösen können. Lieferung schnell & Warm. Seit langem die Beste Dominos Erfahrung… Weiter so!

Sehr netter Mitarbeiter am Telefon und super schnelle Lieferung. Besser geht nicht und die Pizza besonders Lecker.

Qualität hängt scheinbar ein wenig von der Tagesform ab. Hole meist ab ohne vorher zu bestellen. Zubereitung geht dann ausnahmslos zügig - hab noch nie lange warten müssen. Auch Bestellungen "zur Abholung" gingen immer schnell. Rechtzeitig mit Termin bestellt hat auch immer geklappt. Dass spontane Bestellungen am Wochenende zu "sofort" auch mal länger dauern sollte jedem denkenden Besteller klar sein. Spontane Lieferung hat aber auch schon funktioniert in weniger als 20 Minuten. Pizza Gourmet sehr lecker aber leider auch recht teuer.

Die Pizza hat mega geschmeckt, ein sehr großes Lob an das Team und an den Schichtleiter Zayn Immer wieder gerne!

Die Pizza geht so nh halt nichts besonderes, aber ich wurde jetzt schon zwei mal von einem Lieferfahrer belästigt. Er fragte mich ob das meine Wohnung sei, und beim anderen Mal ob ich Besuch habe oder alleine bin. Seitdem bestelle ich nicht mehr bei Dominos.

Durch die Möglichkeit die Pizza komplett selbst zu gestalten, ist für jeden Pizzafan was dabei - der Preis der einzelnen Zutaten ist allerdings nur teilweise nachzuvollziehen/ zu hoch. Die Shakes sind sehr lecker.

Lieferzeit ok, Pizza war kalt, geschmacklich geht so der Teig war sauer.

Also ich kann nichts über die Qualität der Bestellung sagen...... Da das Essen nicht angekommen ist. Und ich habe auch keinen leider keinen Status, da die Digitalisierung in Form vom Telefon hier wohl noch nicht angekommen ist. Schade eigentlich ich hab Hunger.

Die Waikiki war eher trocken und langweilig, zumindest war die Pizza heiß, ca. 60 Grad. Die Zeiten der Gaumenfreuden wie es noch bei Joyes war, sind anscheinend Geschichte, schade.

Ich habe heute mittag eine Bacon + Brokkoli Pizza bestellt und die war auch mega lecker , nur hat der lieferant mich vorhin um 20:45 angerufen , hab dann natürlich zurückgerufen weil ich nicht wusste wer das ist . Derjenige ist aber nicht rahngegangen aber hat mich dann zurückgerufen und hat sich herausgestellt das es der Lieferant war der mir die pizza geliefert hat und meinte das es sein kann das der anruf von heute mittag erst jetzt angekommen ist da mein handy aus war . Alles schön und gut , und er hat mich auch sehr nett gefragt ob alles ok war und ob es geschmeckt hat hab alles mit ja beantwortet und aufeinmal kommt die frage „ soll ich dir noch was bringen?“ und da hab ich natürlich gesagt nein danke .. also die frage fand ich etwas unangenehm und nicht grade angemessen. Und so mit meinen Daten umzugehen find ich nicht ok

An sich super Laden, schnelle Lieferung und gutes Essen. Allerdings gibt es selten Fälle wo die Pizza nicht mehr ganz so frisch schmeckt und vor Fett trieft. Lieferzeit ist immer wie angegeben oder schneller, Fahrer sind alle nett.

Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. 2 mal Pizza bestellt. Super schnelle Lieferung. Geschmack gut. Belag in Ordnung. Im Juni 21 weiterhin 🔝
