The price isn't right for the quality. It doesn't taste good!

Rudeness and disrespect towards customers there was a 1.60 meter tattooed man I asked him about what was served then he said to me you didn't buy from us so there's none for you and a pack costs 50 cents at Lidl wow very bad of you Saray disappointed!!!! Disgraceful

We wanted to try it out, but we didn't like it. The food was cold. The taste was okay, but the prices are okay. The Coke tastes like water. I wouldn't go there again.

Absolutely terrible service. I don't understand why customers should be subjected to this. Very cheeky and rude. The food doesn't taste good at all; the worst kebab in Hamburg.

I ordered a kebab box. Unfortunately, I had to pick out all the meat because it was of really poor quality. There was also barely any salad in the box. It was supposed to come with fries, but unfortunately, I only found three. The tzatziki sauce was also disappointing; it was grainy and inedible, and even the Coke couldn't make up for it. He knew how bad it all tasted and tried to make up for it with kindness (free extra Coke). It all cost me €8, a very disappointing lunch break. Of course, I didn't get full either! 🙄

I was there yesterday with my wife and nephew. The kebab was really generously filled – the price/performance ratio was right. The service was friendly and courteous. I would go again.

Absolutely standard kebab. Completely fine. But the service is completely unfriendly. They simply display aggressive behavior toward customers. It seems as if the employees are angry that the Honest Kebab shop is doing better than theirs. I can only recommend everyone to go to Honest Kebab instead.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my visit. The doner meat was cold and tasted old—neither fresh nor juicy as you'd expect. I don't know, people write all sorts of things in their reviews, but for me, it was simply delicious. The only thing I can find fault with is that it was really very fatty, especially at the bottom.

They don't accommodate customer requests. I asked for the meat and salad to be mixed, but they said it wasn't possible, they don't do that. In the end, I had a kebab where I first had only meat, then a bit of salad, and finally just meat again. Dry meat. Quality is 0. I'll never buy anything from there again.

The employee laughed several times for saying five in English and not in German and another told me that the white sauce was chocolate.

I bought a doner kebab box yesterday and the meat was still raw in some places.

I ordered a dürüm and was severely disappointed. The food was cold, dry, and barely edible. The meat was poor quality and included ingredients I hadn't ordered. The dough was rock-hard and there was almost no sauce at all, which made everything even drier. Overall, the dürüm seemed carelessly prepared and poorly prepared. It was my first and definitely last time here.

Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. We ordered something and received a completely different dish. When we politely pointed this out, we were treated in a manner I've never experienced before—loudly, aggressively, and disrespectfully. I ate menu 3. I liked it, the portion was huge. The service was nice. They know English and a few phrases in Polish!

I ordered a large doner kebab box and paid accordingly, but the meat was dry and very small. The entire portion seemed more like a small box. When I raised this with the staff, my concerns were completely ignored. Unfortunately, I absolutely cannot recommend it – both the food and the service were disappointing.

It's a shame, the food was unreasonable and definitely can't be called food. The waitress just leaves the counter cheeky and has no manners! It is very questionable that such a disgusting shop is allowed to exist in the Europapassage! The meat wasn't cooked through, the fries were counted out and the best thing was the fruit flies that were hanging around there!!!! NEVER AGAIN ! I regret eating anything here. I was in a hurry and very hungry. I'm sick to my stomach about hygiene. The person working there was wiping the edges of the salads with the same cloth he used to wipe the counter. And he tried to put the scattered salads in order with that cloth. They were not using gloves, but what was worse was that the employee there took a broom in his hand to clean the area, scratched his skin, and then continued to serve with those hands without any discomfort. A few times I wanted to encourage myself to cancel the order, but I didn't because I was embarrassed. I'm still nauseous now, I regret eating it.

We ordered the doner plate and lahmacun. They were both very beautiful. The doner plates are huge. Even though we went at a crowded hour, we got our meals without too much delay, thanks to the sleight of hand of the employees. Prices are reasonable by Hamburg standards. The food court of the shopping center it is located in is just a little hot.

The employee was hectic, served us as he wanted without asking, when we complained he behaved unfriendly the whole time and then the old man came (from inside) and insulted me. Never there again!!!

Best kebab I've eaten in my life

Once upon a time there was a kebab that you couldn't really recommend. At least that was my experience shortly after the opening. I now really enjoy going here to eat a kebab. Sometimes you just have to give something a second chance. The combination with fries and 0.4 drink for €13.50 is of course no longer that cheap, but the taste is now perfect. The portion is definitely enough to fill you up. Just keep it up, then it'll work out and what else is cheap in life 😎

The reviews are all nonsense. The staff is extremely friendly and you don't have to complain about the prices. Prices are similar everywhere and it tastes very good, definitely 5 stars!

The lunch special is totally worth a kebab and a drink for €7.50. The kebab was always alternately topped with meat and vegetables so that there wasn't just meat at the bottom. Taste was good, but only 75% filling

A kebab below average. Lots of salad, little sauce and little meat. The price is too high for that (10.5 euros for a Dürüm with a few meat crumbs) and the service also leaves something to be desired. There are various better and cheaper alternatives, but I had to eat because of peer pressure.

I had fries with nuggets (menu 5) with cocktail sauce, the sauce was lacking in flavor. The nuggets could have remained a bit because they were a bit raw and the fries were a bit too seasoned.

The most expensive and worst kebab I've ever eaten, no matter how hungry you are, go somewhere else, the kebab is TRASH!!! Just money making.

The shop has a new owner and therefore a completely new taste. It tastes simply fabulous and can only be recommended.

The two colleagues behind the counter are working at full speed and always give you a good feeling, even if the line behind you is a little longer. Really recommended to everyone!

The size of the kebab plate is fine but then it stops. Meat was far too dry and partly burnt, fries weren't fried long enough. All in all, way too expensive for what you get.

I really can't understand the bad reviews?!?!! Such a top kebab, and for €6 because of the lunch special it was very fair and absolutely delicious and juicy. I really recommend this kebab place! HUUGEE portion and I ordered even small durum. Friendly guy and you can choose your own ingredients. I paid 10 euros and I was full for whoolee evening, lots of meat and sauce. They also have lunch offers available. Part of the big foodcourt in Europa Passage and it very nice to hang out with your friends.

My kebab box was ok, maybe too much sauce but very good amount for 10 euros. The service was particularly friendly. In most kebab shops you have to pay extra for feta, here it was offered proactively and was included in the price. Yes, it's not super cheap, but right in the center in the Europapassage, the restaurants also pay higher rents.

Fleisch war nicht wirklich hochwertig und lecker, sowie die Soße die ich hatte (Cocktail). Es hat im allgemeinen nicht wirklich geschmeckt und die Zutaten haben nicht harmoniert.

Visiting Hamburg from Scotland and stumbled upon this place. The service was good they are in a big rush due to being so busy which is to be expected and understandable. The man was friendly and speaking English. I had a big kebab in bread that tasted delicious.

Geschmacklich ok, guter Durchschnitt, preislich Oberliga, da kannste außerhalb der City auch beim Griechen essen gehen.

Ich konnte dort - anders als bei all den anderen türkischen Imbissen inzwischen - mein geliebtes halbes Hähnchen verkonsumieren, etwas überteuert vielleicht, aber immerhin - trotz des Wegfalles der Preistreiber, wie bspw. Corona, Öl-Engpässen & erhöhter Benzinpreis, etc.

Essen war gut. Mitarbeiter waren nett.

Schmeckt gut und ist gefragt. Die Portionen sind ebenfalls groß. Die Mitarbeiter zeigen Interesse und mögen Ihre Arbeit. Man kommt schnell dran, lange Wartezeiten gibt es nicht. Man sollte sich vorher ein Platz klar machen, weil zu genannten Zeiten hohe Nachfrage dort herrscht.
