Very tasty burgers...friendly staff...great location

I tried chicken burger and it’s tastier than McDonald to be honest. Prices are reasonable compared to the location and the restaurant like this. You can also order through QR code and access the menu web app. Payment is also easy with Google or Apple Pay. My friend paid at the cashier today and got 10% discount voucher. People says smoothie is good but it’s all sold out today. There’s a big table where you can seat with 8 people. It’s suitable with a group of colleagues to go out for lunch.

Great concept! We wanted to thank you very much for allowing us to have a relaxed meal, we don't take it for granted. Great child-friendly restaurant. I especially like the play area for the children. Finally a restaurant that also thinks about parents and children. This is common practice abroad, but in Germany it is hardly found. That's why we eat here at least 2-3 times a month. It all tastes so wonderful! For big and small. The dessert is to die for, I could eat it every day. The store is a 10 out of 10!! Ambience, staff, food hygiene everything is perfect here!

The food was great other then the chicken burger because i tought it was fries chicken in the burgers but its just chicken with some spices

That was super delicious! Fries nice and salty and with skin on (I think it's great). The burger was very juicy, with lots of sauce and toppings. Price-performance ratio is definitely right for me!

We were positively surprised by the concept. Everything worked out great. App is easy to use and the food/drinks came very quickly. There is a great play area for children. The view of the gänsemarkt was also great. We look forward to coming back

We've been coming here for a while and it's always really nice here. The food is fresh and tasty, the service is otherwise quick and friendly. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the service today. There wasn't much going on, but despite three service calls via the website, no one came. Instead, there were two young employees standing two meters away from us who preferred to take selfies and videos. Even if this is a restaurant for younger people where social media presence is important, it is not a good image if the guest fades into the background. Additionally, the ordering system is somewhat unreliable without the tablets.

Nice staff, but the new system didn't work well, so a colleague got his food very late.

A great, modern experience. You order via QR code, you can even create a group, so everyone can individually add their selection to the shopping cart, and then the order comes to the table super quickly. In our case, unfortunately, we had to stay up longer The fries were waiting, they only came when we had finished the burger, the service call via the website didn't work and we had to find a waiter. But the burgers were definitely tasty. You can then choose whether you want to pay downstairs in the restaurant or online, so everything is great. We would come again when we are in Hamburg.

So it's not our case. It's a nice ambience, interior, lighting concept - everything is really nice. That's why we chose the restaurant. And then you sit at the table with your cell phone and look at McDonald's photos. We find it terribly impersonal and ugly. It was then topped off with the white wine that was brought, which was served in a water glass!! There is freshly tapped beer, but no Alster water. When we said goodbye, we said that we would rather talk to people in the restaurant than click pictures of snacks on our cell phones. The answer from the service employee was the crowning glory: "Older people don't like it that much, younger guests like it." I, in my mid-40s, will not go to a Burgerlich again.

The burgers are delicious. You can only order via your own cell phone. But you can also ask for the conditions and order from her. Food comes relatively quickly. The cocktails are delicious and the atmosphere is pleasant.

Best burgers in Hamburg, very modern and easy to use ordering system,fresh fries were awesome,never had sweet potato fries before but highly recommend them here, also their drinks are fresh and homemade,and deserts were really good too my friends ordered it like 3 times, worth a visit.

The burger wasn't great, the patty was too small, the coleslaw didn't have enough dressing. I wouldn't go there again.

Really a great restaurant, the food tastes great and the staff are nice, but recently you've been ordering via your cell phone. I think that's a shame because it was always so cool that the trays came out of the table and you could order easily. Really a shame! Otherwise great restaurant 👍

Very tasty burgers! The price is reasonable, but the atmosphere was very pleasant and the food was delivered surprisingly quickly. No reservation necessary. We paid around 21 euros per person for a burger, side dish and 1 drink. We'd love to come back.

Everything great ! Lots of choice and above all delicious. There is a great play area for children. We were spontaneously given a tour of the kitchen. Everything in the kitchen was clean and the employees were very friendly. Very happy again =)

Burgers and fries were super tasty! And the price was reasonable. Interesting way to order here, you scan the QR code at the table and choose your order from the menu, and then it is served quite quickly.

Where are the cauliflower bites 😭😭?! Like if you want to have them in your range again! We have been regular guests at your restaurant for years and appreciate burgerlich for its relaxed atmosphere and high-quality food. We are always particularly happy when you add new creations to the card. But now we have seen that our beloved cauliflower bites - which were really soooo delicious and of that quality cannot be found anywhere else in Hamburg - are no longer there. That's why this review can perhaps be read as a petition for the reintroduction of cauliflower bites? Maybe several people feel this way. P.S.: You guys are great, we also miss the Portobello mushroom burger & the winter sauerkraut burger. But we have now coped with these losses.🥲

Dining in a modern atmosphere is offered here. Ordering is done via mobile phone, this does not affect the service. Everyone is nice and friendly and very helpful. The food was always prepared very quickly. Citizens can be put together individually. So every taste and every allergy is taken into account. I have never seen so much choice of different fries. Our sweet potato fries and chips were delicious. The drinks are stylishly presented and freshly prepared. The dessert can also be put together yourself. We like coming here.

Very hot in summer due to the huge window front. Ordering with tablets at the table (Selforder). Unfortunately, many of the tablets are defective and will probably need to be replaced soon.

We (2 women + 2 babies) were there for the first time last week. Our meal was perfect! My friend had a vegan burger, she was very excited that the burger tasted really delicious! The homemade drinks were refreshing and the children could play for hours in the “play paradise”. The changing room is large and clean. We'd love to come back! :)

I ate here for the first time. I was really excited about the ordering system. Select quickly and easily on your tablet and send your order. Quickly, the food and drink is brought to your table. You then simply pay at the checkout at the entrance/exit, no annoying waiting for service. The food was delicious, the portions were absolutely sufficient and the service was top notch. I'd love to come back.

Very good burger definitely one of the best in Hamburg! Very chilled, not too serious atmosphere and the manager Rajdeep was super cool. Definitely gained a new regular customer.

I have visited this restaurant a few times with a few friends. The burger tasted good every time, the order is placed digitally on an iPad, which of course has style but can also bring with it some complications. There are various burgers that are perfectly priced, as they are not significantly cheaper in other stores. The burgers taste good. It's nothing earth-shattering, but it's delicious. Above all, the atmosphere is very chic. You sit on the first floor with a great view over the Gänsemarkt. Highly recommended visit.

We were on vacation in Hamburg and ordered there and had the food delivered. Everything was well packaged and nothing slipped off the burger during transport. About the food: We loved it! The Burgerlich at Gänsemarkt is a real insider tip for burger lovers. My cheeseburger was great: the meat was cooked to perfection, the cheese was creamy and the sauce rounded everything off perfectly. The fries were crispy and the portion was generous. The ambience is stylish and invites you to linger, but the music was a bit too loud. I can recommend Burgerlich to anyone looking for a really good burger in Hamburg!

Directly on the Gänsemarkt, the “Begruly” restaurant extends across the ground floor and upper floor. It is a burger restaurant where, in addition to all kinds of hamburgers, you can also get the typical side dishes, drinks and desserts. The highlight of this restaurant is that you get a code card. You order your food and drinks at the table on a computer tablet. To complete the order, you hold the code card to the device. After a few minutes the order is brought by a waiter. Reorders are also possible. At the end you present the card to the cashier on the ground floor at the checkout and pay. Very interesting and innovative concept. (Similar to the “Weightless” restaurant). The restaurant is nice, rustically furnished. The staff is nice and accommodating. The toilets are clean and tidy. The prices are comparable to other restaurants.

The burgers are really tasty and the service is friendly. Unfortunately, a lot of the tablets used to order were defective.

Delicious restaurant with a really nice ambience and a great view. If you feel like being a good citizen, you should definitely come by here. The drinks as well as milkshakes and desserts are also highly recommended. The ordering system is a bit unique, but very similar to the tablets we know from common all-you-can-eat restaurants.

Very nice burger joint with a great play area. You order from the tray at the table and everything is freshly prepared and delivered. From homemade sodas to fries and burgers, everything was good! The children's corner, including a toilet with a changing table, was very well furnished and made the stay with small children very pleasant - and there was a fresh apple for the children to say goodbye.

A nice restaurant with modern solutions (tablets installed in the tables that are used to place orders). Pleasant decor. Minus one star for service, because the waiter forgot to bring us one drink, and in the meantime he brought us two drinks that we did not order (there was some mistake). The food was very good, but I didn't eat a burger - I had cauliflower nuggets and grilled vegetables and I can definitely recommend it. Their shakes are also nice :)

There were two of us and we wanted to end our evening nicely. Really great atmosphere and super friendly staff, but unfortunately the music was a bit too loud for my taste but everyone is different. The food was truly a 10/10! And I get an extra point for getting a milkshake to go at 10:25 p.m.!

Service was good, food was okay. The burger was just a standard burger, the fries were good, but the truffle mayo was delicious. But the drinks were delicious and the orange ginger lemonade was absolutely my thing. The location is good for that. Ordering is quick and easy with the tablet. Overall it was okay for me, but really nothing special.

Were there twice. After the first visit I would have given 5 stars for everything. Unfortunately, the second time only a few tablets were available, then we got some full cards so we couldn't order and the meat from the chicken burger was burnt. Otherwise great concept

The Burgerlich am Gänsemarkt has a great ambience. As usual at Burgerlich, orders are placed directly via tablet. This works super easy. The orders are prepared very quickly and at the table. I recommend ordering the drinks first, waiting a bit and then choosing the food. If you are in a hurry you can of course order both at the same time.

Definitely worth a visit! There is delicious food, fast service and friendly staff here. The burgers came to the table quickly, tasted good and were a decent size. The fries could have used a minute longer in the deep fryer. Even though they were homemade, the bite was unfortunately missing.

As always, Burgerlich shines with its top burgers and makes children's hearts beat faster! All the unfortunate artificial additions of a BK or yellow M are left out and you can happily pounce on a DoubleCheese that really deserves its name. Everything has its price. And Hamburg has its price. That also results in a hefty price. Quickly deglaze with a cocktail and move on through Hamburg...

At the entrance you are greeted warmly and immediately asked if you are new. You get a card the size of a debit card. There are tablets at the places for ordering and you hardly have any contact with the staff. Ordering on the tablet is child's play and well structured👌 and it is prepared quickly, it took me less than 6 minutes to place my order. The food itself is great. I even ordered the burger without sauce and it came without sauce. The chips are amazing, nice and crispy and not floppy. When you're done, you go back to reception and hand over the so-called EC card and pay without waiting long.

A mixed bag. The concept is ordering via tablets that are installed at the respective location. This means you choose your own food and order from a menu that is given to you. That worked well and the food arrived quickly. The burgers were all good, the fries not so much. Were quite muddy and cold. The sweet potato fries, on the other hand, were great. So it really depends... Music too loud for a restaurant. Prices are definitely more like city center prices.

Can't recommend for vegans. Yes, they have vegan options on the menu and that's why I decided to join my colleagues for lunch. I took the fried cauliflower and one of them tasted like fish. Can't recommend.

The food was very tasty, but I think the prices are too exorbitant for the quality offered. In addition, only 2 of 6 terminals at our table worked, which should work better if you rely on this principle. The shop itself is nicely designed and the staff is nice, but I would definitely prefer other burger shops.

Links auf dem Bild zu erkennen. Das mindert die Freude sehr. Auf Nachfrage bei der Bezahlung, ob alles okay gewesen sei und der kurzen Anmerkung, dass es das aufgrund dieser Tatsache nicht gewesen ist: Ein freundliches Ignorieren mit Grinsen und kein Eingehen auf den Umstand. Ich erwarte keinen Nachlass beim Preis, aber vielleicht wenigstens ein „Oh, das ist natürlich blöd. Werde ich mal sagen, damit es nicht wieder vorkommt“ oder so…

We got lost on a little trip to Hamburg, got hungry and ended up here. The ordering concept using a tablet is very, very pleasant! The food came super quickly and tasted very good. Service is super accommodating, friendly and kind. Very tasty and recommended! :-)

The food is great, I was there today with work colleagues and they immediately liked the food. The service is also great, everyone is really nice. My personal recommendation is that you all go there for a great meal and you'll just want to go there.

Food was delicious and came quickly! What took a long time was for anyone to even serve us! This should be improved. Otherwise friendly and everything else was good! The children's menu was a hit!

Weird experience, not sure how great it is to use tablets instead of just people. I liked that the tablets disappear into the table even though alot are pretty broken. decent burgers. Cheese sauce had a layer on it like it had been waiting to be eaten for weeks.

The welcome (and send-off) on the ground floor gets 10 stars and compensates for the other minor deficiencies. Need to clean the tables faster and tables could generally be cleaned more throughly. But service is fast and friendly and the food is excellent.

After our arrival in Hamburg we stopped here for lunch. Without reading the reviews in advance, we were greeted very friendly and courteously. We were made aware of all the special features and felt welcome. The food tasted great, but our waitress stopped with our food (exactly halfway to our table) to talk to another customer. After this conversation lasted almost five minutes, it was not surprising that our food arrived almost cold. The burgers are still really recommendable, the sauce is super tasty. Plus a lemonade - homemade - perfect. Offtopic: a guest here complained that strangers sat down at her chosen table even though she had placed her bag there. The waitress just shrugged her shoulders and was very apathetic - while the conversation got louder. In terms of price, the lunch menu is particularly recommended. We were very happy with the food, it would have been even better if it had been hot.

Love that you can order with a tablet to customize your burgers how you want. The fries and onion rings were delicious BUT a bit too oily for my tastes. The milkshake was also awesome! Would definitely come back.

The cocktails and sodas are still great, but unfortunately the rest has declined significantly - before the pandemic, this had by far the best burgers in the city. They were really delicious and never disappointed. I could confidently recommend it to colleagues, acquaintances, etc. and everyone was really impressed. Since the pandemic, nothing seems to be fresh here anymore. It seems as if only pre-prepared items are put together to order. Everything is just lukewarm. The meat is no longer juicy, the fries are soggy, etc. Unfortunately everything is only 0 8 15. A lot of the tablets are broken... I've been disappointed 4 times in a row now, a few months apart, and I have no reason more to come back. Unfortunately, all friends/acquaintances and colleagues who are used to it differently from “before” share this opinion. Very very very sad 😢

Delicious burgers with a brilliant service concept! At the entrance you get a card that will be used to calculate everything at the end. There is a tablet at every seat which you can use to place your order and book it onto your card. Our burgers and fries were freshly prepared and very tasty! At lunchtime there is even a discounted menu including a drink. The homemade lemonade with basil was very refreshing and tasted great of basil.

Great, easy to order and really great food. The only reason for 4 stars for atmosphere was it was the lunch time on a work day so not many people around. Also it looks very good for kids.
