Everything was satisfactory. Price, quality, service, ambience. If you can already order and pay on your smartphone in such an advanced way, it would be desirable to add PayPal as a payment method.

Nice shop. The burger patty was on the grill for a while and the grilled vegetables were grilled quite well on one side.

Burgerlich at the Gänsemarkt was really a culinary experience. I had the Burgerlich Bacon Cheese with blue cheese. He's not from this planet. Mega delicious. We also have to highlight the super friendly and attentive service staff. I'm looking forward to next time.

When we arrived we first had to sit at the bar and wait 15 minutes for a table - okay so far. The food came quickly, the service was very anonymous via an ordering website. The burger itself was good and so were the fries - I have to eat vegan due to allergies, which is why I thought it was a shame that there was no vegan dessert. But the vegan burger was good, the pattie was delicious and the toppings were tasty. For a drink I had a seasonal apple cinnamon lemonade - it was fabulous. Regarding the ambience - they tried hard. The long lamps in the staircase, the candles and the mood lights... But because of the darkness and the loud music, it has a real club atmosphere. You have to like it, it didn't appeal to me personally - but I was also there ~10 years above the average age. Conclusion: Next time I would probably take the food to go because it was really delicious. But otherwise I'm not part of the target group 🤞

The view is beautiful, the burger is beautiful and delicious. I also liked the ease of the ordering part. It is preferable, I recommend it.

I've passed “Burgerlich” quite often and really wanted to try it out. On site I ordered a burger and onion rings to take away. I was immediately greeted in a friendly manner and offered help if I needed it at the ordering terminal. There is plenty of choice and variations. The food was ready quickly and then had to be transported home in almost 45 minutes. When they arrived, the onion rings were still crispy!! The burger tasted simply delicious! I can't say much about the ambience because I was only in there for a short time, but at first glance everything seemed very spacious, cozy and modern. I'll definitely be back! 😊

The staff is very friendly. Ordering is done via QR code and using your mobile phone at the table. I particularly liked the selection of drinks, desserts and side orders. My companion found the burger very tasty. Personally, I didn't find him that convincing. I would still go back for dinner and try the pulled pork. The atmosphere was cozy and we had a nice view. Price wise? It's okay for the relationship. Here I'll refer you again to the things that are available besides the burgers.

Unfortunately there was only one veggie burger variant. Because of all the extra booking with the smartphone, the order took a long time and was not structured. Also, mozzarella is not halloumi cheese. Nevertheless, I paid a large premium for this. We won't eat in this dark restaurant again.

Because I had to finish my work call at the table for 5 minutes, I was no longer able to order the lunch menu, even though I was already sitting in the restaurant. “The system would no longer be able to do that.” Unfortunately, this is not service-oriented. Otherwise the burger is great. 👍🏼

We ate here with four adults, a toddler and a baby. The restaurant is very child-friendly and there is a small play area where the little ones can let off steam. What I didn't like was the way of ordering, you have to order everything via an app. The menu is online and I find it all a bit awkward. If you want to order something to drink, you have to do it online again. But I realize that it is definitely a matter of taste. All dishes were of good quality and very tasty.

The vegan burger tasted very good. The portion was big enough. You should budget 15 to 20 euros per person. You can pay when you leave the restaurant or directly on your cell phone. All major credit cards are accepted.

A cool burger shop with its large games corner, which is also suitable for families with children. The only thing that is a bit annoying is the loud bar music in the evening. I would prefer relaxed jazz.

It's really great to sit here! The view is fantastic and for me the best argument (currently) is that there is a nice play and romp area for children! Restaurants like this are rare and so valuable! There are also plenty of children's chairs and a changing area with a toilet seat especially for the little ones 🥰 The burgers, sweet potato fries and cauliflower (great!!!) were delicious! The meat was a bit crispy for my taste but the overall result was definitely right. We'll definitely come back 🙃

After we were denied entry to the Hofbräuhaus Esplanade 6 on December 14, 2024 (children are not allowed), the Burgerlich restaurant took us in. Super friendly staff, child-friendly and the food is recommended. We'll be back on board the next time we visit Hamburg. Thanks to the staff

I have been to Burgerlich am Gänsemarkt many times since it opened and have always been satisfied. But since the new system has been used it has become a bit more complicated to order, which I personally could ignore, even if many visitors don't understand it and the tablets were a certain trademark of Burgerlich. But what bothered me the most is that the meat patties are now “smashed”. As a result, the meat was very dry and no longer of the same quality as before. It was always juicy and you could also order the meat medium rare. I would like the burgers and the meat to be like before. Otherwise, my visit was unfortunately the last, which I think would be a shame because the burgers were always the best for me.

Lemonades are great. Burgers top. Service top. When you feel like burgers and fries, burgery always works. 👌

The atmosphere is very chic. Unfortunately, the salad on my burger was refrigerator cold. Nothing special in terms of taste. Fries and sauce also average at best. The promised discount because of the cold burger was not booked. Service is virtually non-existent due to the ordering system.

The (group) order via the QR code was great, everyone's food came almost at the same time, the service was super friendly and fast. Despite there being a lot of guests, the location wasn't too loud, so it was still possible to have a conversation at a normal volume.

I tried chicken burger and it’s tastier than McDonald to be honest. Prices are reasonable compared to the location and the restaurant like this. You can also order through QR code and access the menu web app. Payment is also easy with Google or Apple Pay. My friend paid at the cashier today and got 10% discount voucher. People says smoothie is good but it’s all sold out today. There’s a big table where you can seat with 8 people. It’s suitable with a group of colleagues to go out for lunch.

Great concept! We wanted to thank you very much for allowing us to have a relaxed meal, we don't take it for granted. Great child-friendly restaurant. I especially like the play area for the children. Finally a restaurant that also thinks about parents and children. This is common practice abroad, but in Germany it is hardly found. That's why we eat here at least 2-3 times a month. It all tastes so wonderful! For big and small. The dessert is to die for, I could eat it every day. The store is a 10 out of 10!! Ambience, staff, food hygiene everything is perfect here!

We've been coming here for a while and it's always really nice here. The food is fresh and tasty, the service is otherwise quick and friendly. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the service today. There wasn't much going on, but despite three service calls via the website, no one came. Instead, there were two young employees standing two meters away from us who preferred to take selfies and videos. Even if this is a restaurant for younger people where social media presence is important, it is not a good image if the guest fades into the background. Additionally, the ordering system is somewhat unreliable without the tablets.

Nice staff, but the new system didn't work well, so a colleague got his food very late.

A great, modern experience. You order via QR code, you can even create a group, so everyone can individually add their selection to the shopping cart, and then the order comes to the table super quickly. In our case, unfortunately, we had to stay up longer The fries were waiting, they only came when we had finished the burger, the service call via the website didn't work and we had to find a waiter. But the burgers were definitely tasty. You can then choose whether you want to pay downstairs in the restaurant or online, so everything is great. We would come again when we are in Hamburg.

So it's not our case. It's a nice ambience, interior, lighting concept - everything is really nice. That's why we chose the restaurant. And then you sit at the table with your cell phone and look at McDonald's photos. We find it terribly impersonal and ugly. It was then topped off with the white wine that was brought, which was served in a water glass!! There is freshly tapped beer, but no Alster water. When we said goodbye, we said that we would rather talk to people in the restaurant than click pictures of snacks on our cell phones. The answer from the service employee was the crowning glory: "Older people don't like it that much, younger guests like it." I, in my mid-40s, will not go to a Burgerlich again.

Very tasty burgers! The price is reasonable, but the atmosphere was very pleasant and the food was delivered surprisingly quickly. No reservation necessary. We paid around 21 euros per person for a burger, side dish and 1 drink. We'd love to come back.

Everything great ! Lots of choice and above all delicious. There is a great play area for children. We were spontaneously given a tour of the kitchen. Everything in the kitchen was clean and the employees were very friendly. Very happy again =)

Where are the cauliflower bites 😭😭?! Like if you want to have them in your range again! We have been regular guests at your restaurant for years and appreciate burgerlich for its relaxed atmosphere and high-quality food. We are always particularly happy when you add new creations to the card. But now we have seen that our beloved cauliflower bites - which were really soooo delicious and of that quality cannot be found anywhere else in Hamburg - are no longer there. That's why this review can perhaps be read as a petition for the reintroduction of cauliflower bites? Maybe several people feel this way. P.S.: You guys are great, we also miss the Portobello mushroom burger & the winter sauerkraut burger. But we have now coped with these losses.🥲

Dining in a modern atmosphere is offered here. Ordering is done via mobile phone, this does not affect the service. Everyone is nice and friendly and very helpful. The food was always prepared very quickly. Citizens can be put together individually. So every taste and every allergy is taken into account. I have never seen so much choice of different fries. Our sweet potato fries and chips were delicious. The drinks are stylishly presented and freshly prepared. The dessert can also be put together yourself. We like coming here.

Very hot in summer due to the huge window front. Ordering with tablets at the table (Selforder). Unfortunately, many of the tablets are defective and will probably need to be replaced soon.

We (2 women + 2 babies) were there for the first time last week. Our meal was perfect! My friend had a vegan burger, she was very excited that the burger tasted really delicious! The homemade drinks were refreshing and the children could play for hours in the “play paradise”. The changing room is large and clean. We'd love to come back! :)

The Burgerlich at Gänsemarkt is a real insider tip for burger lovers. My cheeseburger was great: the meat was cooked to perfection, the cheese was creamy and the sauce rounded everything off perfectly. The fries were crispy and the portion was generous. The ambience is stylish and invites you to linger, but the music was a bit too loud. I can recommend Burgerlich to anyone looking for a really good burger in Hamburg!

Directly on the Gänsemarkt, the “Begruly” restaurant extends across the ground floor and upper floor. It is a burger restaurant where, in addition to all kinds of hamburgers, you can also get the typical side dishes, drinks and desserts. The highlight of this restaurant is that you get a code card. You order your food and drinks at the table on a computer tablet. To complete the order, you hold the code card to the device. After a few minutes the order is brought by a waiter. Reorders are also possible. At the end you present the card to the cashier on the ground floor at the checkout and pay. Very interesting and innovative concept. (Similar to the “Weightless” restaurant). The restaurant is nice, rustically furnished. The staff is nice and accommodating. The toilets are clean and tidy. The prices are comparable to other restaurants.
