When we came in, there was no greeting and all the employees were busy eating…. After about 5 minutes, an employee (also eating) came and said "food is almost ready"... I called at 7 p.m. and pre-ordered, and I was there at 7:15 p.m. The store didn't give the impression of being open The order was overflowing. One indication of this was that the employees had time to eat and have a lively conversation. At 7:40 p.m. I had enough and left without saying a word . Afterwards, no one responded, so it seems to be okay... Unbelievable

Food was ordered at 10:05 p.m. and about 5 p.m. later the website said that the food was on the way. At 10:15 p.m. a call came saying that they had already closed. It's a shame that opening times until 10:30 p.m. are advertised everywhere on the Internet. Just don't feel like it!!!

Ordered food via Ubereats. Unfortunately the food was of really poor quality. Tossed it in the trash. You're afraid of getting sick. Ordering nothing there is a waste of money. NEVER AGAIN. Close the shop.

I've ordered it a lot, twice today alone. Found hair on the pizza, unfortunately only noticed when I had already eaten the pizza. Therefore no exchange, really sad as a regular customer, especially since I never asked for a replacement for anything, definitely €200 in sales this week and zero response. It's just a chain, so I'd rather look for another store in the future...

Food ordered waited 2 hours and ended up being delivered to the wrong delivery address. Incompetent and bad!

I saw an advertising post on social media comparing the pizzas from this provider with frozen products from the supermarket - interestingly, that's also the benchmark you can expect here. Luckily, a bright design in bright colors and a concept of maximum cost reduction are not enough to hide one fact: the pizzas taste mediocre at best. You can eat it, but it doesn't bring much joy. The friendly delivery service around the corner can certainly make better use of my money than a “ghost kitchen” start-up.

Very dirty and outrageous prices, saw 4 silverfish

Pizza dry without sauces, unfortunately very poor quality for the price, you could buy a frozen pizza from Edeka and it would taste better. I ordered a Pizza Montana, I've been ordering it for years because it's my favorite pizza, lots of broccoli, a few strips of meat and unfortunately there was no sign of the hollondaise sauce, a shame because that's what pizza is all about, a Ringonfire Also very dry on the inside and we don't need to talk about the pizza with donner meat. It's a real shame for almost 50 euros, I expect better quality.
