Die Dame an der Kasse ist sehr lieb und das Essen ist toll :)

Ich hatte gebratene Nudeln mit knusprigem Hühnchen. Ich habe noch nie so schlecht gegessen. Die Nudeln schmeckten wie Spaghetti mit Ketchup und das Hühnchen sah aus als ob es aus fetten Restabfall vom Huhn gepresst wurde. Ins gesamt nicht zu genießen

Gut gemeinte 3 Sterne. Die Nudeln waren lecker, leider nicht gebraten. Hatten 3x Nudelboxen. Bei einer wurde die Soße vergessen. Eine war ok und in der dritten fanden wir gegen Ende ein schwarzes Haar - no go! Aber bis dahin war es gut.

Leider echt schwach.. Essen schmeckt nur nach Zusatzstoffen und für den Preis bekommt man unfassbar wenig Fleisch

Immer sehr solides (auch veganes) Essen und eine gute Menge für den Preis. Man muss nicht lange warten.

Wir hatten 4 verschiedene Essen probiert. Das Bulgogi mit Rinderfilet kostet 11€ schmeckt gut ,Nodelbox mit Ente kostet 8€ powerbowl für 11€ und nodel mit Tofu. Ich kann das Restaurantwegen gute Preise Leistung Verhältnis weiterempfehlen.

Von einem unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter mit grimmigem Blick empfangen, erst ab 10 Euro Kartenzahlung wodurch eine Nudelbox nur mit Getränkmöglich ist (absolut sinnlos).

Besser als bei gangnam…. Und neben an . Wir haben schon viele Korean Fried Chicken ausprobiert und hier sind die besten in der Umgebung in der Innenstadt. Nicht trocken von innen aber auch nicht roh. Die Panade ist sehr lecker und knackig und wie es sein soll. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Das Gericht schmeckt nach nichts; weder die Nuggets noch das Fleisch scheinen frisch zu sein. Enttäuschend.

Leider die schlechtesten chinesischen Nudeln, die ich je gegessen habe. Bestellt waren Nudeln, mit knusprigem Hühnchen und Erdnußsosse. Die Nudeln waren keine chinesischen Nudeln, die Soße war weder erkennbar, noch konnte man was davon schmecken und das Hähnchen hat komplett nach altem Fett geschmeckt. Als der nette Herr die Teller abgeräumt hat, haben wir ihn darauf hingewiesen und er wollte seiner Chefin Bescheid sagen. Das tat er auch, aber diese hatte es nicht nötig, sich zumindest zu entschuldigen oder sonst was. Fazit: Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

Das Korean Fried Chicken Gericht schmeckt unfassbar gut!

Die Gemüse Nudelbox war günstig, gut gefüllt und sehr lecker. Außerdem keine Wartezeit. 10/10 sehr gut

Ich hatte koreanisches Fried Chicken und Japchae bestellt und war enttäuscht. Das Fried Chicken war leider nicht knusprig, sondern eher weich, was den Genuss stark minderte. Das Japchae war für meinen Geschmack zu wenig gewürzt und das Gemüse wirkte nicht frisch. Insgesamt konnte mich das Essen nicht überzeugen und entsprach nicht meinen Erwartungen.

Ich gehe fast jede Woche einmal hier zum Mittagessen und bin immer zufrieden mit der Qualität des Essens sowie dem Service. Die schlechten Bewertungen sind mir überhaupt nicht nachvollziehbar.

Es war einfach fantastisch. Dies ist mein zweiter Besuch und der Geschmack ist genauso hervorragend, wirklich unglaublich. Man könnte es essen, bis man es satt hat, aber das wird man nie. Ich finde auch, dass Preis und Portionsgrößen sehr gut sind.

Mein Erdnuss Gericht mit Tofu war eine 11/10 🤤🤌

The food was okay, but the service was very poor. There was no sauce in one of the two identical noodle dishes we bought and when we went back to them to have it fixed, they just poured some of the sauce from one into the other.

The tofu with peanut sauce, noodles, and vegetables was simply fantastic! Everything was super delicious and freshly cooked—you can really taste how healthy and light the dish is. I especially liked that it wasn't overseasoned, which really showcased the fresh ingredients. If you like it a bit spicier, you can help yourself to the sauces at the counter and adjust the spice to your liking. Highly recommended; I would definitely eat here again!

The food is disgusting. Avoid it!

After the unfriendly "greeting," I wasn't expecting anything like that, but I was disappointed. I've rarely, if ever, eaten bad pasta and especially meat. What a waste of money.

The portions for the boxes are really ridiculous! Getting so little for €7.50 is really outrageous.

I can't understand the negative reviews; we were very satisfied. The food was very reasonably priced, the staff was very friendly, and the food tasted good. We'd gladly go back 👍

If you've ever wanted to know what Asian food shouldn't taste like, this is the place for you. The "fried noodles" turned out to be sad tagliatelle, probably straight from the supermarket shelf. The peanut sauce? A flavor phantom; you know it's supposed to be there, but you can't taste it. And the "Box 4" at least had three generous pieces of chicken, if you can call that a meat side dish. If you're happy to spend a lot of money on little flavor and at best average ingredients, you'll be happy here. Everyone else should move on.

The food was ready quickly but it also tasted as if it was ready quickly, not properly cooked or seasoned.

Very tasty dishes, lots of vegan options and also some very inexpensive items. My personal recommendation: The 20 :)

I have visited this restaurant twice. The staff is friendly and dishes are prepared in around 15-20 minutes. Since I really like different bowls, I tried the BOK Bowl with rice and beef in teriyaki sauce. It was tasty the first time, but I liked it less the second time. The rice and beef were good, but the vegetables disappointed me on the last visit - some pieces seemed underripe and had little flavor. As for the atmosphere, it is not particularly cozy as a huge number of people are concentrated in a small space both in this restaurant and in the neighboring establishments. The tables are accessible to all catering establishments, which means they are often dirty and you have to wait a long time to find a seat - especially difficult if you come with a group.

The vegan tofu bowl with vegetables is super delicious! You can put them together and choose different bases and sauces. The portion is good. It is quite expensive but still very tasty.

We had a very tasty Tom Kha-Gai with rice. The staff was very friendly and the food was exactly as we expected. The atmosphere at the top of the Europa Passage is a bit busy, but we just wanted to have a quick snack. Overall, it makes sense for a shopping trip.

Nothing fits here. I thought that with fried noodles I would get something other than tagliatelle at the Asian restaurant... so maybe no wonder it didn't taste good

Great service and friendly staff. Food was good too.

My pasta, which was served cold, was warmed up after it was returned. Out came a hot mush with dried sauce. That was the last time I visited a BOK restaurant.

Super tasty dishes, fast and polite staff and it tastes fantastic. Value for money highly recommended! At least 1 compulsory per week 🙏

Sauce wasn't tasty, so unfortunately not that good :( but reasonably priced

My friend and I tried the fried noodles with tofu and took a can of mango nectar to get the minimum value for card payment (€10). The best thing about it was the mango nectar, although it was anything but good (I really like mango and I've never had such a bad tasting mango drink). You could drink it but I wouldn't get it again. And the noodles? Disaster. The sweet and sour sauce didn't taste as good as you would expect with such a sauce (just a weird taste, neither sweet nor sour). The noodles can hardly be described as fried, they were only swept over the grill for a few seconds and then packed straight into the box. And the tofu was probably just diced and fried, no spices or anything else for flavor. At least that's how it tastes. I actually love tofu, but even I couldn't force myself to eat it, which is saying a lot because I've never turned down tofu. My boyfriend ate as much as he could because we didn't want to throw it away. The basic ingredients (noodles, tofu, etc.) are actually good, so you can hardly go wrong with creating a dish like this. But here it still got messed up somehow. We won't eat here again, that was a waste of around €10 (€7.90 for the noodles with tofu and around €3 for the drink), which I would have rather spent on decent food. Too bad :(

Food is not seasoned and has hardly any taste. The meat is okay, but very fatty. Peanut sauce is kind of mealy. Vegetables are raw. Rice doesn't taste good. While ordering, the employee takes care of refilling the drinks or talking to her colleague and has to ask twice which sauce should go with it, even though she was told - it's a miracle that we had the right dishes in the end 😂

The people working at this restaurant are rude and unfriendly. The food is ok but absolutely no accommodations can be made if you’d like to omit something as “everything is already mixed”. No service at all! Went to pick up my food as the buzzer rang. Was greeted by another unfriendly woman telling me to stand elsewhere (as if I should know that, having never been thee before). Don’t visit this place. Vote with your dollars for better service and friendly staff!

Yeah nhh... I didn't order a hot dog but there was a load of fried onions in my rice. Another question, does anyone know what the yellow pieces in rice are??? And why does the meat shine in rainbow colors 🌈???? And then we come back to the non-existent sauce... The cutlery, well, if you want a 2-point fork, you can get the perfect all-round package here with a lot of enjoyment and a lot of GLOSSZZZZZZZZZZ

Complete failure. Ordered 2 dishes and one was wrong. Almost no one in the store speaks German. I asked several times for eating utensils and received nothing. Now on the way back I have a stomach ache, thanks for nothing. Avoid this store, there are better ones.

Dirty cutlery with foreign food leftovers and just two tablespoons of sauce, the vegetables measured by the gram and cut very thinly so that it looks like more. Only the crispy duck was very good, hence a second star. Certainly one of the worst Asian snacks in Hamburg.

Rarely eaten worse pasta. The noodles were boiled, not fried. The sauce and meat very, very below average. If you ask to pay by card (in a fast food restaurant in 2024!!) you will be yelled at. NEVER AGAIN.

Noodles were more like pasta rather than fried noodles. There were hardly any vegetables inside. The meat was very fatty. My meal was prepared less than a minute. It was quite heavy, I had stomachache for hours. 11 Euro for that - no thanks.

Noodle box 4 is a bit low meat. No proper metal cutlery for eating. Otherwise very tasty

If you expect something good here, you can wait a long time. Noodles swim in oil. Chicken was ready in 30 seconds. Because they finish frying the chicken beforehand and throw it in again to warm it up. So some Asian snack bars offer better taste than this shop.

Noodles were very spicy, which shouldn't be the case with Chinese fried noodles. I hadn't seen fried onions and zucchini in a pasta box before, but I didn't think they were good either. It was edible but personally I wouldn't go there again...

Very good food, but in 2024 only card payment from €10 is no longer appropriate, especially when many of the dishes are under €10.

If I could I wouldn't give a star. Food was outrageously expensive, cold, fatty and the duck was completely hard. Food was ready within 10 seconds and it tasted so old. When you wanted to complain about the food, you were told “we can put it in the microwave” Never again! The public order office should take a look.

I was generally positively surprised by the food as city galleries often don't convince me, but the price convinced me in brackets (12.50 €) because it is so expensive everywhere else in Hamburg (I think almost 20 euros per meal is too much). I ordered a vegetable rice dish with peanut sauce. The vegetables were fresh and good, but I found that the peanut sauce, which tasted extremely delicious, filled me up at the same time. Since I don't tolerate fatty food very well, I noticed it straight away in my stomach. I had the feeling that the sauce didn't make it so healthy anymore.😄

It could be better in terms of taste, I'd rather spend a few euros more at the Hanoi Deli opposite, you know what you're getting for your money.

Really disappointed, I order Chinese noodles box 1, but the noodles are like Italian spaghetti with sweet and sour

I was honestly disappointed. Visually, as you can see, it looks great. I ordered a bok bowl with chicken and received tofu. When I complained about it, she kindly exchanged it. In the same bowl. Tofu out, chicken on. Since I don't like throwing food away, I thought this was actually good. The vegetables above were mostly fresh. The noodles were terrible. Earthworm-thick noodles that were really cooked to death. You can press them to a pulp on your tongue. Plus a peanut sauce. It tasted really good, but as is often the case, it was very, very fatty and creamy. The chicken was like those typical rubbery pieces that everyone has eaten. You definitely don't get quality here, but the food was still edible and tasted ok to good. Today I wanted something light and unfortunately I received classic fatty Asian fast food. Price 12.50 € (with rice it costs 10.50, would definitely have been better). Service was ok, but in shops like this I often find that THEY get annoyed when you politely point out THEIR mistake (tofu instead of chicken).

Unfortunately the food is not recommended.

Decent food, but super strange unfriendly service

Dit was een verrukkelijke ervaring. Wij bestelden gebakken noodles met eend en Mangosaus met beef en rijst. De eend was heerlijk krokant met super smaak en de noodles was een perfecte combi. De mango saus en kokos met de beef smaakte ook erg lekker. Een aanrader. Alleen jammer van de service. Helemaal niet klantvriendelijk maar het eten maakte het goed.

Essen und Preise sind okay. Sterneküche ist bei bok eh nicht zu erwarten. Kartenzahlung erst ab 10 € im Jahr 2023 nervt kolossal.

Die eine Frau da gibt immer viel zu wenig Soße und Nudeln rein😡 esse da oft und da ist es eigentlich sehr lecker 😋

Die vegetarische Bowl mit Tofu, Reis und Erdnusssoße ist eine große Empfehlung! Die Erdnusssoße war eine der besten, die ich bisher gegessen habe. Allgemein gibt es durch Tofu auch vegetarisch Gerichte zur Auswahl. Das Ambiente ist okay, da sich der Imbiss in der Europapassage befindet, aber da das Personal sehr freundlich war und das Essen sehr lecker, gibt es von mir die vollen fünf Punkte.

Wollte eine Bestellung aufnehmen, jedoch reden zuerst Pakete geöffnet und verstaut. Ente war kross, Nudeln hatte keine bbq Soße wie bestellt. Alles in einem hats für ein kleines Mittagessen gelangt.

WOW. Geschmäcker sind echt verschieden. Ich kann die negativen Rezensionen keinen deut nachvollziehen und finde mein Gaumen ist gut geschärft. Für einen Imbiss, ist zumindest dieser BOK einfach Weltklasse. Also wem es hier nicht schmeckt der war noch nicht in der Hamburger Meile oder im Billstedt Center 🤢 Naja aber ich schweife ab. Die Portionen sind üppig. Es gibt immer frische chilis. Da ich direkt im wework nebenan mein Büro hatte habe ich mich über knapp zwei Jahre durch praktisch alle Gerichte hier probiert. BOK ist einer unserer absoluten Lieblinge gewesen zum Mittagessen. Meine Empfehlungen: Knuspriges Hähnchen mit Teriyaki und Gemüse (nehmt für 2€ doppelt Gemüse, es lohnt sich) Tom Kha Gung Suppe Ende mit scharfer Soße (52 glaube ich) vor Corona hatten sie sogar noch PHO die war ein Traum In der Europa Passage mit Abstand der beste Asiate (Wenn man den Henssler Schuppen nicht zu den Asiaten zählt 😜)

Die Nudelboxen sind absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Soße die relativ geschmacklos ist und Nudeln/Gemüse, die jegliche Lust am Essen verstreichen lässt. Preis Leistung nicht gerechtfertigt. Es reicht um satt zu werden aber wirkliche Empfehlung kann ich nicht aussprechen.

Nudelbox 4 ist der Hammer.Knuspriges frisches Fleisch und knackiges Gemüse mit lecker frischen Nudeln Kostete 6,20€ und ich zahlte mit Karte. Die Bedienung fragte, ob ich es nicht bar hätte, doch dies verneinte ich. Essen war top

War nicht so begeistert von der veganen Protein Bowl. Sehr lieblos angerichtet und geschmacklich nicht gut.

Fairer Preis mit 12,00 € für eine gute Qualität. Wir haben ca. 15 Minuten gewartet, was jedoch für Stoßzeiten vollkommen in Ordnung ist. Das Ganze ist ohne Geschmacksverstärker, was mir persönlich sehr wichtig ist. Die Gesamte Zeit über hat die Dame vom Servicepersonal eine Maske getragen und sie hat uns - dem Andrang von Menschen entsprechend - freundlich bedient. Den Pieper den wir erhalten haben, hat seine beste Tage hinter sich, aber das ist nur eine Randnotiz mit der Bitte, dass man diese auch bitte nach dem Gebrauch dann fix desinfiziert. Das Fazit: Alles in allem, bin ich satt geworden und das ist das wichtigste für eine wohlverdiente Mittagspause. Gutes Preis und Leistungsverhältnis mit nettem Service 5/5*

Sincèrement le meilleur restaurant asiatique que j'ai testé.c'est très bon, bien présenté, copieux et on est bien accueilli. Franchement je recommande, impossible d'être déçu.

Wenig, kalt, alles andere als frisch... Da will man die lokale Gastro unterstützen und bekommt kein gutes Essen. Schade

Das Essen ist gut, keine Frage. Für Fast Food aber am oberen Ende der Preisskala angesiedelt. Dafür stimmt dann Qualität und Quantität nicht so ganz. Lecker und ok, aber auch nicht mehr.

To Go Box 2: Das waren die leckersten gebratenen Nudeln mit Huhn (und Teriyaki-Soße), die ich jemals in meinem Leben gegessen habe. Ein absoluter Gaumenschmauß! SEHR sehr lecker. Die Bedienung war außerdem sehr freundlich.

Sehr leckeres asiatisches Essen! War jetzt schon mehrfach da und das Essen war immer lecker :)

Essen ist ganz in Ordnung allerdings nichts besonderes. Der Preis ist dafür allerdings relativ hoch. Ich würde eher einen anderen Asiaten im FoodSky empfehlen.
