Very unfriendly staff. There was a guest in front of us in line who forgot to give one thing. First there was a mushy reaction to it and then an annoyed shout from the entire restaurant to the kitchen saying that they had “no idea what was going on here” and that someone should clarify it. Once we ordered, not a moment was missed without being shown how unwelcome we were. Do yourself a favor and don't go here. The cake tastes like thawed frozen food anyway.

Unfortunately a flop. The staff was very unfriendly and rude. You probably don't think of a friendly welcome or other service here. I had an iced coffee with coffee from the fully automatic machine, a scoop of ice cream, crystallized cream and currants (?) on top. The spoon was upside down in the cup - also unfortunate... At least the price was ok at €5.90, but it didn't deserve more. The only nice thing about this restaurant is the location and that's what you rest on here. When I wanted to pay by card, they acknowledged this grumpily and didn't hide the fact that cash would be better. You should save yourself the visit, there are nicer options with an equally beautiful location.

Personally, I would give 0 stars, I was there with friends and wanted to go to the toilet for a moment, and then the owner started shouting at us, we walked away but noticed that the shop was still open for 15 minutes and came back and asked why the girls weren't allowed to go to the toilet, their answer was like this: “YES YOU HAVE SEEN HQBG YES I HAVE CLEANED EVERYTHING AND I HQBE HERE TO SAY THIS AND NOW FUCK YOU OFF” we were very shocked because a few of them were also underage and didn't know what we were doing, so do it Do us a favor and don't go there, they are very, very unfriendly.

As always very nice. The homemade cake was very tasty and is recommended. We will be back definitely.

Excellent tarte flambée, we're happy to wait over 20 minutes

Great. Inside and outside. Lots of space. Dogs welcome. You order food etc. in the restaurant. Either you get a beeper or it is brought. Prices tend to be on the higher side for quick meals. But tasty.

We went there for dinner as a group of several people. Unfortunately no one came to our table, ordering is only possible inside and payment has to be made immediately. Unfortunately, the gentleman who served us was, just as many have already complained about, very unfriendly! Unfortunately, when I asked what size the baked potato was, there was a mushy answer. But unfortunately the baked potato I ordered hadn't seen an oven either; it was a jacket potato cut into wedges and not very appetizing either. It's a shame, because the plate looked beautifully presented but I only liked the pepperoni.

We met with a group of 9 people. We were not allowed to put tables together inside. Ok, the room is so awkwardly decorated. Large groups can only sit outside. The food 👎Salad was very bland in taste, cake was not!!! like mom never did. The tarte flambée didn't taste good at all, neither the dough nor the topping. 👎The pavilion could be a gold mine but not with the quality and inflexible service.

Nice place to stay in the city park. We sat outside on the terrace in the sunshine. The food (we had pasta) was rather average but all in all worth a visit in the summer.

Totally overwhelmed or understaffed staff are also quite unfriendly. Extremely long waiting time until you were even spoken to. You have to place your order at the counter yourself, which is difficult if you're not being noticed at all. There isn't even a "Moin" as a greeting. Nicely furnished inside, outside, well, quite simple furniture that doesn't match the prices (which are quite reasonable).

I become skeptical when it comes to billboards saying “Cake like Mom’s.” Rarely have I had such an inedible cake! Dry, bland and an indefinable aftertaste! Luckily the filter coffee wasn't any better. The taste is an hour old, but not bitter. You can hardly go wrong with cola and tarte flambée, but let's leave it alone! It's incomprehensible how you can't put a bit of heart and soul into this great location and ambience! Toilets very clean, but not lockable. Well, next time it's better to take mom's real cake with the good coffee yourself. There are plenty of seating options in the park.

The Parkvilla is a place with great potential. Unfortunately, the operators are not making full use of it. The location in the city park alone is great. We felt less like guests than like annoyances to be dealt with. The friendliness left a lot to be desired. 1 hour before closing, the restaurant was cleaned up and packed up when it was busy. Probably also to show the guests that it's almost time for work. Payment with EC card is possible from €15 and takes forever. Highly unprofessional in times of CORONA and contactless payment. The food was ok, but not a revelation. A place you go to because it's on the way. Unfortunately no more.

Rarely have I experienced such unfriendly service. The owners don't seem to care about making guests feel comfortable and come back. The “Parkvilla” tarte flambée had hints of goat cheese, accompanied by watery tomatoes and topped with wilted rocket leaves. The Aperol Spritz had little Aperol but lots of ice. Nice location in the park, but I don't bother visiting anymore. I would rather carry my money to nicer places.

It is very expensive for what it is. Food did taste good. But it was bland and very overpriced. But the main issue is for tourists. They do not take card payments unless its a German debt card. Cash only for tourists. However. Its surroundings are beautiful. Flowers trees and birds singing. You forget your in a city.

Kartoffelpuffer mit Matjes, zwar nicht bestellt - aber trotzdem lecker. Der Salat war leider etwas labbrig, und das Dressing war ok. Insgesamt treffen es drei Sterne ganz gut, preislich mit einem Getränk (alkoholfrei) bei gut 20€ gelandet.

Permanently unfriendly service. Completely inappropriate. Some parasols cannot be used. How about having them repaired or replaced this summer?

From a human perspective, the service person (man) at the counter is an absolute failure. I was supposed to stand in line to ask him if my 4-year-old King could use the toilet for a moment. He was completely overwhelmed by the situation and reacted aggressively because the question threw him off track so much that he couldn't solve his math calculation (€50.00 - €24.30). Even though I said twice that I would pay for the toilet, he repeated that it costs 50 cents! He assumed his loudness would drown out his stupidity. The guy should be fired and if that's the owner, he should lose his business immediately.

So much unfriendliness :( The suggestion that we find the manner unfriendly was met with an eye roll.

If you want unfriendly service, this is the place for you.

Very nice location in the city park. The owner understands the wishes of her guests and puts a lot of passion and attention to detail into this beautiful location. There are great warm dishes, a huge cake buffet as well as very tasty tarte flambées, salads and tap beers that sparkle. I will definitely be happy to come back. The terrace always invites you to linger when the sun is shining. You're welcome ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Unfriendly staff behind the counter. Understaffed. But very nice location! For people with lactose intolerance or people who follow a plant-based diet, there are no alternatives for coffee or cake.

I was there with my heavily pregnant girlfriend. We consumed, everyone had a cake. Chocolate was very good! Caramel too, it was just a bit dry. We also had a latte machiato and a very good hot chocolate. I paid around €18 in total and tipped €3(!) € into the piggy. Finally, my friend wanted a drink of water. Extremely reluctant, the owner (?) threw in a slightly larger shot glass. It was really just a sip! Generous. I should kindly buy a bottle. Been there last time. It's a shame, I live around the corner. His wife (?) is always very nice

Nice, small bistro with a delicious, small menu and a beautiful location in the city park. People like to come here.

Worse than any cafeteria. The salad came wet and without dressing, the vegetables were of poor quality, the tomato was even rotten and the baked potato was completely bland. Overall, tasteless to inedible and at a hefty price. Never again.

Süßes kleines Lokal. Super freundliches Personal. Große Außenterrasse. Sie haben bei dem schlechten Wetter trotzdem für uns geöffnet. Wir waren mit einer kleinen Gruppe da. Würde es immer wieder besuchen. Danke wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir waren hier im Stadtpark mit unseren e scootern unterwegs und haben hier bei Sonnenschein draussen gegessen. Ganz lecker.

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Wir haben einen pappigen und trockenen Kuchen bekommen und als wir höflich darauf hinwiesen, dass die Sahne schlecht sei, wurden die Besitzer pampig und frech! So einen schlechten Service muss man sich nicht bieten lassen. Es gibt viel bessere Alternativen in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

Wir sind hier sehr zufrieden.Nettes Cafe zum Feierabend genießen. Selbstbedienung im Cafe' Gibt immer mal einen kleinen Snack dazu Immer ein freier Sitz Platz im Schatten oder in der Sonne. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Das Lokal ist schön, der Kuchen war aber nicht gut, der Chef sehr sehr unfreundlich! Total Ausländer feindlich! Nicht zu empfehlen auf diesem Grund.

Wir haben die Parkvilla nach unserem Besuch im Planetarium besucht und waren wirklich begeistert. Von herzhaften Hauptgerichten, zu Kuchen, Eis und Longdrinks findet man hier alles was das Herz begehrt. Der Flammkuchen war sehr lecker und preislich voll im Rahmen. Mein Highlight war allerdings der Aperol, der wirklich der Beste war, den ich seit langem getrunken habe! Besonders gut hat mir gefallen, dass es neben Fleisch und Fisch Gerichten viele vegetarische Optionen gab und man sich sogar eine Veggie-Tapas-Platte bestellen konnte. Vegane Gerichte gab es allerdings nicht so viele, das sollte man bei einem Besuch vielleicht bedenken. Auch der Service war wirklich sehr freundlich, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Man kann dort sehr Gemütlich sitzen und etwas Essen (meine Bratkartoffeln waren leider nur lauwarm).

Wir wollten mit vielen Lebensfreuden den Biergarten Sierichs besuchen, dieser machte jedoch wegen leichten und kurzen Regen und Reichtum statt 23:00 Uhr bereits um 19:00 Uhr zu. Letztendlich fanden ca. ein Dutzend Unverwegte unter den Schirmen der Parkvilla Unterschlupf, unser Stammtisch konnte stattfinden. Das Personal hinter dem Tresen schien von der Anzahl der Gäste leicht überfordert, war aber trotzdem freundlich. Der Selfmadeservice konnte uns nicht abschrecken, die einfachen Speisen waren schnell zubereitet, serviert und haben den Hunger gedämpft. Die Preise sind der allgemeinen Inflation angepasst, man muss sich eben in Deutschland an vieles anpassen und im Lokal weniger verzehren.

Die Parkvilla ist ein schoenes Lokal, mit freundlicher Bedienung und schoener Atmosphäre , ich kann es nur Weiterempfehlen.

Es war einfach alles super. Preis, Essen, Ambiente… alles perfekt.

Leider ändert sich hier nichts zum Guten. Liegt vielleicht auch daran, dass die Betreiber die Rezensionen hier immer noch nicht lesen und / oder beherzigen. Im Gastraum hängt der Küchen- und Fettgeruch der Küche nebenan. Die zahllosen handgeschriebenen Schilder sind immer noch ohne Preise. Bei schönem Wetter möchte man nicht lange in der Schlange stehen, aber schneller Service hinterm Tresen ist noch immer ein Fremdwort. Und gute Laune oder wenigstens Freundlichkeit bleiben außen vor. Man könnte soviel mehr aus diesem so gut gelegenen Lokal machen. Schade. PS: Kartenzahlung war heute nicht möglich, weil das Gerät runtergefallen war....

Tolle Lage im Stadtpark mit großem Angebot an Kuchen und Gerichten. Leider ist der Service ziemlich überfordert und das Mobiliar etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Hieraus könnte man wirklich was machen, schade.

Aus dieser Lokation kann man so viel mehr machen. Bestellt wird drinnen, dann bekommt man einen Piper mit und man muss sich das Essen abholen. Das Mobiliar hat seine beste Zeit hinter sich. Aber es ist sehr schön hier trotzdem.

Schöne Lage, mitten im Grünen. Speisekarte beim ersten Blick anziehend und überzeugend. Leider schmeckt es nicht. Wir hatten Geschnetzeltes mit Spätzle- eine einzige, schlecht schmeckende Pampe, gekrönt mit einem langen dunkelem Haar. Currywurst mit Bratkartoffeln- die lange dünne Wurst mit Ketchup, konnte man essen. Dafür leider viel zu teuer. Freundlichkeit ist eine Zier- Aufmerksamkeit auch. Ohne jegliche Empathie, leider. Dennoch fanden wir es sehr freundlich, dass wir nach unserer "Anmerkung/Beschwerde" einen Ramazzotti ausgegeben bekommen haben. Die Tochter der Inhaber ist sehr, sehr freundlich und bemüht. Vielen Dank dafür. Man könnte soooo viel mehr daraus machen. An Gästen würde es nicht mngeln.

Heute hatte ich eine Tasse Kaffee, der schon ziemlich kalt über den Tresen kam und ein Stück Erdbeer-Rhababer- Blechkuchen. Der Kuchen stammte wohl aus einer Großbäckerei und die Erdbeeren fehlten völlig, dafür hat er aber 4 € gekostet! Im Vergleich zum Cafe im Planetarium, wo es für 3,90 € einen raffinierten Spitzenkuchen vom Schmidtchen gibt - echt voll unzureichend. Hätte ich nicht bestellt, wenn der Kuchen mit Preisschilder ausgezeichnet wesen wäre. Die Leute mögen ja nett sein, aber das finde ich dann doch nicht verhältnismäßig. Ist übrigens Selbstbedienung.

Wir hatten im Stadtpark heute unseren Betriebsausflug und sind in das Restaurant Parkvilla zum Essen gegangen. Überhöhte Preise, Und das Essen ist auch nicht gerendert gut, ich hatte Roastbeef mit Bratkartoffeln, das Fleisch war das schlechteste was ich je gegessen hatte und die Bratkartoffeln waren kalt. Erst hatte ich gefragt ob ich ein anderes Roastbeef bekommen könnte, weil meins völlig roh und fettig war, hieß die Antwort nein, und zu guter letzt kalte Bratkartoffeln, aber die habe ich zurück gehen lassen. Da es mit der Freundlichkeit auch vorbei..... Ich kann das Restaurant nicht empfehlen, schlechtes Essen und überhöhte Preise, nur die Lage ist Top.

Die Preise sind echt nicht ohne. Der Service war alles andere als schell und freundlich. Trotzdem gute Lage und sehr schön gestaltet, jedoch muss man auch als Gast Geld für die Toiletten zahlen.

Gute Location. Toller Platz. nettes kleines Gebäude. Wenn die Menschen dort nur lieben würden was Sie tun. Wenn einem Dienstleistung nicht liegt, sollte man auf jeden Fall etwas anderes machen. Die Dame begrüßt einen nicht, ich hatte das Gefühl Sie wollte mich nicht wahrnehmen. Insofern kann ich nicht sagen, ich wurde unfreundlich bedient, ich wurde ja eigentlich gar nicht bedient. Dann erschien tatsächlich ein Herr, der mich fragte, was ich wollte. Ein Stück Kuchen zum Mitnehmen. Leider überließ er mich dann wieder seiner Kollegin. Ich bekam meinen Kuchen auf einer Pappe, jedoch ohne irgendeine Abdeckung. Auf meine Frage, ob Sie denn etwas zum Abdecken habe, verschwand sie in der Küche, kam dann irgendwann mit einer gebrauchten Plastiktüte (Woher auch immer?) raus. Ich hätte es einfach lassen sollen.Auf jeden Fall nie wieder. Wie schade, der "Laden" könnte super gehen. Aber, wie gesagt, wenn man kein Dienstleister ist, sollte man es doch lassen. 3,50€ für zwei Stück Puffer zum Mitnehemn finde ich auch nicht günstig.

We spent the day at the Stadtpark and decided to have lunch at Parkvilla.. Beautiful location, friendly service but the food wasnt up to standard.. I ordered oven potatoes which was prepared in a microwave . There was no salt on the table. I didnt enjoy lunch at all .. For 10€ I expected a bit more. On the positive side my husband enjoyed his Flamküchen.

Wir haben hier nach einem kleinen Spaziergang gestoppt. Die kleinen Speisen waren lecker und der Service sehr freundlich. Die Lage im Park ist sehr schön.

Die "Lage, Lage, Lage" ist unschlagbar: idyllisch im Stadtpark gelegen hätte die "Parkvilla" durchaus alle Voraussetzungen, um sich zu einem Hot Spot der Stadt im im innerstädtischen Grün zu entwicklen. Wären da nicht die Wirtsleute, die mürrisch bis übellaunig ihren Dienst versehen.Die Angestellten sind hingegen durchweg freundlich, hilfsbereit, verbindlich und flink. Die Karte ist für unseren Geschmack zu Flammkuchen-lastig. Frühstück wird leider gar nicht angeboten. Die Preise sind - wie überall in der Stadtpark Gastronomie - recht hoch.

Auswahl an frischen selbstgebackenen Kuchen, Kaffee, Tee... Genau das was man von einem Café im Park erwartet. Hunde sind willkommen, Interieur ist gepflegt, die Bedienung freundlich.
