Parkvilla in Hamburg

Ich wollte togo Getränke holen. Vor mir war eine kleine Schlange und ich hatte in den Rezessionen gelesen dass Kartenzahlung schwierig ist und wollte nur einmal fragen ob Kartenzahlung möglich ist bevor ich mich anstelle. Bereits als ich gefragt habe ich eine Frage stellen kann hat die Bedienung mich sofort abgewimmelt und gesagt jetzt nicht. Nach weiteren 5 Minuten die sie nicht reagiert hat, bin ich sofort gegangen. Kann verstehen, wenn was los ist, es gibt allerdings nur um eine Frage die gestellt werden wollte. Den eat kann ich nicht beurteilen, sah aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen aus

Tolles Essen, tolle Location, familiärer Service, ich habe diesen ruhigen Ort inmitten der Natur und das Essen sehr genossen.

Moin, ich habe mich für ein Treffen mit meiner Tochter am Donnerstagabend um 18:00 verabredet. Ich bereits um 17:40 an der Parkvilla und es war bereits geschlossen. Schade, insbesondere weil ich Kaltenkirchen hierher gefahren bin. Es wäre toll, wenn ihr - die Inhaber, Betreiber - die Öffnungszeiten aktualisiert. P.S. Ich fahr jetzt zum Landhaus Walter.

Kleine, gemütliche Stadtparkgastronomie, freundliche, aufmerksame Bedienung. Bestellung am Tresen- Getränke und Speisen werden gebracht.

Mehr als nur enttäuscht Wir saßen draußen auf der Wiese in der Nähe des Restaurants, wollten danach dort etwas essen gehen. Mein Kind hatte sich in die Hose gemacht und ich hatte die Tücher vergessen, also ging ich hin und fragte ob ich mal auf die Toilette könne Darauf kam patzig „wenn sie kein Gast sind müssen sie zahlen“ Ich sagte dann „um ehrlich zu sein habe ich die Tücher für mein Baby vergessen und wollte einmal fragen ob ich Servietten bekommen könnte“ Die Antwort war „Nö“ und sie ging einfach weg… wow sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt Vor mir hatte ein Paar gefragt ob der Laden sich lohnen würde und da sagte sie „naja mal so mal so“ Jetzt weiß ich warum …. vorher sagte sie noch ganz unhöflich „ihr könnt hier nur in Bar zahlen“ Naja EC Gerät hat dann doch funktioniert, ziemlich fragwürdig Die ganzen anderen schlechten Bewertungen über die unfreundliche Bedienung sind nicht gelogen und anscheinend war es nicht das erste mal, dass sie so mit den Menschen umgeht, die diesen Laden finanzieren. Am liebsten würde ich gar keinen Stern oder - Sterne geben, das geht leider nicht. Ich empfehle, dort nicht hin zu gehen komme was wolle. Schönen Tag euch anderen :)

Sehr unhöflich, herrische Servicekraft. Vermutlich sogar die Besitzerin? Kuchen bestellt aus der Auslage, erhalten den versteckten Kuchen vom Vortag unter dem Tresen, mit den beblafften Worten „das ist ja das Selbe“. Der Kakao lieblos rüber gereicht, kein Service an den Tisch, dafür aber teuer. Bestellen nur am Tresen, auch wenn man gerade draußen bei der Dame war. Drei mal wurden wir aufgefordert direkt bis zum Tresen zu gehen, sonst dürfe nicht bestellt werden. Ambiente: Bis Villa ist noch ein weiter Weg, der Stadtpark ist natürlich schön. Fazit: Landhaus Walter ist nicht weit weg …

Die Mitarbeiterin ist ganz alleine, muss Bestellungen aufnehmen, Essen zubereiten, Getränke mischen, kassieren, alles gleichzeitig und alleine. Trotz online Angabe kann vor Ort NICHT mit Karte bezahlt werden, was erstens richtig mies ist und zweitens auch noch rückständig und drittens der armen Mitarbeiterin eine Menge Arbeit ersparen würde . Laktoserfreie/vegane Angebote gibt es ebenfalls nicht

Online steht das man mit Debitkarte / EC Karte zahlen kann, tja vor Ort heißt es dann nur Bar…. Gibt heutzutage keinen grund mehr nur bar zu verlangen, es gibt diverse Anbieter für ec Geräte die man teilweise sogar in elektrofachmärkten bekommt…. Noch dazu wir kommen an einem Feiertag mit top Wetter und die arme Bedienung muss da alleine arbeiten, die bestell Schlange ging bis nach draußen

DIE Kuchen 🎂 Preise sind viel zu teuer..

Laut Öffnungszeiten bis 19.00 geöffnet, wir waren letzte Woche an einem sonnigen frühlingsabend gegen 18.20 dort.Alle Rollläden zu,(bitte ja kein Kontakt),draußen saßen noch Gäste vor ihren nichtabgeräumten Tischen.Also so früh wie möglich Feierabend machen!!

Ich kam als Tourist und habe schon in vielen Ländern der Welt gegessen, aber leider war dies das schlechteste Essen, das ich je gegessen habe. Nicht nur ein einzelnes Gericht, alles war furchtbar. Ich würde das nicht einmal meinen Hunden geben, so widerlich war es... Das ist wirklich enttäuschend, denn die Lage ist traumhaft schön. Ich verstehe einfach nicht, wie man an so einem Ort, wo man die Möglichkeit hätte, ein großartiges Restaurant und ein florierendes Geschäft zu führen, überhaupt etwas zu solchen Preisen verkaufen darf.

Der Flammkuchen "Klassik" hat geschmeckt und die Lage im Park ist gut für eine Pause bei der Spaziergangsrunde.

Auf die Frage ob Kartenzahlung möglich ist wurde man unfreundlich auf Barzahlung verwiesen, weil das Kartengerätgerade in Benutzung ist. Bedienung unfreundlich.

In diesem Lokal habe ich mal richtig leckerbgegessen, doch es hat sich etwas geändert. Das Essen war eine Unverschämtheit, der Flammkuchen sieht nicht einmal ähnlich aus wie auf dem Bildern hier. Es war max eine halbe Tomate darauf geschnibbelt, von einem Salatblatt war nichts zu sehen und ein undefinierbarer Belag darauf gestrichen für Eur 14,50. Die Ofenkartoffel mit Salatbeilage waren max 4 kleine aufgeschnittene Pellkartoffeln die nach nichts schmeckten (es gibt auch Kartoffeln mit Geschmack) und eine kleine Schale mit einer Art Joghurt(Pampe), die von Sourcreme meilen entfernt war. Ach ja, und eine Salatbeilage gab es auch, mit ungeschälten, großen Möhrenraspeln, Eur 10,50. Das Essen wird bei der Bestellung am Tresen bezahlt, also bevor man es sieht, klug gemacht. Dieses Restaurant/Biergarten/Imbiss ist absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

Ein toller Ort zum Entspannen im Stadtpark

Generell ne nette Location, aber leider wurde uns eine falsche Bestellung gebracht (eine sehr ähnliche) und nach Nachfragen haben wir dann den Ärger aus der Küche bekommen. Unmöglich, komme hier nie wieder her.

Sommer ist Parkvilla, unbedingt ausprobieren.

Außen wirkt es sehr nett, aber die Stühle sind sehr dreckig und alt. Die Bedienung war schrecklich unhöflich. Kein "guten Tag" kein bitte, kein Danke. Ich wurde direkt mit "du" angesprochen und dann auch noch angeschnautzt "mann, bestell schneller, rede nicht so langsam". Ich hatte eine große Bestellung und wollte sicher gehen, dass alles richtig durchgeht. Das geht gar nicht! Für den hohen Preis, auch noch beschimpft werden. Vieles was auf der Karte stand gab es nicht. Nie wieder!!

Nettes kleines Restaurant im Stadtpark. Auf ein kleines Bier sind wir heute zum ersten Mal hier eingekehrt. Recht viel Außenbestuhlung und gute Lage, unter Bäumen und im Grünen, nahe an der Hindenburgstraße. Auch das Planetarium liegt hier um die Ecke. Man geht hinein um zu bestellen und bezahlen und bekommt über einen Pieper Bescheid, wenn das Essen fertig ist. Auch gibt es eine schöne Auswahl an Kuchen, ob Apfel, Kirsch, Pflaumen oder Mohnkuchen... und alles sah sehr ansprechend aus. Naja, da müssen wir wohl wiederkommen, um uns hier durchzuprobieren. Nach langer Zeit sind wir nun mal wieder hier gewesen und haben die ersten Sonnenstrahlen bei einem Bierchen draußen genossen. Sehr freundlicher und schneller Service. Auch lecker Kuchen und Mittagessen bekommt man hier.

Frühling in Hamburg genießen, dazu einen Kaffee oder Tee und ein Stück Kuchen, das gelingt dir auch hier in der Parkvilla im Hamburger Stadtpark.

Alle Stühle, auf die wir uns gesetzt haben, sind fast zusammengebrochen, sehr dreckige Toilette aber voralledem ein wahnsinnig schlechter Kuchen für viel zu viel Geld. Schlechter TK-Kuchen und einfach zu einem riesigen Matschhaufen aufgewärmt. Es ist schade, wenn Cafés meinen, sich aufgrund der schönen Lage alles erlauben zu können.

Süßes Kaffee aber das Personal ist eher unfreundlich, der Kaffee schmeckt so lala, der Kuchen ist jedoch lecker.

Das Restaurant liegt im Stadtpark. Es ist ein schöner Ort für einen Besuch nach einem Spaziergang, besonders jetzt, wo es kälter wird. Das Essen war durchschnittlich und die Auswahl etwas begrenzt. Mir haben der Apfel-Karamell-Kuchen und der Glühwein gut geschmeckt.

Schön gelegen. Noch schöner wäre, stimmten denn die Angaben im Netz mit den tatsächlichen Öffnungszeiten überein, was Gästen den unnötigen Weg durch den verregneten Stadtpark ersparen helfen würde.

A strange shop simply sold warm apple juice for 4.50 and sold it as apple punch. The coffee was also wicked.

The café impresses with its beautiful ambiance, delicious coffee, and cakes! The staff, with their typical Hamburg charm, are very warm and attentive. We always feel very comfortable here and enjoy coming here. We highly recommend the café!🥰🥰

The tarte flambée was okay, but the ambiance and friendliness of the staff weren't. It's a shame, as the location is great; we wouldn't go back.

We've rarely been treated so unfriendly, so we ultimately decided not to serve them. The owner should clarify what the term "guest" means.

I ordered a coffee that, unfortunately, tasted terrible. When I politely pointed this out, the response was neither professional nor customer-oriented. Instead, the waitress or owner complained in front of me that I had even raised the issue. I was offered no sympathy or a solution. Instead, I was ignored and treated unfriendly. I have rarely experienced such customer behavior – very disappointing.

I went there for the first time today. We actually just wanted a drink, but then decided to get something to eat... I have to say, the food was terrible. The service was pretty sober, and they didn't even ask if we enjoyed the food. I can recommend this place for a nice seat and a drink... but not for anything else!

Beautiful restaurant, beautifully situated in a park, with lovely outdoor seating. Huge selection of tarte flambée and baked cakes. 👍👍 It's self-service, but that's not a drawback. Friendly staff, excellent tarte flambée and salads, and the homemade lemonade was also very good. Unfortunately, I couldn't try the variety of delicious cakes because I was simply full 🤷‍♂️

Nice atmosphere, but that was it, unfortunately. The drinks were very watered down and the food was very disappointing. The tarte flambée was completely dry and sparsely topped. The tapas plate doesn't match the description. Half a slice of dried-out Serrano cheese and a tiny slice of unidentifiable sausage, like something from a supermarket. Served with iceberg lettuce, smoked salmon, and two half potatoes...🙈

I used to really enjoy coming here – back then, you were served at your table, which had its charm. Now it's self-service, which isn't a problem in principle. It's just a shame that the service when ordering seemed rather sober – a friendly word or a smile would have warmed up the visit a bit. I found it a bit disappointing that my "warm apple strudel" came straight from a frozen package and was heated in the microwave – I could see this happening at the counter. My wife's iced coffee also came from a carton, as far as I could see. The taste was okay, but for the prices, I would have personally expected a bit more freshness and hospitality. Overall, unfortunately, it's no longer the experience I used to associate with the place. What a shame.

Great location, good food, but the service is initially impossible to find and then rather taciturn... - then inside, they point out that the menu actually states that you have to order inside. True, but it doesn't help if the menus are just inside. In beautiful summer weather, we and a bunch of other potential customers were locked out at 7 p.m. right in front of us. Cash only, and on the last two visits, the cash register wasn't even bothered, and there was no receipt... In summary: Such a lovely place, but also _a lot_ of room for improvement...

I don't understand the negative comments here (the customer is king: they're still looking for a hair in the soup even in the bathroom). We received very friendly service and a meal from the manager, and that was right before closing time. The cheese spaetzle was good, as was the tarte flambée. We'd be happy to come back.

The food was more than mediocre, and the service was commensurate. The prices were fair, though. The furniture was also quite dated. But the location was nice, right in the middle of the city park.

Insider tip. Not overcrowded and very chilled out for meetings.

We stopped here before visiting the planetarium and it was like I expect from a city park cafe: I go to the counter, order, pay and, if necessary, get a beeper. Fits like that. The food was okay and the price was also completely reasonable. The friendly waitress even brought the food to the table for us.

I wanted to find out more about reserving, booking an event and so on. I was simply waved away and I was told, just call tomorrow... I find that very rude! I also know the blonde lady from the coffee summer terrace, where I haven't been going for a long time because of such rude staff, and now I have to see her there too. Incredible.!! I think there is a certain reason for respect between people but this lady has no respect for people!! No question, this job is very tiring and you often don't meet nice people, but you don't have to behave in the same disgusting way towards other people...

I can only rate the apple pie and it was super tasty

People used to like to come here, but today the staff is so disrespectful and rude, surprisingly the place is still visited. The visit is not recommended under any circumstances.

I just wanted to use the public toilet and I'm willing to pay 50 cents for a clean toilet. I only know that you pay according to use and so I just went into the anteroom. So the motion detector on the ceiling worked, because an employee was there immediately who complained to me that payment had to be made first. Looking back, I understand why. When I had paid and stepped back into the anteroom, I had the pleasure of taking a closer look at the place. Webs of dust hung from the ceiling. With a ceiling that is about 2 meters high, it is not difficult to sweep it off regularly with a broom. The silicone joint on the sink is peeling off and should be replaced as soon as possible. You can tell from the sink and especially the faucet that at least 40 years have passed since it was installed. Discoloration probably from lime in the water. There are also clear marks on the light switch, which show that it was only roughly walked over with a wet cloth. When I went to the toilet, my first thought was: Don't touch anything! There were dark stains in the toilet bowl... It has also been seen that the toilet bowl has run out of toilet cleaner at some point in the past 40 years. The soap dispenser is either empty or defective and is replaced with 2 liquid soaps from a well-known drugstore chain. The floor should also be cleaned sometimes. And since we live in the year 2025 and after Corona our sense of hygiene should be better, it would be nice if there was the option to clean the toilet yourself with disinfectant and paper. All in all, it's a case for the authorities to correct the deficiencies.

A nice, cozy cafe with lots of seats. The service was friendly. We were there for coffee and cake. There was a very large selection of cakes. Some of it looked homemade too. Anyway, some dry cakes. We had thawed cake. I found the price a bit too high for that, as it unfortunately tasted like the day before.

Unfortunately not recommended. The filter coffee had a total aftertaste, the Cola Zero was non-carbonated. We were most disappointed with the apple strudel. Cream from the spray bottle, finished vanilla ice cream and a thawed apple strudel that was almost inedible and soggy. Then just don't offer it at all.

Unfortunately we didn't feel welcome during our visit. The behavior of the staff - especially the father, mother and daughter - was unfriendly and not very customer-oriented. It's a shame, we would have liked to have been treated more respectfully. Unfortunately, we cannot make a recommendation.

The Stadtpark Parkvilla is a wonderful place, especially on Sundays! Perfect for walking the dog, reading a book or just enjoying the fantastic selection of cakes. Drinking a coffee or an Aperol here is really fun. As it is a very popular place, it can be a bit crowded and you sometimes share tables with other guests - but that's part of the charm. Absolutely recommended!

You definitely don't have to come here for cake. Hot chocolate with cream was watery and the loaf cake tasted underground. In addition, the pieces are small and cost an incredible €4 per piece. Cheeky!

Our local restaurant. We come here every year and order the Parkvilla tarte flambée. A dream! And the service is incredibly friendly 🧡

Nice little restaurant in the middle of the city park. Everything is delicious here: from the hot chocolate to the mulled wine to the homemade cake and the lovingly prepared small dishes. I like coming here when I'm out and about in the city park with the dog. In contrast to some other reviews, I also find the staff extremely friendly and accommodating. So: everything is great.

Actually a wonderful place, but unfortunately a very carelessly run café. A bit grubby, very inattentive service, if you even want to call it that. It's a shame actually, but not a good address and in the middle of the city park. Sad 🤔😪

Very unfriendly personal. Went with a trolley and the refused to give us a seat, just saying the trolley can not be in the restaurant. After providing the information the service personnel went ignored us and went to the bathroom.

This isn't the first time we've been here today and we can only report good things. Yes, it's true, there is no table service and you have to wait at the back of the line. However, it is always such a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere that you just slow down! The selection is large and it tastes very good! The service staff are friendly and do their best! We'll definitely be back and are very grateful that there are still such nice places to stop, especially on weekends!

Just before the official opening time, I took the opportunity to sit on one of the chairs outside to spend some time waiting. Pointing out that it is not yet open and that this is private property, I was asked by a somewhat tense-looking lady - who said she was the owner - to get up from the chair and leave the Parkvilla premises. It fell, among other things, the quote "Fuck off" ... we didn't talk anymore about hospitality and service orientation in the catering industry and this terrible shortage of skilled workers, which can also be seen in the behavior of the service staff...

Strolled through the city park last weekend in mixed weather. Stopped here before heading home. A glass and tarte flambée with it, wonderful. We liked it!

I should have read the reviews before the visit, then I would have saved myself this visit: After being ignored at the counter for some time, someone deigned to take our order. After I asked for a recommendation for a soft drink after ordering, I was rudely directed to the menu. The completely overwhelmed guy then really started to act up and when I asked him to treat me a little more kindly, my order was refused. In this respect, I can't judge the food/drink because it didn't even get to that point. I would have been annoyed to leave even a cent there. It's actually a miracle that the restaurant still exists.

The gratin cheese on the tarte flambée tasted moldy and later caused a stomach ache. The service was neither courteous nor friendly. The park around it is beautiful.

There is only self-service, quite expensive for that. The food is quite OK.

Very nice to sit outside in summer

Were there in a group. We weren't served at the table, but had to stand in a queue and then each pay for the drink individually and wait for the food, which was then gradually lined up inside. I personally waited 15 minutes and a colleague waited 30 minutes. Canteen ambience at restaurant prices.........food tasted very good.

Coffee doesn't taste good, cake doesn't taste good, you have to get everything yourself. It's a shame about the beautiful location

...we had agreed to eat cake, after the first bite we noticed that the cake was moldy. The following reaction from the staff was anything but appropriate! This really doesn't have to be the case!

Very unfriendly staff. There was a guest in front of us in line who forgot to give one thing. First there was a mushy reaction to it and then an annoyed shout from the entire restaurant to the kitchen saying that they had “no idea what was going on here” and that someone should clarify it. Once we ordered, not a moment was missed without being shown how unwelcome we were. Do yourself a favor and don't go here. The cake tastes like thawed frozen food anyway.

Unfortunately a flop. The staff was very unfriendly and rude. You probably don't think of a friendly welcome or other service here. I had an iced coffee with coffee from the fully automatic machine, a scoop of ice cream, crystallized cream and currants (?) on top. The spoon was upside down in the cup - also unfortunate... At least the price was ok at €5.90, but it didn't deserve more. The only nice thing about this restaurant is the location and that's what you rest on here. When I wanted to pay by card, they acknowledged this grumpily and didn't hide the fact that cash would be better. You should save yourself the visit, there are nicer options with an equally beautiful location.

Personally, I would give 0 stars, I was there with friends and wanted to go to the toilet for a moment, and then the owner started shouting at us, we walked away but noticed that the shop was still open for 15 minutes and came back and asked why the girls weren't to go to the toilet her answer was like “YES YOU HQBG YES I SAW EVERYTHING AND I WAS HERE TO SAY THAT AND NOW FUCK OFF YOU” we were very shocked because a few were also underage and didn't know what we were doing, so do us a favor and don't go there, they are very, very unfriendly.

As always very nice. The homemade cake was very tasty and is recommended. We'll definitely be back.

Excellent tarte flambée, we're happy to wait over 20 minutes

Great. Inside and outside. Lots of space. Dogs welcome. You order food etc. in the restaurant. Either you get a beeper or it is brought. Prices tend to be on the higher side for quick meals. But delicious.

We went there for dinner as a group of several people. Unfortunately no one came to our table, ordering is only possible inside and payment has to be made immediately. Unfortunately, the gentleman who served us was, just as many have already complained about, very unfriendly! Unfortunately, when I asked what size the baked potato was, there was a mushy answer. But unfortunately the baked potato I ordered hadn't seen an oven either; it was a jacket potato cut into wedges and not very appetizing either. It's a shame, because the plate looked beautifully presented but I only liked the pepperoni.

We met with a group of 9 people. We were not allowed to put tables together inside. Ok, the room is so awkwardly decorated. Large groups can only sit outside. The food 👎Salad was very bland in taste, cake was not!!! like mom never did. The tarte flambée didn't taste good at all, neither the dough nor the topping. 👎The pavilion could be a gold mine but not with the quality and inflexible service.

Nice place to stay in the city park. We sat outside on the terrace in the sunshine. The food (we had pasta) was rather average but all in all worth a visit in the summer.

Totally overwhelmed or understaffed staff are also quite unfriendly. Extremely long waiting time until you were even spoken to. You have to place your order at the counter yourself, which is difficult if you're not being noticed at all. There isn't even a "Moin" as a greeting. Nicely furnished inside, outside, well, quite simple furniture that doesn't match the prices (which are quite reasonable).

I become skeptical when it comes to billboards saying “Cake like Mom’s.” Rarely have I had such an inedible cake! Dry, bland and an indefinable aftertaste! Luckily the filter coffee wasn't any better. The taste is an hour old, but not bitter. You can hardly go wrong with cola and tarte flambée, but let's leave it alone! It's incomprehensible how you can't put a bit of heart and soul into this great location and ambience! Toilets very clean, but not lockable. Well, next time it's better to take mom's real cake with the good coffee yourself. There are plenty of seating options in the park.

The Parkvilla is a place with great potential. Unfortunately, the operators are not making full use of it. The location in the city park alone is great. We felt less like guests than like annoyances to be dealt with. The friendliness left a lot to be desired. 1 hour before closing, the restaurant was cleaned up and packed up when it was busy. Probably also to show the guests that it's almost time for work. Payment with EC card is possible from €15 and takes forever. Highly unprofessional in times of CORONA and contactless payment. The food was ok, but not a revelation. A place you go to because it's on the way. Unfortunately no more.

Rarely have I experienced such unfriendly service. The owners don't seem to care about making guests feel comfortable and come back. The “Parkvilla” tarte flambée had hints of goat cheese, accompanied by watery tomatoes and topped with wilted rocket leaves. The Aperol Spritz had little Aperol but lots of ice. Nice location in the park, but I don't bother visiting anymore. I would rather carry my money to nicer places.

It is very expensive for what it is. Food did taste good. But it was bland and very overpriced. But the main issue is for tourists. They do not take card payments unless its a German debt card. Cash only for tourists. However. Its surroundings are beautiful. Flowers trees and birds singing. You forget your in a city.

Very unfriendly staff, impossible. As a guest you are insulted if you want to go to the toilet. I'm never going there again

Kartoffelpuffer mit Matjes, zwar nicht bestellt - aber trotzdem lecker. Der Salat war leider etwas labbrig, und das Dressing war ok. Insgesamt treffen es drei Sterne ganz gut, preislich mit einem Getränk (alkoholfrei) bei gut 20€ gelandet.

Unfriendly staff, specifically the lady and the man( probably the owners). Visiting this place may ruin your day...

Food was quite good, but the old waiter was super unfriendly.

Permanently unfriendly service. Completely inappropriate. Some parasols cannot be used. How about having them repaired or replaced this summer?

From a human perspective, the service person (man) at the counter is an absolute failure. I was supposed to stand in line to ask him if my 4-year-old King could use the toilet for a moment. He was completely overwhelmed by the situation and reacted aggressively because the question threw him off track so much that he couldn't solve his math calculation (€50.00 - €24.30). Even though I said twice that I would pay for the toilet, he repeated that it costs 50 cents! He assumed his loudness would drown out his stupidity. The guy should be fired and if that's the owner, he should lose his business immediately.

If you want unfriendly service, this is the place for you.

So much unfriendliness :( The suggestion that we find the manner unfriendly was met with an eye roll.
