After 2 hours I call there and ask where my order is. To which the answer comes “was delivered”. Although I stated: Don't ring - please call on XXXXX.
Was completely ignored. So I had to run around the house and ask who accepted.
When I got my food, I lost my appetite. Calamari was cut too thick and bathed in oil. When I tried them, they weren't fully cooked.
Coleslaw is definitely from a can. Definitely not tasty.
The only thing that was tasty - fries. They weren't too salty and also had a nice crunch.
Conclusion: Not recommended. If I had preferred to see reviews first instead of ordering directly... I would have saved myself the stomach ache.
Khachapuri was delicious, coffee too... But a little expensive. Considering that I waited 2.5 hours for my bus in this establishment and I felt comfortable, warm and cozy, then it’s worth it..
No fresh lettuce was used in my croque. I also ordered shepherds (i.e. with shepherd's cheese) and it was delivered with mozzarella (?). The bread was totally sticky and there was generally very little sauce on the croque. Unfortunately not recommended, what a shame!
Definitely the worst fish sandwiches I have ever eaten! After my order of three different fish sandwiches was packed, I was informed that card payment was not possible. But since I was so keen on the fish sandwiches, I quickly ran to the bank to get money. After I got back, I was ignored by the super unfriendly staff until I showed the money. Then the rolls were thrown at me in annoyance. There is no classic vocabulary or politeness here - no hello, goodbye or thank you. Well, I didn't want to let that spoil my mood. But then it cracked when I tried the rolls: the rolls themselves were bone dry, the fish was anything but fresh and tasty! All three rolls tasted like old, stale, cheap fish and shortly after eating I got a stomach ache... I'm excited to see what the next few hours will bring. Definitely the worst fish sandwiches I have ever eaten!
Had bbq pizza, really nice, amazing for airport. 15euro is also good price (considering its airport...). Tables could be cleaner but still ok. Will come here again.
It's just a McDonald's, so you can't expect too much.
The staff mostly only speaks English. They seem annoyed and stressed, but when you speak to them, they're usually friendly.
Orders take longer than usual. The ordering kiosks don't give you a receipt (they're always empty, for whatever reason). The floor is constantly sticky.
And you should ALWAYS check your order when you take it out.
An occasional visit is okay.
Food was only prepared after half an hour and then took 40 minutes to deliver with a delivery distance of 1.5 km. When we arrived the food had a temperature of 33.8 degrees COLD. For me this is confirmation that Smiley is bad but always equally bad
The employees are rude and sometimes talk about the customer in front of the customer, in Turkish. My girlfriend was also repeatedly hit on by an employee and the employee behaved disrespectfully towards me. Food is nothing special, a kebab for the lower to middle class, I can recommend other kebab shops much more.
