We waited 2 hours and 10 minutes for delivery. Food was lukewarm. Never again.

I'm shocked at how unfriendly the service on the phone is. Pizza arrived cold again even though I paid extra money so that this wasn't the case The gentleman on the phone made it clear that this was not possible any other way and that I should no longer order

The food arrived cold. There was also a hair in my food. It was still ok in itself but the waiting time was also quite long.

Disrespectful supplier, one moment sales manager, the other just a supplier who doesn't know what he's doing when he runs out of arguments but immediately becomes meek when his disrespectful way of speaking is put in his place. In addition, bad and completely burnt food with a delivery time of 2 hours 45 minutes.

Quite ok. Only order and pay at the machine? Eat lukewarm.

The Food Had Food poising and i needed to Go to the Hospital and IT turned Out that some coworker spit in my Drink and He Had some Kind of Infection and now i have IT too

By far the worst store I have ordered from. Ordered overpriced “snack rolls” with filling; Arrived 6 bread balls the size of a table tennis ball, without filling. About six months later I gave it another chance and this time ordered and paid for a large pizza with mushrooms and extra cheese. Unpacked in the room with a friend and lo and behold: we got a pizza with tomato sauce and extra little cheese that couldn't even be compared with a Margherita. Nobody answered. Never again!

The store is great! We had a really sweet waitress named Danait who was very responsive to our requests. If she didn't understand us because of the noisy environment, she asked again nicely and patiently. We received our order exactly as we ordered it. The food was also great. We had a turkey leg with fries and a Krakauer. The leg was so tender and juicy that we licked our fingers after it. The fries were also very seasoned. We sat there a little longer and our fries got cold but that wasn't a bad thing at all because they were still salty and firm/crunchy and still great. I can only recommend this shop, especially if you want to sit longer with friends or company, it's perfect. Thanks for the great experience 😄

Unfortunately, the vegan wrap was really inedible, supposedly had falafel sausages in it, but it was just an indefinable mess! Too bad for the price!

I ordered from the store on 12/8/24. The order was received normally and should be delivered in about 30 minutes. The delivery came after about 1:15 hours. The croques were cold and the drink we ordered was wrong. When this was noted it was just me being the driver. As expected, the croques were cold, the bread was dry and the salad was partly brown. We then looked at the reviews and saw that 90% of the reviews were made by a “Marcus” without justification and only gave 5 stars. Don't fall for Lieferando's reviews, the store is incredibly bad!!

Ordered at night. Received more than ordered. Bolognese is definitely not Bolognese. I have no idea what's in there, it tastes, smells weird. But it arrived quickly xD Not suitable for allergy sufferers and lactose intolerant people. I'm still watching what happens. Ordered Bolognese because it said online that it was without milk xD it really tasted like it was bad xD
