Essen ist absolut schlecht aber liefert abends noch

Haben uns das Essen liefern lassen. Leider eine totale Enttäuschung. Das Brot vom Croque war super trocken, wenig soße und die anderen Zutaten waren auch nicht hochwertig. Für den Preis völlig inakzeptabel.

Online bestellt und über eine Stunde gewartet. Den Lieferanten angesprochen: Hoffe es ist wenigstens noch heiß...: Jaaaa! Denkst! Nicht mal lauwarm. Im Laden angerufen um es kund zu tun und durfte mir noch anhören, das kann gar nicht sein... Bestellung 20.43, Lieferung 21:45... Und dann freche Antwort! Das braucht kein Mensch

Kleiner Croque laden, zusammen mit allem, bester laden wenn du hier wohnst

Wir hatten bestellt ... eine große Entäuschung ... die Remoulade zum Croque fehlte total! ... ebenso die extra Portion Camenbert, die aber berechnet wurde! ... die Käse-Schinken Crepes waren so mager belegt, daß selbst bei den aufgeklappten Crepes kaum Käse oder Schinken zu finden war! Für die Preise ist das eine Frechheit! Das war das erste und letzte Mal, daß wir da bestellt haben ... gibt 'ne glatte 6---

War ein Versuch. Vom Salat (Eisberg) nur noch Matsch übergeblieben. Leider zerkocht. Vielleicht sollte man den Salat extra, und der Kunde macht in sich drauf. Hat nicht geschmeckt. Der Osaft laut Aktion hätte ein Hohes C Orangensaft sein sollen. Es kam aber ein Nektar von Dimes mit 30% Frucht.Schrecklich! Ich bin bestimmt der erste Kunde dem das passiert ist.

Absolut enttäuschend! Meine Freundin hat sich nach dem Essen hier eine heftige Lebensmittelvergiftung eingefangen – ihr ging es tagelang richtig schlecht. Katastrophe, ebenfalls beim Gesundheitsamt gemeldet.

We've ordered from there quite a few times, always hoping it would get better from one restaurant to the next. Every time I look at the toppings, you can tell from the salad, for example, that it survived two world wars. Fast delivery is okay, hot food is also rarely good, but I won't order from there again. Every time, this (freshness) is a problem. I wouldn't sell something like that anymore. Throw it away, buy new. Salad doesn't cost anything, or at least make sure to store the salad properly. Really, it's a croque, you can't go wrong with that, but somehow it's probably all frozen. You can see that with the meatball croque. The sauce actually tastes good, but as I said, the toppings, lettuce, tomatoes—it's not fresh, it's disgusting. Maybe you should try something else, but not a restaurant...

Delivery took 1 hour and 20 minutes, so the food was cold, soggy, and simply not enjoyable… and the tiny mini pod of sauce that came with it was just as ridiculous. Thanks for nothing…

I ordered from this shop on December 8th, 2024. The order was received normally and was supposed to be delivered in about 30 minutes. The delivery arrived after about 1 hour and 15 minutes. The croques were cold, and the drink I ordered was wrong. When this was pointed out, the only response was, "I'm just the driver." The croques were then, as expected, cold, the bread dry, and the salad partially brown. We then looked at the reviews and saw that 90% of them were from someone named "Marcus," with no explanation and only 5 stars. Don't fall for the reviews on Lieferando; this shop is absolutely terrible!!

A terrible experience with Lieferando. They forgot the sauce for the croque, didn't add any extra ingredients, and the paillasse bread was dry, like it was several days old. We threw away almost the entire order: baked potatoes, croque, and burger, because it was absolutely inedible. The salad was okay. The driver used a stalling tactic via WhatsApp beforehand, saying he'd be right there. I called the store to offer the opportunity to cancel the order or negotiate a price reduction, but they didn't budge. Never again, thank you.

Delivery was stated to take 35 minutes, but it arrived after 1.5 hours and tasted so-so...

I ordered food at 10:30 PM. It was confirmed by the provider. That my food should arrive. I'm still waiting. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? I WOULD HAVE ORDERED SOMEWHERE ELSE. EVERYONE WANTS TO MAKE MONEY. Eating out and ordering in is expensive. These days it's a LUXURY. Go grocery shopping. EVERYONE HAS TO. IT'S INCREDIBLY EXPENSIVE. BUT SUCH A DIRTY AND SCREWED-UP OPERATION IS UNACCEPTABLE.... I READ THE REVIEW AFTERWARDS AND IT REALLY IS A CRAP PLACE. I'M SAVED MY MONEY. THANK GOD 👋

Delivery never arrived, no one could be reached and money is gone.

After waiting 1:20 hours for my food, I had to call the restaurant only to find out that the order had never been received, even though the acceptance, delivery time, etc. was shown to me on Lieferando. It's unclear where the error is, but it's extremely annoying

Impertinently ordered 3 croques, bread not crispy and limp, made a phone call and reported the defect. Answer, what should I do now, the boss isn't there? Damn, anyone can top a croque with decent croque bread. Wouldn't order there again - impudence

Unfortunately, my experience with Hello Croque was extremely disappointing. After a wait of 1 hour and 20 minutes, the order finally arrived - but cold. The late delivery and poor quality of the food greatly affected my overall experience.

Not no food and no one to reach by phone

The food arrived cold and we had to wait 1.5 hours. It took 30-40 minutes. The owner was extremely unfriendly and insulted me on the phone. We definitely won't order again!

I would prefer to give minus stars because they forget things that they paid for and then they hang up on the conversation. They are super unfriendly and refund if you don't get something and you don't spend money on anything. Do yourself a favor and go eat somewhere else

Ordered food, waited 2 hours. The delivery person complained to us because he couldn't find the entrance and the food was cold. In addition, the delivery person looked very sleepy. I don't think hygiene is a priority in the store. I'd rather not order there again.

Also wir haben da schon öfter bestellt - Pizzabrötchen sind super lecker! Auch die Crèpes sind toll. Mehr haben wir noch nicht bestellt. Aber die Lieferung ist eine Katastrophe. Beim ersten Mal lief alles problemlos - mittlerweile haben wir jedesmal 1-1,5h warten müssen, obwohl 35-40min Lieferzeit angegeben waren.. Mitarbeiter am Telefon ist ein sehr gestresster Herr. Dennoch sind die Pizzabrötchen so gut - da nimmt man das in Kauf

Die negativen Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Uns haben die Croques gut geschmeckt, Lieferung war am Sonntagabend schnell und der Mitarbeiter, der ausgeliefert hat, war freundlich. Dementsprechend kann ich Hallo Croque weiterempfehlen.

Das schlechteste was wir je erlebt haben! Essen kam nach 2 Stunden Lieferzeit, war kalt und matschig. Mitarbeiter am Telefon sehr unfreundlich.

Essen bestellt, Lieferzeit soll 35 min betragen. Essen ist nach über 1,5 Stunden immer noch nicht da. Mitarbeiter extrem unfreundlich zudem einfach auf mein Gesicht aufgelegt. Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen

Viel viel längere Lieferdauer als angegeben, darauf hin habe ich storniert und der Fahrer hat 10 min später dennoch geklingelt. Anscheinend hatte sein Kollege oder wer auch immer keine Lust ihn Bescheid zu sagen naja. Sind in echt auch gar nicht hallo croque sondern kingscroque. Hat mit der Mitarbeiter am Telefon so gesagt.

Ich kann mich meinen Vorschreibern nicht anschließen. Pünktliche Lieferung netter Lieferfahrer und das Essen war lecker. Die Pizzabrötchen waren lecker fluffig. Die Bürger gut. Ich persönlich würde mir dort wieder was bestellen.

Kommen garnicht an! Ignorieren einfach Bestellungen. Unmöglich. Total unfreundlich an Telefon. Lügen einen an.

Essen kam etwas zu spät.2 Dosen Cola wurden vergessen ,sollten nachgeliefert werden,kamen ca 2 Std.
