BURGER BEEF in Hamburg

Fast delivery, friendly delivery person, great food, the burger was gone in 2 minutes. Unfortunately, I forgot to tip, hence the review here and on Lieferando. Thank you for this taste experience.

We ordered burgers. They were supposed to be delivered in 20-25 minutes. After 70 minutes, the owner called and said they were out of sweet potato fries; he'd packed some regular fries instead. That was fine for us. One star for that. When we asked, he said it would be there in 10 minutes. After another half hour, the burgers arrived. Mine was missing sauce, and the fries were missing mayo. What a shame...we'll probably stop ordering from here.

I placed an order for this business via Uber Eats and was supposed to get two burgers for the price of one. Only one burger arrived. The business referred me to Uber Eats and left the impression that they couldn't find a solution. I have tried several times to explain that it is misleading if the offer is not correct. I was given a hotline number where I couldn't reach anyone. On top of that, the fries were cold and the lettuce from the burger had a black edge. Simply inedible and cheeky. If minus points could have been awarded, in this case I would definitely have given it, especially due to the disinterest of the person in charge at Burger Me. Very bad service, never again, thanks for nothing

The food is ok. However, there is a big deduction for the delivery service. This is now the second time that the delivery person thinks he has to ring the bell not once but more often and quite impatiently. The door doesn't open any faster with every ring. What makes me particularly angry, however, is the fact that this was included as a delivery note.

I ordered food from Lieferando today. The food itself was delicious, but the burgers tasted sour, and the cheese for the cheeseburger and vegetarian version was just smothered on top and not melted. So, the quality of the food has really gone downhill. I won't be ordering from you again.
