Disrespectful supplier, one moment sales manager, the other just a supplier who doesn't know what he's doing when he runs out of arguments but immediately becomes meek when his disrespectful way of speaking is put in his place. In addition, bad and completely burnt food with a delivery time of 2 hours 45 minutes.

I just ordered four chilli cheese nuggets for €6.49. The nuggets were the size of a Raffaello. For €6.49 I could have bought almost 3 liters of petrol, 4 cans of tuna, 1 kebab, 4 packs of AA batteries or 1 month of Netflix. 10/10 would not recommend. GaLiGrü, an angry customer.

Picked up burgers, really tasty beef, much better than Jim Block or Burger King for comparable price. You can taste the beef in every bite, the sauce is neutral and only embellishes the taste a little. Salad crispy and fresh, onions and tomatoes sliced perfectly thin. Pretty comfortable inside too.

You order two menus, the fries come out lukewarm instead of warm, and one of the two burgers is delivered incorrectly. Called the hotline, received a very friendly welcome, explained the problem in order to rule out any mix-up and also checked on the phone which burgers had arrived and which ones had been ordered. The complaint was confirmed and a new delivery was promised. 10 minutes later the restaurant in Harburg called me and asked me why I had ordered the wrong burger, after I finally understood them because they barely understood anything on the phone. After 5 minutes of discussion where I had to justify myself again knowing that BBQ bacon looks different than cheese tomato salad. 60 minutes after calling the hotline, I received my burger, cold fries and no more nerves from the store's impudence. tldr;: Hotline was helpful, the store was cheekier and more disrespectful than any legitimately annoyed customer I've ever had...

The food is ok. However, there is a big deduction for the delivery service. This is now the second time that the delivery person thinks he has to ring the bell not once but more often and quite impatiently. The door doesn't open any faster with every ring. What makes me particularly angry, however, is the fact that this was included as a delivery note.
