A disrespectful delivery man, one moment a sales manager, the next a mere delivery man who doesn't know what he's talking about when he runs out of arguments, but immediately becomes subdued when his disrespectful manner of speaking is challenged. On top of that, the food was bad and completely burnt, even after a delivery time of 2 hours and 45 minutes.

I just ordered four chili cheese nuggets for €6.49. The nuggets were the size of a Raffaello. For €6.49, I could have bought almost 3 liters of gasoline, 4 cans of tuna, a doner kebab, 4 packs of AA batteries, or a month of Netflix. 10/10 would not recommend. GaLiGrü, an angry customer.

I placed an order for this restaurant via Uber Eats and was supposed to receive two burgers for the price of one. Only one burger arrived. The restaurant referred me to Uber Eats and gave the impression that they couldn't find a solution. I tried several times to explain that it was misleading if the offer wasn't correct. I was given a hotline number, but I couldn't reach anyone. On top of that, the fries were cold and the lettuce on the burger had a black edge. Simply inedible and outrageous. If negative points were possible, I definitely would have given them in this case, especially given the disinterest of the person in charge at Burger Me. Terrible service, never again, thanks for nothing.

The food is okay. However, the delivery service deserves a big deduction. This is the second time the delivery person has decided to ring the bell not just once, but several times, and quite impatiently. The door doesn't open any faster with each ring. What really annoys me, however, is the fact that this was included as a delivery note.

Our visit to Five Guys on the Reeperbahn was a mixed bag. The restaurant was only moderately busy, yet there were clear organizational problems. Several people were working in the kitchen, but apparently only one server was responsible for the dining area. This server couldn't keep up and constantly had to switch between cleaning tables and bringing food to customers. Many tables hadn't been left clean by previous guests, making it difficult for new customers to find a seat and sometimes even forcing them to clean up themselves. The floor was also quite dirty in places. Despite its location on the Reeperbahn, a restaurant should maintain a higher level of order and cleanliness. The wait time was also noticeable. Customers who ordered after us received their food first. Our food finally arrived, tasted good, but unfortunately, it was already cold. On the positive side: The burgers were delicious and high-quality. I especially appreciated that you can choose your own toppings at the self-service kiosk. The selection is varied and stands out positively.

The food was good, the delivery was fast. BUT I ordered a burger with a double patty, and they delivered one. After a phone call, another one was delivered, as originally ordered – great. However, the driver insisted on taking the faulty burger. So, to sum it up: Bugerme's mistake, double the wait time for the food, the faulty burger was taken back to be thrown in the trash – not great.
