A disrespectful delivery man, one moment a sales manager, the next a mere delivery man who doesn't know what he's talking about when he runs out of arguments, but immediately becomes subdued when his disrespectful manner of speaking is challenged. On top of that, the food was bad and completely burnt, even after a delivery time of 2 hours and 45 minutes.

I just ordered four chili cheese nuggets for €6.49. The nuggets were the size of a Raffaello cheese. For €6.49, I could have bought almost 3 liters of gasoline, 4 cans of tuna, 1 doner kebab, 4 packs of AA batteries, or 1 month of Netflix. 10/10 would not recommend. GaLiGrü, an angry customer.

Hey Burgerme, I always think your burgers are great, as is the finger food box, so a big compliment 👌. What I find rather unfortunate is that you can no longer order from Bramfeld since the Steilshoop branch closed permanently, and I hope they expand the delivery area again.

Buxtehuder Str. 3We ordered burgers. They were supposed to be delivered in 20-25 minutes. After 70 minutes, the owner called and said they were out of sweet potato fries; he'd packed some regular fries instead. That was fine for us. One star for that. When we asked, he said it would be there in 10 minutes. After another half hour, the burgers arrived. Mine was missing sauce, and the fries were missing mayo. What a shame...we'll probably stop ordering from here.

Eimsbütteler Str. 86I placed an order for this business via Uber Eats and was supposed to get two burgers for the price of one. Only one burger arrived. The business referred me to Uber Eats and left the impression that they couldn't find a solution. I have tried several times to explain that it is misleading if the offer is not correct. I was given a hotline number where I couldn't reach anyone. On top of that, the fries were cold and the lettuce from the burger had a black edge. Simply inedible and cheeky. If minus points could have been awarded, in this case I would definitely have given it, especially due to the disinterest of the person in charge at Burger Me. Very bad service, never again, thanks for nothing

Luruper Hauptstraße 250I ordered online and received the wrong fries twice. After calling (the very friendly complaints/customer service), I was told the correct ones would be delivered. Unfortunately, they never arrived. Customer service very kindly wrote me a voucher instead.

This is the second time the delivery person has decided to ring the bell not just once, but several times, and quite impatiently. The door doesn't open any faster with each ring. What really annoys me, however, is the fact that this was included as a delivery note.
