Bro the burger was burnt they tried to cover it with cheese and mayonnaise learning to make burgers wasn't the first time

I placed an order for this business via Uber Eats and was supposed to get two burgers for the price of one. Only one burger arrived. The business referred me to Uber Eats and left the impression that they couldn't find a solution. I have tried several times to explain that it is misleading if the offer is not correct. I was given a hotline number where I couldn't reach anyone. On top of that, the fries were cold and the lettuce from the burger had a black edge. Simply inedible and cheeky. If minus points could have been awarded, in this case I would definitely have given it, especially due to the disinterest of the person in charge at Burger Me. I've never seen or eaten anything so terrible. The first burger looks exactly the same as the second one, even half full. The meat tasted spoiled and the fries were over salted. The muffin was almost expired. My best friend also ordered a burger that wasn't seasoned at all and had too much sauce. Overall, I will not recommend this store and will not order it again. PS: They say that you shouldn't ring the bell because you have a baby at home who is sleeping, but the bell still rings.

The food is ok. However, there is a big deduction for the delivery service.
