Typical fast food restaurant in US diner style. The first impression: significantly more expensive, but the burgers and fries are really freshly prepared, you can choose various free toppings and there is free ketchup and mayo as much as you want. The small portion of fries was huge compared to McD**, the burger was juicy and well topped. Drinks can also be refilled, the selection is varied, including various zero drinks. €11.20 for a normal hamburger is outrageously high. If you add fries and a drink you're looking at over €20 for mediocre fast food.

Unfortunately it is not clear to see signs too small that it is prepared with peanuts. Peanut is very dangerous!!!

Pretty much the worst fast food I've ever had. Freshly prepared on site? Might be. But a completely muddy bun, all wrapped up in foil. Everything is lukewarm and outrageously expensive for what it is. And the freshly wiped table just sticks.

The burger was really tasty but to be honest I would have managed it almost the same way myself - it's better than other fast food chains but there are plenty of other burger shops.. The fries were carelessly half in the cup and the rest in the cardboard bag and not worth the money for the price. It was very loud in the restaurant itself. The furnishings are quite quaint but rather uncomfortable. I was terribly curious beforehand, which is why I decided to go in, it will probably be my only and last visit to Five Guys

This was our second time there and we weren't impressed both times. The food is quite expensive, e.g. medium fries for 7.75 EUR, and limp or too salty. The employees were not particularly motivated.

Salary is a lot and working hours are also bad 4:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. Everything else could be improved. The top boss doesn't like to greet his employees and they also shout during working hours. Employees come and go, one week you are praised, the next week you are fired. There was no way to talk about it or justify any possible wrongdoing.

I love Five Guys! Great tasty food! This is how it should be done with proper ingredients and real meat, not like the cheap concurrent. Came in later after 11 was super busy and still clean and well maintained. The waiting time was ok for 10 minutes for a fresh burger. Absolutely ok. For all the world CO2 fighters that are complaining about the aluminium wrap, well then don't go. I wonder what "clean" food you get anywhere else in today's world? You grow your own seeds from Monsanto? Using plastic with bpa? Recycled material which has a lot of micro toxics for your body? Haha what about staying home and not going out because you grow your CO2 footprint from breathing 👍 keep going guys, you do a great job with great food! 🖐️👤

We are pure without any expectations because hunger. The prices ohh... pretty steep. And the ambience is more reminiscent of a train station hall. BUT: The quality of food served here is second to none. A juicy burger, really tasty crispy fries... really wow. We were surprised then. Definitely the best burger in recent years. It's a shame: aluminum foil is used and it's not understandable that the whole thing is wrapped up when you eat on site. The service was super friendly. Not always easy with the audience in the neighborhood. So: maybe dim the lights a little just for the atmosphere, adjust the prices a little for more sales, but definitely keep the quality! And think about sustainability!

Ich wollte mal unbedingt probieren was daran so besonders ist. Pommes wurden in einem großem Pappbecher serviert und die Burger in Alufolie gewickelt. Ich war sehr enttäuscht von dem trockenem Fleischpatty und den lieblosen Toppings. Das Toppen andere Fast Food Ketten um einiges. Das einzig gute war das Refill von Getränken. Für einen kleinen Hamburger 8,95€ zu verlangen ist echt happig und überhaupt nicht gerechtfertigt. Wenn er besonders geschmeckt hätte, hätte ich den Preis auch gerne bezahlt. Sehr enttäuschend!

Haben für 22 Uhr einen Tisch reserviert. Als wir da waren, war alles schon geschlossen. Wir haben nicht mal eine Info bekommen, dass früher geschlossen wird. Schon sehr kurios, wenn meinen einen Tisch reserviert und man dann vor einer geschlossenen Bar steht.

I wanted to test 5Guys Hamburg Reeperbahn for the first time today on October 16th, 2022. My wife and I wanted to order the full program. We were really in the mood for fat burgers. When we stood in front of the counter with our mini dog (we wanted to eat outside) the dark-haired "lady" yelled at us: You won't be served here with a dog!! Hello? I was in the store for the first time with a friend. - The waiting time was too long. - The two burgers were already ready, but still unfolded. After the burgers were folded together, the fries were thrown into the deep fryer. This could have been coordinated better. So we had to wait even longer. - The burger buns were cold. - The fries were put into the cup, but then another scoop was poured into the bag. - The employee who called the number could not be understood properly. - Later, another person came to the table and took my friend's cell phone without asking because she was apparently curious. - Sanitary facilities were not clean and the water at the sink first became hot, then cold again and then hot again... the temperature constantly changed.

It was my first time there and a very nice lady gave me very good advice on how everything works in the shop. I don't think drink + cheeseburger = €17 is appropriate! Pranzo veloce in questo fastfood, ordinando un bacon cheeseburger con aggiunta di peperoni jalapeno, maionese, pomodoro, insalata e funghi champignon: panino molto buono a mio avviso. Un pò complesso, ma forse era la barriera linguistica, comprendere come funzionasse il processo di ricezione della merce, leggermente confusionario, ma nel complesso servizio soddisfacente. The food is generally relatively expensive considering that it is fast food and there is no table service or plates. The price is more comparable to real restaurants like Peter Pane. This is not what the five guys experience should be, sadly. The ingredients are fresh, but that's about where the good news ends. The staff are disinterested to the point where they are worse than a do-it-yourself checkout. I'd actually prefer it since the staff make you feel awkward. I've been to five guys, so I know how it works, but the number of people I saw asking was easily more than half. Likely first time five guys customers, and more than likely it'll be the last time. The worst part for me though was the lack of smiles and friendly faces. It's like it was an inconvenience for them that I was there. The burger was slapped together and soggy, no pride in it whatsoever. Thankfully the taste was still decent. I won't be coming back to this location, and the next time I see a five guys I won't be excited any more, I'll be bracing myself for the inevitable disappointment. I guess that's one way to hollow out a brand that stood for just really good burgers and a great experience.

We were here yesterday and found the prices really unbelievable. 10-15 euros for a single burger, without a drink or side dish?! If the burger had been worth it in terms of feel, look and taste, okay... But it wasn't. The bun looked like it was from yesterday. The additions on the burger, such as mushrooms, tomatoes, etc...were ultra soggy - and the whole thing was then drowned in sauce. The meat tastes better with the cheaper competition 😅 ...but tastes probably differ. Even though we ate in the "restaurant", the burger was pressed into a piece of aluminum foil and the fries were thrown into the paper bag. Somewhere underneath there were two paper cups that were probably actually intended for the fries... At €50 for two burgers, two small fries, a cola and a banana milkshake (ultra sweet), you can expect a BIT more, right? Last but not least, the sanitary facilities are not freely accessible; you either have to enter a code or have it unlocked. The disabled toilet including changing table is locked and must be unlocked by staff. In our opinion, not really an optimal solution.
