Really bad, needs to be closed. Rubbish, for the price of a top-class meal. The staff speaks some completely incomprehensible English...The burger was basically just a bunch of ingredients in the bag and hectically pressed into your hand. You then basically had to reconstruct this pile again at the table. The taste is simply disgusting.

Delicious burgers & fries in good quantities. The food distribution is a bit disorganized...

Burgers are mediocre, prices are first class, service is non-existent in the fast food joint. Facility clean. Not worth it.

My worst Five Guys experience of my life. Tasteless meatballs, cold bread served, stern looking employees. We wanted to eat and leave immediately.

We both had a bacon cheeseburger and both found them really tasty. I don't understand all the bad reviews. If you find fault with what this place stands for, then maybe you should just eat somewhere else. Of course the price is on the higher end, but if no cheap ingredients are used, how can it be cheap? We'd love to come back.

We were there as a group today. We were very disappointed with the food, the fries looked very strange and didn't taste good at all. In addition, there is the citizen who not everyone liked. The atmosphere itself is nice, but the staff was totally unfriendly to us, just because we asked for a cup that we ordered and they forgot it. Conclusion, not recommended.

The place is nothing like what you'd expect from Berlin or the US, for example. It's a complete tourist spot that rips off drunks. The service is unfriendly, and even when you're a little tipsy, you can't enjoy the food; it's unloving and tasteless.

Ordered a milkshake Oreo, the straw is waaaaay too narrow, it was being blocked constantly by the Oreo chunks. And because it is made of thin carton the mouthpiece broke down 2, making it impossible to slurp without cutting a few centimeter. Pretty frustrating milkshake experience. I would even say my worse milkshake experience. Also: - basically no vegetarian options for burgers - no dairy alternatives Not at the level of the competition, and I don’t see reasons to return or recommend

The first time we ate there. So generally in a place like this. The ambience was okay, typically American. The order has been taken. And just paying €41 for two burgers, regular fries and two drinks… I find it really cheeky and incomprehensible. If this burger had been the best in Hamburg and big enough, I would almost have understood. But that just wasn't a great dinner. We would have liked a bratwurst better. The tables were also not wiped clean. Wasn't appetizing. The positive thing is that drinks can be refilled endlessly without paying extra. Furthermore, the employees are friendly. I can't say more.

Yes, the burgers are really tasty here, but in terms of price, such a burger is now on the top Champions League shelf. And if you keep your eyes open and compare something, you can also get a burger with a side dish in the immediate vicinity for the same price. And it's not a frozen product either. The staff was also pretty disinterested, at least when I visited. A guest stood there for almost 3 minutes to place his order. Mind you, he was the only customer at the checkout. Attention works differently. What I find worst, however, are the positive reviews that have been purchased. Take a look at who gave the positive reviews. There definitely wasn't a single person in this store. Therefore there can only be one star! Email to headquarters has been on the way for a few days. I'm looking forward to the answer.

I was there for the first time. People ask you to eat here? Yes, and then you just get the burger and fries in a big paper bag🤷🏼 The burger was tasty, but unfortunately not really warm, the bun was standard, unfortunately. The fries okay. For the price I would have expected something different.

Wir waren an einem Sonntag Abend im Sausalitos an der Reeperbahn. Es war total leer und kaum was los. Wir saßen im hinteren Bereich und die Heizung war aus. Es war sau kalt im hinteren Bereich und es zog wie hechtsuppe. Die Zugaben am cocktail ( kirsche und marchmellow) waren gefüllt vor 2 Tagen auf den Spieß gemacht. Es war sowas von trocken und nicht herunter zu kriegen von dem Spieß. Schade. Essen war in Ordnung.

Die Musik war sehr laut, wir konnten nicht unterhalten. Wir haben dem Kellner die Situation erklärt aber "er konnte nichts machen, das war die Entscheidung des DJs".

In the case of EC payments, an entry is only possible under Gebauer's observation of the service staff, otherwise the transaction is supposedly not valid. We haven't heard anything about data protection here. What was ordered was not prepared. Preferably no stars for the first and last time

As an American who's used to Five Guys with an upbeat & happy staff in US this was a surprise to experience the cold burgers. With this amount of staff here goofing & "waiting"around behind the counter- it's incredibly strange how long time my burger laid on the cold counter open to bacteria & cold. Why not finish it quicker? In US it's done quickly & we get a warm juicy burger. The taste is the same signature taste- so that's a BIG plus. The shake tastes the same- but it was so runny. A shake should be cold & somewhat firm in texture. Fries & peanuts are equal to to the States- so that's great. It's pricey but I guess with the high wages in EU- the amount of staff & the expensive location -it's a must.. It would be ok if temperature of meat was warm on exchange to customers.. Hopefully this will be dealt with accordingly to Five Guys normal standards.. The register was so friendly & personal. The further down the line the cold eyes from some male employees was noticeable that something wasn't right.. Experience w mixed points w plus & minus. Will be back if I'm in the neighborhood to check if it's changed from my first 3 times I tried it in this location & this firsthand taste of Five Guys in both continents.. PS- UPDATE I was back today at Reberbahn 5 guys location & was very pleased with the improvement of my topics regarding the delay in my order. This time everything was Top-notch. Thank you 5-Guys- you made my day in all categories of my meal..

I have no idea where the Five Guys hype comes from. The burger selection - the selection in general actually - is quite small, in my opinion the burgers are also too small for the money and the taste is as interchangeable and boring as they could be. For the €12 I paid for my burger I could have had a good time at a BurgerKing. Instead, after a long wait despite relatively few visitors, we got a basic burger with a limp bun. With the fries there was still a bit of potato between my salt, I would have preferred something tasty instead of the fries. The fact that you need a door code for the toilet is somewhat understandable at this location, but it still makes you feel a little less welcome. I will avoid not only this FiveGuys, but the chain in general.

Hello, I was at Five Guys on the Reeperbahn today, December 30th, 2024. The store is beautifully designed and has enough seating and toilets. However, the food doesn't deserve a star. We ate two cheeseburgers and a portion of fries. With a cheeseburger we only got the patty and cheese, no sides! The burgers were undercooked and the fries were not edible. In general, the burger and the ingredients were simply not edible. Ketchup and mayonnaise were also empty. For €32 it wasn't worth the money. I can't recommend the store!
