A Five Guys used to be full and great. But now? Small burger, bland, the small fries lacked the typical peanut oil taste and were limp. Plus a now very small milkshake. At least it had the usual taste. And almost €23 for that. That was the last visit. It's been nice with you so far.

The service was excellent, and the staff were all professional and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised to meet Bunda Corla, the Indonesian actress and internet personality, who is actually working there. She is incredibly warm, welcoming, and handled every customer with such a nice personal touch. It’s not every day you get great food and get served by someone so iconic. She brought a positive energy to the place and worked with true professionalism. Definitely made my visit memorable!

It was our first visit to this...I don't even want to call it a restaurant and we would never come back. The burger has a hefty price and tastes like nothing, the fries are a quarter in the packaging intended for them and the rest in the squishy bag. If there is already a sign for employees that says please wash your hands, you should do that too. In addition, there was not a clean table, everything was disgustingly dirty!

The prices are horrendous, especially for this quality. The fries and the cup were simply thrown into a paper bag. Fries were tasteless and certainly not fresh. They were very limp. The burger was okay...an okay for over €10 The burger was wrapped in 'ALUMINUM FOIL'. This is an absolute no-go. Biscoff Milkshake, yes what can I say.... I had to bring it back because neither me nor my children managed to drink it. We couldn't get anything through the (paper) straw even though we checked whether the straw was blocked by a piece of biscuit, which wasn't the case. The taste was really bad too. Simply crumble Biscoff biscuits and stir them in. Very bad!!! My son had a hot dog and wasn't impressed either. The taste was okay but the way it was prepared was very, very bad. All in all, I wouldn't recommend Five Guyes to anyone who wants to get value for money and eat good fast food. And the idea of ​​sustainability is also 0% present there.

I recently visited this place for the first time. It wasn't particularly tasty, but you could eat it. What I liked: • The fries were pleasantly salted – just right. • The burger had a rather neutral taste, the patty was unsalted (for me this was ideal because I'm not a fan of heavily seasoned meat). What I didn't like: • The fries were served with the skin on - I wasn't expecting that. • There was hardly any sauce in the burger. So if you don't like an unsalted patty, the sauce won't save the taste. • All tables were dirty. I had to walk through the entire restaurant to find a clean place - even though there were only three or four other customers besides me.

Online order and pick up is a joke. Fries are not freshly made as promised, but are already soft, soggy and cold in the bag. Until you find someone who has a plan for what it's about, the rest is cold. Thanks for nothing, ciao ciao

Really bad, needs to be closed. Rubbish, for the price of a top-class meal. The staff speaks some completely incomprehensible English...The burger was basically just a bunch of ingredients in the bag and hectically pressed into your hand. You then basically had to reconstruct this pile again at the table. The taste is simply disgusting.

We both had a bacon cheeseburger and both found them really tasty. I don't understand all the bad reviews. If you find fault with what this place stands for, then maybe you should just eat somewhere else. Of course the price is on the higher end, but if no cheap ingredients are used, how can it be cheap? We'd love to come back.

We were there as a group today. We were very disappointed with the food, the fries looked very strange and didn't taste good at all. In addition, there is the citizen who not everyone liked. Ordered a milkshake Oreo, the straw is waaaaay too narrow, it was being blocked constantly by the Oreo chunks. And because it is made of thin carton the mouthpiece broke down 2, making it impossible to slurp without cutting a few centimeter. Pretty frustrating milkshake experience. I would even say my worse milkshake experience. Also: - basically no vegetarian options for burgers - no dairy alternatives Not at the level of the competition, and I don’t see reasons to return or recommend

The first time we ate there. So generally in a place like this. The ambience was okay, typically American. The order has been taken. And just paying €41 for two burgers, regular fries and two drinks… I find it really cheeky and incomprehensible. If this burger had been the best in Hamburg and big enough, I would almost have understood. But that just wasn't a great dinner. We would have liked a bratwurst better. The tables were also not wiped clean. Wasn't appetizing. The positive thing is that drinks can be refilled endlessly without paying extra. Furthermore, the employees are friendly. I can't say more.

I worked here and unfortunately didn't have a good experience. The working atmosphere was tense as communication with management was very disorganized. Paying wages was particularly problematic: my salary was paid late or not at all several times, and I didn't receive a clear answer when I asked.

Wir waren an einem Sonntag Abend im Sausalitos an der Reeperbahn. Es war total leer und kaum was los. Wir saßen im hinteren Bereich und die Heizung war aus. Es war sau kalt im hinteren Bereich und es zog wie hechtsuppe. Die Zugaben am cocktail ( kirsche und marchmellow) waren gefüllt vor 2 Tagen auf den Spieß gemacht. Es war sowas von trocken und nicht herunter zu kriegen von dem Spieß. Schade. Essen war in Ordnung.

As an American who's used to Five Guys with an upbeat & happy staff in US this was a surprise to experience the cold burgers. With this amount of staff here goofing & "waiting"around behind the counter- it's incredibly strange how long time my burger laid on the cold counter open to bacteria & cold. Why not finish it quicker? In US it's done quickly & we get a warm juicy burger. The taste is the same signature taste- so that's a BIG plus. The shake tastes the same- but it was so runny. A shake should be cold & somewhat firm in texture. Fries & peanuts are equal to to the States- so that's great. It's pricey but I guess with the high wages in EU- the amount of staff & the expensive location -it's a must.. It would be ok if temperature of meat was warm on exchange to customers.. Hopefully this will be dealt with accordingly to Five Guys normal standards.. The register was so friendly & personal. The further down the line the cold eyes from some male employees was noticeable that something wasn't right.. Experience w mixed points w plus & minus. Will be back if I'm in the neighborhood to check if it's changed from my first 3 times I tried it in this location & this firsthand taste of Five Guys in both continents.. PS- UPDATE I was back today at Reberbahn 5 guys location & was very pleased with the improvement of my topics regarding the delay in my order. This time everything was Top-notch. Thank you 5-Guys- you made my day in all categories of my meal..
