I worked here and unfortunately didn't have a good experience. The working atmosphere was tense as communication with management was very disorganized. Paying wages was particularly problematic: my salary was paid late or not at all several times, and I didn't receive a clear answer when I asked.

I was there for the first time. People ask you to eat here? Yes, and then you just get the burger and fries in a big paper bag🤷🏼 The burger was tasty, but unfortunately not really warm, the bun was standard, unfortunately. The fries okay. For the price I would have expected something different.

Wir waren an einem Sonntag Abend im Sausalitos an der Reeperbahn. Es war total leer und kaum was los. Wir saßen im hinteren Bereich und die Heizung war aus. Es war sau kalt im hinteren Bereich und es zog wie hechtsuppe. Die Zugaben am cocktail ( kirsche und marchmellow) waren gefüllt vor 2 Tagen auf den Spieß gemacht. Es war sowas von trocken und nicht herunter zu kriegen von dem Spieß. Schade. Essen war in Ordnung.

As an American who's used to Five Guys with an upbeat & happy staff in US this was a surprise to experience the cold burgers. With this amount of staff here goofing & "waiting"around behind the counter- it's incredibly strange how long time my burger laid on the cold counter open to bacteria & cold. Why not finish it quicker? In US it's done quickly & we get a warm juicy burger. The taste is the same signature taste- so that's a BIG plus. The shake tastes the same- but it was so runny. A shake should be cold & somewhat firm in texture. Fries & peanuts are equal to to the States- so that's great. It's pricey but I guess with the high wages in EU- the amount of staff & the expensive location -it's a must.. It would be ok if temperature of meat was warm on exchange to customers.. Hopefully this will be dealt with accordingly to Five Guys normal standards.. The register was so friendly & personal. The further down the line the cold eyes from some male employees was noticeable that something wasn't right.. Experience w mixed points w plus & minus. Will be back if I'm in the neighborhood to check if it's changed from my first 3 times I tried it in this location & this firsthand taste of Five Guys in both continents.. PS- UPDATE I was back today at Reberbahn 5 guys location & was very pleased with the improvement of my topics regarding the delay in my order. This time everything was Top-notch. Thank you 5-Guys- you made my day in all categories of my meal..

I love five guys burger, and the servers are friendly

I have no idea where the Five Guys hype comes from. The burger selection - the selection in general actually - is quite small, in my opinion the burgers are also too small for the money and the taste is as interchangeable and boring as they could be. For the €12 I paid for my burger I could have had a good time at a BurgerKing. Instead, after a long wait despite relatively few visitors, we got a basic burger with a limp bun. With the fries there was still a bit of potato between my salt, I would have preferred something tasty instead of the fries. The fact that you need a door code for the toilet is somewhat understandable at this location, but it still makes you feel a little less welcome. I will avoid not only this FiveGuys, but the chain in general.

This is by far the worst dining experience I've ever had in a burger joint. The fries are just flabby, even the DB can do better on their trains. Once and never again.

Hello, I was at Five Guys on the Reeperbahn today, December 30th, 2024. The store is beautifully designed and has enough seating and toilets. However, the food doesn't deserve a star. We ate two cheeseburgers and a portion of fries. With a cheeseburger we only got the patty and cheese, no sides! The burgers were undercooked and the fries were not edible. In general, the burger and the ingredients were simply not edible. Ketchup and mayonnaise were also empty. For €32 it wasn't worth the money. I can't recommend the store!

Have eaten there It's exciting that the good lady couldn't speak English or German 😅. In that case you should think about paying to choose your menu, ... once No. 18 sweet and sour duck.. 😅 Otherwise, woe every fivel guys. Stable prices and fast food.

We were in this restaurant for the first time today...We had the fish platter and the zander fillet, super tasty, it was no problem getting vegetables and a larger salad with it...Finally, a cappuccino with oat milk was no problem ...All in all, great service, great advice and super delicious food...A successful 2nd Christmas Eve for us....We'll definitely be back.....Ps: Very nice service.....

Hard to say. Burgers and fries were great, but also super expensive. Unfortunately, the whole canteen atmosphere doesn't work for me. For the price I would have expected comfort and quiet piano music. But we won't see each other again.

So far I've always been happy with Five Guys. But this time here in Hamburg absolutely not. The fries were very "mushy" - complaining didn't help - I don't think they really understood me. It was very unkempt and rather dirty on site. The orders were called out very unclearly. Then maybe it would be better to have an advertisement or something similar? And unfortunately the price is really steep. The quality isn't so great that the price is fair - my personal opinion.

I was very disappointed When I saw the high prices I was expecting something special, but I got citizens pressed carelessly in aluminum and fries dumped into a cardboard bag with a drink. The whole thing for €23.60. I can't understand why people give this to guests who eat in the store.

Paid 50 euros for 2 people! (Definitely not worth the money). Anyone who can afford it these days deserves my respect. We had order number 42 and the lady called 43 several times in German and English and when no one answered, the food was left downstairs. After waiting 10 minutes and realizing that number 48 had already been called, I asked at the front where the food was and was given the bag that had been left downstairs, which was now already cold. Mistakes can happen, but this could have been avoided.

War ein super Abend. Die Bedienung war freundlich und fix. Leider musste man auf das Essen über 1 Stunde warten, war aber dem sehr vollen Lokal geschuldet. Dafür waren die Cocktails schnell am Tisch. Ich würde jeder Zeit wieder hin gehen.

The food wasn't worth the price, the tables were all sticky and dirty, even though there were enough employees and only a few guests. The counter crew was nice. According to my sons, the meaty burgers were delicious, the vegetarian “sandwich” was disgusting and the very idea was a joke. The fries were good but outrageously expensive. A shop for masochists.

Every time I go, the food is fresh and really delicious. The staff are also always very friendly and always in a good mood. Also the restaurant is pretty clean as they are constantly cleaning up after customers and maintaining it to a certain quality. We love going to this five guys in Hamburg!

Aufgrund unseres Alters haben wir mittlerweile viele Schnellrestaurants durch. Aber was wir hier vorgesetzt bekommen haben geht gar nicht. Hamburger hoffnungslos überteuert und furztrocken gebraten. Pommes halbkalt und von weitem in eine Tüte geschmissen. Abfallvermeidung ein absolutes Fremdwort. Es sind kulinarische Barbaren die sich so etwas antun. Nie nie wieder. Vorher Spende ich, das macht mehr Sinn.

We had to wait more than 1,5 hour and they didn't even think of contacting the lieferando driver to pick the order up. Not did they inform us that the order will be delivered even later. Unprofessional way of dealing with the customers. They even suggested that, if the food is cold (ofc it would be after 2 hours) we should give it back to the driver and then they could reheat it. Madness. Never again, neither five guys nor lieferando.

There is an extra star for the fact that the conditions in the neighborhood are difficult after midnight and that chains, as experience shows, pay too little for the service. I was recommended the store, but expectations were not met. The fact that I usually like a real burger sauce that the store doesn't offer is not taken into account in the rating. There is ketchup, mayo, BBQ and HP sauce. "It takes five guys to make a perfect burger" - maybe it was because a crew of three people had to do everything. Attempt 3: For good fries in Hamburg you tend to go somewhere else.

Really delicious burgers and side dishes. Great service, the look is not my thing and the price is quite high for a better "mcdonalds" but worth a visit!

Delicious burgers, freshly prepared unlike other large fast food chains. You can definitely taste the difference between the big fast food chains and Five Guys, which is why the price is justified. And the fries are simply awesome.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden bei unserem letzten Besuch im Sausalitos. Freundlicher Service, schnelle Bedienung und gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis, wie man es vom Sausalitos kennt. Wir waren sehr angetan von dem wachsenden alternativ Angebot zu alkoholischen Getränken. Wir können einen Besuch guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen.

Usually there is no peanut which is one of the things I love about five guys. We went there on 2 separate occasions with friends who had not been to five guys before, hoping we could impress them with free peanuts 😅, unfortunately as always there was none. I love five guys in general but this branch is one of the worst in quality of food and service.

I'm really mad!!! There are still great fries -cajun style- and great burgers, but on the 3rd visit in a row there was no more bacon, just SHIT!! AT 7:10 p.m. Tuesdays until 11 p.m. it is open

In terms of taste, well. Never buy the hot dogs! You have to like design. Priced like others. The best thing was the Cola machine, where you can mix the flavor yourself. But we will never go to Five Guys again. And environmentally friendly is a foreign word for the chain!!!
