The restrooms are filthy when they open at 11 a.m. A real tragedy for such a famous American fast-food chain. On top of that, the floor in the restaurant is so greasy that you almost slip. If the restrooms look like this and the faucets don't work, I'd assume the food isn't handled very hygienically either.

Oh, how sad. The bun is soggy, as is my wife's. It's not exactly clean, and the service is poor. I had to ask my question three times. Plus, the leftover fries are very expensive.

Forgot to take a photo at the beginning, but trust me: Five Guys never disappoints 🙌🏻 the burger was cooked to perfection, fries were crispy, just enough salt and as always huge portion!!

Completely overpriced, the burger was greasy and absolutely nothing special for the price. When ordering, they specifically asked for a burger without tomato, which is what it said on the delivery receipt! What came...with tomato, of course! So you either scrape it down or wait another 20 minutes!!! All the tables were dirty, some with ketchup, some with mayo, or other leftovers, so you had to grab a napkin first to avoid getting your sleeve dirty. During our visit, there was a huge wet spot right in front of us (probably someone spilled Coke, etc.) that none of the staff cared about. Nope...once and never again!

The food is very tasty, but also quite expensive for fast food. I really like the fact that you can pour your own drinks and refill them yourself. The atmosphere is so-so, not nice, but I've experienced much worse.

The food was OK. The burger had a bit of flavor from the sauces, but the patty lacked seasoning. Everything was prepared quickly and freshly. Since it wasn't busy, I could have imagined the tables being a bit cleaner. Communication was difficult, but manageable. The ambiance felt cold. I think the price was fair.

Ordered four times in a row via Wolt/Uber Eats, and each time our milkshakes were made and delivered without pistachios, even though they were always listed in the order. Such a shame... how difficult can it be?!

Super good, juicy burgers. The food came quickly. They can't really do anything about the environment, but the restrooms are in terrible condition. If you want to wash your hands before eating, you practically lose your appetite. It's a shame, because the burgers are absolutely fantastic.

40 minutes waiting time for a fries and a water... never again, not fast food but slow food

A US feel right in the heart of Germany: large portions, fresh ingredients, a cheeky mix of fries and burgers. A little freaky, lots of flavor, but absolutely what you're in the mood for right now.

Good burger: large and perfectly reasonable for the price. What's really great is that you can choose your own ingredients at no extra charge, such as grilled or regular onions, sauces, and peppers. The fries are a decent portion, but they weren't to my taste. Soft drinks seem quite expensive at first, but the price is put into perspective when you take advantage of the free refill.

Fries were soggy and oversalted, long wait times despite low customer numbers, overpriced, not even free mayo with the fries, let alone dips. Pure disappointment.

We came here because it’s a brand I’ve tried many times before in different locations and liked them all. This was by far the worst branch. We both ordered cheeseburgers. Cheddar wasn’t melted, the patty was very dry, and the burger was almost cold.

Unfortunately, it didn't taste good at all. I have no idea where all the positive reviews come from. It's a mystery to me. The service was inattentive, and even ordering took forever.

The food was simply a disgrace. Far too expensive, a system-less chain restaurant, and not even that tasty. From taking the order to eating it...it started poorly and then declined sharply.

Five Guys is exactly what you'd expect. A typical chain store with the familiar concept, generous portions, and the rather high prices that are simply standard here. The selection is good, the store was clean, and everything went quickly. If you're in the mood for a quick burger and know what you're getting into, this is the place for you. It's still a fast-food restaurant, so it's not a culinary experience, but it's a solid option for a quick snack. So, it's worth giving it a try.

We had fries here yesterday, which were served in two cups and a bag! No fries picks. Fries were way too expensive (2 x = €15.50). The toilets were dirty and some were broken. We'll never go back!!!!!

Expensive, greasy, and the decor feels rather cheap – a fast-food vibe without any charm. Hunger really only drives you in here, but stinginess keeps you from coming back a second time. At least it gets two stars: The burger bun was really good, nice and fluffy and slightly sweet. And the vanilla shake? Absolutely recommendable – creamy, intense, simply delicious. But overall: I don't think the value for money is right here. You go there once to experience it – and that's enough.

Really nice cheeseburger. A good selection of ingredients, even relish 🤩 Great burger. The fries are also very good, with the best Heinz ketchup and mayo. A definite recommendation for anyone who likes good burgers and isn't afraid to spend a few extra euros.

Freshly prepared and dripping with grease, just as they should be. And the milkshakes too, so unhealthily sweet and delicious. Thanks to the cooking crew. They're served in a bag. This, I suspect, motivates customers to dispose of their trash. It works, but the tables and chairs are dripping with grease, and the crushed fries on the floor are evidence of the remains of hungry customers. I don't want to criticize the customers, but the cleanliness of the restaurant could be greatly improved. The ambiance is standard, but you wouldn't want to eat there in such a state. My mistake. Luckily, it wasn't much going on at 9:30 p.m., but then again, the cleaning service was down. Enough complaining. Order online next time.

It's refreshingly different when fast food at a chain doesn't give you a stomach ache or cause a shooting commotion. The work here is clean and fresh, and the fries are antisocially delicious. So, I think €5.50 for the smallest fries is pretty cheeky – the fries were average, but certainly not gold-plated. Also, the fries were packed in a cup, and then there was an extra scoop in the to-go paper bag. This seems to be common practice, as I've seen it happen several times. I don't understand the point of this, because the greasy fries soaked through the paper bag and thus irreparably stained my light-colored jacket. Very annoying, and it was all completely unnecessary.

Eat a burger like you'd get in the States. Good, fresh burgers and fries in a cup. That's it. And yes, it was really delicious. Easy to order from the tab. The wait time was fine. The staff are friendly and cook as much as they can. Drinks are all-you-can-drink. Great location. Typically American. The price is pretty high for fast food (3 burgers, 1 large fries, and 2 soft drinks), at just under €53. But it's not a Megges.

For "real" restaurant owners who work their asses off every day with trained staff, table service, cleanliness, music, flowers, plates, cutlery and everything else that goes with it, this kind of "dining" is just a slap in the face. We placed our order with 50 other people in line at the vending machine, stated that we wanted to eat indoors and then, despite it being indoors, received three bags of food worth almost 60 euros, which we had to tear open at filthy tables. And last but not least, they left behind a huge pile of rubbish. I'm embarrassed even to myself that I was there.

High price for low quality. The cheese was added afterward and wasn't melted, the bacon was overcooked, the bun was wobbly, and the burger was tiny. The shake was okay. I might as well go to McDreck. Größter Fehler ever… Das Konzept habe ich nicht wirklich verstanden… In-house aber alles in einer Tüte… aber gut… Preis/Leistung? Hahaha… Geschmacklich? Nein! Einmal war wirklich einmal zu viel. Empfehlen? Nein!

The service was excellent, and the staff were all professional and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised to meet Bunda Corla, the Indonesian actress and internet personality, who is actually working there. She is incredibly warm, welcoming, and handled every customer with such a nice personal touch. It’s not every day you get great food and get served by someone so iconic. She brought a positive energy to the place and worked with true professionalism. Definitely made my visit memorable!

It was our first visit to this...I don't even want to call it a restaurant and we would never come back. The burger has a hefty price and tastes like nothing, the fries are a quarter in the packaging intended for them and the rest in the squishy bag. I had to bring it back because neither me nor my children managed to drink it. We couldn't get anything through the (paper) straw even though we checked whether the straw was blocked by a piece of biscuit, which wasn't the case. The taste was really bad too. Simply crumble Biscoff biscuits and stir them in. Very bad!!! My son had a hot dog and wasn't impressed either. The taste was okay but the way it was prepared was very, very bad. Wir dachten wir probieren diesen Fast Food Laden mal aus und waren bitter enttäuscht. Erstens ist es völlig egal ob man vor Ort essen möchte oder to go man bekommt seine Bestellung in eine Papiertüte geworfen. Der Burger ist in Alufolie eingewickelt und die Pommes werden in einen kleinen Becher gesteckt der Rest schwimmt unten in der großen Tüte. Mit Schwimmen meine ich dass das Wort knusprige Pommes glaube ich ein Fremdwort ist denn diese waren einfach nur pappig und für 5,50 € haben wir die Hälfte weggeworfen da eigentlich ungenießbar. Der Burger an sich war gar nicht so schlecht aber für 13,80 € definitiv zu überteuert. Als dann eine Angestellte draußen eine Raucherpause gemacht hat und sich nicht die Mühe macht ihren Müll und ihre Kippe in den davor aufgestellten Mülleimern zu entsorgen sondern auf dem Boden könnte das ein Aufschluss geben wie das in der Küche zugeht Punkt die Bewertung hier sind keinesfalls übertrieben und ich frage mich wie dieser Laden jahrelang durchhält? Das Essen Service und Ambiente kann es nicht sein diese Kette sieht mich auf jeden Fall nicht wieder.

I recently visited this place for the first time. It wasn't particularly tasty, but you could eat it. What I liked: • The fries were pleasantly salted – just right. • The burger had a rather neutral taste, the patty was unsalted (for me this was ideal because I'm not a fan of heavily seasoned meat). What I didn't like: • The fries were served with the skin on - I wasn't expecting that. • There was hardly any sauce in the burger. So if you don't like an unsalted patty, the sauce won't save the taste. • All tables were dirty. I had to walk through the entire restaurant to find a clean place - even though there were only three or four other customers besides me.
