Burger Times in Hamburg

Delicious burgers, freshly prepared unlike other large fast food chains. You can definitely taste the difference between the big fast food chains and Five Guys, which is why the price is justified. And the fries are simply awesome.

As the saying goes, if you could give zero stars, it would be zero. Re-ordered by phone, everything backfired. There is a real lack of communication and teamwork here, not to mention hospitality. First of all, almost an hour was wasted with countless calls with no outcome. Hospitality is also overrated. Of course it's not good for a restaurant when the people who complain come from the catering industry and know how to deal with such complaints if they were properly trained, which is of course really bad for the restaurant. So if you order here and make a mistake or something doesn't fit with your order, you forget your burger, etc. You should be annoyed that you spent the money, nothing is done anyway except for complaining.

According to liferando, delivery should take 25 minutes. I've been waiting for this for 1:40 minutes.

Update on the answer: unfortunately it doesn't help at all that I was in contact with the complaints team, because you don't hear anything more than "the owner will get back to you promptly", but that doesn't happen. Otherwise, I was assured that burgerme can do nothing further and there will be no consequences for the store manager. I certainly won't change my mind about burgerme, after all you owe me €26 Unfortunately, food was not delivered, but payment via PayPal worked. I was assured several times by support that the owner would get back to me within 2 working days. That was 9 days ago, nothing happened. I want my money back.

Every time I order from Burgerme, no matter whether it's from Lieferlando or from the Burgerme website/app. It always will. Always delivered very quickly (within 20! to 35 minutes) the burgers are great in terms of delivery ratio! Fries and finger foods also delicious! Sauces are rarely weak, sometimes there was a little chili packet missing or sometimes 2 mayo packets, but sometimes I get 1 extra?!? :) I'm slowly leaning towards more Burgerme... maybe because the service is very satisfactory, maybe also because Burgers was 2+, every now and then a straight 1 So I don't know why the rating here is so underrated.
