Nice service. The fish sandwich tasted ok.

So...what can I say? If you arrive by subway or S-Bahn and feel like having a fish sandwich, you can go here. The staff and the man who served me are very friendly and nice. I had a herring roll and it was very tasty. Otherwise relatively good and you can eat something well here. The ambience in a subway station is of course not the best but because it is clean etc. it is very good.

Definitely the worst fish sandwiches I have ever eaten! After my order of three different fish sandwiches was packed, I was informed that card payment was not possible. But since I was so keen on the fish sandwiches, I quickly ran to the bank to get money. After I got back, I was ignored by the super unfriendly staff until I showed the money. Then the rolls were thrown at me in annoyance. There is no classic vocabulary or politeness here - no hello, goodbye or thank you. Well, I didn't want to let that spoil my mood. But then it cracked when I tried the rolls: the rolls themselves were bone dry, the fish was anything but fresh and tasty! All three rolls tasted like old, stale, cheap fish and shortly after eating I got a stomach ache... I'm excited to see what the next few hours will bring. Definitely the worst fish sandwiches I have ever eaten!

Ordered 2 herring rolls today full of anticipation. At the first bite it was clear that the fish was old and bad. It tasted extremely fishy and like old fishing pond. The complaint was ridiculously dismissed with the words that the fish was pickled in Scandinavian style. Is clear! We had to throw away both rolls to avoid an upset stomach. Annoying! The staff is extremely unfriendly and annoyed, zero service orientation! The place should be closed 🤮

Terrible service, the seller was a bit slow, prices are overpriced 3 euros for a bottle of coke?!

The herring roll was a bit disappointing: the roll is only cut halfway and there is a piece of herring inside, which makes it look bigger than it actually is. The whole thing at a price of 4.90 is actually a disgrace. 2 days later in Cuxhaven we saw that things could still be better for less money. The owner should learn a lesson here.

Given its fast food aspect, the food was decent. Since we could not fully understand what we were ordering, we got two versions of fried fish sandwiches (one was cold, but unclear if that was intentional), and a hot dog. Food was good enough to keep us going on our trek, so cannot complain. Service was fast and friendly enough too.

We were in Hamburg for the harbor birthday and of course a fish sandwich was included, you can taste that everything was freshly prepared.

I bought a Bismarck roll here, it wasn't bad. Of course not cheap, but that's not to be expected given the location.

Today I got myself a fried fish sandwich. The roll itself was okay, although the question as to whether the fried fish was warm or clear was answered with "SO". When I repeatedly asked whether it was warm, cold, hot or loudly warm, the answer was always the same... SO.... Thanks for the conversation, I wanted a warm fried fish sandwich, but well, greetings go out to the competent salesman.

Nette Angestellte und leckere fischbrötchen für unterwegs, aber nur Barzahlung im Bahnhof ist schon echt schlecht. Warum keine Kartenzahlung?!

Nicht so schlecht wie die Bewertungen vermuten. Bedienung war freundlich, Laden wirkte sauber. Auswahl klein aber fein, Preise in Ordnung. Backfisch schmeckt frisch und heiß natürlich besser und das Matjes war jetzt nicht unbedingt dolle, aber der Laden an sich halt Durchschnitt.

An sich nicht schlecht, Personal freundlich. Über den Preis kann man streiten, aber man ist nun mal in Hamburg am Hafen. Das Brötchen an sich ist allerdings nicht wirklich gut. Ziemlich trocken und der Fisch ist auch nicht der beste. Es gibt bessere Alternativen.

Lecker und flott. Es könnte jedoch bei 5€ das Stück etwas mehr Fisch im halb aufgeschnittenen Brötchen sein

Brötchen oft trocken. Nur zu Hälfte aufgeschnitten und belegt. Für den Preis nicht zu empfehlen. Personal ist aber nett
