Were guests in Hamburg and were still a little hungry at night. So we ordered a large vegan pizza... delivery time was supposed to be 50 minutes even though the shop was only 3 streets away, after 60 minutes there was still nothing - so we called. The gentleman on the phone said the pizza was in the oven. At some point after about 2 hours the pizza finally arrived. We paid €20 for this 1 maxi pizza (so we thought the taste must be great now) - the price for what you get in the end is an absolute joke. Most disgusting pizza I have ever eaten or seen. Dough wasn't real pizza dough, far too much garlic powder overall. Loveless vegetables and too much vegan cheese that it all just tasted soggy like salt and garlic. Hope the bad thing doesn't take revenge in my stomach because I regret eating this pizza. There are many better vegan pizzas in Hamburg

I actually don't understand the numerous bad reviews. Of course it's not an outstanding Italian restaurant, but we've ordered pasta and pizza here a few times. The delivery time was always between 20 and 30 minutes, the food was always the right one, hot and quite tasty. Will order here again.

Food was ordered at 10:05 p.m. and about 5 p.m. later the website said that the food was on the way. At 10:15 p.m. a call came saying that they had already closed. It's a shame that opening times until 10:30 p.m. are advertised everywhere on the Internet. Just don't feel like it!!!

The negative comments are responded to quickly, but nothing seems to be implemented... Another regular customer has definitely been lost. Ordered online for pickup. When we came in, there was no greeting and all the employees were busy eating…. After about 5 minutes, an employee (also eating) came and said "food is almost ready"... I called at 7 p.m. and pre-ordered, and I was there at 7:15 p.m. The store didn't give the impression of being open The order was overflowing. One indication of this was that the employees had time to eat and have a lively conversation. At 7:40 p.m. I had enough and left without saying a word . Afterwards, no one responded, so it seems to be okay... Unbelievable

I have never had such a disastrous experience at KFC! Visiting Hamburg Central Station was the biggest mistake of all. The chicken wings I ordered were not only disgusting but also full of HARES! Yes, you read that right – hair! There were several and they looked like they came straight from the kitchen. It was just disgusting and unacceptable. The entire meal was a disaster: greasy, cold and completely tasteless. I wonder how something like this can happen in a fast food restaurant that actually expects a certain standard. The service was just as bad - no accommodation, no apology, nothing. As if all that wasn't enough, the store itself was dirty and untidy. I will never enter this KFC again. Anyone who eats here is playing with their health – and with their stomach. What a disgrace!

I've ordered it a lot, twice today alone. Found hair on the pizza, unfortunately only noticed when I had already eaten the pizza. Therefore no exchange, really sad as a regular customer, especially since I never asked for a replacement for anything, definitely €200 in sales this week and zero response. It's just a chain, so I'd rather look for another store in the future...
