Schanzen Pizza in Hamburg

Ordering at the terminal, several of which are out of service... Too few serving stations due to high customer volume. Staff yelling their serving numbers into the dining room is impossible! The cheeseburger is lukewarm, the cheese looks like it's just been slathered on. I find the prices borderline exorbitant these days.

Ordered 8 pieces of pizza bread. But received 7. The receipt was marked with grease fingerprints. No need to be a genius to know that someone ate one of my pizza bread. Really unpleasant! For the future I’ll be checking my box while the delivery guy is still around. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice… Naaa! Aint’t gonna be a second time.

How cheeky is this branch, delivering ice-cold food! But that's mentioned in every review, and this branch doesn't seem to care at all. I threw up after eating the pizza. So something was definitely wrong there. I still have the pizza here, and I'm considering contacting the health department. When I called, they just said, "Yes, we can understand that, there's nothing we can do." I hope nobody orders from there again, because if someone throws up from a pizza, something's seriously wrong. And I can get ice-cold pizza from my freezer! Unfortunately, I have to give at least one star! No wonder they have so few stars, and rightly so!

The food arrived after more than an hour and a half and was only lukewarm. It was really poorly prepared, and the price-performance ratio is completely off! I strongly advise against ordering from them. It's not worth it, just frustrating.

It says there's a 20% discount for pickup, but I wasn't given any discount on site.
