Thai-China Wok in Hamburg

Nur bei der ersten Bestellung war das Essen wirklich gut. Danach wurde es jedes Mal schlechter, und zwar deutlich. Fleisch wurde immer weniger und auch nicht mehr knusprig. Die Wan Tan heute waren viel zu lang gebacken und schmecken nicht. Nun gab es auch plötzlich für das Gericht eine andere Verpackung, in die alles grade so reingepasst hat, aber war wie gesagt ja auch weniger Fleisch dabei. War heute das letzte Mal. Mache mir jetzt nochmal was anderes... dafür gibt man doch gern einen Stundelohn aus. Sehr enttäuschend, anfangs hat alles ein guten Eindruck gemacht.

Essen kam kalt, labberig/fettig. Uns wurde dann in rekord Zeit neues Essen geliefert.... wie das geht, wenn alles frisch gekocht wird???? Eher Großküchen Essen schade aber wir bestellen nicht mehr dort

Sie bieten leckeren gebratenen Reis an. Heute bin ich jedoch enttäuscht: Ich hatte Essen bestellt, doch die Soße war falsch. Ich versuchte, die Sache zu klären, aber der Mitarbeiter fühlte sich daraufhin angegriffen weil ich gesagt habe ich wollte keine Theater machen . Dies ist nicht das erste Mal, dass die Soße nicht stimmte – beim letzten Mal hatten sie diesen Fehler jedoch noch korrigiert. Aber sie haben es nicht korrigiert; sie sagten, ich müsse erneut bezahlen. Ich bin vom Kundenservice enttäuscht.

Essen gut Service nett P/L passt

Netter, schneller Service. Habe schon mehrmals dort bestellt und die Lieferung war immer schnell und das Essen lecker. Machmal sind Sie auch geflogen (superschnell).

Essen ok, war auch heiß geliefert, kurz vor dem Lieferung Anruf von Fahrer um mich zu benachrichtigen das er in 1 Minute da ist und ich soll rauskommen und essen von ihm abholen, da ich im Krankenhaus arbeite und ist nicht immer möglich Station zu verlassen habe ich drum gebeten auf Station rauf kommen und Essen bringen, der Fahrer hat angefangen mit mir zu diskutieren das daß nicht möglich sei und er hat noch nie seit 10 Jahren direkt auf Station essen gebracht und wer soll ihm Gebühren für aufs Gelände zu fahren zu erstatten, ich habe Fahrer hingewiesen das 30 Minuten auf dem Gelände zu verbleiben kostenlos sei, Diskussion ging aber weiter, ich habe mich letztendlich vom Gespräch distanziert und werde selbstverständlich essen bei Thai China Wok nicht mehr bestellen und informiere natürlich meine Kollegen darüber das von dem Lokal nicht bestellt werden soll, oder erstmal erfragen ob essen direkt gebracht wird und abgegeben oder muß man erstmal Fahrer irgendwo auf dem Krankenhaus Gelände im Empfang nehmen. Für mich hat es erledigt, kein Bestellung mehr dort.

Hab Ente mit Nudeln bestellt. Die Lieferung war gut, leider das Essen nicht, was wichtig sein sollte. 5 Stück ganz kleines Entenfleisch (sehr geizig zubereitet) zu viel Nudel. Bin so enttäuscht, nicht noch mal!

Leider ungenießbar, hat über eine stunde Lieferzeit gedauert für kein leckeres essen !! Nicht zu empfehlen:(

Sehr schnelle Lieferung, sehr freundlich

Essen bestellt und recht lange gewartet (naja kommt vor). Der Fahrer war nicht in der Lage die Adresse zu finden auch nach mehreren Telefonaten mit ihm. Schlussendlich die Bestellung beim Nachbarn abgeholt. Was soll ich sagen, das Essen war sogut wie ungenießbar, 2 von 3 Gerichten war falsch, geschmacksneutral und aufgrund der langen Lieferzeit kalt. Unser Fazit: schade um die Zutaten, fast alles im Müll gelandet auch wenn es schmerzt. Das einzige positive war der nette Herr am Telefon der meinen Frust abbekommen hat. Nie wieder!

Lieferdienst Wir haben uns heute zum ersten Mal vom Thai-China Wok etwas liefern lassen. Das war sicherlich das erste und auch das letzte Mal. Wir haben uns so gefreut, aber wir sind nur enttäuscht. Die Ente war weder knusprig noch saftig. Die Ente war nur trocken und zäh und sah aus als wenn sie dreimal im Wok gewesen wäre. Der Reis war trocken und viel zu körnig. Mit Stäbchen nicht möglich zu essen. Es fing schon mit der Peking-Suppe süß-sauer an. Eine dunkelbraune Soße mit kaum einer Einlage und einfach nurscharfundnichtsüßsauer. Selbst die großen Frühlingsrollen war viel zu fettig. Das Schweinefleisch mit Bambus und Chinapilzen bestand ebenfalls fast ausschließlich aus einer dunkelbraunen, viel zu süßen Sauce mit zu wenig Schweinefleisch. Sah genauso aus wie die Peking-Suppe. Auch geschmacklich war es nichts Besonderes. Also wir sind bedient und nie wieder vom Thai-China Wok.

Bestellung über Lieferando sehr schnell da - statt 45 Minuten hat es nach etwas über 20 Minuten bereits geklopft. Essen war ok, Fleisch war lecker, und reichlich sowie auch der Reis, aber die Teriyaki sowie Süß-Sauer Soßen hatten kaum Geschmack, fast schon etwas wässriger Geschmack

Haben bestellt und das Essen ist schlicht nicht genießbar und ist so in den Müll gegangen. Fettig und ranzig, Geschmack unterirdisch. Nie wieder.

Bewerte hier die Bestellung vom 16.01. via Lieferando Mittagstisch bestellt, zwei Gerichte. Essen schlecht Huhn trocken, dicke Panade Erdnuss Sauce wie ein dicker Brei Fruehlingsrollen waren auch nur mit drecken Teig, kaum Geschmack Reis bei einem Gericht sogar noch hart gewesen. Nein danke, nicht nochmal. Lieferzeit fast 45 Minuten

Leider war ich mit dem Essen nicht zufrieden. Das Fleisch war angebrannt, die Soße sehr wässrig und der Reis trocken. Insgesamt kaum genießbar. Für den Preis hatte ich deutlich mehr erwartet.

Vom Essen bis zum Service alles Weltklasse. Der junge Mann (glaube Sohn vom Besitzer) war sehr nett aufmerksam. Generell würde ich den Laden wieder auf suchen, wenn ich in Hamburg bin.

I ate there for the first and last time today. The meat was partly tough and chewy. The taste wasn't great either.

I've ordered from here several times before. Everything was fine until now. With my last order, the delivery was very quick, but the driver was anything but friendly. She ignored the "basement" delivery point. Furthermore, a sauce was missing. I complained by email. No response. I sent a second email, still no response. Since dry rice without sauce isn't very tasty, I'll be ordering from somewhere else in the future.

Nice restaurant and super delicious food, I can only recommend it, especially if you want to take something with you on the way home

This time it was a disappointment! The duck was okay, but the sauce was like water and bland. The rice wasn't cooked through and wasn't tasty either! The chicken's sweet and sour sauce had a strange taste. It's a shame! It's been much better in the past.

The first time I ordered it everything was great, but the second time it was very bad. The sauce was almost like water, the vegetables and meat weren't cooked completely, everything was almost raw and this time it was anything but tasty, so it got 1 star and the price was very bad. I'd recommend it.

I didn't go there. Ordered online. One duck meal without a side dish cost €16, which was very expensive. The peanut sauce was completely thick, like a paste. No vegetables, nothing. I thought they'd leave out the rice as a side dish. Well, I wouldn't order it again.

Actually only minus points. The fried noodles tasted old, the spring rolls were sticky and there were only 6 instead of seven in the bag. The duck and beef not edible. I will never order my food there again. It's a shame, because it used to be a great place to deliver food.

The worst Asian food we have ever had. You can use the sauce to wallpaper walls or use it as an adhesive cream for your teeth. The food contains ingredients that are not declared on the menu (good for allergy sufferers). 👍🏻

Simply terrible… very unfriendly staff and the food took a long time to be ready and then it was cold and not fresh. It looked like it was a few days old and had been kept warm ever since.. the meat was very tough and everything else was mushy. The question was met with a shake of the head. Never again.

I ordered from this restaurant and the delivery time in the evening during the week is an impressive 1 hour and 20 minutes for 6.6 km. To put it mildly, the food is below average and for me it doesn't represent a good price/performance ratio.

The soups were delicious, the rest was completely disgusting and covered in fat. The noodles were inedible and I paid an extra 2 euros for that, as was the pork. First and last time ordered there

We absolutely cannot understand the negative reviews. Have ordered several times and have not been disappointed so far. Yesterday 1x Nasi and 1x Bami Goreng. Huge portions! We ate it for 2 days. Luscious meat and fish. Nothing to complain about in terms of quality. Price-performance ratio top. We will definitely be ordering more often in the future!

Ordered Thai curry with duck plus Peking soup and it was just disgusting. The soup tasted like coffee, the duck and curry still had wobbly skin and it was simply poorly made. Once and never again it still shakes me.

Since thanks to the new management 👨‍💼 we can recommend the store again!! The noodle box offer with drink, with fresh vegetables 🍆 & good chicken pieces, can't be beat & is addictive.

Disgusting! I now have beef chop suey trauma. We also ordered Pekin soup (inedible) and Sechzuan style. All the same sauce and you just couldn't eat it. The reviews on Lieferando are 100% fake. We complained on the phone at the same time and were yelled at by the employee and boss that if the food wasn't right, we should kindly throw it in the trash can. It doesn't deserve 1 point

I won't order here again. The Thai curry with baked chicken in coconut sauce tasted like a roux sauce with cheap curry powder and the consistency was wobbly rather than creamy. No trace of coconut and there were very few vegetables in the sauce and the chicken was strangely mushy instead of crispy. The dish wasn't edible for me and I had to order it again from another delivery service. There was no response to my request for a complaint. This delivery service is not recommended.

Ordered today via Liferando! That didn't work at all 😔...the Peking soup consisted of 80% soy sauce, there was nothing reminiscent of fresh ingredients! The thread ran through...the chop suey tasted like sweetener and the beef was tough! The specially ordered fried noodles were musty...it's also interesting that delivery was not confirmed by Lieferando! A rogue who thinks evil 🤔🫡

So we ordered something several years ago that was pretty good. I believe the store was also renovated at the beginning of the year. The last reviews (on another portal) were over a year ago. The three of us ordered today and I have to say it was first class!! 20 minutes delivery time, totally hot, the beef tender as butter, the sauces delicious, the peanut sauce is awesome and it's 5.00 to 6.00 or more euros cheaper than at a Chinese restaurant you know here. I wanted the beef Szechuan style a little spicier, no problem exactly to the point. I don't understand all the bad reviews here, but for us it was first class again at any time!! ******* Addendum: There was football in our pub today, we ordered again, we were immediately told that it would take a little longer (approx. 1 hour because it was busy.) It was great again, the duck was crispy, the peanut sauce was tasty and plentiful, my beef Thai with coconut milk and curry was so hot that I burned myself. Again and again !!!

Dutch oven was horrible. No spice identifiable. Just salty. Same with fried rice with duck. Both dishes contain unpleasant meat components such as cartilage and a lot of fat in the meat. Apparently ready-made sauce and not individually seasoned. Worst quality for Asian food.

I ordered there by phone for the first and unfortunately last time. Only the Peking soup was edible. There is nothing crispy about this duck and the rice is not Asian sticky rice, more of a parboild. Food was maximally warm and unfortunately the taste was a disaster. The man on the phone and the man who delivered were super friendly.

We've been ordering there for as long as the Thai-Chinese wok has been around, probably 30 years. Someone said that the owner changed. I noticed that almost all dishes were suddenly thickened with thick sauce, too much soy sauce and glutamate. This means the dishes taste pretty similar. The types of vegetables are also identical. Except for sweet and sour dishes. Too bad. The price list is also constantly changing, probably because it now ships with Liferando. It's a shame here too, the previous employee was very nice. Positive: there is either soup or 3 small spring rolls for lunch. I

Sorry, but that was the worst Chinese food I've ever eaten so far. I had chicken and shrimp with coconut milk. The 3 shrimp were OK but the chicken was inedible. So mushy, soft and incredibly chewy. I didn't eat the chicken. My girlfriend had beef. The brown sauce only tastes like soy sauce and is really heavy on my stomach. Never again, 1 star is still too much…

Sometimes I think it can't get any worse, but then it gets worse. I've actually never had such bad Asian food. After a few bites the food went into the trash. It made me sick. The frying oil must have been in use for weeks. Not even the rice was edible.

I ordered from you today for my mom and I. Unfortunately, the sauces were very watery and didn't add any flavor to the food. Too bad.

After my complaint that a dish was made with coconut milk, which was not specified on the menu, a new one was promptly prepared and delivered to me. I found that very accommodating.

Honestly, I wouldn't even consider ordering here again even if I was offered money to do so. I have ordered there many times and have been mostly satisfied. Today, however, fried noodles came lukewarm with a few strips of duck. Great small portion. Unfortunately the spring rolls were cold. I ordered baked chicken with fried rice and fried noodles with beef through Lieferando, To say that the food was disappointing would be well-intentioned. The order arrived much earlier than expected, which isn't a bad thing in itself but is understandable after trying the food. The fried rice tasted like rice and soy sauce on the pan, and there was hardly a single piece of vegetables to be found. The baked chicken can't even be called chicken, it was mainly a thick layer of breading and fat that was deep fried. The fried noodles were edible, but the beef was firmer than shoe leather. Delivery lady was very friendly.

We are so disappointed! Not only did the food come way too late (we overlooked that on a Sunday), no - it was simply inedible. The red Thai curry bore absolutely no resemblance to an Asian dish - just greasy, lumpy and salty coconut milk. You can't even talk about vegetables with two small carrot letters. Mein Besuch ist zwar schon etwas länger her (2019), aber ich war vorher auch schon öfter dort und kann nichts Negatives berichten. Wenn man die ganzen schlechten Bewertungen hier sieht, scheint das heute ja leider anders zu sein. Ich hatte auf jeden Fall nichts zu beanstanden. Hatte Frühlingsrolle und gebratenen Reis und Beides war sehr lecker. Inhaber war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Von daher von mir volle Punktzahl, 2019!

Bis jetzt war das Essen frisch und gut zubereitet. Preis Leistung stimmt auch.

Wir waren vor einem Jahr zufällig kurz vorm Verhungern hier gestrandet und lachen noch heute laut und regelmässig über die Erfahrung des wohl schlimmsten Restaurants Hamburgs! Der Chef schoen auch überrascht, dass sich tatsächlich jemand dort reinsetzen wollte. An das Essen kann ich mich nicht erinnern. Wir haben es überlebt- aber wirklich mit Abstand der uncharmanteste Laden überhaupt. Volle Punktzahl von uns! Ein Imbiss über den man ein Jahr später noch schallend lachen kann ist jeden Stern wert! P.S. Dank Corona hatten wir Desinfektionstücher dabei und haben die Tische und Stühle abgewischt. Sie müssen uns nicht danke . Gern geschehen!

Ich bestelle seit Jahren immer wieder gerne beim Thai China Wok. Die Karte ist sehr vielfältig und hat für jeden etwas bereit. Das Essen wird immer relativ zügig und heiss geliefert darum klare Empfehlung!

Das seit langem beste Thai Restaurant in dem ich war. Sehr nette Bedingung, ausgezeichnetes Essen, Fleisch auf den Punkt gebraten, Portionen sind perfekt. Kann ich wirklich jedem nur empfehlen, sowohl liefern lassen, als auch im Laden! Danke

Fake-Bewertungen durch die Konkurenz? Ich verstehe die 1-Stern Bewertungen hier nicht. Ganz normaler Lieferdienst, schmeckt auch gut, so wie man es von einem sehr günstigen Lieferdienst erwarten kann. Das Essen war nach 20 Minuten da. Im Schnitt 4 Sterne könnte ich nachvollziehen, aber nachdem was ich gegessen habe, sieht es eher so aus, als hätte jemand Fake-Bewertungen in Auftrag gegeben.

Bin ganz überrascht, was die Bewertungen hier angeht. Also naja, am Telefon wirkt es tatsächlich nicht unbedingt freundlich, wenn man den Laden nicht kennt aber wir hatten bisher eher sehr kurze Wartezeiten ( im Schnitt nur so 20 min ). Das Essen ist immer lecker und gut , keinem ging es je schlecht danach und das funktioniert schon seit ein paar Jahren ganz gut. Die Lieferanten waren auch immer wirklich nett. Manchmal sind die kleinen Frühlingsrollen zu doll fritiert aber das ist dann eben besonders knusprig...
