Komme immer gerne hierher. Das Essen ist sehr gut, das Personal sehr nett und für den Preis kann man echt nicht meckern!! Sehr zu empfehlen

Ich war ziemlich enttäuscht. Angepriesen würden Vielfalt und Frische, was ich vergeblich gesucht habe. Die frittierten Speisen war nahezu tot frittiert. Die Nigiris beim Sushi Buffet sahen nicht frisch aus. Die fleischauswahl beim Live cooking war klein. Würde nicht wieder kommen.

Ich war sehr enttäuscht von dem Besuch. Das Essen entsprach überhaupt nicht unseren Vorstellungen. Alles schmeckte so als ob es dort schon den ganzen Tag lag und so sah es auch aus. Selbst die „frischen“ Spieße die zum Tisch gebracht werden sind ungenießbar. Und die Getränke schmeckten komisch. Nicht weiter zu empfehlen!

Das Essen ist sehr lecker und vielseitig. Besonders gut finden wir, dass man auch Fleisch, Fisch und Gemüse mit verschiedenen Saucen im Wok zubereiten lassen kann. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich. Kommen gerne wieder vorbei.

Das war mal wieder was ganz besonderes. Das muß man sich einfach mal gönnen. Gern bald wieder.

Habe mir dreimal innerhalb kurzer Zeit den Mittagstisch geholt. Beim ersten Mal G9 - super! Beim zweiten Mal G3 - total ungewürzt, grauenhaft. Beim dritten Mal wieder G9 - altes, trockenes, zähes Hühnerfleisch. Ein viertes Mal wird es nicht geben.

Sehr zu empfehlen ist das frisch Gegrillte Rindersteak, das direkt am Platz serviert wird.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben Essen zum mitnehmen bestellt. Es war lecker 😋

Wir sind von Hannover nach Hamburg nur weil wir den Restaurant auf TikTok gesehen haben die haben das auf der sozialmedien sehr gut vorgestellt aber im echt war das Katastrophal 1. das Essen war alt, Sushis hatten keine Farbe mehr 2. zu wenige Ausfälle und das hat gar nichts geschmeckt aber das einzige pozitive war der südländischer Mitarbeiter der ständig nach was uns gebietet hat…. …

Wo kann man heutzutage noch gut für 30 Euro essen gehen? Absolut preisgünstig mit Känguru Fleisch und sogar Plastikstrohhalmen 😍😍 (nicht diese papp Strohhalme) das essen war sonst sehr köstlich super Atmosphäre super Ausstattung super Service bis auf eine kleine Kritik.. meiner meinung nach könnten die Kellner häufiger rum gehen und fragen ob die leute noch was trinken wollen war aber sonst alles super gerne kommen wir wieder

Das Essen war nicht besonders gut. Alles war total trocken und schmeckte sehr fettig. Das Sushi hingegen war sehr lecker. Was mir aber überhaupt nicht gefallen hat, war, dass sie 7,90 € für Leitungswasser verlangen. Wir bestellten große Flaschen Wasser, bekamen aber Leitungswasser und verlangten dafür fast 8 € – das ist selbst in gehobenen Restaurants nicht üblich. Sie sind einfach überteuert… Wenn ich schon 8 € für Wasser bezahlen muss, dann soll ich wenigstens normales Wasser bekommen und kein Leitungswasser…

Habe das all you can eat genommen. Essen war sehr gut kann man nicht meckern auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich! Die reiterspiesse sind auch ein Besuch wert! Einziges Manko waren die toiletten..... Es war nicht besonders sauber aber es war auch Hochbetrieb! Kann einen Besuch definitiv empfehlen!

Hier kann man nicht viel sagen. Es war lecker und reichhaltig. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und lustig. Wir werden häufiger hierher kommen, auch wenn wir etwas fahren müssen.

Gleichnis Beginn Tisch festgeklebt da dieser nicht gesäubert war, aber OK da kann passieren. Gegrilltes schmeckt nur verbrannt, die Soßen sind geschmacklos, so das selbst die nicht den Geschmack überdecken. Die in der Werbung zu sehenden Spieße sind nicht mit der Realität vergleichbar. Sushi angetrocknet, das frittierte ist zu lang drin gewesenen der Rest ist auch nicht besser. Sorry, aber selten so schlecht gegessen.

Service war nett und freundlich, keine probleme gehabt. Das Essen zum braten lassen war alles andere als frisch. Es war alt, verfärbt und trocken. Das fertige essen wie hühnchen, nudeln ente etc. War sehr trocken und hatten einen sehr eigenartigen geschmack. Die spieße die die netten Mitarbeiter angeboten haben waren leider auch nichts besonderes wie anders angepriesen. Leider kann ich dieses restaurant nicht weiterempfehlen. Vor allem für diesen Preis von 30€ für das buffet fehlt absolut die frische sowie auch die auswahl. Es gab nur Standart mäßige Sachen, keine Spezialitäten.

Chinesischer Buffet-Tempel mit großer Auswahl. Preislich etwas hoch angesetzt, allerdings gibt es auch live-cooking und Spieße, die rumgehen. Des Weiteren besteht die Möglichkeit a la carte zu bestellen.

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Buffet-Auswahl sehr klein und fast nur scharfe Gerichte. Gerichte waren kalt und Fleisch war trocken. Die Garnelen vom Grill waren noch am besten. Fleisch vom Grill verbrannt, zäh trocken. Die Spieße waren auch trocken. Das Sushi war absolut eklig. Vom Service wurde noch verlangt man sollte einen Aufpreis zahlen, weil drei Sushi liegen geblieben sind. Habe ich natürlich nicht bezahlt. Ambiente war auch nicht schön. Alles sehr offen und sehr laut. Nach dem Essen Bauchschmerzen und Übelkeit. Nie wieder!

Asia Buffet. Die Mitarbeiter gehen mit Fleisch Spießen rum. Sehr aufmerksam

Wir waren schon 2 mal dort. In der Woche deutlich angenehmer von der Masse der Menschen 😅 Aber auch am vollen Samstag war der Service stets aufmerksam und zügig, das gleiche gilt für das live cookie was eine tolle Qualität hatte. Ich kann jedem empfehlen das einmal auszuprobieren.

Sehr wenig vegetarisches/ veganes Angebot. Mich hat nichts wirklich überzeugt. Der Salat und das Obst wirkten ausgetrocknet. Selbst meine heißgeliebten gebackenen Bananen waren enttäuschend. Der Schokobrunnen war auch geschmacklich traurig. Das ein so großes Lokal nicht unbedingt gemütlich und eher laut ist, war natürlich zu erwarten. Das Personal war hingegen sehr freundlich. Am Abend nach dem Essen und auch noch am nächsten Tag hatte ich mit Magenproblemen und Kopfschmerzen zu tun.( ich hatte nur Wasser getrunken) Fazit: ich werde dort nicht mehr essen. Angebot und Qualität haben mich nicht überzeugt.

Ich hatte leider die schlechteste Service Erfahrung meines Lebens. Das Restaurant war völlig unterbesetzt – ein Kellner für etwa 30 Tische. Wir warteten 30 Minuten, nur um überhaupt Getränke zu bestellen. Trotz klarer Bitte um eine Flasche Wasser erhielten wir gefiltertes Leitungswasser. Als wir dies reklamierten, wurde der Chef laut, bestand darauf, dass gefiltertes Wasser kein Leitungswasser sei, und drohte, uns rauszuwerfen. Erst nach unserer Ankündigung, in dem Fall nicht zu zahlen, wurde er ruhiger. Das Essen war höchstens 2 von 10. Insgesamt absolut nicht empfehlenswert

Wir haben dort im Jahr 1-2 gegessen und es war immer gut. Heute waren wir da und ich muss sagen das die Qualität enorm abgenommen hat das Essen ist größtenteils ungenießbar, versalzen oder schon alt wie man anhand der Panade oder auch geschmacklich erkennen kann. Essen was noch zubereitet werden muss schmeckt einfach nur salzig und verbrannt, einfach tot... Das war's dann wohl schade auf nimmer Widersehen!

Das sushi ist nur massig. Aber das frische Essen alla Minute ist zu empfehlen. Wir waren zufrieden.

Es war ganz lecker aber nichts unbedingt besonderes und GEHT NICHT ABENDS HIN! Dort kostet es 30 pro person und keine großen Unterschiede. Alles wirkte sehr professionell und es gab eine riesen Auswahl. Das Essen war teils sehr gut und teils leicht enttäuschend. Die Getränke kosten extra, Wasser könnte wenigstens gratis sein. Das Dessert war auch sehr lecker... Die Ambiente war schön und das Personal war sehr freundlich und willkommen heißend. Die Toiletten waren sauber und modern. Im großen ganzen bin ich sehr zufrieden, aber ich finde die Getränke ein wenig zu teuer (5€ für ein Glas KiBa, 0,4l) und wenige Lebensmittel entsprachen eher weniger meinen Erwartungen. Ich sag eine 6-7/10. Würde es weiterempfehlen

Ich kann das Buffet nur empfehlen, wir waren um 17:30 Uhr dort essen und wurden sehr sehr nett empfangen. Es gab gleich eine Getränkekarte und es ging richtig schnell. Das Essen frisch, heiß und verdammt gute Qualität an frischen Fleisch, frischen Fisch und frischen Gemüse, was man sich selbst zusammenstellen kann und man sich frisch zubereiteten lassen kann. Alle 5 Minuten kommen die großen Spieße mit verschiedenen Sorten Fleisch. Sehr lecker alles !! Wir kommen wieder.

Es ist halt ein riesen Massenabfertigungs China Buffett. Viel Fett, viel frittiertes, sehr tot gegart, Fleisch dadurch hart und zäh wie leder... Es war okay. Für den Preis ist es Ordnung. Service zwar nett aber ich glaube sie waren am dem Abend echt zu wenig Leute weil sie mit dem abräumen der Teller und Getränke Nachbestellungen kaum hinterher kamen. Essen war okay aber kein Highlight. Sauberkeit am Buffet direkt... naja.. Menschen sind halt auch oft echt Schweine und hinterlassen es wie sau. Ich mag sowas nicht und Ekel mich dann sehr. Für den Preis des All you can eat ist es okay aber ist halt echt reine Massenabfertigung mit Bahnhof Feeling

Hat sich im Laufe der Jahre leider sehr zum Nachteil verändert,viel zu viele Leute auf einmal ,der Speisenbereich sehr durcheinander und unsauber dadurch ,da können die Mitarbeiter nicht hinterher kommen und leider hat auch die Qualität inzwischen gelitten !

Sehr gutes Essen mit großer Auswahl im chinesisch-mongolischen Buffet. Die Speisen waren frisch, lecker und wurden regelmäßig nachgefüllt. Besonders das mongolische Grillangebot ist hervorzuheben – individuell zusammengestellt und sehr schmackhaft zubereitet. Auch das Sushi überzeugt: eine mega Auswahl und qualitativ wirklich top. Der Service war aufmerksam und freundlich. Trotz der hohen Auslastung war das Ambiente angenehm, sodass man sich gut unterhalten konnte. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Besuch – für Buffet-Liebhaber absolut empfehlenswert. Die Qualität hebt sich deutlich von vielen anderen Buffet-Restaurants ab. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Ist den Hype leider absolut nicht wert. So weit angereist für eine Enttäuschung.

1. ich hoffe, die Kellnerin hatte bei unserem Besuch einen schlechten Tag. 2. der fußboden war schmierig 3. das Essen: der selber zusammengestelltennTeller waren eine vollkatastrophe. Verbrannt und zäh, Schuhsohlen sind eßbarer. Ab 21.00 Uhr (1stunde vor Ende) wird buffet nicht mehr nachgefüllt. Fazit: so verlernt man die Lust auf Asia-Buffets Und eines muss noch angemerkt werden: traue niemals den Berichten in den sozialen Medien

The food was good; we had the lunch buffet just before switching to the dinner buffet. The calamari and chicken were quite dry but not bad. The service was great. Very friendly staff. I'm looking forward to the next time.

Food is cold. Service is unfriendly and tipsy, drinking beer behind the bar. Walks around with a glass of beer. The salmon trout shop isn't just for salmon, it's really dirty, and the counters are really dusty. Carts with leftover food are parked near fresh food. Once and never again.

The restaurant is clean and the buffet is decent, and the food is delicious. The only real criticism I have is the truly abysmal sauces, which have barely any flavor and taste like they've been diluted with oil and water. I hope things change, otherwise this will be my last visit; other all-you-can-eat restaurants do a better job.

We were there with a larger group and had to wait a bit for our table. + The service was consistently friendly and prompt. - The restaurant is very large, which makes it very loud and particularly busy at the buffet. - The chef at the buffet was incredibly fast, but unfortunately, without much attention. The meat was tough and carelessly placed on the plates. - The dishes themselves all tasted similar, and unfortunately, it was more of a mix than quality. Generally, I don't expect much from an AYCE restaurant, but I can say that I wouldn't come here again and have had better meals elsewhere.

To sum it up: Quantity over quality, but so much quantity that it's almost quality again! As a big fan of real, authentic Chinese cuisine, I should actually give it fewer points... but the selection at the buffet is so vast and the local clientele seems so enthusiastic about it that the success of this place proves it right.

Our children love the food there. The service is also very child-friendly, and they always offer free toys to keep the kids entertained during their meal. We're always very satisfied and have been coming here for years. Children's portion prices are also available at the buffet.

The food is terrible, the grill is not that great, the food has a certain Gary flavor, the alcohol is diluted, the menu is very limited.

Went there again on a Friday night, the service was very poor, no straws in the kids' drinks, we had to get them ourselves. The waitress with the skewers that evening failed to ask the women at our table if they wanted something from the skewers. Only us men were asked. The baked bananas from the buffet were very hard, baked for too long. We're taking a break for a few months.

The grill tastes burnt, the wine isn't bottled and isn't opened with you - it's diluted! The air conditioning doesn't work, and the owner of this establishment flies. I wouldn't give it a single star!

One of the best foods you will eat in this restaurant, especially the sushi, which is better than many restaurants. I highly recommend it.

This was my second time at the Kaiserpavillion and I was a bit shocked. The dishes were dirty (a dead fly in the dessert bowl, the small bowls for soy sauce were extremely dirty :( The equestrian skewers came very rarely; there was usually hardly anything left when it was our turn, and the meat was usually cold :( Many empty dishes took a very long time to be refilled... I probably wouldn't go back; the long hour drive isn't worth it... what a pity

I don't know who's praising this place, but they must be people who've never eaten anything good. I've been to dozens of all-you-can-eat restaurants, but this was by far the worst. The quality of the food is truly questionable! Absolutely not recommended for these prices.

A solid Chinese buffet with a special twist on a "Rodizio." But unfortunately, the ambiance isn't particularly nice.

Overall, the food at the Kaiser Pavillon was very delicious. I particularly enjoyed the extensive buffet with a wide variety of dishes; there was something for everyone. The food was fresh and flavorful. What I did notice, however, was that the freshly cooked meat and vegetables often tasted very similar. This is probably because everything is cooked in the same fat. This means you can hardly taste the difference between a beef steak and a pork fillet, for example, which is a shame. Nevertheless, the visit was a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean and inviting. It currently has 4.8 stars on Google – in my opinion, 4.5 stars would be more realistic, which unfortunately isn't an option.

It's tasty, but very expensive on weekends, the buffet for two with a girlfriend cost 80 Euros. The atmosphere is like a diner, only a couple of Chinese characters on the wall.

Der Service hat doch sehr nachgelassen. Trotz Bestätigung wußte man im Restaurant nichts von einer Reservierung. Es war im Restaurant, trotz der montierten Klimageräte (die abgeschaltet waren und auch auf Nachfrage nicht eingeschaltet wurden) so heiß, dass dem Personal der Schweiß von der Stirn lief (später auch uns). Unzumutbare Zustände, wo die Berufsgenossenschaft eingeschaltet gehört. Die Reiterspieße kamen (2 Spieße (Ananas/Ganelen/Pute im Speckmantel und Rindfleisch in 2 Stunden) viel zu selten vorbei, sind daher den Aufpreis nicht wert. Die Qualität der Zutaten beim Livecooking ist ganz ausgezeichnet, nur ist der Koch so sehr im Hintertreffen, dass auf der Bar sich die Teller der Gäste stapelten. Es dauerte daher auch eine gefühlte Ewigkeit bis es dann an den Tisch kam. Solange standen die Zutaten ungekühlt von der Kochfläche. Auch mit den Getränken, wo der Gastronom dran verdient klappte der Service überhaupt nicht. Der Oberkellner war mehr mit Privatgesprächen mit offensichtlich Stammgästen beschäftigt. Diese bekamen die Getränke auch direkt aus dem Gebinde (Cola/Sprite-Flaschen) an den Tisch gestellt. Ich hingegen musste selbst abräumen und gab mangels Service meine Bestellung direkt an der Bar ab. Es ist extremst laut - aber das läßt sich wohl nicht verhindern. Es ist echt Schade, denn eigentlich bin ich früher sehr gern und häufig dort gewesen. Aber offensichtlich macht man hier, trotz schlechtem Service, Verhältnissen wie in der Sauna und gestiegenen Preisen sehr gutes Geld. Ergänzung: Gestern rief mich der Inhaber aufgrund meiner eben abgegebenen Bewertung an. Anders wie erwartet, hat er sich für das Erlebte entschuldigt. Er hat keinen der erlebten Punkte in Zweifel gezogen und meinte selbst, dass es für einen Gast nicht das als Anspruch sieht, wofür er mit seinen Mitarbeitern angetreten ist. Er konnte sich sogar an einige der geschilderten Ereignisse selbst erinnern, hatte für alles eine schlüssige Erklärung, wobei er betonte, dass dies keine Entschuldigung für das Erlebte ist. Zusammengefasst: Nach seiner Einschätzung, war gestern nicht viel los - und von daher sind die Service-Einschränkungen unentschuldbar. Auch hätte man durchaus auf Nachfrage die Klimaanlage aktivieren können oder zumindest die Fenster öffnen können. Ich finde, der Inhaber nimmt die Sorgen seiner Gäste sehr ernst und von daher bleibt die weitere Entwicklung abzuwarten.

THE top Asian restaurant in Hamburg! Everything is very fresh and delicious. Very attentive and friendly service staff. Despite being very busy around 1 p.m., we managed to get a table without a reservation (recommended). Definitely recommend it and we'll be back. Update from December 16, 2023: Our visit today confirms the consistently positive experience from last time. We are once again impressed by the variety and freshness of the food, and the very friendly service staff. Hence, our definite recommendation for the Kaiser Pavillon Hamburg! We'd love to go back! Update from May 4, 2024: We were once again very satisfied with the Kaiser Pavillon! Everything is just perfect. The ambiance, the variety and freshness of the food, and the friendliness of the staff. The KAISER PAVILLON Hamburg is and will remain our regular restaurant in Hamburg. Update from July 19, 2025: We visited our favorite Asian restaurant again and were once again impressed! This time, wok dishes prepared by the chef herself were a dream! We're already looking forward to the next time.

The service deteriorated considerably. Despite confirmation, the restaurant was unaware of any reservations. Despite the air conditioning units installed (which were turned off and weren't turned on even when asked), it was so hot in the restaurant that sweat was pouring down the staff's foreheads (and later, ours too). These were unacceptable conditions that warranted the involvement of the employers' liability insurance association. The equestrian skewers (2 skewers (pineapple/prawns/turkey wrapped in bacon and beef in 2 hours) came around far too infrequently, so they're not worth the extra charge. The quality of the ingredients in the live cooking is excellent, but the chef is so far behind that the guests' plates were piling up on the bar. It therefore felt like an eternity before the food finally arrived at the table. The ingredients sat uncooled from the cooking surface for that time. The service with the drinks, which the restaurant makes money from, was also completely lacking. The head waiter was more preoccupied with private conversations with what were obviously regulars. They were also served their drinks directly from the containers (Coke/Sprite bottles). I, on the other hand, had to clear the table myself and, due to a lack of service, placed my order directly at the bar. It's extremely loud - but that can't be avoided. It's a real shame, because I used to love going there often. But apparently, despite the poor service, they're doing a good job here. Conditions like those in the sauna and increased prices are very good value for money. Addition: The owner called me today because of my recent review. Contrary to my expectations, he apologized for the experience. He didn't challenge any of the experiences and even stated that he and his staff didn't see it as a standard for a guest, which is what he and his staff set out to achieve. He even recalled some of the events described and had a coherent explanation for everything, although he emphasized that this is no excuse for what happened. In summary: In his opinion, there wasn't much going on yesterday – and therefore the service restrictions are inexcusable. They also could have activated the air conditioning upon request, or at least opened the windows. I think the owner takes his guests' concerns very seriously, and so we'll have to wait and see how things develop.

Wir waren hier anlässlich eines Geburtstags eingeladen – und was soll ich sagen: kulinarisch war das ein Ausflug durch ganz Asien mit einem Abstecher in die Steppe der Mongolei. Vom Sushi bis zum mongolischen Grillbuffet, garniert mit exotischen Fleischsorten, – hier war alles dabei. Dazu eine Art Rodizio, bei dem einem die Spieße direkt an den Tisch gebracht wurden. Besonders lecker: das Sushi (frisch und gut gerollt) und das Fleisch vom Spieß – . Auch die Garnelen waren ein echter Volltreffer, knusprig außen, saftig innen. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Der Laden lebt von der Masse – und das merkt man. Volles Haus, volle Teller, volles Stimmengewirr. Wer sich hier unterhalten will, sollte besser ein Megafon mitbringen. Fazit: Für Liebhaber großer Auswahl, exotischer Fleischabenteuer und lauter Stimmung definitiv ein lohnenswerter Besuch. Und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt – man geht satt, glücklich und vielleicht ein bisschen schwerhörig nach Hause.

We drove all that far because it was advertised online.

The place is actually pretty good. It's a classic Mongolian buffet, with the added bonus that if you order the large menu, they'll be running around with grilled skewers à la Rodizio.
