Great value for money!! The food was good, especially the ingredients cooked on the grill.

Der Service hat doch sehr nachgelassen. Trotz Bestätigung wußte man im Restaurant nichts von einer Reservierung. Es war im Restaurant, trotz der montierten Klimageräte (die abgeschaltet waren und auch auf Nachfrage nicht eingeschaltet wurden) so heiß, dass dem Personal der Schweiß von der Stirn lief (später auch uns). Unzumutbare Zustände, wo die Berufsgenossenschaft eingeschaltet gehört. Die Reiterspieße kamen (2 Spieße (Ananas/Ganelen/Pute im Speckmantel und Rindfleisch in 2 Stunden) viel zu selten vorbei, sind daher den Aufpreis nicht wert. Die Qualität der Zutaten beim Livecooking ist ganz ausgezeichnet, nur ist der Koch so sehr im Hintertreffen, dass auf der Bar sich die Teller der Gäste stapelten. Es dauerte daher auch eine gefühlte Ewigkeit bis es dann an den Tisch kam. Solange standen die Zutaten ungekühlt von der Kochfläche. Auch mit den Getränken, wo der Gastronom dran verdient klappte der Service überhaupt nicht. Der Oberkellner war mehr mit Privatgesprächen mit offensichtlich Stammgästen beschäftigt. Diese bekamen die Getränke auch direkt aus dem Gebinde (Cola/Sprite-Flaschen) an den Tisch gestellt. Ich hingegen musste selbst abräumen und gab mangels Service meine Bestellung direkt an der Bar ab. Es ist extremst laut - aber das läßt sich wohl nicht verhindern. Es ist echt Schade, denn eigentlich bin ich früher sehr gern und häufig dort gewesen. Aber offensichtlich macht man hier, trotz schlechtem Service, Verhältnissen wie in der Sauna und gestiegenen Preisen sehr gutes Geld. Ergänzung: Gestern rief mich der Inhaber aufgrund meiner eben abgegebenen Bewertung an. Anders wie erwartet, hat er sich für das Erlebte entschuldigt. Er hat keinen der erlebten Punkte in Zweifel gezogen und meinte selbst, dass es für einen Gast nicht das als Anspruch sieht, wofür er mit seinen Mitarbeitern angetreten ist. Er konnte sich sogar an einige der geschilderten Ereignisse selbst erinnern, hatte für alles eine schlüssige Erklärung, wobei er betonte, dass dies keine Entschuldigung für das Erlebte ist. Zusammengefasst: Nach seiner Einschätzung, war gestern nicht viel los - und von daher sind die Service-Einschränkungen unentschuldbar. Auch hätte man durchaus auf Nachfrage die Klimaanlage aktivieren können oder zumindest die Fenster öffnen können. Ich finde, der Inhaber nimmt die Sorgen seiner Gäste sehr ernst und von daher bleibt die weitere Entwicklung abzuwarten.

The service deteriorated considerably. Despite confirmation, the restaurant was unaware of any reservations. Despite the air conditioning units installed (which were turned off and weren't turned on even when asked), it was so hot in the restaurant that sweat was pouring down the staff's foreheads (and later, ours too). These were unacceptable conditions that warranted the involvement of the employers' liability insurance association. The equestrian skewers (2 skewers (pineapple/prawns/turkey wrapped in bacon and beef in 2 hours) came around far too infrequently, so they're not worth the extra charge. The quality of the ingredients in the live cooking is excellent, but the chef is so far behind that the guests' plates were piling up on the bar. It therefore felt like an eternity before the food finally arrived at the table. The ingredients sat uncooled from the cooking surface for that time. The service with the drinks, which the restaurant makes money from, was also completely lacking. The head waiter was more preoccupied with private conversations with what were obviously regulars. They were also served their drinks directly from the containers (Coke/Sprite bottles). I, on the other hand, had to clear the table myself and, due to a lack of service, placed my order directly at the bar. It's extremely loud - but that can't be avoided. It's a real shame, because I used to love going there often. But apparently, despite the poor service, they're doing a good job here. Conditions like those in the sauna and increased prices are very good value for money. Addition: The owner called me today because of my recent review. Contrary to my expectations, he apologized for the experience. He didn't challenge any of the experiences and even stated that he and his staff didn't see it as a standard for a guest, which is what he and his staff set out to achieve. He even recalled some of the events described and had a coherent explanation for everything, although he emphasized that this is no excuse for what happened. In summary: In his opinion, there wasn't much going on yesterday – and therefore the service restrictions are inexcusable. They also could have activated the air conditioning upon request, or at least opened the windows. I think the owner takes his guests' concerns very seriously, and so we'll have to wait and see how things develop.

Wir waren hier anlässlich eines Geburtstags eingeladen – und was soll ich sagen: kulinarisch war das ein Ausflug durch ganz Asien mit einem Abstecher in die Steppe der Mongolei. Vom Sushi bis zum mongolischen Grillbuffet, garniert mit exotischen Fleischsorten, – hier war alles dabei. Dazu eine Art Rodizio, bei dem einem die Spieße direkt an den Tisch gebracht wurden. Besonders lecker: das Sushi (frisch und gut gerollt) und das Fleisch vom Spieß – . Auch die Garnelen waren ein echter Volltreffer, knusprig außen, saftig innen. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Der Laden lebt von der Masse – und das merkt man. Volles Haus, volle Teller, volles Stimmengewirr. Wer sich hier unterhalten will, sollte besser ein Megafon mitbringen. Fazit: Für Liebhaber großer Auswahl, exotischer Fleischabenteuer und lauter Stimmung definitiv ein lohnenswerter Besuch. Und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt – man geht satt, glücklich und vielleicht ein bisschen schwerhörig nach Hause.

We waited forever for the waitress to arrive with drinks and the bill, not to mention the reordering. Service was not good. Far too slow, even though the restaurant wasn't full. We drove all that far because it was advertised online.

I'm actually a regular there. I went there with my mother-in-law on Saturday and the meal was a disaster. The sauce was wrong, and a waitress with long black hair and Chinese hair tried to force us to eat it anyway. The food (buffet) on a Sunday lunchtime was good, and the selection was sufficient, although not as extensive as described online. The staff were friendly. For us, it was a typical Chinese buffet, the kind you'd find anywhere else. What surprised me was the high price. We paid 121 euros for three people. I don't know how the amount was calculated, as we didn't get a receipt. It was just entered into a calculator. The long journey wasn't worth it for us.

A huge place! The buffet is very well stocked. The sushi is definitely better than you'd expect from these all-you-can-eat Asian restaurants. Overall, it wasn't a pleasant experience...neither in terms of service nor food. The price for the quality is completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this restaurant.

Hello, The food wasn't fresh. The staff were very unfriendly and inattentive. We walked into the restaurant at 5:30 PM sharp and weren't even allowed to sit where we wanted, even though the table wasn't reserved. The chocolate fountain tasted like chocolate that had been stale for days and wasn't fresh at all, just like all the vegetables, fruit, sushi, and most of the other food. I would recommend you don't spend €30 per person, not including drinks, on the all-you-can-eat option!

As for the food, the Kaiser Pavillon is still recommendable...it's a buffet restaurant, so the quality is okay. The restaurant is always busy. The cuisine is very tasty and varied. But the prices are sky-high. Especially for drinks. A glass of regular, still water is 4 euros. My husband and I were there on Sunday afternoon. Lunch with one beer and a "sex on the beach" cocktail cost us 90 euros.

We were there on Monday this week. The food was delicious and the selection was great. The staff who did the billing were a little rude, but not all of them. The waiter was great. He was there alone, but he still brought the food regularly, always checking on us, and remained super polite. Yazid was the guy's name. And a five-euro tip was unfortunately too little, but that's all we had. He thanked us several times, though. I highly recommend it.

The fresh food is very good and tasty. The hot buffet with the pre-cooked dishes is mediocre, as the food is usually overcooked or hard. G1, fried noodles, just noodles, hardly any leek, carrots, or egg, no bamboo shoots, peppers or other vegetables at all and the cherry on top, Old tasting chicken, we threw away more than half. G 8 baked pork, lots of rice, hard breaded schnitzel with a strong pork taste, quartered peppers, a single piece of pineapple, onion, indefinable sauce. Thrown away the schnitzel, ate some rice with sauce and the hard vegetables. G12. Sichuan style pork. Except for a few pieces of bamboo and peppers, all thrown into the trash because pork was judged, at least by us, to be inedible. Both upset stomachs then diarrhea! NEVER AGAIN TAKEAWAY MENU! We won't enter the store again!

There were four of us and we had reserved an evening buffet for 8:30 p.m. Unfortunately the food was not satisfactory; Only three skewers were brought to the table: shrimp, pork with honey and pineapple skewers. I cannot recommend this store and will never go there again. Yesterday we reserved a table for 8:30 p.m. and paid full price, but what we received was rubbish, dry food and leftover food. There were no skewers at the table either because it was already late. When we complained, we were told that it was normal because they couldn't offer anything fresh after 8 p.m. and because there weren't enough customers, it wasn't worth it. Basically they told us that they are legally obligated to not provide anything fresh and good and that we now have to pay the full price. Cool. We specifically called and asked about a parking space for a motorhome and whether 3 adults and 5 dogs (well-groomed golden retrievers) would be a problem. There is a parking space behind the house and the dogs should of course be housebroken and quiet and not bother guests. This goes without saying for us. When we arrived, the operators already knew that we were near the port of Hamburg and that there was almost an hour's drive ahead of us, and there was no suitable parking space for us, so we stopped at the Obi parking lot. Not only guests were standing in front of the entrance to smoke, but also the staff. As non-smokers, the smell of smoke was very unpleasant for us. Guests who left the restaurant held the door open for us, not the smoking gentleman from the staff. Even the greeting was surprising and not the friendliest, despite having registered. We were offered a quiet, secluded place where there were no other guests. The dogs stayed completely still. However, we were asked to leave the restaurant because guests were complaining about the presence of dogs, which smelled. We were offered to eat on site if we would bring two dogs back into the vehicle, or to take food with us. We politely declined both. So we can't judge the food and the "service", but can only say that we were NOT WELCOME after all. This information could have been given to us over the phone. We have never experienced such rejection in a restaurant. Regardless of whether we are in HH for private or professional reasons, we will definitely never come back here.

Compared to what's on the plate here, the chicken chop suey in the restaurants we usually go to in the Wiesbaden area, where we live, which are all top rated, can almost be called vegetarian. The prices are reasonable to good. It is clear that eating from the rotisserie with a buffet is a little more expensive, but feel free to compare the prices with Brazilian restaurants.

We were there at short notice and had a very pleasant stay. Everything possible has been done to ensure that we are well. The service was excellent and we enjoyed the food. However, there are a few things that should be improved. The grill plate should be used separately for meat and fish! It's not ideal to cook both on the same grill. This also applies to fried foods; separate preparation with separate oil would be desirable. In addition, the grilled skewers should be prepared separately so that meat and scampi are not on the same grill. In addition, some of the food was a bit too salty. With less salt, the taste would be even better.

The food is extremely disgusting, it's all old and stale, the staff is arrogant, it's very expensive, it's so bad that even if I put it in front of my pet, they wouldn't eat it.

Quality - buffet-> all finished dishes mushy, crispy duck / crispy chicken / chicken sticks etc. Fried too dark. Peanut sauce really bad, dark sauce well, general selection and quality not good. The skewers were quite ok. You should avoid sushi altogether. Two adults and two small children, 115€ for the food was just bad! The bottom line is that the photos do not match the quality on site.

Very large store and very busy! But a huge selection at the buffet and live cooking. The unique thing is the rider skewers. Here the lamb, beef and kangaroo were all marinated the same way, which wasn't great. The pork things in honey and the turkey wrapped in bacon were delicious.

The food isn't good enough for that. In addition, in many cases the food is not refilled in a timely manner. When the restaurant is full, it has more of a cafeteria feel as everyone sits close together. It feels like the price is increased and at the same time the quality is reduced. Example: the chocolate at the chocolate fountain now appears to be diluted with water. The chocolate used to be much firmer.
