Very tasty food, very nice staff, but very noisy due to the size and narrow table spacing.

Very large store and very busy! But a huge selection at the buffet and live cooking. The unique thing is the rider skewers. Here the lamb, beef and kangaroo were all marinated the same way, which wasn't great. The pork things in honey and the turkey wrapped in bacon were delicious.

Unfortunately the price-performance ratio is not right. The prices have increased significantly. Rounding up €30 per person for the all-you-can-eat buffet is clearly too much. The food isn't good enough for that. In addition, in many cases the food is not refilled in a timely manner. When the restaurant is full, it has more of a cafeteria feel as everyone sits close together. It feels like the price is increased and at the same time the quality is reduced. Example: the chocolate at the chocolate fountain now appears to be diluted with water. The chocolate used to be much firmer.

You are accused of not paying the bill. Outrageous claims!! Cheeky.

The price-performance ratio is simply top and the Imperial Pavilion is definitely worth a visit. We come back regularly!

We were there for lunch at 1:45 p.m. The food had been simmering at the buffet for too long, everything was quite dry, and nothing was refilled in the following hour. Leftover duck, the curry really only tastes like curry, even the pineapple pieces. At least you can pay with a credit card here, which unfortunately isn't available very often at Chinese restaurants.

Well furnished and the food was ok too. It was relatively loud in the evening and I found it annoying that almost every few minutes someone came to the table with a skewer of meat and asked, even though it was still on the plate. The salad buffet was small.

Unfortunately the food was disappointing. The plates were quickly empty and were rarely refilled. It was also unpleasant that the employees were constantly watching the guests' plates. If you offer an open buffet, you should make it more professional. A big problem was that pork, meat, fish and other dishes were prepared in the same place, without clear separation. This is particularly problematic for guests with special dietary needs. The knives used for grilled food were simply wiped with a cloth rather than thoroughly cleaned or there could have been different knives. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant for guests who only eat Halal.

I wonder how all the good reviews come about. We were there a week ago at 8:30 p.m. When we came in it seemed cool and like a cafeteria at a rest stop. The food looked unappetizing, many things were empty and nothing was warm. From the looks of it, the taste was just really disgusting, as if the things had been reheated over and over again for a week. The coquettes, for example, were black and soft. The noodles also taste like they have been warmed up for 5 days with an egg that was already rotten in taste. Peanut sauce tasted like sugar. Sweet and sour sauce just tasted old. The fried chicken also looked rotten and fried black. The fresh ingredients side looked like a mess. Teramisu tasted like rancid milk. Cheesecake tasteless and too cold. The sauces from the tube taste rotten, the honey was diluted with water, the baked banana had an indescribable consistency and also a disgusting taste. The strange pudding with red sauce on it was just a mixed bag. We're glad we didn't go out with a small amount of gut, but we felt bad and left most of it behind. I was super hungry and forced myself to eat something. We still had to pay. There is almost no choice for vegetarians. There was no music either. If we eat buffet, then only in Wandsbek! Unfortunately I don't have any photos. Was really shocked by the shop and the food.

Very good all-you-can-eat buffet. Huge selection of hot dishes, fried foods, sushi and live cooking with Mongolian barbecue. Everything fresh and delicious. And then tons of desert offerings far beyond normal Chinese restaurant offerings. The service is attentive, the price is reasonable and is adapted to the varying offerings at the buffet depending on the day. Great recommendation!

The selection of food is very good and plentiful. But you should always check how crowded it might get in order to avoid waiting times at the buffet and the grill station. The skewers with meat and grilled pineapple, which are brought directly to the table, were particularly great. There is a large selection here and you can choose what and how much you want to cut down. Only the selection at the buffet was relatively standard. There are a few special things like Kangaroo, but that was sold out quickly too. Service was super nice and attentive. We'll definitely be back!

That's why the store gets this bad rating from me because the manager of this store snaps at you about how full your plate was filled before you even ate... I can understand that some people overdo it with the filling of their plates... But we often ate here... And then talking to your customers like that is impossible.

A few weeks ago my wife and I went there for dinner in the evening and were extremely pleasantly surprised. A very nice atmosphere, incredibly tasty and varied food via the buffet and grill and the horse-drawn skewers that kept coming were amazing. In terms of price for the evening (from 6 p.m.) and the range and quality of the food, it's absolutely legitimate, almost too cheap to be true. The service staff were always friendly, polite and respectful, even if same-sex affection is not very common in Asia. Hats off to this company, would highly recommend it to everyone.

Service and ambience are highly recommended. The Rodizio is a bit unusual for an Asian restaurant and a delicious surprise. Despite the bad weather, we wanted to sit outside (we were the only ones outside) and were still regularly provided with delicious skewers. The buffet was also sufficient but unfortunately not quite as attractive. Maybe we were a little late? However, I can recommend the restaurant with a clear conscience, even if it is a bit expensive.

We went with the baby and they gave us a table with space for the stroller and a chair for him to sit on. They are doing renovations on the premises, but it is still at full capacity. The prices are somewhat high if you go on a weekday at lunch time, but you still have many cooked dishes and other raw ones to be made at the moment. They also have a variety of desserts and space for large groups.

We recently went to the buffet at the Imperial Palace in Fisbeck. In my opinion, the price of €24.90 per person is too high for what was offered. The buffet was sufficient, but unfortunately not very extensive. The fried food in particular was quite bland and the various fried foods such as spring rolls and squid all tasted the same, probably because everything was fried in the same fat. The selection of fish and meat, however, was varied, and there was no shortage of vegetables either. However, the food overall was only mediocre. The dessert selection was limited to cheap ice cream from Metro, which was also disappointing. Unfortunately, there were also a few other deficiencies: the chocolate fountain was broken, and the sauces didn't seem to be freshly prepared, just left there. The sushi selection was also disappointing - the rice was far too sweet and the soy sauce was extremely salty, and apparently not the well-known Kikkoman soy sauce. To make matters worse, I found the price for the buffet and the drinks (€4.50 for a 0.4l cola) overpriced. For what was offered, I would have found a maximum of €15 per person appropriate. On a positive note, the kitchen is currently being remodeled, which may bring improvements in the future. However, the current condition does not justify a better rating.

The food tastes good. The staff could be a little friendlier and nicer. The parking situation is great. The toilets are clean and there is a changing table. Dogs are also allowed there.

Unfortunately we didn't like it at all. Plates were e.g. T. dirty. It was filled very slowly. When it came to the fresh stuff, the fish didn't look appetizing and there was little choice, vegetables were dry and also some empty containers. Unfortunately it didn't taste good either. Too bad

I will now try to describe my experience in other words: At around 8 p.m. we found large parts of the buffet almost empty and in an unappetizing condition. It was 1530h and hub and I happened to drive past on our way back from a trip and as we were hungry, we decided to stopover. When we parked the car it was 1533h. Went in and took a seat and waitress just took our order for drinks without saying anything more. Thinking it is like any other buffet with live cooking, we went about taking our food. Then there were waiters going around with grilled food on skewers but we did not take thinking we had to pay extra. We paid at 1635h and were shocked when we were charged the dinner price of 28,90€ instead of the lunch price of 19,90€! When asked the waitress said it’s normal that from 16h it’s considered dinner! When we told her she should have told us when we sat down her reply was simply “it has always been this way!” Honestly if the waitress had advised, we WOULD NOT have eaten there because no way we could eat a meal within less than 30mins! My advise is to please ask for prices before sitting down!

We were very disappointed with the quality of the food. Within six months the restaurant was unrecognizable. Food overcooked. Breaded chewy and wobbly. Rice from sushi is soggy. Dish from life cooking tasteless. It is currently being rebuilt due to water damage. Provisional kitchen wing in the tent, in front of the restaurant. So for 2 people, with a drink each, given the quality, €66...that's outrageous. Then it's better to finish the construction first and reopen it with the usual quality! THIS is how you lose your customer!

The Kaiser Pavillion offers a great buffet, everything is fresh and warm. The staff is super nice. Parking spaces are quite manageable.

The food was okay, the staff who went around with the skewers became far too pushy at the end and were already sad because I unfortunately dropped my drink and unfortunately the drink ended up on the table and floor and my glass was more than a puddle in it and I really wasn't even offered a new drink, so friendly service is unfortunately something else. I always enjoyed being there so often and now it was the last time for me.

Normal food as you would expect in a restaurant like this. It was tasty and the service was good. What I personally noticed was that there were a lot of staff in the restaurant. It was always kept clean and the buffet was refilled and we didn't have to wait long for drinks.

We had great food in the Kaiser Pavillon, very nice staff and boss. The atmosphere is very nice and cozy. We would eat there again at any time.

The food wasn't that tasty and not fresh. The ribs that were offered on skewers had a very strange smell. It's way too expensive for the bad food. It used to be better. It's a shame actually. The only thing that tasted good was the dessert.

I've eaten here a few times and it's always been good. But: There are always the same dishes in the buffet, there is no variety. And now I have to say that there are far too few vegetarian dishes for a buffet like this. There are only 2 or 3 main courses that do not contain meat and fish, which I think is a shame, and other restaurants of this type show that there is another way. Otherwise, the staff are always nice and friendly and fun to have, the atmosphere is just as it can be in a huge restaurant. If you go to such a large buffet, you have to be able to live with the fact that it is a little louder ;) If you add a few vegetarian dishes, or simply alternatives with tofu, for example instead of meat (tofu teriyaki or something like that), then I would stop by more often.

Nice staff, large and plentiful selection at the buffet. The pork skewers in honey marinade were a total hit. All in all very tasty. We will be back definitely. Definitely a clear recommendation.

I love it and I go every time I can. Before work I go in to pick up the menu and then eat with my colleagues. We like it very much.
