Croque Palast in Hamburg

It's a shame, the food was unreasonable and definitely can't be called food. The waitress just leaves the counter cheeky and has no manners! It is very questionable that such a disgusting shop is allowed to exist in the Europapassage! The meat wasn't cooked through, the fries were counted out and the best thing was the fruit flies that were hanging around there!!!! NEVER AGAIN ! I'D RATHER GIVE A WIDE AROUND TO THE ORGANIC WASTE!!!!

After the extremely overwhelmed waiter inside ignored us for about 30 minutes and the dishes from those who had previously dined here were still there, we decided to order something outside at the counter due to our acute hunger. There were 5 gossipers standing in the kitchen and it felt like none of them had anything to do except gossip. We were then reluctantly “served”. An extremely grumpy employee first took my friend's order, prepared it and asked her if she didn't want "curry cream" on her country potatoes. After asking three times and receiving even more obnoxious answers, I realized that the employee in question might mean "sour cream". Afterwards she wanted to collect and I then said that I would like a currywurst. After a long sigh, she reluctantly prepared them and collected them. Conclusion: if there is another option, don't go to this restaurant, absolutely unfriendly, overwhelmed, poorly selected staff!

Currywurst with cold Heinz ketchup from the bottle, potato soup from the Erasco can! warmed up, just bad and for these prices!

Doner meat is completely soggy and disgustingly cold, the salad you think has been there for a week already rotten. The sauce is completely sour + staff service is unfriendly Doner kebab not even eaten half. Best 0 stars

I have visited this restaurant twice. The staff is friendly and dishes are prepared in around 15-20 minutes. Since I really like different bowls, I tried the BOK Bowl with rice and beef in teriyaki sauce. It was tasty the first time, but I liked it less the second time. The rice and beef were good, but the vegetables disappointed me on the last visit - some pieces seemed underripe and had little flavor. As for the atmosphere, it is not particularly cozy as a huge number of people are concentrated in a small space both in this restaurant and in the neighboring establishments. The tables are accessible to all catering establishments, which means they are often dirty and you have to wait a long time to find a seat - especially difficult if you come with a group.
