Not even worth one star. Ordered at 7:37 p.m., supposedly the food should arrive at 8:11 p.m. 11:20 p.m. still not there. Nobody answers the phone either. The very last one really.

Almost after 2 hours no delivery was received and no one wanted to answer the phone. If you don't feel like having customers, you should just close the shop.

I called for another 90 minutes and was promised that someone would answer me, after 2 hours the food still wasn't there. I tried to talk to people on the phone to see if there was anything to be done about the price if the food was cold. They simply hung up without comment. End of song the food was COLD. Never again

Since the restaurant was very full and we were ignored (it can happen), we wanted to order something at the counter outside. There were 5 ladies in the kitchen at the fryers and 1 waiter was there for the very, very busy restaurant. I have rarely been served as unfriendly at the counter as I was here, or just as served. This arrogance and unfriendliness couldn't be beat! If we hadn't been so hungry we would have left!!!

Poststraße 9BWe had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. A waitress with pink hair completely ignored us, despite us signaling several times over a period of 30 minutes. She was nearby but deliberately ignored us. Such behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. We didn't feel welcome and will definitely not be returning.
