Not even worth one star. Ordered at 7:37 p.m., supposedly the food should arrive at 8:11 p.m. 11:20 p.m. still not there. Nobody answers the phone either. The very last one really.

Almost two hours later, no delivery, and no one even bothers to answer the phone. If you don't want customers, you should just close the store.

I called for another 90 minutes and was promised someone would call. After two hours, the food still wasn't there. I tried to talk to the people on the phone about whether something could be done about the price of the cold food. They just hung up without comment. The bottom line was, the food was COLD. Never again.

Jungfernstieg 16 - 20Today we went to the Alsterhaus for the first time in a long time. We decided to have a coffee in the restaurant, as it's a lovely place to sit and look out over the Alster. Then we saw three mice (!) running around. When we explained this to the cashier, they told us they were aware of it and wanted to change it. Now I'm reading that it's apparently been known for a long time, and I find that quite cheeky and strange. What a shame!

Lokstedter Grenzstraße 2A birthday party was ahead of us and had ordered 15 portions of fries. We waited patiently behind them. Just before they finished and it was our turn, the "nice" lady said, "You can say something, please order!" Then we ordered and received our chicken nuggets and currywurst with fries. On the way to our table, we noticed that we only got one sauce instead of two for our two portions of nuggets...oh well, these things happen, no big deal. What was worse: there was no more cutlery. So we went back to the "nice" lady and asked for cutlery. She said, "There isn't any right now" (oh, really?), and then gave us two cake forks for three people. I asked for a knife to cut my currywurst, and she said, "You'll have to wait until he's finished washing up." Right. So I was sold a currywurst and fries for more than €10, but they couldn't give me cutlery or tell me when, because I wasn't told who "he" was or when he had finished washing up.

Tierparkallee 6Since the restaurant was very busy and we weren't being paid any attention (it can happen), we wanted to order something at the counter outside. There were five ladies in the kitchen working the fryers, and one server was serving the very, very busy restaurant. I've rarely been served so rudely at the counter as I was here, or rather, I was just barely served. This arrogance and unfriendliness were beyond compare! If we hadn't been so hungry, we would have left!!!
