Domino's Pizza in Hamburg

The toppings and quantity of pizza rolls are an absolute scam. Some pieces consist only of dough, the other pieces were measured by nail length & thickness... no fun! It's just embarrassing as a restaurateur to rip off your customers like that. A product was also delivered incorrectly when delivered…

We had a big party yesterday and pre-ordered several pizzas. They arrived on time, were warm and very tasty. 10/10 I can only recommend!

I would prefer to give 0 stars for the service and the food. There were pieces of plastic in my pizza. After several emails, all of which were ignored, I have now given up and am writing this review to at least warn other potential customers. Very unfortunate!

I was able to order and pay online, but the store was closed. I'm curious to see whether I'll get my money back. But I could have used the time to get there and order better

Super fast delivery service, friendly staff and delicious pizza - exactly what you expect from Domino's! Ordering online was easy and intuitive, delivery was even quicker than advertised, and the pizza was hot and fresh. The dough was crispy, the toppings generous, and the ingredients tasted fresh. Particularly positive: The customer service is top! Special requests when ordering were also easily taken into account. Perfect for a cozy evening at home or when you're spontaneously hungry for pizza. Clear recommendation!

I ordered through Lieferando at 10:34 p.m., and at 11:30 p.m. there was still no food. I called 10 times and no one ever answers the phone. I then drove to the store in person and the employee tried to play me for a fool and said something about how my food was probably at my house while I was in the store. A blatant lie! I then argued with him and he apologized half-heartedly and said that he wanted to deliver me two pizzas the next day as an apology. So I call the next day - how could it be otherwise - no one answers the phone again 5 times! So I never got my food or my money back! Worst Dominos ever, I'll never order here again!

Most subterranean pizza we've ever had. Ordered Vegayaki. Used peppers instead of broccoli. The delivery was super fast (15 minutes), but then the teriyaki sauce was simply missing!? So the core of the pizza. It was also the driest thing I've ever seen. Like a crispy cookie. The vegan grater melt was in there for far too long. Well, we called and had a new pizza 10 minutes later - great service! It also had the sauce but it was just as dry. And it didn't taste like anything except teriyaki sauce. Disaster. How you can screw up pizzas like that in a system restaurant...

I was always ordering to home till today! Today I was walking by and stop there order my pizaa!!! OMG was soo dirty!! Staff were more dirty, soo I ordered my pizza and pay,( by paying I seen his dirty nails) and same guy started to make my pizza (!!!) he made my pizza by touching everything with his oily hands without wearing gloves!!! I felt so bad, I took the pizza and threw it in the trash outside!!!! I was going to tell him, but same time I knew that even if I say something, I cant change anythink there!!! Never ever again!

Good morning. Last weekend I thought I would order a pizza from the store and go shopping. I look at the flyers laid out and then order my pizza. They tell you I can only order online. I mean, what's this nonsense??? I go to the store to order a pizza and then I'm told it's only online??? Why does the store exist??? What are there flyers for??? Since Joey's was taken over by Dominos it's been nothing but shit. And also always new recipes for the pizzas. What's wrong with the old recipes? Why is new always better? My tip: go to other pizza bakeries. You still get something for your money.

The pizza dough tastes dry. At least it used to be acceptable. However, they are fast and the rubber deserves three stars

Never again! On May 25th received an order with packaging material in the salad. Multiple correspondence with Dominos “customer service” for refunds. It has been held up until today because the reimbursement has to be made by the franchise partner. This type of “customer service” is an absolute disgrace. My last order was from you, I can only advise against this store.

Ordered pizza to the hotel. Three pizzas for around €29. The delivery was accurate to the minute. Pizza was still warm and crispy. Gladly again.

Wow, I wanted to buy some takeout today, but then an employee yelled at another employee in front of the customers in a very ironic way. When another customer commented that a new customer had been waiting for a long time, the employee sarcastically replied, "Yes, she must." That was very unprofessional, never again

Pizza Bombay, chicken strips, vegetables, pineapple, curry sauce... the worst pizza I have ever eaten. The meat was OK, the dough was bland, the vegetables tasted like nothing, the curry sauce was the last thing. Never again.

Food is great, service too. Unfortunately, as of this year, restaurant vouchers (Pluxee) are no longer accepted - they are still accepted in other branches. That's a real shame for us.

This has been "my new" Dominos for several years now. I've already tried some pizzas and wings and so far I've been very happy with the freshness, quality, taste and speed of delivery. Until now I had booked everything via the Domino's app or their website. I always really like the information about the status of the order. The suppliers were always friendly and polite.

Ordered by phone for collection - specifically asked if you could pay by card, the answer was: 'of course' When we arrive, the pizza is ready, but the only colleague who can make the card payment is not there with the device. So I had to wait over a quarter of an hour. Although it was specifically requested beforehand. No service - definitely don't pick up!

Gut pizza, sehr frische und lecker.

Ich war wirklich geschockt! Der Store wirkte auf mich schmutzig,unsauber. Bei Hallo Pizza(ehemals Beethovenstrasse)gab es so etwas nicht. Die Frischetheke war mit Lebensmitteln durchmischt, die Arbeitsauflage nicht sauber. Wer hier online bestellt weiß es nicht. Es liegt immer an der Motivation des Storemitarbeiters welche Aussenwirkung der Store hat. Sehr schade!

Super nette Jungs hier. Pizza war mittelschnell fertig, hat aber klasse geschmeckt.

Ich bestelle mir meine Pizza immer wieder mal zum Selbstabholen und war immer zufrieden. Sowohl mit der Qualität als auch Schnelligkeit. Immer wieder gut für Zwischendurch und mit Coupon unschlagbar.

Wir waren gegenüber der Werbung "in höchsten Tönen" skeptisch - und das zu recht, wie wir bei unserer ersten und letzten Bestellung eingestehen müssen. Bestellung online zur Lieferung ist einfach, allerdings verschwand auf geheimnisvolle Weise das Sonderangebot "3 Bestellen, die Billigste dann zum halben Preis" ... Die Lieferung pünktlich, die Botin sehr freundlich, die Pizzen heiß. Aber dann: der feste, dicke Boden und der ebenso dicke, hochgezogene Rand haben mit (Italienischer) Pizza nix gemein und sind ohne Geschmack. Der Belag, naja: Thunfisch ohne Geschmack, Salami aus dem Billigregal, fett, fett, Mozarella? Wie analogKäse. Wie gesagt: einmal und nicht wieder, das können andere besser und am besten sind zumeist noch die Pizzen mit handgemachten Teig aus dem Steinofen vom Italiener nebenan!

Relativ typischer Dominosstore: Hygiene wird nicht immer ganz groß geschrieben, dafür sind sie hier definitiv freundlicher als in vielen anderen Pizzabuden. Dazu noch das quasi unschlagbare Dauerangebot: Salami, Athena & Co. zum Abholen für 2,99€. Dafür gibt bei manchem Imbiss gerade mal ein kleines Stück. Zugegeben, der Sonderpreis gilt nur bei Mitnahme, aber etwas Bewegung zuvor schadet beim Pizzaverzehr ja auch nicht...

Pizza war ganz lecker, aber der Belag klebte fast komplett am Deckel.

Naja der Verkäufer wollte uns ein wenig übers Ohr hauen. Wer abholt sollte selbst noch einmal die Preise anschauen und dann selber rechnen.

War nur kurz ein paar Pizzabrötchen als Mittagssnack essen. Macho sauberen und gut gepflegten Eindruck. Man kann auch gut im Laden sitzen und essen. Die Preise gehen in Ordnung und sind Standard in der Branche. Also kann den Laden empfehlen nicht zum bestellen, sondern auch um vor Ort Mittag zu essen.
