Domino's Pizza Hamburg Bahrenfeld in Hamburg

Food arrived ice cold after 1 1/2 hours. Not the first time that we had to wait far too long and had cold food for a lot of money. When I asked in the store where the food was, I was told to contact me again if the driver didn't show up in the next few minutes. He then came, but unfortunately he didn't speak German. When I called again they responded with the answer "sorry, I can't give you a credit." The least would have been new hot food. You can keep the credit, we will no longer order from you in the future.

Unfortunately it used to be better, but it was dismantled last year. The filled pizza rolls have almost no filling. You often wait 1.5 hours and the food arrives completely cold. Very unfortunate.

I had now received expired sourcream for the 3rd time in a row, date 12/23/24, of course I called them to get a new one, super rude and then wanted to bring me a new one that would expire in 3 hours on 12/30/24, super bold!!!! I now have a credit from the sourcream but that's not all, you have to check things regularly!!!!!!! 3 times in a row it's usually not a coincidence!!!!!It's simply disrespectful to expect something like that from your customers!!! Take the expired things from employees or your families if it's not bad!!!! At least I don't feel like getting food poisoning

I was in the branch today and ordered a pizza to take away. About 10 minutes later a couple came and also ordered two pizzas to take away. The lady happened to order the same pizza as me (Teryaki Chicken). After another 20 minutes of waiting, I asked politely at the front of the counter and was told it was ready and you'll get it straight away. A few minutes later the seller gives the couple the pizzas, even though they both came at least 10 minutes after me. I then said sorry, I've been waiting for my pizza for half an hour and the lady ordered the same pizza as me and got it before me?? I had already given a tip when paying (just in passing). The salesman, who unfortunately only spoke broken German, then says, "We're making pizza for you now." I say that can't be the case, it has to go in the order. No response to my objection. I then said that I wanted my money back. Without an apology or any other comment, he gave me the money back, but of course my hunger wasn't any less after the 30 minutes of waiting. When it was handed out, another guest who had just finished his meal said "I'll never come back either". Unfortunately I can only agree with that. That was the last time for me too! I've never been so unfriendly and ignored in a store before. It's a shame, I used to go to you regularly and thought that after a long time I could try the store again, but no, that was really the very last time..

Good for people who want to practice patience.

It's a very great and clean store, I'm very happy with the store, the employees are positive and very friendly. Delivery is quick and I always got my food warm. I can only recommend it!!!

I have to give some serious criticism 1. I was once complained about on the phone because I didn't answer the phone when the driver was there (BELL, like EVERYONE else) 2. Received two churos too few during a delivery & recently received only ONCE during a take 2 pay 1 promotion - I wonder if the boss is aware of how unreliable your service is - I've been in the restaurant for a long time myself & it disgusts me to think of you

I've been a regular customer for a long time. Now Dominos has once again reduced the packaging size for the salad so that less fits in. Now it's starting to get too expensive, so you have to think twice about whether you want to continue ordering from Dominos.

Best pizza, top store. Everything clean. I like being here. Amsterdam with jalapenos...

The branch is real rubbish, hardly accepts vouchers and doesn't take part in any other promotions, which is a shame for a "Dominos" in the middle of Hamburg

Unfortunately pizza with insects was delivered. The only good thing about the order was the friendly driver who delivered quickly and politely. I called and reported it to the operator. Thank you for your effort in offering us a new pizza but that wasn't the reason for my call. Unfortunately, you tried to explain to us that a fly/insect could also get into the food during delivery. You are right, all possibilities are possible, but in this case the pizza maker wasn't paying attention, since the insect was under the topping, it couldn't have gotten into the pizza during transport or something similar. After taking a closer look, we noticed that it was a wasp. Thank you very much, but unfortunately that doesn't work.

Stable number if you order a pizza with mushrooms or with vegetables - the vegetables are always fresh and crunchy! 😊👌 And the delivery time was quick, thank you very much!

It took them more than 45 minutes and three times reminders on my part to get my pizza. Ordered on spot around 7 pm and the place was almost empty. Infact, i was only person waiting and i saw two other guys coming in to order during the entire duration. The staff was busy on call and doing everything other than preparing my order. After first reminder, he said it will be just a couple minutes. Asked again 10 mins later and he then started to prepare it. After another 15 minutes, i went and was told, oh we forgot to give it to you, it is ready and boxed.

The staff are friendly, unfortunately the tables are not wiped down after guests have eaten there, even though there was nothing going on... Our food was in cardboard boxes like when it was delivered. Then we could have eaten in the park... The fancy plates were apparently all in the washing up.... Pizza comes with delicious and plentiful toppings - including the cheese. Unfortunately, the dough corresponds to ready-made dough, but it is more like cake dough than pizza dough. If that doesn't bother you, that's probably OK. There is also a greasy, dirty and broken head of a Domino's advertising figure in the window for decoration... It's actually a shame, because a lot of effort was put into the furnishings with the furniture, lamps, etc...

Worst Domino branch ever! I had a very bad experience with this branch especially with how they behave with the customer. I wanted to pay my order with an Edenred food coupon (As its logo was on the door). The cashier said I can only pay with cash which I did but then added that I can't give you back the rest of the money!!! because that's how it works with coupons! (seems like I have long ears or something) Then I asked him to give back my food coupon and my money and got out. after checking my wallet I realized that the cashier didn't give back the money! so I went back and asked for it but he responded very rudely that he has given it back to me 100% neither he agreed too check the cameras nor the cash desk. So I called the police and only after that he said you can write your number here and maybe my manger can check the camera. I did and got back to my home. about 30 minutes after someone called me telling me that yes in fact they didn't gave back my cash (what a surprise) but they didn't event apologize for it. It was the same when I also went to the brach again to get my money back. Not even a single I'm sorry. Such a deceitful and bad behavior. 0/5

By far, by a large margin, the worst and most unappetizing pizza or pizzas we have ever eaten. Pizza stiff like a piece of cardboard. Topping of the lowest quality. Extremely stingy with cheese. I really can't understand how people can skimp on cheese. Look at the photo, especially where the cheese ends. Ordered 5 pizzas, the first time a pizza was thrown away. Never again!

Two out of three pizzas didn't come as ordered. Two ingredients were missing. One of them was gravy. So we received 2 bone dry pizzas. When we called, the person on the phone asked us for a €5 voucher for our next order and 1 liter of cola. However, this only applied to a telephone order. That's definitely not enough! The man on the phone became very unfriendly and grumbled into the receiver that he would send us two new pizzas. After two hours!!!! We then had lukewarm pizzas. NEVER AGAIN!! So incompetent and unfriendly!! (apart from the drivers who delivered the pizza, they were very friendly!)

The store hasn't been doing well lately! Order is said 30 minutes later it arrives 1 hour later. Extras that you pay for are forgotten. Too bad!

Ordered yesterday. Driver couldn't get the door open even though it wasn't locked. Pizza stuck to the bottom of the lid and was burnt. Milkshake didn't taste good and today I threw up. Health department please go there!

Lately it takes at least an hour for the order to arrive. The pizza is then dry, sticky and cold. The garlic was forgotten the last two times and now they seem to have raised the minimum order value slightly... Unfortunately it's no longer for me.

Super Lieferant, sein name war glaub ich Elias. Super schnell und freundlich, wünschte es gäbe die Möglichkeit seinen Fahrer frei zu wählen, weiter so junger Mann ;)

Auf Gäste , die im Gastraum auf die Schnelle eine Pizza oder sonstiges verspeisen wollen , bis auf Tische und Stühle nicht eingestellt. Alles karg und abtörnend. Nicht mal Besteck angeboten , auch nicht im selben Service greifbar. U.a. Papierkorb überquellend in Sichtachse.

It came across as a shock to me to find a Domino's in Hamburg out of all places, so I decided to try it out. There's something with having comfort food in a foreign nation that makes it even more comfortable, so I only have good things to say about this Domino's. I feel that the other reviews on this restaurant don't do it justice. Service was friendly and pizza was surprisingly delicious, which made me feel a sense of adequate satiation. And, of course, the price was extremely reasonable (as it should be at any Domino's), with me spending 13.5 euros on a whole medium pepperoni and some B&J.

Traveled here from the US, hoping to compare. The pizza was thinner with a crispier crust and held together well. +5 points for the employee who didn't speak English but helped me order and also let me charge my phone!

Pizza war kalt, Pizzabrötchen hatte einen kleine Würfel Salami in der Mitte..generell 90 Teig und kaum Belag ohne Dip das Geld aufkeinen Fall Wert. Nur was für den Notfall, sonst würde ich einer Tiefkühlpizza jederzeit den Vorzug geben oder zum Italiener um die Ecke. 2 Sterne für die Schnelligkeit und den netten Mitarbeiter.. Aber ich würde nur noch im Notfall bestellen..

Heute Dominos Bahrenfeld. Wie der Karton sagt: „Halte einen Moment inne… hmmmmm…“ Great work Delivery Boy!

Bölgede yer alan standart bir pizza restaurant. Ayrıcalıklı yapan ise çalışan güleryüzlü ve misafirperver Türk'ler.

Einfach sehr schlecht. Habe chickenbox bestellt und musste nach paar Stunden Erbrechen. Nicht zu empfehlen die chicken Box eventuell auf schlechte Inventur… das verdorbenes chicken Wings verkauft werden. Trotzdem ein sehr nettes Unternehmen. Die Pizzen waren gut aber die chicken Box nie wieder !

An der Bestellung zum abholen wurde wohl ein kleiner Fehler gemacht, weswegen ich 5 min warten musste. Die Mitarbeiter waren durchgehend nett und haben sich mehrfach entschuldigt. Zusätzlich gab es dann noch einen Keks als Entschuldigung. Alles richtig gemacht.

Ich habe vorbestellt und die Lieferung war pünktlich da. Die Pizza war noch warm und hat geschmeckt wie erwartet. Top!

Bestelle immer die gleichen Pizzen in meiner Heimat bei Dominos. Hier hat mir die Pizza leider gar nicht geschmeckt. Das Gemüse schmeckte etwas überreif, sag ich mal. Besonders die Pilze.

5 Minuten länger im Ofen und ein dünnerer Boden hätten meiner Pizza Caprese gut getan. Der Teig war nicht durch, die 3 Stücke, die ich gegessen habe, liegen mir jetzt wie ein Stein im Magen. Das war die letzten Male besser... Dass der Inhaber das bedauert ist nett, aber ändert nichts an der Tatsache, dass ich Geld losgeworden bin und mir dafür Bauchschmerzen eingehandelt habe. Kundenfreundlich wäre ein Gutschein gewesen.

Um halb 12:00 Uhr Nachts bestellt, reingeschrieben "Bitte nicht klingeln, bitte bitte anrufen, da das sonst alle Nachbarn weckt", um viertel vor klingelts.

Vegane Pizza gibt's hier und auch Sonderwünsche für andere Pizzen werden erfüllt! Lecker und schnell!

Ich habe vor einer Woche übers Internet in dieser Filiale bestellt. Aktionsweise gab es dort in den letzten Wochen "Garlic Chicken" was mir sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Ich wollte daher auch vor einer Woche wieder dieses Garlic Chicken zusätzlich auf meine Pizza und wählte dies auch so auf der Homepage bzw über die App aus. Jedoch bekam ich dies nicht, sondern stattdessen Schlicht normales Hähnchenfleisch und dazu etwas knoblauchöl. Dies ist ein komplett anderes Produkt und schmeckt auch ganz anders. Ich habe zwar Verständnis dafür, dass ein Produkt mal leer sein kann oder eine Aktion zu Ende ist, dann erwarte ich aber, dass man mich kurz anruft und das mit mir abklärt und mir nicht stattdessen etwas völlig anderes schickt. Meine Handynummer hatte ich ja auch extra angegeben. Der Service ist also schlichtweg mies und ich werde hier nicht wieder bestellen. 2* nur, weil die zweite Pizza meiner Freundin gut geschmeckt hat.

Am Telefon und im Laden etwas unfreundlich aber an der Pizza gab es nichts auszusetzen 🍕
