Eat Happy in Hamburg

First of all, I want to say that I am absolutely appalled. I regularly shop at Eat Happy in Hamburg Bergedorf (in the Edeka Center) and contacted them via Instagram about a year ago because there was a piece of salmon in my vegan sushi. Water under the bridge, thankfully it never happened again. I always buy vegan out of moral conviction, not because of any food intolerances. Luckily, because today I discovered that ALL the supposedly vegan California rolls are made with cream cheese! I asked the women who were working there around noon today what that white cream was, because I couldn't tell from the ingredient list what it was made of. They told me it was cream cheese. WHAT?! In a product labeled VEGAN?! I checked and every single vegan lunchbox had cream cheese in the rolls! You can't be serious?! In my case, it's really bad because it means I've been eating cream cheese the last few times. They kindly (?!) offered to make me a portion without cream cheese. But "the other customers like it." Oh, really?! The other customers also seem to think it's vegan as it's labeled! I need a really good answer to this. Ideally, something like mandatory retraining for all employees, because this is a scandal. It's really bad for me, and it's not like I have an intolerance or allergy!

Unfortunately, the quality has declined significantly. There's a lot of sushi with sauce and cheap surimi instead of fish. Today, my avocado was still hard and unripe. I'm very sorry, but that's it for now. Prices have also been raised. Oh, and not all the items in the so-called salmon box actually contain salmon.

This tastes very good. Very delicious.

The sushi tastes quite good, but some of the prices are already restaurant-like (for example, the salmon maki are tiny and cost the same as in a restaurant). The picture shows the sushi counter a few minutes before closing time on Saturday. It must be assumed that large quantities are regularly thrown away; the date on almost all the bento boxes was Saturday. A Saturday evening discount could be introduced. Otherwise, it's not an option for me, as this waste is unfortunately supported.
