Seit Jahren Stammgäste, sehr gutes Essen und immer Top zufrieden ! Tolles Ambiente , sehr freundliches Personal. Wir kommen immer wieder sehr gerne aus dem Frankenland angereist um uns kulinarisch verwöhnen zu lassen.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The food was very tasty and the portions were really generous. Prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality and quantity of the meals. The owner is extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even more pleasant. It’s also convenient that they accept card payments. Highly recommend!

The four of us were there for dinner, I had the garganelli with strips of beef and it was the best pasta I've eaten in my life, my girlfriend had the fillet and tried it too and was thrilled with the quality of the meat; the staff was super nice and quick, we will come again.

On business we had dinner at the Blockhouse on Europa-Allee in Frankfurt. We had called ahead and made a reservation. It later turned out that this was a very good decision because, even though it was a Wednesday evening, there was a queue of people who also wanted to dine here when we arrived. The atmosphere in the store is actually good, but we sat very close to the entrance, so the guests in the entrance area were always staring at us. The staff were very polite and accommodating. I ordered a filet mignon medium with fries. Afterwards there was a chocolate lava cake. The steak was perfectly cooked, juicy and delicious. The fries were too thin and far too few for my taste, but otherwise delicious. The herb butter, on the other hand, was just acceptable. The lava cake was too sweet for me, but at least it lived up to its name by spilling out when you cut it into pieces. However, I wouldn't order dessert next time. As with all steakhouses, the price is very high for the level of satiety you get. Hardly any information about animal husbandry - that's to be expected with such a high price. I can recommend steaks to everyone. For the rest, I would try the other alternatives next time or leave them out completely.

Amazing meat quality. Ate several time for lunch, had a cheeseburger. Very tasty, juicy, a bit too much sauce for my taste. Fries are home made, try the truffle fries also very tasty. Steaks are amazing, but expensive. Full recommendation

This restaurant has everything to be absolutely great, but unfortunately falls short in the execution. The food was really really good (had sea bass on vegetables with sweet potato puree - everything was absolutely on point and perfect!). However, I had difficulty finding something appealing on the menu: the theme is "New York" - but there is nothing on the menu. Although there is no burger or steak, the entrees are Italian, Japanese or Spanish. For the main course there is also grilled chicken, spaghetti Bolognese and tarte flambée. Only the desserts fit the NY theme. (By the way, the menu on the Internet is not the same as in the restaurant) The ambience would actually be really nice, picks up on the theme well and has great lighting... If you didn't notice that you're sitting in the hotel's breakfast room: on one side there are still parts of the breakfast buffet around, while on the other side the fully automatic coffee machine is doing its self-cleaning rounds. Last but not least - the service was really nice and friendly. But the restaurant was full and two waiters and two cooks weren't enough. Accordingly, we waited quite a long time for food (information in advance would have been nice) and it was sometimes difficult to order something more. This may all seem a bit petty, but from a restaurant where every main course costs over 30 euros, I expect a lot more attention and attention to detail on these points.

Maredo Frankfurt am Main – An expensive farewell without glamor Maredo in Frankfurt was once an institution for steak lovers, but unfortunately it has no longer been able to impress in recent years. The price-performance ratio was simply not right: for higher prices one would have expected correspondingly high quality and perfect service - but that was exactly what was missing. The steaks were often mixed or not cooked optimally, the side dishes were bland and the service occasionally seemed overwhelmed or disinterested. Even the atmosphere couldn't live up to the high expectations. For the money you could have found much better steakhouses in Frankfurt. So it doesn't really surprise me that Maredo has now closed forever. It remains a sad example that a big name alone is not enough - quality and service have to be right.

It was my first time there. Very good in advance: it was already after 10 p.m. during the week and there was no stress about ordering food. A really important thing for me, usually, because of long days... Steak served on a hot stone. Always something special, especially since everyone has their own preference for well-done food. I thought the service was good; if it had been a little more attentive, it would have been almost perfect. (Unfortunately, a side dish was forgotten despite the confirmation, and the drinks delivery took a while during the meal... I always find that particularly important.) The atmosphere is nice, but I felt a bit like I was in a train station concourse. But it's still cool overall. I'D LOVE TO COME AGAIN; there must be room for improvement ;-) P.S.: I think the prices are okay too. The steak is expensive, but justified.
