July 2023: First of all: The meat was really good and very tasty, the service was good, and the location is top-notch. The seating is very nice, right on the Main River, and the trains aren't a nuisance at all. We had a lovely evening, and everything that follows is just nitpicking. The fact that the meat has to be cooked on a hot stone is quite funny at first, but I go to a restaurant so that a professional can do it for me, and I don't have to get it right myself. I just want to enjoy. I would prefer it if it were optional, and you could still have it done in the kitchen. The selection is very large. Almost too large, and you feel a bit overwhelmed by the menu. Other good steakhouses often offer a more curated package that you simply get served. I prefer that, but that's just my personal taste.

Unfortunately, the visit that day was a disappointment. Both the service and the quality of the food were poor. The carpaccio meat had already been prepared and had obviously been thawed so that it could be served more quickly, which was basically understandable. However, it was immediately apparent that the meat had been thawed for some time, probably since lunch, as it had turned brown and looked completely unappealing. Initially, this was denied, even though it was obvious at first glance. Only after consultation did the waiter confirm the condition, but without any apology from the kitchen. I would have preferred a "fresh," still frozen carpaccio, which, given its thinness, would have thawed quickly anyway. However, my request was not understood or ignored, and no new one was served, even though this was clearly communicated. When the main courses arrived after a long wait, the disappointment unfortunately continued. The meat was very tough, riddled with tendons, and of poor quality. We had already lost our appetites; we just wanted to leave. The waiter apologized at the end of the evening, which is commendable, even if he was only partially to blame. Overall, a disappointing evening with poor value for money.

Simply an absolutely fantastic restaurant! The meat was superb and tasted simply world-class, as were all the other dishes. You always got seconds (free of charge). The atmosphere is stylish and inviting. I would especially like to mention Mr. E. Ecik, who, with his courteous manner, ensured that we felt completely at home. This is a very nice steak restaurant, where I've already been twice. This time for an aperitif, but the last time for a steak, and the steaks weren't very good. The selected meat was very well served. The reception and service were all very friendly and accommodating. Not pushy but really great. A special compliment goes to the lady who served us this evening. I would definitely recommend it. It's a very nice spot. Right on the Main River, you have to find it first, but thanks to Google Maps, you'll find it. I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely be back.

The ambiance is truly outstanding, the food is truly delicious, and the prices are reasonable. The waiters are very friendly, and Sahim, in particular, is a very witty and humorous person.

I visited the restaurant as part of an extensive business lunch. We sat outside in fine weather. However, the ambiance outside isn't particularly appealing, unlike the interior. Furthermore, you're sitting right next to the tracks, and the constantly passing trains are very loud, which gets annoying at times. The food is very expensive, the taste/quality is rather average, and the quantity is a bit small. Serving the meat/steak with a hot stone, where the guest can then cook it themselves, is a different idea and perhaps a nice one, but not to my taste and not really recommended. The value for money is rather poor. The interesting ambiance inside is great and perhaps worth a visit. Overall, an interesting experience, but I wouldn't go back, as there are much better options and locations at this price point in Düsseldorf.

A very pleasant atmosphere, located directly on the Main River. The food was excellent, served on a hot stone. The service was attentive and friendly. A successful evening and highly recommended.

For a rump steak for €50, I expect it to be properly trimmed for cooking on a hot stone, since you can't get through the tendon with a normal knife if the meat isn't "done." Therefore, you can't cut the steak into suitable pieces for the hot stone without causing a lot of damage. All the salt shakers were empty... good service means checking and filling them before opening. The preparation wasn't explained... The only thing that was refilled was the hot stone. You have to ask about the side dishes, even though they advertise it. I could go on, but overall, nope, 👎

We come here regularly and are willing to travel over 100 km for a very good piece of meat. In my opinion, everything is just right here. From the ambiance to the team to the food, I've never had a bad experience here. I can only recommend it to anyone willing to spend a little more money for good food.

He was present at all times without being intrusive and truly took the time to respond to our requests. Such service is unfortunately rare these days – thank you, Sahim! First of all, the ambiance is truly magnificent, and the service is good and unobtrusive. Our meat was of good quality. We really liked the lava stone concept, as it allows for any degree of doneness and also creates a special atmosphere. The side dishes were delicious, and everything can be reordered free of charge. The fries and extra side dishes can be reordered free of charge. The garlic herb butter is simply amazing. For dessert, we had Oreo brownies, Coup Denmark, and New York cheesecake. All very delicious and highly recommended. The cheesecake, which seemed very small at first glance, was actually just the right size. It was also creamy and not too sweet. All in all, the evening was worth 5 stars. We will definitely be back.

This was the first steak I had in Frankfurt and, a year later, still the best. They served it on a hot stone, which was new to me. Surprisingly fun, and the steak? Just excellent. Perfectly cooked, full of flavor. The side dishes were included and, to my surprise, I could get more when I finished. That kind of generosity stuck with me. Great taste, solid price, and honestly, the whole experience felt a step above. Nothing else I’ve tried since has quite matched it.

I've been going there every three months for about a year, and unfortunately, the quality and service have continued to decline with each visit. The last time I was there in March 2025, the quality of the meat (300g Argentinian rib eye) was truly abysmal. [Image]

Fine dining meets fast food. We recently tried Abaccos for a business dinner. The waiter who served us was very friendly, and the ambiance, especially inside, is remarkable. Nevertheless, I unfortunately have to deduct two stars for the value for money. The problem that some meat selections were sold out of 'medium' cuts has been reported several times before (only pre-prepared cuts available). Furthermore, only quite narrow fillet ends were served at our table. At €40 for 200 grams, I'm used to something different. Why an "all-you-can-eat" jacket potato should be €6 more expensive than "all-you-can-eat" fries is also beyond me. In conclusion, the taste is OK, but the price is worth it for the ambiance.

A great place to meet friends - a perfect experience! We came for lunch and were surprised that in such a beautiful, atmospheric building the restaurant was almost empty. The staff greeted us very warmly and showed a high level of service: attentive, friendly and always ready to help. The special feature of the place is a special serving of steak: it is brought on a hot stone with a temperature of 300 degrees, and everyone can bring the meat to the desired degree of roasting themselves. This makes the dinner especially interesting and interactive. French fries and sauces are served without limitation, and they are really tasty. But, of course, the main thing is the meat: excellent quality and incredibly tasty. We highly recommend this place - for an unusual experience, quality food and reasonable prices. We will definitely come back!

Our second-to-last visit was excellent; we were thrilled. Unfortunately, our last visit on Saturday, May 10, 2025, ruined the very good impression, and we won't be returning. The two stars this time are only for the (proven) food and ambiance. What dampened our spirits was the billing. In such an expensive restaurant, you expect proper accounting, but here we have the feeling something isn't quite right. After we requested the bill (what else?) (the amount and tip were high), we received no bill according to the receipt. Unfortunately, we only discovered at home that the receipt contained oddities: "Provisional receipt," "No payment received," "Information: No invoice!" - see photo attached. I would have liked to confront the staff or the manager. But perhaps the restaurant should explain itself to the tax office instead...?
