Nachdem wir Swevice aufmerksam machten, dass nach 30 Minuten niemand an unserem Tisch war … konnten wir unsere Bestellung aufgeben. Das Essen kam dann zügig, doch nach Getränken mussten wir nochmals fragen . Das Filet war gut, doch der schlechte Service veranlasst uns nicht wiederzukommen. Der Service ist süss, aber nicht auf Kunden Zufriedenheit eingestellt. Schlecht organisiert. Maindiner Restaurant hat sehr gutes Steak und Service dazu. Enttäuschend.

Very great steakhouse, in a super nice atmosphere with character! The hot stone concept fits our eating habits perfectly and everyone can set their own cooking level the way they want. I would particularly like to highlight our service employee Micha, who always served us in a very friendly and competent manner. But the rest of the staff was also very friendly. We'd love to come back!

We were there last Saturday, the food was great, you get the steaks on a hot stone and decide how you want it 😊. Well seasoned, but not too much. The housfries are super tasty, as are the grilled vegetables and the salad. We found a super nice and personable waiter who was always there immediately when something was needed. In short, it was a very nice evening there and we would love to come back

Super friendly, often asked if you needed any side dishes or something similar.

The place looks very nice inside, great interior. It has an old classy vibe. However our experience here was not the best. Entree The carpaccio was very bland. The caesar salad had warm chicken, which also made the lettuce leads warm. Warm lettuce is of course not tasty Main You have to cook your own steak. You get your raw steak on a hot stone with a cold stone next to it. We didnt get a good explanation (served did not speak english) so we didnt know how it worked. Because of that the steak became overcooked and it couldnt be eaten anymore. Thankfully we got a new steak after explaining the situation to the manager. Judging by the reviews, people enjoy the “cook it yourself” concept but we feel like cooking steak to the right temperature is something that requires some knowledge and experience. We want to come to the restaurant to enjoy the food, not to cook the food. Dessert See for yourself on the picture. Creme brulee was burned and the parts that were not burned were just dry sugar. Worst crème brulee i’ve ever been served. We sent it back Because of our experience we got two free homemade lemonades, which were great. The staff was friendly and apologetic. Overall, the restaurant has a nice look to it but the eating experience we had was definitely not worth the €140 price tag. We will not be returning to this restaurant

I had an Argentinian rump steak with homemade mango lemonade. It was very tasty! The ambience is very nice inside and out and gives customers a nice and cozy atmosphere. :)

We were here for the first time and got 3,400 grams of flank steaks each. The steaks were super! The atmosphere here is very cool because of the harbor and the Main, and there are really great vibes here, especially in the evenings at sunset. The price is higher here. (maybe something to consider before you go) Staff and service top! :)

I've never given a restaurant five stars, but Abaccos definitely deserves it. Especially because you have a great selection even with little money

The food was very good, the meat was very tender, the side dishes and sauces were well seasoned. We were a bit surprised that we had to finish roasting the meat on the hot stone. That's OK, but we prefer it when everything comes to the table ready. This means everything goes very quickly - it was less than half an hour from the time we ordered the food until we had eaten, as you have to hurry with the stone because it quickly got colder and no longer fried. The location itself is really beautiful, an old vault, you can sit outside by the water, this area could be designed more beautifully. Some nice lounge furniture would also be inviting for the cyclists and pedestrians who come by. The service staff was very nice and attentive.

Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen absolut nicht verstehen. Wir waren gestern anlässlich eines Jahrestages im Restaurant und wurden extrem herzlich empfangen, beraten und zuvorkommend bedient. Wir wurden sehr nett beraten und uns wurde alles erklärt. Ich bekam auf Nachfrage sofort ein Lätzchen. Die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam und liebenswert. Das Fleisch war absolut köstlich, die Homefries sehr lecker und die Saucen spannend zum Fleisch. Ein sehr gutes Konzept mit dem heissen/kalten Stein. Ich persönlich finde die Preise nicht zu hoch, wenn man bedenkt, was gutes Fleisch alleine bereits im Einkauf kostet, die Fries kostenlos nachbestellt werden können, ebenso die Saucen. Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt und planen bereits den nächsten Aufenthalt. eventuell sollten die Kritiker überlegen, wie sie dem Personal und der Location gegenüber auftreten. Wir kommen in jedem Fall wieder. <3

Amazing place, very good dishes, amazing beer

First of all, the food was great - no criticisms. However, the service could be significantly better. Four of us ate here and it was relatively empty. Nevertheless, there were some service personnel milling around. Unfortunately, communication doesn't really seem to work. We were repeatedly asked about the same things several times. Requests (side salad without tomatoes) were not addressed. Salt was missing from the table; it couldn't be brought when we asked, so we got it ourselves from the neighboring table. I was also promised a new, hot stone after I asked for it - but unfortunately it was never delivered. So I had to eat the rest of my steak cold. The atmosphere was quite relaxed. We weren't necessarily dressed appropriately and unfortunately we were treated that way and put in the last corner, even though the restaurant was almost empty. Since we were asked after paying if we would like to leave a review, this does not seem to indicate that the negative aspects mentioned were anything unusual. But I will come again because the food convinced me. If I am treated like that again, unfortunately it will be the last time.

We made reservations and wanted to try out the place. the food was quite good. Unfortunately, I had broken glass from a wine glass in my glass. I was still able to spit out a large piece, but I was concerned that there would be more splinters in my body. There weren't really any complaints. No longer worth a visit. Thanks

A nice place to have dinner. Good food and punctual and precise service. We were lucky enough to have a waiter who spoke Italian very well. Excellent German beer. The only flaw is the lighting, you can't really see anything! We looked at the menu with our cell phone flashlights

We were there for dinner and all in all it was a taste explosion. The staff was very accommodating and friendly and made you feel comfortable. I can wholeheartedly recommend the truffle butter with the steak.

The best beef you can get in Frankfurt. US Tenderloin a dream. Our waiter Mirwais was extremely courteous and attentive. We are completely satisfied and would love to come back!

The steaks are of high quality. I particularly liked the entrecote. As standard, the staff explains to guests how best to fry streaks before serving. There are a few tricks on the got stone. Go back there.

Ich muss zugeben das Steakhouse hat eine tolle Atmosphäre und auch die Bedienung war zu unserer Zufriedenheit, alles andere aber war eher mittelmäßig und steht in keinem Verhältnis zu den aufgerufenen Preisen. Der Rotwein den wir bekommen haben war viel zu warm. Ich habe das sofort angesprochen die Antwort, der Wein steht bei uns draussen! Und bei 30 C aussen, ist der dann auch 30 C warm??? Dann sollte man den Rotwein wohl eher im Winter bestellen. Bei der Bestellung hatten wir ausdrücklich auf eine Schürze zum Anbraten auf dem heißen Stein gebeten, wurde aber vergessen. Der Cesar Salate war lieblos angerichtet und wurde als Vorspeise deklariert, so zumindest die Aussage der Bedienung, als wir fragten warum alle um uns herum, auch wenn später gekommen, schon Ihr Hauptgericht hatten. Mein Fazit tolle Location mit mäßigem Essen dafür viel zu teuer. Es gibt weitaus bessere Steakhäuser in Frankfurt.

Unfortunately the service was poor or non-existent. The order was taken incorrectly, the Prosecco was stale, the salad was rotten. Unfortunately that was my last visit.

We were warmly welcomed and the food was amazing. Mirwais answered all of our questions with excellent competence and every wish was read from our lips. The highlight was a chocolate cake with ice cream for my wife's birthday, on the house of course. We will be back definitely
