Super Ambiente, toll gestalteter Laden. Essen ist dem Grunde nach super; die Parmigiana wird leider schlecht zubereitet. Service auch freundlich, wenn auch zu später Stunde maßlos überfordert. Ihr bestes Tun sie mit Sicherheit. Leider wandelt sich das schöne Restaurant ab ca. 23 Uhr in einen Treffpunkt stilloser, statusfixierter Parvenüs mit kompensatorischem Imponiergehabe. Diese machen das schöne zuvor gehobene Ambiente zu einem Grauen.

Unfassbar sympathischer Service! Tolles Essen - wir hatten die Pasta mit Rind, das leckere Tataki und tasty Rotwein. Das nächste Mal kommen wir mit Reservierung wieder. Viele aufgehübschte Gäste. Aber wir haben uns dank des super netten Service extremst wohl gefühlt.

Echt schöner Laden... Essen ist für meinen Geschmack etwas überteuert zumal man hier für Extras bezahlen muss. Trotz allem bekommt man hier sehr viel geboten. Aus meiner Sicht absolut überbewertet. Unverhältnismäßig teuer, selten so schlechtes Tiramisu für so viel Geld gegessen. Total trocken, bestand fast nur aus Keks. Das Steak (kommt nackt auf dem Teller an) war okay, der Salat dazu an Langweile nicht zu überbieten. Ach nee, da gibt es andere Locations, die ich bevorzugen werde...

Ich habe gestern beim Abendessen meine Sonnenbrille im Restaurant verloren. Ich versuche, dort anzurufen und sie über WhatsApp zu erreichen, aber niemand geht ran oder meldet sich zurück. Es tut mir leid, das Restaurant ist nicht schlecht, aber der Service war wirklich enttäuschend.

Ich kann das Essen und das Ambiente nicht beurteilen. Den Service und die Mitarbeiter allerdings schon. Der Laden war am Freitag um 01:00 Uhr leer. Ich wurde nicht zu Freunden reingelassen mit der Begründung es ist eine Jogginghose. Ich hab schon viele Orte gesehen wo die Tür echt streng war. Aber bei einer weißen anzugshose sowas zu sagen ist absolut inadäquat bei der Hose die ich anhatte. Zwei Minuten später kam jemand mit einer lila baggy jogger raus 😂 einfach lächerlich. Eine Frau die an der Tür sitzt und sich paar Gläschen vino gibt ist für mich weder seriös noch eine repräsentative Person des Ladens. Als selbstständiger Gastronom kann ich nur eins dazu sagen. Bei der Tür bleibt der Laden natürlich so leer wie ich ihn vorgefunden habe. Ein Jahr später hat sich an den Mitarbeitern immernoch nichts getan. Wirklich echt sehr schade. Lieber zu roomers oder Gaia.

Mein Lieblingsrestaurant in Frankfurt für italienisches Essen. Sehr lebhafte und energiegeladene Atmosphäre mit den köstlichsten Gerichten der Gegend. Die Bedienung ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich war schon mehrmals dort.

Obwohl einige Gerichte traditionell italienisch sind, wirkt die Speisekarte insgesamt eher international. Die Weinkarte ist enttäuschend, insbesondere für ein italienisches Restaurant. Der Service ist sehr gut. Die Musik war zu laut, und auch die Gäste in der Nähe, die etwas tranken, waren recht laut. Man hat nur zwei Stunden Zeit zum Essen, was zu kurz ist, und wird ständig daran erinnert, dass es Zeit zum Gehen ist. Insgesamt nicht schlecht, aber auch nicht herausragend.

Das Vai Vai in Frankfurt ist ein großartiges Restaurant mit einer modernen und lebendigen Atmosphäre. Das stilvolle Interieur und das offene Konzept sorgen sofort für ein angenehmes Ambiente. Besonders die italienische Küche überzeugt – von frischer Pasta bis zu knuspriger Pizza ist alles sehr hochwertig und geschmacklich hervorragend. Auch der Service ist aufmerksam und freundlich, sodass man sich als Gast direkt willkommen fühlt. Egal ob für ein entspanntes Abendessen, ein Geschäftsessen oder einen Abend mit Freunden – das Vai Vai ist definitiv eine Empfehlung in Frankfurt.

Das Ambiente ist nachmeinem Geschmack, ich liebe es wenn moderne Klassik aufeinander trifft. Leider ist es so, wenn Lokale zu großem Hype bekommen, dass man leider auf sein Essen oder Getränke etwas länger warten muss aber trotz alle dem super Laden. Komme gerne wieder.

Überbewertetes Restaurant, das nur seines Hypes wegen gute Bewertungen hat. Essen absolut überteuert für die Qualität, die man bekommt. Thunfisch-Avocado-Tartar hat nach einem einheitlichen Brei geschmeckt, auch der Burger rechtfertigte die 30 € nicht. Extrem laute Umgebung. Für den gleichen Preis bekommt man in anderen Restaurants viel mehr - an Qualität des Essens als auch an Ambiente. Lediglich der Service war nett. Bar: Gute Drinks.

Sehr gutes Essen, Portionen im Lokal angemessen. Toller freundlicher und entspannter sowie aufmerksamer Service. Uns persönlich hat das Ambiente weniger gefallen. Da sind wir in dieser Preisklasse anderes gewohnt. Tische stehen sehr eng. Keine Privatsphäre zum Nachbarn. Hohe Umgebungslautstärke.

Wir waren in der Mittagszeit zum Weihnachtsessen mit dem Team dort. Das Essen war teilweise kalt, teilweise waren die Wartezeiten sehr lang, Getränkebestellungen wurden vergessen, mein Essen war geschmacklich nicht mehr als Mittelmaß. Sehr enttäuschend. Ich verstehe den Hype um diese Location nicht und muss nicht wieder hin.

Top-Lage, Top-Personal, Top-Essen

Vorspeisen waren 6*, absolut lecker und Preis- Leistung ok. Hauptgänge leider etwas enttäuschend. Lasagne zu fettig, Steak gut, aber bekomme ich zu Hause auch so hin, Chimichurri ist keine Chimmichurri (Argentinier hier), Huhn war gut, aber das Gemüse sehr ölig. Leider zu teuer für die Leistung. Nächstes Mal nur zum Vorspeisen essen hin. Die sind sehr sehr gut alle.

Eine wunderbares Ambiente, gemütlich und mit Anschluss an den Barbetrieb. Qualitativ hochwertiges und leckeres Essen, wobei die Portionen etwas größer sein dürfen, aber am Genuss ändert das nichts. Sehr freundliches Personal und eine sehr gute Organisation (auch im Vorfeld).

Ich war im VaiVai in Frankfurt essen und es war einfach nur überragend. Ich hatte ein 400g australisches Ribeye – unglaublich saftig, perfekt gegrillt und geschmacklich absolut top. Wirklich eines der besten Steaks, die ich seit Langem gegessen habe. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant ist super angenehm, modern und trotzdem gemütlich. Aber das Highlight des Abends war ganz klar unser Kellner Robert: Weltklasse Typ! Mega gut gelaunt, extrem aufmerksam und einfach ein Gastgeber, der seinen Job liebt. Für ihn alleine würde ich eigentlich sechs Sterne geben, wenn es möglich wäre. Ganz klare Empfehlung – ich komme definitiv wieder!

The lunch is delicious and the atmosphere is very pleasant. The staff is friendly, and when the weather is nice, you can sit outside.

Ordered for the first time, the lasagna was tasty but the portion was small and practically cold. Ordered for the second time, the lasagna was so ridiculously small that no five-year-old would be satisfied with it – and it cost over €15, by the way. This isn't even a matter of opinion anymore, this is a scam.

Really good steaks and service. They catered for my celiac girlfriend. We asked beforehand and the waitress immediately knew about us and we had an amazing service. They made sure that everything is safe. Definitely recommend!

Bad atmosphere, everybody think they are above someone

Unfortunately, smoking is allowed in VAI VAI even though it is prohibited.

On weekend evenings, this is the best place to party with class and sophistication. A fantastic atmosphere, and the cocktails are world-class. Elias made our evening truly special – thank you from the bottom of my heart, and without you, our evening wouldn't have been so wonderful.

The VAIVAI burger is very unassuming, but it's one of the best burgers I've ever eaten. I recommend ordering it with the truffle mayo!

The "receptionist" with the glasses thinks she created the world. I've never seen anyone so unfriendly. The food can be as good as it wants, but with such a customer service, never again! It's a disgrace. Even half a star is too much for the reception!

Surprised by this gem of a place. I just went to the consulate to get my passport, and wow! I had brunch here with my partner, not expecting the quality and service! Pleasantly surprised!

Fantastic location, wonderful terrace and a great concept, in the front the bar is the restaurant on the left and the lounge on the right, a DJ plays here on Friday and Saturday evenings. The terrace is in the sun all day and is a real asset. The food is extremely good.

They have a nice, sort of enclosed patio offset from the sidewalk and street. I was worried the food would be a bit overpriced. But the Beyond Burger, for example, was not much more expensive than across the street at Dominion and was tasty. It's a good lunch spot in the Westend area. It also seems kind of crowded in the evenings so I'm not sure if there might be certain hours to avoid to be able to find a spot.

The food is really great, and I enjoy coming here. But the service isn't ideal, and with the high prices, you just expect more.

Unfortunately, disappointing. Drinks were good, but the quality of the food and the response to feedback were unsatisfactory. I had the VaiVai Burger. It was lukewarm, bland, and the fries were cold/sloppy. The waiter's only response was, "I'll pass it on to the kitchen." No suggestion, no exchange, no free drink, or anything like that. For dessert, I ordered a tiramisu. It had absolutely nothing to do with an Italian tiramisu. It was a soft, jam-flavored mush. Terrible...

The restaurant has a really spacious interior with beautiful decor. The seating area is wide and clean, and it’s not very crowded during lunch. The pasta was super delicious, and I’d highly recommend the lasagna too — it’s made with Angus ground beef, flavorful without being too salty, and the portion is generous. The steak with fries didn’t quite feel like a traditional steak, but the meat was tender and pretty good. It went well with the fries too.

There was a large fly on my mother's food that had been cooked with it. Things like that can happen, of course. What disappointed us, however, was the way we were treated, which was anything but friendly and professional. We showed the fly to the waitress, and she simply expressed her understanding that my mother didn't want to eat any more. There was no apology. Unfortunately, seeing that gigantic fly on the chicken also made me sick, and I couldn't eat my lasagna either. So I asked for it to be wrapped up. My mother explained the reason to the waitress and expressed her disappointment, especially considering that we had been waiting for some time for our food. The waitress became very harsh. She obviously felt personally attacked and became unpleasantly loud with us. She immediately started saying, without any reason, that we would have to pay for the lasagna – but that was never out of the question for us!! Of course we wanted to pay! We would have just appreciated a simple apology from the chef or whoever. After all, it's not every day that you get served chicken with fried houseflies. We're still very surprised and appalled by this disrespectful treatment. In the past, we always enjoyed eating at Vai Vai – but that has unfortunately changed. Let me repeat: The fact that something like this happens isn't dramatic at all; however, the way we were treated is. This just shows that they don't value treating their guests with respect and appreciation. We find this very unfortunate.

We ate on the terrace, where you can only create a limited atmosphere with platters. It's unfair, and that's just complaining at a high level. Service was good and attentive. The main courses arrived after the starters had barely been cleared away; we would have preferred a bit of a break. The Black Angus Tataki starter (€24) was absolutely top-notch. Garganelli Fileto (€29) and Ravioli al Tartufo (€28) were very good. The cocktails were high-priced at €14 and €16, but also very good. We're now a bit sensitive about why San Pelegrino water 0.75l costs €9.80. I agree with the other prices for the quality, but it dampens our otherwise very high level of satisfaction. Hence 5 stars. Maybe not to copy and outdo everyone else?

Great quality, very convincing, but also very high prices. But it's worth it!

We ordered several portions of lasagna. Not only were they subpar in taste, but the portion sizes also varied massively; the smallest portion was ridiculously small for the price. When we complained, we were told they were normal portion sizes. Nothing else. Very unprofessional. A shame.

Absurdly bad service. I ordered lasagna via WOLT and received three very different portions: medium, small, and very small. And that was €16 each. My complaint was dismissed, stating that the portions were "normal."

We managed to get a table at short notice yesterday with our team, which was a great idea. Great food, really great... we eat out at least 10 times a month, in different countries... it can easily keep up (Mykonos, Athens, Dubai, Rethymno, etc.) Keep up the good work... and our service... 15€ for an Aperol is quite expensive…

A very delicious restaurant with different menus for lunch and dinner. From delicious burgers and juicy steaks to a great selection of appetizers and drinks, there's something for everyone. We enjoy lunch here and have even hosted a few larger evening events – always with excellent service!

At €14.50 for a Campari Spritz, I would have expected some quality—even in Frankfurt. Instead, I got a glass that tasted more like water with a dash of Campari. What a shame! We didn't want to stay for dinner after all.

Always a bustling place, which could be more selective in its audience selection. There are already enough average seats. I don't need people in the evening using their arms as placeholders while dancing.

My premiere @VaiVai. The location is really nice and very stylish. Open kitchen. Nice bar. Industry atmosphere. Food: Very tasty. Prices: high to expensive. Especially the starters - in relation to the portion size. All in all, the three of us paid almost 300 euros. But we all know: good taste has always been a little more expensive. It was a very nice evening. I'll be back and can only recommend VaiVai.
