Not the best steak experience, that's for sure. Maybe I would have a different opinion if I had tried aged meat options. In that's sense the regular filler was not better than what you can get in other steak house chains, where you can eat at more reasonable prices. Everything which you may order next to a steak comes at extra cost, which inflates the price of your diner. Staff is very kind, and the place is dog friendly. If you are football fan, then you enjoy seeing signed jerseys from the Eintracht Frankfurt players.

Yesterday was my first time having dinner at Fleischeslust. I've eaten many different steaks at various restaurants. But by far the best was the filet mignon (with scallops) at Fleischeslust. So tender and juicy it melts in your mouth. The scallops were also really delicious. From the main course to dessert, it was simply perfect. Everything is definitely homemade (dressings, dessert, ...) and it was all so incredibly delicious. The ambiance is very nice and cozy. You feel completely at home. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The restaurant and the restrooms are clean and well-maintained. A visit here is definitely worth it and the food is worth every cent!

There were three of us, and the food was excellent! Our craving for meat was perfectly satisfied. Never had flank steak before, what a discovery! The filet mignon was also very fine with truffles. The menu is so varied, it's hard to decide. The appetizers were also delicious, with the shrimp in aioli being particularly noteworthy! These were served with tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, and olives in a very, very delicate broth, and were also very pleasing to the eye. We experienced attentive and very friendly service from Benny, as well as from the rest of the team! The bartender prepared the cocktails with wonderful balance and beautiful decorations! Beautifully located, and the ambiance is perfect both inside and out. If you don't like flies or wasps, you'd better sit inside. The service was friendly; they were happy to recommend something or ask if you needed help choosing, as the menu offers a lot. Otherwise, it was very tasty; the filet tasting was interesting; 2/3 were medium, 1/3 overdone, but... it happens. It was still delicious. The small highlights were the really, really good fries and the dessert (grilled pineapple). I wouldn't order the baked potato again (but it was absolutely fine). The cocktails were also delicious; the prices aren't cheap, but you know that beforehand. The total was €135 for two, including tip.

I visited the restaurant twice and happened to witness delivery drivers (e.g., from Wolt) picking up their orders. Unfortunately, the way the staff—especially the bar staff—treated the drivers was very disrespectful and rude. It seemed discriminatory and extremely unpleasant to witness. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the entire restaurant, even though the service to the guests was reasonably friendly.

We visited this steakhouse hoping for a great dinner, but unfortunately, we were disappointed with the food. ✅ Pros: • Absolutely respectful and attentive service. Our waiter was very kind, helpful with recommendations, and did his best to make us feel welcome. • Drinks were great — especially the mint tea and lemonades. • Mini salad and cheeseburger were okay. However, the burger bun was too soft and fell apart easily. ❌ Cons: • The steaks were honestly not good. I ordered a medium-rare steak and it was dry with a bitter taste — not juicy at all, though it should’ve been tender and pink inside. My husband ordered medium, and his steak was incredibly dry too. They kindly offered a replacement, but the second one, while less dry, still wasn’t tasty. • For the price (€35–40 for 300g steak), we expected much better quality. 💶 Our total bill was €140, and the only thing we were truly satisfied with was the waiter’s excellent service — big thanks to him! (Photos below show the dry edges of my medium-rare steak.)

We absolutely loved how quant and delicious this food was! We are staying down the way and decided to try this steakhouse, it did not disappoint. The portions were huge and the meat melted in my mouth w every bite. The service was fantastic and we couldn’t get over how great everything tasted. The ambience was the best part of the evening. The trio of beef couldn't convince me, especially the matching sauces (which in my opinion were not homemade, or at least the one that more than clearly corresponded to a well-known spiced ketchup from H.). The generally not overly friendly waitress asked, as usual, whether it was tasty. I then kindly pointed out that I didn't like the sauces. She replied "Then why did you order this dish in the first place. If you don't like the sauces...". Well I said, it was my first visit but I certainly won't repeat the mistake. A suitable restaurant for company celebrations, but I definitely won't go out for a private meal there again. PS: The steakhouse fries come from McCain too, right?

Fleischeslust is basically an excellent restaurant for steak lovers. I was particularly impressed by the branch in Offenbach - I would definitely rate the restaurant there with a 10/10. Unfortunately, my experience at the branch in Sachsenhausen was not so positive. Despite being moderately busy, service was very slow and the atmosphere was marred by snarky answers, an unfriendly attitude and insulting and derogatory comments from waitresses. It almost seemed as if they wanted to get rid of me quickly. What particularly disappointed me was the fact that the person who served me was apparently the boss. For me, this throws a shadow on the entire service experience. Nevertheless, I thank the kitchen and the team for the delicious food that was served to us. Despite the negative experiences, I was happy to leave an above-average tip. I don't want to disparage Fleischeslust as a restaurant per se, but the Sachsenhäuser branch urgently needs to work on the quality of service and hospitality.

Das Essen ist jeden Taler wert... Der einzige Stern Abzug erfolgt, weil der Sanitärbereich noch nicht mal im Ansatz zum sonstigen Anspruch und der Lokalität passt. Der ist vergessen, kalt, ungepflegt und passt so gar nicht in die eigentlich hervorragende Gesamterscheinung. Wenn das optimiert ist, gibt's 100% aller Punkte.

Four of us had dinner at Fleischeslust on Saturday evening. The furnishings are modern and upscale, great ambience. We were warmly welcomed by the boss. We had different types of meat, flank steak, hanging tender, rump steak and Algäu heifer. All dishes were on point, as ordered! As a side dish we had truffle parmesan fries, mashed potatoes, grilled vegetables, baked potatoes, mashed potatoes and garlic bread. My favorite from this selection was the puree. The fries were actually really good, personally I would have “mixed” the parmesan and truffles with the fries so that you could still taste some of the parmesan and truffles further down. But still great! We were allowed to try a mixed dessert plate. It would be too much to list it all now. The cheesecake was my favorite. The service was excellent. The guest receives the attention that does justice to the ambience and the prices. First class! All in all, from my point of view, everything fits here. Ambiance, food and service are all TOP! VG

Greeting “Have you made a reservation?” Yes, we had it by phone for 6:30 p.m. “You have to clear the table by 8 p.m. at the latest, you know that.” We weren’t told no on the phone. That was a great welcome. Steaks weren't bad but not exceptional either. At the end I ordered a rum when it didn't come, time was short, I asked and now here's the kicker. The rum was delivered to the next table (can happen). But it's not possible to blame the other guest because he drank the rum. This could have been solved more elegantly.

The food was absolutely outstanding. Very well made salmon tartare, the Angus fillets on point and the side dishes really delicious. The 300 g fillet (including 2 x side dishes of €6.50 and €8.00) for €58.00 is upscale, but absolutely worth the price. The Manhattan cocktail is just as perfect as the Barahonda Tempranillo. The atmosphere is very pleasant and tasteful. The ventilation system is also very good: the clothes don't smell like food afterwards! I would particularly like to highlight the service: All three gentlemen were extremely professional, attentive, friendly and accommodating. I went to carnality with my wife for our anniversary. It was our first visit there. We weren't disappointed. The atmosphere is cozy and appealing. The restaurant is not too big and since it is a corner building, the tables are spread out in a left and right wing. The glass fronts and the light indirect lighting create a pleasant atmosphere. The service was really exceptional. The customer and his wishes come first, you can tell that immediately. Lots of questions about whether everything is OK, whether the table fits, whether we have enough space, etc... You immediately feel at home even though you haven't eaten yet. But then the main protagonist, we had the starter “on fire” where the meat and prawn skewer is lit in front of your eyes. So there is definitely high quality meat and some spectacle. And in the end, what comes to the table is just right. I think the selection is large enough and there is something for everyone. Without great expectations of a free table, we spontaneously visited the Fleischeslust restaurant in Sachsenhausen on New Year's Eve! Despite the stress of the holiday, we were immediately told in a friendly manner that there was still a table available. The staff were consistently attentive and welcoming – a great way to start the evening. I ordered the Hanging Tender, described as an insider tip on the menu, and my friend chose the NY Strip Cut. Both dishes were grilled perfectly to the desired cooking point and were an absolute taste experience. As side dishes we had baked onion rings, a corn on the cob and tomato salad. While all the side dishes tasted excellent, the tomato salad was a real highlight with its freshness and spice. A special thank you goes to our waiter Patrick, who provided us with first class service. Despite our bilingual order, he always remained friendly, competent and calm. His recommendations were excellent and rounded off the evening perfectly. Conclusion: Despite the hustle and bustle on New Year's Eve, the atmosphere at Fleischeslust did not suffer. Instead, we felt completely comfortable and welcome. The quality of the food, the service and the loving design of the restaurant make the visit unforgettable. First of all, we would like to emphasize that we were very impressed by your ambience and the quality of the food. The waiter who served us was also extremely friendly and attentive. However, we would like to address a situation that unfortunately marred our otherwise successful evening: We had reserved a table for two people via OpenTable and had already placed our order (total bill: €194 without dessert for 2 people, it could have been more) when the gentleman from reception came to us and pointed out that we were only allowed to sit at our table for two hours. This information was only given to us after we placed our order and not upon receipt. About five minutes before the two hours were up, the same gentleman came back and suggested we move to the counter. At this point we had finished eating, but we wanted to finish our wine in peace. After this request, we decided to ask for the bill directly. For us this is a very unfortunate approach. We eat out regularly, including in comparable upscale restaurants and often go to “Fleischeslust” in Offenbach. If we had spontaneously received a table without a reservation and had been informed at reception about a time limit, we would have been able to understand and accept this. But after placing the order, without prior notice, it doesn't seem very hospitable or professional. We also noticed that the tables to the left and right of us - whose guests arrived at around the same time - did not experience any restrictions of this kind. This makes us doubt the uniformity of the implementation of such rules. We understand that there may be a time limit reference in the OpenTable reservation. Nevertheless, in our opinion it is essential to point this out to guests directly at the reception in order to avoid misunderstandings and displeasure. We hope that you take our feedback as constructive criticism and can avoid such situations in the future. That's why there is a 2 star deduction for the gentleman at reception.

Köstliches Essen, grundsätzlich angenehme Atmosphäre. Lediglich die Beleichtung ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Servicekräftw waren alle ausgenommen freundlich und aufmerksam, einziges Manko: man sollte ihnen nochmal erklären, dass man erst abräumt, wenn alle fertig sind. Da waren sie zu eifrig und dadurch etwas „stressig“. Aber alles in allem auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

On Friday we stopped at “Fleischeslust” quite early in the evening. The ambience is quite atmospheric and high quality. The waiters were very accommodating, but almost a little fake. The “fries” tasted really delicious. The "cheeseburger" was quite okay. The "Sweet Potato Fries", the "Veggie Burger" and the "Chicken Crispy Burger" were not particularly good.

We wanted to enjoy a nice evening, but this terrible staff ruined our whole evening. An extremely rude and arrogant woman at reception was just a disaster. We had to wait a long time for the menu to be brought to us and even the guests who arrived after us received it earlier. We were not offered any drinks or desserts, although we would have liked to have ordered something else. The meat was dry and the fries were so hard and crispy that you could barely chew them. The staff ignored us the whole evening. At the end they expected a tip, which of course they didn't get for this service. And they have clearly shown us that they are very unhappy about it. I don't know if we were treated like that because we're Asian? A terrible place, I will never go there again. People want to relax and have a pleasant evening, not experience additional stress that they also pay for. Just terrible.

Incredibly great service. Very attentive and accommodating. The food and drinks were of very high quality and you could tell that with every bite until the end. The dry-aged rib eye steak was amazing! I can highly recommend!
