We tried to test the place. Unfortunately, after 20 minutes of being completely ignored by the 2 service staff, we had to change the restaurant.

You immediately feel at home in this rustic inn - classically furnished, friendly and down-to-earth. I had a crispy breaded schnitzel served with braised onions, fresh mushrooms and fries. There was also a crunchy side salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, radishes and a light dressing - all fresh and lovingly prepared. As a starter there was a spicy onion soup with gratinated cheese - hot, hearty and just right. Conclusion: Very good, honest food, generous portions and a place to come back to!

Food was good, but the woman who served it was completely unfriendly. First you have to wait a long time and then you only get your drinks at the same time as your food that are not worthless in advance.

Great coffee and delicious fresh waffles. There is also friendly service. Highly recommended!

We were in this restaurant on Sunday, there were a lot of people, almost all the tables were occupied. There was a large selection of dishes, it was impossible to stay hungry. Delicious, everything is fresh. There is meat, fish, seafood, sushi, and dessert. For two we paid 70€ (2 buffets +4 drinks). We were very pleased with the buffet. Be sure to go to this restaurant in Trier if you want to eat for the whole day 👍🏽

No frills - simply delicious food, down-to-earth, homemade and served with love. You can sit wonderfully outside with a view of the greenery or inside in a cozy atmosphere. The team is friendly, attentive and makes you feel welcome. For me this is the perfect stopover or the destination of a nice trip. A real insider tip in Trier – I would love to come back

Service is totally overwhelmed and as a result you fall into a barracks tone. (Probably no exception) 1 person for the entire terrace is simply not possible. We preferred to spend the rest of the evening somewhere else. Food was okay for the price.
