Mais uma vez a opinião dos clientes é muito importante e me fez conhecer um restaurante excelente e de pratos típicos bem generosos. Por meio da ajuda de um simpático casal de alemães, pedimos o joelho de porco, prato local, e um steak, que estava realmente sensacional. Arrisco a dizer que foi um dos melhores restaurantes que já fui na Europa, em termos de quantidade e qualidade. Sugiro, inclusive, que se não estiver com muita fome peça um prato pra compartilhar. Pedimos 2 pratos e sobrou comida.

We will be happy to come back and therefore I can recommend the restaurant. We both ate a steak without the rind, once 200 g. and once 400 g. with side dishes. Both were perfectly prepared and very tasty. 😊 The employees were extremely friendly and we felt comfortable. However, without a reservation we would hardly have gotten a table. So reserve online or by phone! 😃

Waited and waited to be shown to a table. Many staff around (doing things apparently, thoughthe restaurant was not full) totally ignored us. Eventually, after asking, we were shown to a table. When we asked about the wait, rather than apologising, the waiter went to justify what he was doing ! Table was too big - 8 seater for two, hard bench seats - no cushions. Steak was OK, but the Bratwurst with potatoe and sauerkraut was drowning in gravy. On the way out, we had to squeeze past another group of people waiting to be seated. Don't think they'll get a second visit.

Great pub ambience, delicious food, perfect service. The spit roast with fried potatoes and salad was great, as was the meatloaf with Kappes Teerdisch. Clear recommendation 👍🏻

Highly recommended ! Super nice staff and great cuisine! The prices are ok. I would have liked to sit a little more comfortably, but I found a wooden bench without a cushion to be too uncomfortable. Nevertheless, we would like to come back!

The atmoshere is both traditional & convivial. Service was prompt and polite. Good choice of drinks and food. My Mett starter was generous, but I was disappointed with my "Himmel und ääd" (normally a favourite when I'm in the Rheinland) - the potato was lukewarm and lumpy, not what I like. I didn't do dessert.

There were 14 people present today and we are all completely satisfied. The food was great, my knuckle was as it should be. The staff was very friendly and up for any joke. Thank you for the great hospitality, we will be back.

We had a Wiener Schnitzel and a 400g steak with rind. Both were very tasty but the large schnitzel could have used an extra slice of lemon. We also really enjoyed the salad that came with it. Ambiance and service very good.

We were in Trier for a few days and decided on the restaurant one evening because of the good reviews. It was absolutely the right choice! Great ambience, very nice service team and the cuisine is excellent. Super tasty and large portions. A big compliment to the kitchen. We would definitely be here more often, unfortunately the distance is too great.

The friendly “Reserved?” To start with it takes some getting used to and is rustic, but fits the Cologne flair. The service is very good, courteous and quick. Always my pleasure.

Snail plague (see photo on the edge of the plate) in the salad. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated case, the son has already been hit by it... so it seems to be general negligence when cleaning the salad...

This is our second time there. As always, we received a very friendly welcome. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a traditional Cologne pub/restaurant. We had a reservation but arrived a little early. The waitress immediately took care of our drinks order. The delicious food came just as quickly. They checked in between if everything was okay. Anyone in Trier should definitely try this place! We'll definitely be coming back more often.

Ambience and food very good. Very bad service. We were there with 6 people. Empty glasses that were put together at the end of the table were not cleared away even though the staff walked past them several times. The dessert was only brought after 40 minutes when asked. The bill could only be paid after asking twice. Our complaints were commented that it can take a while if there is a lot of activity. I can't understand that, the restaurant wasn't very busy and the staff were able to talk extensively about football. I don't want to find out what the service is like when the restaurant is busy. I came over for lunch, although, i had no reservation, they managed to put me on a table. The quality of the food is excellent, the steak is just great, the best i've gotten in the region. People call you on your first name, even if you don't want to!! Statement from the restaurant manager after I asked him about it: we use the first name of everyone here, that's how it is with us!! Steaks weren't cooked as ordered twice in a row, I didn't have to pay for drinks, but I did have to pay for the uneaten steak. I gave them two chances and now I won't enter the restaurant again!!

First time at a German restaurant and Früh Bis Spät was great. I got the cheese and mushroom schnitzel with chips. Only extra thing that I would have wanted was some ketchup as it was a little dry.

The food and service was very good as usual! Meat is simply delicious. Only the children's chairs cannot be used for smaller children. Several screws are loose and the seat belts don't work.

Largest early Kölsch brewery outside of Cologne with rustic cuisine, the nationally famous rump steaks and original Schillinger spit roast. I ate a rump steak and it was delicious! There are 6! Cooking levels to choose from! The service was very friendly, but could have asked the table a little more often if there was anything else they wanted! Since the restaurant has over 200 seats, it was very loud at times. But for the delicious steak, I would gladly accept that again!

Were there again today for a long time. When the drinks were being served, the waiter dropped the glasses, each containing 0.4 liters of Cola Zero, from the tablet. My wife was "showered" from head to toe... the waiter apologized... we were only able to leave the completely messed up seat when we asked and were assigned another seat, although it was only available for a limited time. They apologized again, offered a cleaning and explained that the drinks were on the house. When the food was served, my wife asked for mayonnaise, and was told that it was now subject to a charge, in all these years it was available upon request...the mustard I ordered before ordering was also not served.... Furthermore, the quality of the dishes has deteriorated greatly, the level is on the same level as that of the Bernkasteler Brauhaus Alt Cues... I was there once, that was enough... I've often thought about writing a review, but so far I've always left it alone. As a group of men, we are often drawn to the early to late mainly because of the steaks. Unfortunately, I have often been disappointed, the steaks are always of varying quality, either frozen and thrown on the grill or generally poorly done. The desired degree of doneness was almost never achieved, pieces stringy, hardly edible, either burnt or not grilled enough. Just yesterday again, my 500g steak was certainly not 500g. and totally sinewy, hardly cuttable. At a price of around €40, you expect a solid product and shouldn't hope that the steak will be good again 'today'. In addition, you now have to pay 50 cents for mayo or ketchup (without information from the waiter) for a steak that costs €40. This definitely requires action.

Very tasty food and a very familiar and friendly atmosphere. The portions are large enough and... the staff is always very nice. I think it's great that everyone here is on a first-name basis right from the start and even if you don't have a reservation, in most cases you'll be lucky and get a table. So if you're in the mood for good home-style food, I can highly recommend Morning to Late. Here you always have a little bit of the feeling as if you were in a Cologne brewery, which of course makes me very happy as a friend of the city of Cologne. So a little bit of Cologne in our beautiful city of Trier!

Micro portions at high prices. Beef roulade so tiny and just bad - I make it 10x better. The rump steak comes with counted fries, served carelessly. Here the kitchen has no desire, no ideas or the cost pressure is too high. Never again .

Hello to all Trier restaurateurs: Please take a look at the service here! If possible, two! That's how it should be and that's how you enjoy eating out! You can't complain about the steaks anyway, they're all as they should be. Fried potatoes could be a little more as a side dish, but maybe I'm complaining at a pretty high level!

The Z-Schnitzel is still on the menu, but I find it a bit silly that they don't change that.

We ate ok but it was nothing out of this world. The schnitzel was a bit dry and the knuckle chewy, although the accompanying sauce was very good.

I can only recommend it! We had our Christmas party there. Very nice waitresses... Service: ... very attentive everyone... Ambiance "very nice and spacious"... the food was damn tasty.

Recommended if you are looking for traditional and local food. The operation is very smooth and runs like a well-oiled machine. The prices are very favorable and affordable. If you do not plan to have an extensive dinner, you do not need to make a reservation.

I am ALWAYS very satisfied here!!! I go to “Early to Late” once a week and usually really love it – be it the food, the service or the atmosphere. Unfortunately I had to deduct a point this time because the reception by a blonde-haired gentleman (presumably responsible for allocating tables) was very unfriendly. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a shake of the head, and a flippant remark like “you can choose something back there” doesn’t correspond to the store’s otherwise high standards. It's a shame, because otherwise everything here is really great! (Thursday, December 19, 2024 The two ladies and the gentleman at the counter are, as usual, at the highest level. (One lady of the two, at 16, is already much more professional than the gentleman at reception) (we found out her age after asking)

We had an excellent meal there yesterday (Saturday evening) with a group of 7 men. Myself and almost everyone else had a 300 gram steak. We found it very well prepared. The ambience is authentic and inviting. The staff is very friendly and the sanitary facilities are clean. In short, we all felt very comfortable and would love to come back! Therefore : Clear recommendation 5 stars

Comida abundante es este local típico alemán, con su comida habitual y buena cerveza. Tienen una rueda de 11 cervezas de 20cl que sale muy bien de precio. Para comer pedimos salchicha, schitzel, codillo y cerdo al horno y estaba todo buenísimo y abundante, sobre todo el codillo que era de 1,3 kilos. Atención muy amable y en perfecto inglés sin problema.

Unfortunately, we couldn't rate the food because the entrance wasn't visible to us as guests. You are then instructed where the main entrance is and, to top it off, the colleague's sentence (where do they come from)? With the best will in the world, we didn't want to eat anything here anymore. We weren't the only guests who entered the restaurant through the wrong front door and never entered again. Sometimes and often it is due to the friendly staff.

Abundant food is this typical German place, with its usual food and good beer. They have a wheel of 11 20cl beers that is very well priced. For lunch we ordered sausage, scitzel, knuckle and baked pork and everything was delicious and abundant, especially the knuckle, which was 1.3 kilos. Very friendly attention and in perfect English without problem.

A reservation is definitely recommended. The quaint brewery was packed, but luckily we had reserved. Ambience is typical brewery, rustic and great. The food is delicious and also typical of the brewery. Among other things, we had spit roast, smoked pork, liver cheese, which was really great. Everything tender and delicious. Portions are large and the price-performance ratio is good. The service was very nice and attentive.

Durante la visita della bellissima Trier, ci siamo fermati in questa location in cui si possono gustare i tipici piatti del territorio consiglio piatti di carne , noi abbiamo provati diversi e ed erano tutti ottimi, buono il servizio, buono rapporto qualitàprezzo. Da consigliare e da tornarci.

The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and the service is friendly. We ordered a knuckle with caps and tar and a steak with fried potatoes, mushrooms and pepper cream sauce. Unfortunately, the knuckle didn't live up to my expectations: the skin was tough rather than crispy, and the meat was neither tender nor well-seasoned. The Kappesteerdich, on the other hand, was very tasty – a thumbs up for that!

It was perfect as always. Steaks to perfection as ordered. Price performance is absolutely right. Large portions and the service is outstanding here. We eat out very often - but everything is just right here - every time. The staff here are incredibly hard-working and calmly and patiently answer questions about allergens.
