Unfortunately, we couldn't rate the food because the entrance wasn't visible to us as guests. You are then instructed where the main entrance is and, to top it off, the colleague's sentence (where do they come from)? With the best will in the world, we didn't want to eat anything here anymore. We weren't the only guests who entered the restaurant through the wrong front door and never entered again. Sometimes and often it is due to the friendly staff.

Abundant food is this typical German place, with its usual food and good beer. They have a wheel of 11 20cl beers that is very well priced. For lunch we ordered sausage, scitzel, knuckle and baked pork and everything was delicious and abundant, especially the knuckle, which was 1.3 kilos. Very friendly attention and in perfect English without problem.

The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and the service is friendly. We ordered a knuckle with caps and tar and a steak with fried potatoes, mushrooms and pepper cream sauce. Unfortunately, the knuckle didn't live up to my expectations: the skin was tough rather than crispy, and the meat was neither tender nor well-seasoned. The Kappesteerdich, on the other hand, was very tasty – a thumbs up for that!

It was perfect as always. Steaks to perfection as ordered. Price performance is absolutely right. Large portions and the service is outstanding here. We eat out very often - but everything is just right here - every time. The staff here are incredibly hard-working and calmly and patiently answer questions about allergens. That you can still experience this in today's Service Desert Germany - we say thank you for the great evening! Many thanks again to the friendly employee Fabio (!?)!

We were there today with eight people. Reservations were easy to make online with direct reservation confirmation. Everything tasted good to us and the prices were all perfectly reasonable.

The service wasn't great during our visit yesterday: From a brewery, especially from a brewery that has a "Cologne connection", I expect a seasoned Köbes who is on the ball and represents the motto, "when empty, it's new", but our service girls gave the impression of a student assistant who was totally overwhelmed. All in all: ambience 5 stars (with deduction for the toilet), food 5 stars, service 2 stars But overall 4 stars

The roast beef strips were more like medallions and looked delicious - I wish I'd ordered those, although my pork knuckle was great too, especially with the accompanying potato mash/sauerkraut. It might be worth booking in advance, It's a large place, but was full on a weekday night.

The restaurant is huge so it's very likely they will be able to squeeze you in somewhere, but if you're a large group, better book a table in advance. Food is good, portions huge and it's good value for money. What I appreciate about this restaurant is that they are very family friendly and always go out of their way to accommodate the little ones.

Typical Kölsch pub with delicious and affordable dishes (I had spit roast myself), attentive service and a partly historical ambience (in the area of ​​the former “Crimea”).

Unfortunately not really very satisfied. Been there 3 times now. My companions always eat steaks, I always have to try my way through the menu because I don't like steaks^^ But unfortunately I haven't found anything yet that makes me happy. Schnitzel was okay, but I don't know. The roulades are too tough for me and there was cinnamon (?) in the red cabbage. I'll probably try the vegetarian items next time I visit. On the last visit, my companion's steaks were too cooked (and burnt) and herb butter and vegetables were forgotten. :( The service wasn't really nice either, rather bitchy and annoyed.

I have the impression that the only emphasis is on mass. The quality suffers as a result. It's a shame, I enjoyed being a guest.

We had a super tasty lunch in the bar area. There was both a lot of food and very good food. The staff was very nice and attentive. Last night we were here and had a beer, it was also nice in the cozy pub atmosphere.

I also particularly enjoyed the coffee – nice and strong and aromatic. In the evening, the café turns into a popular meeting place with a nice selection of wines and small snacks. Prices are reasonable and portions are generous. A small point of criticism is the waiting times, especially when it is full. Sometimes it can take a little longer for the orders to arrive. However, the staff was always friendly and helpful, which made up for the small disadvantage. Overall, "Early to Late" is a great address in Trier that I can recommend to anyone who wants a good breakfast or a relaxing evening!

The food is impeccable, especially the sauces are to die for. The staff are generally very friendly, but sometimes seem a bit overwhelmed, even when there is little going on. The ambience inside is great, outside you sit directly in the pedestrian zone. Depending on the time of day, it can be very crowded and it's better to eat inside. Still worth a visit.

Cologne. Early Kölsch. That's what this inn is all about. The Köll style is cultivated and lived by the staff. The chatter at the counter between the guests and the bar staff reveals that the Köllner likes to come over and then feels at home. So I think the store can rightly call itself authentic! Tasty food with large portions: from schnitzel to rump steak to Leberkäs and heaven and Ääd you can find everything at normal prices. Good, tasty, honest.

Brauhaus character Very nice, cozy location, came without a reservation, very friendly reception, we were assigned a table straight away. The food, meatloaf and steak, was super tasty, large portions, and the price-performance ratio was right. We felt comfortable, a good address that you can visit again and again if you want to eat well in Trier, highly recommended!!

A cozy restaurant in a beautiful part of the city. Quiet and pleasant place. On Sunday at 18:00 95% of the tables were occupied (talk about quality!). The order was: 1- sausage with mashed potatoes and sauerkraut (I didn’t like it. The sausage was dry and bland); 2- blood sausage with potatoes and apple (liked it)). The portions are huge. It’s a pity that it’s not entirely clear from the contents of the menu that sauerkraut is not like a salad, but as an additive to the puree itself. The dishes are broken, you CANNOT serve food in such dishes!!! (last photo). The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Respect to all the girls who very tactfully and unobtrusively asked if we liked everything.

Clean business; menu cards were cleaned, tables, toilet very clean, etc. If you like large portions then you should eat here. We were surprised by the size of the schnitzels and quite a few fries and lettuce per person.

Nice Cologne restaurant in the middle of Trier, the food was very tasty and recommended. Unfortunately, once the food order was taken, the service was inattentive and empty glasses and plates stood there for quite a while.

We were assigned a table without a reservation, but then had to independently look for a Köbes to take our order. My husband was more or less denied a “large” Kölsch because the carbonation would lose too quickly. Instead, two small Kölsch were brought, a bit incomprehensible to us, but oh well. We then only took one. Food came quickly and tasted okay. Next time we'll go back to the original in Cologne ;-)
