Great traditional Bavarian restaurant, very friendly service, staff and the boss is there to see all the guests.
Delicious food at really moderate prices.
We'd love to come back.
Great food and friendly staff. Super big potions. Very tasty and attentive. We had the Shrimp Tagliatelle and Goulash. It is hidden next to the river. But great atmosphere.
A small but nice shop. The decor is simple but fitting and cozy. The service is super friendly, and they immediately brought water and a small bag of treats for our dog. The selection is decent, with something for every taste. The waffles were delicious, and the portion size is absolutely worth the price. Highly recommended!
Great location, but...
We arrived on a Sunday around 1:20 p.m. and wanted to have a coffee and try the cream puffs often mentioned in the reviews. Unfortunately, the owner (?) very arrogantly informed us that lunch was served until 2 p.m. Since we declined, we were reluctantly given a coffee and a "simple cake," which he can serve himself. Cake and cream puffs are only available from 2 p.m.!!! We were then asked when we would be having lunch on Sundays.
And he continued this discussion with every guest until 2 p.m., and no one who arrived after us wanted lunch, just coffee...
Went there for a family celebration. Food was outstanding. What should be highlighted is the very good service. The ambience was also very good. Rooms couldn't be rated as we went back home.
We've been there a few times - and every time it was just great! The food is delicious and the service is always friendly and in a good mood. You just feel comfortable and welcome. We would definitely like to come back!
First time here today, the atmosphere and music were great. However, the service is really terrible. The staff aren't attentive at all, and you get the feeling they're not doing their job right. I know what I'm talking about; I've been working in service for 35 years.
Simply my favourite restaurant in Aschaffenburg! Starting from the international atmosphere (sitting at the bar is a vibe), thousands of beers (you can also do beer tasting), staff is super nice (a family business). Now, I have to mention the food, the spices are incredible mixed and everything you order tastes amazing! They have a weekly menu with special dishes and today I had the best Ramen I ever tasted. I can also recommend the shrimp tacos and the burritos, but honestly I would just close my eyes and try anything from the menu, it’s always a delicious surprise!
The huge pizzas are simply incredibly delicious. You don't necessarily have to make a reservation, the staff will always find a place and you can stay as long as you want.
