Very tasty food and a nice selection of drinks. Very, very nice service staff, and the view is the icing on the cake. I've been coming here for years and will continue to come for many more! :)

We were completely impressed by the Froschgrundsee restaurant. As soon as we entered we were warmly welcomed and immediately put into a relaxed atmosphere by the attentive and friendly waiter. The culinary experience also left nothing to be desired. My gnocchi was perfectly prepared - soft but with just the right bite, and a wonderfully balanced sauce. The falafel also impressed with a crispy shell and a spicy but not overloaded interior. Every component on the plates was prepared with noticeable attention to detail. A restaurant that impresses with its quality of service and cuisine and is definitely worth a visit. We are already looking forward to the next time!

Great location, but... We arrived on a Sunday around 1:20 p.m. and wanted to have a coffee and try the cream puffs often mentioned in the reviews. Unfortunately, the owner (?) very arrogantly informed us that lunch was served until 2 p.m. Since we declined, we were reluctantly given a coffee and a "simple cake," which he can serve himself. Cake and cream puffs are only available from 2 p.m.!!! We were then asked when we would be having lunch on Sundays. And he continued this discussion with every guest until 2 p.m., and no one who arrived after us wanted lunch, just coffee...

Wonderful feel-good restaurant! Nice terrace to sit outside and enjoy the view of the lake and the sun. The food was incredibly tasty and the service was super nice. (Many greetings to Sarah and her efforts… we got home safely) Our little dog was a welcome guest :)

Wanted to spontaneously go for a coffee, very nice area but very well attended (Sunday afternoon with the best weather for excursions). The best option would be to inquire by phone or even make a reservation.

A truly star-worthy experience! The 4-course PLEASURE MENU in the Froschgrundsee was a culinary highlight. Each course, from the seared duck foie gras with purple curry to the tender Wagyu steak with popcorn polenta, was a work of art in itself. The crowning glory was the exquisite cream slice with blood orange ice cream. The ambience is upscale and stylish, but what really made the experience memorable was the service. The staff was exceptionally attentive, friendly and competent. They really looked after each guest and complemented the food perfectly. The Michelin star is absolutely deserved. If you're looking for an unforgettable gourmet experience, you've come to the right place!

Yesterday I was here again after a long break and was shocked at the prices on the lunch menu. The cheapest dish was a schnitzel from the lucky pig with potato salad and rapeseed for €21.50. The taste was okay, but the two small schnitzels were about 5mm thick (thin) without breading. I definitely won't come here for lunch again.

We had a very nice evening there. The restaurant is very comfortably furnished and you have a great view. The service was very friendly, considerate and accommodating. Parking spaces are directly in front of the restaurant. We'd love to come back again.

In the great sunshine we managed to get a spot on the terrace and were able to enjoy the beautiful view over the Froschgrundsee. The fact that the table had not yet been cleared was undoubtedly tolerable, as the restaurant was still full and it was already 8 p.m. to 5 p.m. After just 10 minutes, the waitress came in a very friendly tone and told us that she had overlooked us and started to clear the table. Another 10 minutes later the order was taken and the table was already 10% cleared. Unfortunately, when the table was cleared, the tray and glasses were left on the table because the neighboring table asked for the bill. Despite the great weather, we with small children were slowly becoming impatient and wanted to despair, but unfortunately it was 5:05 p.m. and opening time was over. So unfortunately we left without receiving our order. We thanked us for the service because the service looked at us questioningly at 5 p.m. Now we know that service is very important here.

Great restaurant. Excellent food, including vegetarian and vegan dishes. The soup of the day is always amazing. Unparalleled service and hospitality, great views. All around great here - we come by regularly.

Very very tasty. The price is hefty. The food is very attractively prepared. The portions are usually reasonable. Except for the fish, where it was rather disappointingly not very clear and really too expensive. But the meat dishes were all very good.

Definitely make a reservation. Delicious cooking and good service! Both are more of a stroke of luck today. Thank you for a great lunch, it's a shame that we were there by chance and didn't come from the corner.

Really very good, beautifully presented food. Friendly, attentive and very nice service (Mike). The decor of the restaurant is not my taste, but others might like it too. We will definitely like to visit the terrace outside with a view of the lake when the weather is nicer.

Everything perfect! Extremely attentive, very friendly and professional service staff. All dishes were served in a short time and were really tasty. The house's motto "Where enjoyment and warmth become an experience" is lived out with extreme motivation by the entire team. That was my first, but it certainly won't be my last visit here... :-)

Sehr schönes Ambiente am See, herzlicher Service & tolle Köstlichkeiten. Wir kehrten heute nach unserer Wanderung zu Kaffee & Kuchen ein und wurden sofort überaus freundlich von Mike bedient. Er empfahl uns verschiedene Torten & Kuchen und konnte uns auch bei der Teeauswahl toll beraten. Als das Wetter ungemütlich wurde, zogen wir problemlos nach drinnen um. Ein großes Dankeschön für diesen gelungenen Service! Hier merkt man, dass es eben nicht nur ein Job ist, sondern jemand mit Herzblut bei der Sache ist. Davon dürfen sich gerne auch andere Restaurants anstecken lassen.
