Hammer!!! Absolute all-rounder - really great and tasty, as well as a friendly shop. We sat for 3 hours and drank a bit too much ouzo, as it should. Super delicious food and a very loving boss. Staff are great too - really highly recommended. Ps: take the whole mix plates - three for three people are enough!

We were with several friends for New Year's dinner there. The staff is super nice🧡 Priced with food and Drinks a bit More expensive than others, but it's still within limits... Since there is a large food menu, you can also choose really well. Our portions were all big and the meat too tender for everyone👍, some of ours Friends have her Didn't quite finish eating and then have it packed up to take with you. It is barrier-free there, because you have one brick ramp comes into the restaurant, also 1 disabled toilet is available. Can you really recommend we'll be back😊😊

There was a lot going on because of the many Christmas parties. But the three employees who served got along well and the food came quickly. We felt very comfortable and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

The noise level in the guest room (music too loud - guests therefore had louder conversations) really stressed me out. I wanted to have a cozy get-together with my family for my big birthday, but that failed. In the women's toilet where the changing table is (baby was tired) the music was even louder than in the guest room. Due to the noise level in the ambience, the restaurant is furnished quite modernly. The food was very good. The staff was understaffed during our stay!!! They ran! Dishes were not cleared away and further drink requests were not requested. If you stopped the running staff (somehow I felt sorry for them), then expressed your wishes, you got it after waiting a bit. It was my first time there and I hope it doesn't always go the way it did that evening. That would be a real shame because the food is very good. They also have a vegan menu.

Mega tasty, portion size perfect for my taste! Of course, Greek is always a bit more expensive, but it's worth spending an extra two euros here. Really tasty and nice staff. Even if you only come here to eat three or four times a year, you somehow feel welcome and are greeted as if you have known each other forever. Keep it up people :)

The restaurant is rather average. Service OK. The dishes we ordered took more than getting used to! VERY greasy/oily and mostly from a can.

Unfortunately, we are very disappointed with how much the quality has deteriorated since the renovation. Apparently we're not the only ones who see it that way, because the restaurant had more free than occupied seats several times at the best times on the weekend, which would otherwise be unthinkable to appear there without a reservation. It is absolutely understandable that everything has become more expensive, but the quality should remain the same if the prices go up significantly. The meat had no taste, the spicy Metaxa sauce, a thick, tasteless crème fraiche “sauce” and the otherwise incredibly delicious bread was definitely baked from the day before and was still black on the edges. Totally failed for just under €20. The highlight is the 0.5l wine spritzer for just under €11, otherwise the 0.5l wine is priced the same as the spritzer (if you had ordered 0.25l wine + water, it would have been just under €8). The free ouzo is still there, the ice cream for dessert has long since been added. The service, nice, professional but without Heiko the restaurant with all the halls has lost its charm. This review was not written after 1 bad experience but after 4 visits. Too bad.

It was actually a nice evening except for a few little things. Acoustics is a problem. Since it is "a" large room and the ceiling height is low, the noise level was too high. We only ordered fish and meat because we wanted to use it for a celebration. Unfortunately we only got 2 pieces of everything and salads and beans even though we didn't want any side dishes. This was very disappointing and it didn't taste like calamari, it was rubbery and just tasted burnt Wouldn't recommend it there, go to Panos in Gochsheim or Delphi in Hambach or do you get what you expect

Inconspicuous from the outside, there is a modern, chic ambience inside in gold and green tones - far away from the striking Greek style. The drinks we ordered came with an ouzo, which would have been tastier if it had been chilled. We ate moussaka, the warm starter plate for one person and the mix plate. Everyone was incredibly happy with their choice, both in terms of taste and quantity. On a side note, it's worth mentioning that everyone's portion of tzatziki wasn't stingy (bonus point). After the meal everyone received an ice lolly as a greeting from the kitchen. We'd love to come back next time we're traveling through. :-)

Wir waren gestern zum 2.Mal im Irodion und, gelinde gesagt, enttäuscht.wir bekommen die Karte, bestellen eine Flasche Samos, Samos ist aus, nur in der Karaffe möglich…ok…wir bestellen Gyros mit Leber, 5 Minuten später, Leber haben wir nicht da. Bedienung sehr unprofessionell( junger Mann), ok…wir wollen das Essen mitnehmen dann, weil noch viel übrig war, Reaktion….man überreicht uns eine Styroporbox zum Selber einpacken…super… das ist ganz schlechter Service für den Preis ( 76 Euro…2 Essen, 1Vorspeise, 1Karaffe Wein mit irgendwas drin, 1Wasser, 1 Cola…bei immer weniger Kundschaft…..sollte ganz schnell was verbessert werden, die anderen sind um Längen besser….das Einzigste,was positiv war, das Essen hat geschmeckt….aber…Leute….zu Hause schmeckt es auch gut…warum kommen wir zu Euch? Natürlich wegen gutem Service….gestern Bessere Bahnhofskneipe

For the 1st visit ever... We reserved last minute and came 30 min early 🥶... No problem. We spoke just a little bit of German ...no problem. Then it started ... Surf and turf was top : great quality beef made perfectly but same for calamari and shrimps. My wife had beefyki? I am not sure about name but it was giant meat filled with cheese paprika and God knows what! Lovely and what a portions! Ah also everyone gets some Greek style kebab salads. .also lovely. We tried house white and rose dry wines... Damn those were really nice and aromatic and we'll priced. We also got served welcome Ouzo but as we hate anis we had to decline.... But we took ofc free ice creams!. Very good atosphere and lovely food. See you in a while..... Ah you can learn Greek from napkins!

Service very unfriendly. Especially if you roll your eyes and guests notice. The reason for this was (I ate with my fingers because there was no cutlery and the food would have gotten cold otherwise) The ambience was lifeless

Yesterday, as a bus driver, I went to dinner with our police candidates. We were greeted and served very friendly. Everyone thought the food was delicious, the portions were large so everyone was full. The dining room and terrace are beautifully decorated. We will often come to eat with our candidates. Keep it up with praise to the boss and the staff

All the dishes were once again very tasty 😋 For five people, it's worth ordering a starter portion of tzazikki, because the small bowl that comes with the dishes as standard is a bit small in my opinion. However, this is the case in most Greek restaurants...

Apart from that, the ambience is incredibly beautiful and well coordinated. The service is simply great. You order something to drink and it's there in less than a minute. The food also came very quickly and was incredibly tasty. The portions are a bit smaller and the food is a bit more expensive than at the cheap Greek restaurant. Still, it's enough to be a set and definitely worth the price

We were and are there quite often before and after the renovation: the food is high quality, plentiful and very tasty! Both classic Greek meat dishes and the vegan options are excellent! We had a vegan main course order at the table (from a non-vegan, simply because the dish sounded so good) and the very attentive waitress even asked if she should deliver the side salad vegan too! The home-baked warm (corn?) bread that is served with the entrée tzatziki is really to die for!!! First there is an ouzo and a small ice cream for dessert - all on the house. (By the way, the staff is impeccably polite and attentive, but we are extremely missing the wonderful waiter, whose name we unfortunately don't know, who was employed before the renovation :'( ) Sometimes you're lucky and find accommodation spontaneously without a reservation, but one is recommended! We liked the furnishings and ambience better before, it was rustic and cozy and my daughter was also allowed to use the piano. Now the omnipresent industrial-style style is a bit cold - above all, it's really uncomfortable to sit on the row of long benches at a table for two, so to speak, on the lap of complete strangers and have to listen to their private conversations - for us it has become silent Meal held because we didn't want to exchange ideas with listeners... ;) Nevertheless, we will be happy to come back again and again!

Today we spent my birthday with 6 people at Irodion. The service is super friendly and accommodating. We all enjoyed the dishes (starters, the bread served with them, the various main courses and side dishes) very much. The price/performance ratio is great. We can definitely recommend the Irodion!

The food was good. We wanted to change the table and sit near the window. But they said that all tables were reserved even though the restaurant was half full the whole time. We don't want to go there anymore for this reason

The best Greek within reach with a good selection of Greek cuisine, not just the usual but also some that you don't get everywhere. Fresh and good quality ingredients as well as the good staff round the whole thing off. The atmosphere there is very pleasant and nothing is run of the mill. All in all, highly recommended.

The best care, help getting in with the large e-wheelchair, such a clean, barrier-free and friendly, family atmosphere, is there twice in Schweinfurt? Then we were with you with my dear friends from the Hawaiian Hula course. We had a large table to ourselves again. This x not at the front of the bar, but at the back. How well. Best table ever. We had dinner with Tasso and his team with a total of 11 people. We still know and love him from the old Ilmenau Irodion times and were looking forward to seeing him again. The dishes are all very tasty, beautifully prepared and of high quality. The ambience is pleasant and the space at the table is generous. Our reunion was very warm, we were very happy and will definitely come back to the Irodion restaurant in Schweinfurt.

After the renovation, the ambience has become friendlier and more inviting. Unfortunately, the food has not changed since the Corona crisis. No longer the same quality as before Corona. A pity. The gyros in particular are not crispy and seem like they have been cooked.

Das vegane Essen war super und hat echt gut geschmeckt. Auch das normale Fleischgericht kann man weiterempfehlen. Es war alles sehr lecker und reichlich. Die Preise sind nicht gerade günstig, aber für ein gutes Essen geben wir gerne etwas mehr aus. Und das Essen war es echt wert. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

We gave it 5 out of 5 stars, but that doesn't mean everything is perfect. Simply the price/quality ratio in this restaurant is excellent. The food is very tasty. The menu is varied. The girl who brought our order was very sweet and kind. Date of visit: 03.23.24 All staff need to follow her example. The menu is very glare due to the terrible combination of “pockets” and glossy paper, the light is reflected and nothing can be read. The tables are very strange, in order to sit upright and closer to the table you need to cross your legs. Nobody has canceled ordinary tables with 1 or 4 legs yet. The view from the windows is terrible and spoils the atmosphere. It would be better to cover the windows with decors, it would be better. Our order did not arrive for a long time. Unfortunately, the tea had time to cool down, and the Coca-Cola had time to dissipate while our order was being brought to us. All the disadvantages are covered by delicious food. The portions are large and that's nice.

Delicious! Best waiter in town! Kids friendly and the food is great too! Unfortunately I have to revise that a bit. Today we were there with 3 children, had reserved and asked for 2 children's chairs, unfortunately none were available, only after 40 minutes, but then only one. Then the children's meal came about 20 minutes after ordering, the adult meal after over 70 minutes, which is not very helpful, especially for small children, and a clear reason for us not to come with children anymore. Apart from that, we waited forever for cutlery and there were only 3 napkins in the cutlery bucket, even though there were 6 of us. A pity. And then at the end the high price, 2 drinks, 1 adult and a children's meal, almost 40€, unfortunately that tops the whole thing again.

Here you can find delicious food at slightly higher prices in a nice atmosphere. The portions are filling. The drink prices are also slightly above average. The staff is very attentive, even when the restaurant is full, but not intrusive and always friendly. That's what you want.

We always enjoyed eating at the irodion, but unfortunately after the reopening things went down drastically. Only mass processing, overwhelmed and unfriendly service, fries and garlic potatoes were unfortunately reheated and were extremely dry and not crispy as usual, meat was burnt, side salad came an hour before the meal, not every guest was treated equally

The Greek appetizer platters are perfect for feasting your way through a variety of flavors. The selection of fresh salads is impressive - crunchy vegetables, delicious feta, and the dressings are easy to put together. You can feel the dedication with which the dishes are prepared with every bite. The quality of the ingredients is top-notch, and you can just taste it. The portions are generous, so don't go home with a growling stomach! The service is so friendly that you almost feel like a VIP. The people at Irodion really know how to pamper guests. We go here regularly with friends, colleagues and even customers. It's just the perfect place to spend time. In summary, Irodion is definitely one of the best restaurants here. If you are looking for a place that not only scores with delicious food, but also with a great atmosphere, then head to Irodion!

Sehr leckeres Essen , ein klasse Service und die Preise sind auch gut. Tolles Ambiente man merkt hier ist ein Gastronom mit Leidenschaft am Werk. Kann man nur absolut weiterempfehlen!

Spontaner Besuch nach dem Einkaufen um die Mittagszeit. Freundliche Begrüßung vom Personal. Wenig Gäste um diese Zeit, was auch nicht verwunderlich ist. Schöne neue Einrichtung (Stühle), die harmonisch farblich aufeinander abgestimmt ist u. lt. meinem Bekannten auch bequem sind. Die Leuchten an der Decke/Wand spiegeln ein Muster zurück, sieht schon toll aus. Als Nicht-Fleischesser hatte ich Calamari (zäh), Tomatenreis (lecker), Tzatziki u. mit Käse überbackenen sehr bissfesten Blumenkohl. Das Gemüse passte nicht zu dem Gericht u. hatte wenig Geschmack. Der Rest 'wanderte' auf den Teller meines Bekannten. Das Getränk was ich hatte, schmeckte abgestanden. Einfach nicht mein Tag, kann passieren. Der Service könnte aufmerksamer sein. Wir waren früher öfters hier, es fehlt halt Heiko, sorry.
