Also die Carbonara die hier angeboten wird ist 1A. Habe Brusccetta bestellt die schnell kam und echt lecker war. Nachspeise war Pannacotta mit Lemone das außergewöhnlich lecker war gerne wieder zum Abschluss einen Espresso perfekt;)

Es war ein tolles Erlebnis diese frischen Spagetti Carbonara nicht nur auf dem Teller zu sehen, sondern auch zu essen. Sie waren ein Gedicht. Eine absolute Empfehlung von mir.

Der Service ist sehr freundlich. Das ist sehr sehr lecker🤤 Das Ambiente ist sehr schön man fühlt sich wie in Italien.

Wir mochten ein Pizza bestellen, aber sie hatten leider kein Pizza mehr. Und wir mussten Spaghetti 🤢 essen. Also fragen Sie erste sie haben genug materielle oder nicht.

Ich war gestern mit 3 Freunden dort Pizza Essen. Ich hatte die Pizza Diavola welche in der Speißekarte als „Schweinfurts Lieblinge“ aufgeführt war und fand die Pizza nicht besonders gut, langweilig und sehr wenig belegt siehe Bild. Haben dann noch das Schoko Souflee als Nachspeise bestellt was sehr lange gedauert hat obwohl nicht viel los war. Auf der Rechnung war dann eine falsche Position (Extra Geschirr 3€) aufgeführt. Das hat der Kellner dann aber bemerkt und rausgestrichen. Ich hab in Schweinfurt schon deutlich bessere Pizzen gegessen

Das ist seit einigen Jahren unser Stamm Italiener. Das Essen und der Service ist einfach super. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal.

Sehr leckeres authentisches italienisches Essen. Tolles Ambiente und sehr tolle Gastgeber. Einzige Kritik war der Beilagensalat, der würde aber anstandslos von der Rechnung genommen. Einfach top.

Habe mich dort leider über den Tisch gezogen gefühlt. 9 gegrillte kleine Tintenfischringe (TK und wie Gummi), 1 Kartoffel in Stücken, 1 Tomate geachtelt und über allem nakter Rukkola gestreut, keine Kochkunst - nur einfachster Standard....26,50€....FÜR WAS??? Ne, also irgendwo hört es dann wohl auf. Wir haben zwar 25% davon am Ende nach Beschwerde erstattet bekommen, aber dieser Preis ist unverschämt, auch noch mit 25% Rabatt 😆

Ich habe die frittierte Pizza bestellt, da ich das noch nirgendwo anders gesehen hatte und ich war neugierig. Geschmacklich war der Teig wie Langosch. Ich hatte einen knusprigen Teig erhofft, aber er war weich und voller Fritierfett. Aber das war nicht das schlimmste. Innen war sie weich und recht kalt. Der Belag bestand aus Tomatensauce und Mozzarella. Die Soße schmeckte viel zu intensiv und der Mozzarella war nicht als das zu erkennen. Es waren komische gummiartige Streifen. Meine Freundin hatte eine normale Pizza, die sah sehr ansprechend aus und sie war auch zufrieden. Meine Pizza liegt mir noch heute im Magen 😒

Richtig leckeres Essen, große Auswahl, absolut empfehlenswert. Am besten vorher reservieren.

Abgesehen davon, dass es etwas eng bestuhlt ist, kann ich dieses schöne italienische Restaurant am Rand der Schweinfurter Innenstadt bestens empfehlen. Ich hatte ein Pastagericht mit Schwertfisch, köstlich😋. Für eine Stadt wie SW sind die Preise okay, zumal der Service echt gut ist.

The seafood linguine was too expensive and the pasta was too soft. That shouldn't happen at a fancy Italian restaurant.

Ordered pizza from a restaurant. You would expect an Italian with the right ingredients, the right timing and the constant professional handling of a chef to be able to do something like this really well as a standard. That wasn't the case. The ingredients were high-quality, the crust was burnt and bitter, the cheese was thrown into the middle of the pizza, a huge lump in the mouth that didn't go away, and it was lukewarm too. Lack of love is the right word for 15.50 euros, and a small portion too. Dr. Oetker can do it much better these days for a lot less, and the service didn't care either. It wasn't bad but it wasn't nice either. Tip: no Pizza Speciale!

Caruso is the best Italian restaurant in Schweinfurt. The food tastes like Italy, and the service is outstanding. We've been coming back for years and can wholeheartedly recommend the restaurant ❤️

Just ordered through Lieferando, and it was delivered within 30 minutes. Very tasty pizza, currently the best in Schweinfurt for me. The first bite immediately reminded me of my last vacation in Italy. I will definitely order again. Thank you! 👍🏼

I would describe this restaurant as "upscale," both in terms of price and quality. The quality of the food (at least the dishes I/we had) is excellent and tastes just like in Italy (I'm a regular visitor to Italy). Anyone who claims otherwise clearly doesn't know anything about (Italian) cuisine. While the restaurant gives its dishes a personal touch, in my opinion, it remains true to Italian cuisine. My only criticism would be the portion size. At least as a man, you shouldn't arrive on an empty stomach, as a single main course won't be very satisfying otherwise. The staff has always been very friendly. Not suitable for a quick bite, but the perfect Italian restaurant for a date, a business lunch, or when you just want to treat yourself.

The spaghetti carbonara is 99% perfect like in Italy. With more cheese it would be 100% The pizza is also good.

We were impressed with the Caruso and we were extremely satisfied today too. The very nice waiter had good suggestions for us and so we decided on cozze in white wine sauce as a starter and 2 variants of pasta with vongole and with swordfish. Super deliciously seasoned and hit the spot! Compliment. We were also absolutely impressed by the wine accompaniment and the Dolce. The price corresponds to this quality and that's why we like to come back here!

Das Caruso hat es uns angetan und auch heute waren wir super zufrieden. Der sehr nette Kellner hatte gute Vorschläge für uns und so entschieden wir uns für Cozze in Weißweinsoße als Vorspeise und 2 Varianten von Nudeln mit Vongole und mit Schwertfisch. Super lecker gewürzt und auf den Punkt getroffen! Kompliment. Ebenso konnte uns die Weinbegleitung und das Dolce absolut überzeugen. Der Preis ist dieser Qualität entsprechend und deshalb kommen wir gerne wieder heirher zurück!

Well, food ok, but nothing special. Price/performance ratio borderline. And then another 2 euros on the bill for changing pepperoni to anchovies on the pizza... (not mentioned on the menu of course). This is actually just embarrassing. Gastronomy in Germany is becoming less and less fun. Luckily, I enjoy cooking very well and very well!

I live in Berlin where there are hundreds of Neapolitan pizzerias, but this is most likely the best pizza I've ever eaten in Germany

Very nice and friendly boss who responds to the guests' wishes. The food, a pizza and Scaloppine al Limone were very tasty. But the rosemary potatoes given as a side dish were a boiled potato cut up and placed on the plate at a price of €25.50 for the dish! They were neither pan-browned in butter nor did they have anything to do with rosemary.

A small Italian restaurant off the beaten path, located in one of the side streets, creates an atmosphere like in Italy, in my opinion. The dishes served are only pasta, i.e. Italian pasta in various versions. Very tasty. I recommend it to anyone who loves pasta like me. 😄

An honest opinion that comes from the heart. As a former sous chef in a Michelin star restaurant who has done many internships in Italian and Spanish cuisine, the food does not deserve praise, the chef does not dictate the customer's taste, the dish is not seasoned appropriately, basic spices like Salt and pepper are missing, the food is far from the real Italian cuisine that I learned in Italy, Italian cuisine consists of spices and first-class additives, there are none of them here, the chef does not know how to give his to the customer Taste should show, it has to dictate taste, bad, very bad, the restaurant does not deserve a rating as high as on Google, I would give it a maximum of one star, nothing special, as Napoleon Bonaparte said, pigs eat everything, people eat at home, i.e. H. they eat ordinary dishes, and you go to restaurants to eat, so you should expect a lot from the chef and a lot from the restaurant owner, food is supposed to be first class, but that's not the case here. I don't recommend the restaurant, if you want to eat real Italian cuisine don't go here because you won't get it here.

We discovered the restaurant on a weekend trip and immediately reserved a table for the next evening. We have rarely eaten such fantastic Italian food! Everything homemade and freshly prepared. From Aperol Spritz with lime sorbet to octopus salad, homemade ravioli with pecorino and fig filling on zuchini cream with Parma ham, tagliatelle made from a Parmesan cheese wheel with black truffle to the desserts, everything was of the highest quality and tasted fantastic! I would love to have this restaurant in my city!

Das Restaurant wollte eigentlich schließen wir bekamen dann aber doch eine sehr leckere Pizza. Wir fanden dies wirklich extrem freundlich, wir konnten uns denken, welchen Aufwand die Angestellten für uns betrieben haben.

Es gibt eine gute Auswahl an verschiedenen Gerichten. Das Essen ist immer frisch, schön angerichtet und schmeckt sehr lecker. Die Pizza gab es bei uns sogar in Herzform. Die Bedienung ist sehr sympathisch und auf Essen und Getränke muss man nicht lange warten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder. 😊

Lässige Bedienung (im negativen Sinne), kleiner sehr teurer Salat, der nicht besonders lecker war, lasche Bruschetta, hab schon deutlich günstiger deutlich besser gegessen. Alles in Allem keine Empfehlung von mir!

Man merkt am Service und am Ambiente, dass es keine Pizzeria ist; ein Ristorante eben! Pizza haben wir trotzdem gegessen und die sah super aus und war total lecker. Da die Location ist eher klein und dafür gediegen. Sehr gerne wieder!
